The present invention relates to a vehicle sunroof device, and more particularly to an openable vehicle sunroof device.
As an openable sunroof device used in automobiles and the like, a movable roof panel (sunroof panel) capable of opening and closing an opening formed in a vehicle roof, and a roof guide rail provided along left and right side edges of the opening And a plate-like support stay having a movable roof panel attached to the upper portion thereof, and a slider slidably engaged with the roof guide rail, and the movable roof between the support stay and the slider as the slider slides. There is known one in which a cam mechanism for tilting up or down a panel is incorporated (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
This cam mechanism includes a long hole cam-shaped portion formed through the support stay in the plate thickness direction, and a pair of pin supports provided on the slider so as to be positioned on both sides of the support stay in the plate thickness direction. It has a piece (lifter) and a cam follower pin having a double-sided structure that penetrates the cam-shaped portion and is fixed to the corresponding pin support pieces on both sides by caulking or the like.

In the above-described conventional vehicle sunroof device, since the cam follower pin has a double-sided structure, it is necessary to fix at least one end of the cam follower pin to the pin support piece after the cam follower pin is inserted into the cam-shaped portion. . For this reason, the workability of attaching the cam follower pin to the pin support piece is poor, and in addition, since it is necessary to handle the slider and the support stay as a sub-assembly connected by the cam follower pin, the assembling property is bad.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to improve the workability of mounting a cam follower pin and the assembly workability of a slider, a support stay, etc. in a vehicle sunroof device, and to improve the productivity of the vehicle sunroof device. .
A vehicle sunroof device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a movable roof panel (20) capable of opening and closing an opening (16A) formed in a vehicle roof (14), and an edge of the opening (16A). And a plate-shaped support stay (50) having a cam-shaped portion (59) on the first side surface (58A) and having the movable roof panel (20) attached to the upper side. ) And a slider (72) that engages with the roof guide rail (30) and is slidable along the roof guide rail (30). The slider (72) includes the roof guide rail (30). A slider body (74) having a first engagement portion (76) slidably engaged with the pin and a pin support portion (74B) facing the first side surface (58A) of the support stay (50). A cantilever cam follower pin (78) having one end fixed to the pin support portion (74B) and slidably engaged with the cam shape portion (59), and provided on the slider body (74). And an abutting member (80) slidably abutting on the second side surface (58B) opposite to the first side surface (58A) of the support stay (50).
According to this configuration, since the cam follower pin (78) has a cantilever structure, the slider (72) and the support stay (50) are prepared only by preparing the slider (72) to which the cam follower pin (78) is fixed in advance. The cam follower pin (78) need not be fixed at the time of assembly with the cam follower pin (78), and the mounting workability of the cam follower pin (78) is improved. Further, it is not necessary to handle the slider (72) and the support stay (50) as a sub-assembly connected by the cam follower pin (78), and the cam follower pin (78) only needs to be engaged with the cam-shaped portion (59). Therefore, these assembling workability is improved.
In the vehicle sunroof device, preferably, the support stay (50) is fixed to the main member (52) made of a metal plate and the main member (52) to form the cam-shaped portion (59). And a resin-made cam forming member (58).
According to this configuration, since the cam-shaped portion (59) is formed on the resin cam-forming member (58), the cam-shaped portion (59) is formed with high productivity by resin molding.
In the above vehicle sunroof device, preferably, the cam forming member (58) is an outsert molded product.
According to this configuration, the main member (52) and the cam forming member (58) are fixed with high productivity by outsert molding.
In the above-described vehicle sunroof device, preferably, the cam-shaped portion (58) is a concave groove having the main member (52) as a groove bottom wall.
According to this configuration, the main member (52) has no opening for the cam, and the rigidity of the main member (52) is not reduced by the opening.
In the vehicle sunroof device, preferably, the roof guide rail (30) is provided on the first side surface (58A) side of the support stay (50) and the first engaging portion (76). And the first rail portion (30B, 30C) extending in parallel with the first rail portion (30B, 30C) on the second side surface (58B) side of the support stay (50). A second rail portion (30D), and the contact member (80) includes a second engagement portion (82) slidably engaged with the second rail portion (30D). Yes.
According to this configuration, since the slider (72) is slidably engaged with the roof guide rail (30) on both sides of the support stay (50), the movement of the slider (72) is stable without causing skew displacement. Done.
In the vehicle sunroof device, preferably, the first engagement portion (76) of the slider main body (74) is slidable in a state of being sandwiched from above and below by the first rail portions (30B, 30C). The second engaging portion (82) of the abutting member (80) has a concave groove shape, and the second rail portion (30D) of the roof guide rail (30) extends in the vertical direction. The second rail portion (30D) is slidably engaged with the second rail portion (30D).
According to this configuration, the second engaging portion (82) of the abutting member (80) slides in a manner that is sandwiched from above and below by the second rail portion in the same manner as the first engaging portion (76). Compared to the case where engagement is possible, the moment load received by the contact member (80) from the second side surface (58B) of the support stay (50) can be received by the upper surface of the second rail portion (30D). Since the structure can be made, the contact member (80) itself can be made of, for example, a resin material instead of a highly rigid metal material.
According to the vehicle sunroof device of the present invention, the cam follower pin has a cantilever structure, the camper follower pin mounting workability and the assembly workability of the slider, the support stay, etc. are improved, and the vehicle sunroof device productivity is improved. To do.

Preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The sunroof device 10 is attached to a roof 14 of an automobile as shown in FIGS. The roof 14 is configured by an outer outer roof panel 14A and an inner (vehicle compartment side) roof lining 14B. An upper opening 16A is formed in the outer roof panel 14A, and a lower opening 16B is formed in the roof lining 14B. The upper opening 16A and the lower opening 16B are rectangles having substantially the same size, and are provided at substantially the same position. The upper opening 16A and the lower opening 16B are collectively referred to as the opening 16.
The sunroof device 10 is disposed so as to overlap with a movable roof panel (sunroof panel) 20 that opens and closes the upper opening 16A by movement in the front-rear direction and below the movable roof panel 20, and opens and closes the lower opening 16B by movement in the front-rear direction. A movable shade panel 22 is included. In FIG. 2, the movable shade panel 22 is not shown. Since the upper opening 16A and the lower opening 16B are substantially the same size rectangle, the movable roof panel 20 and the movable shade panel 22 are approximately the same size rectangle.
The movable roof panel 20 is an inner slide type that is stored in a gap formed between the outer roof panel 14A and the roof lining 14B in a lift-down state (see FIG. 2C) that is lowered below the upper opening 16A. A weather strip 24 is attached to the outer periphery of the upper opening 16A.
Details of the sunroof device 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the sunroof device 10 includes left and right metal roof guide rails 30 extending in the front-rear direction along the left and right side edges of the upper opening 16A that are parallel to each other. Resin left and right shade guide rails 32 extending in the front-rear direction along the left and right side edges of the lower opening 16B (see FIG. 1) on the inner side of the arrangement position of the left and right roof guide rails 30; The left and right resin side drain rails (front side drain portions) 34 extend in the front-rear direction along the left and right edges of the upper opening 16A that are parallel to each other outside the position where the roof guide rail 30 is disposed.
The roof guide rail 30 supports the movable roof panel 20 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction, has a front-rear length slightly larger than twice the front-rear length of the movable roof panel 20, and the entire area of the upper opening 16A in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, it extends over the entire region in the front-rear direction of the storage region of the movable roof panel 20 behind the upper opening 16A. That is, the roof guide rail 30 has a longitudinal length that extends over the entire stroke of the open / close movement of the movable roof panel 20.
The shade guide rail 32 supports the movable shade panel 22 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction, has a front-rear length slightly larger than the front-rear length of the movable shade panel 22, and extends over the entire front-rear direction of the upper opening 16A. It is extended.
In FIG. 4, the entire movable roof panel 20, the right half of the movable shade panel 22, and the right roof guide rail 30 are not shown.
The sunroof device 10 further includes a resin-made front frame 36 extending in the left-right direction along the front edge portion of the upper opening 16A, and extending in the left-right direction along the rear edge portion of the upper opening 16A. And a metal cross frame 38 joined to the roof guide rails 30 on the left and right corresponding sides.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the left and right shade guide rails 32 and the side drain rails 34 are each linear, and the front end is connected to the left and right ends on the corresponding side of the front frame 36. In this manner, it is integrally formed with the front frame 36. That is, the front frame 36, the left and right shade guide rails 32, and the left and right side drain rails 34 are constituted by a single integral molded product 40 made of resin.
The shade guide rail 32 and the side drain rail 34 are on the left and right sides, and extend in parallel with each other at an interval equal to the left and right width dimensions of the roof guide rail 30, and are spaced apart in the front-rear direction. The bottoms are connected to each other by a plurality of bridging pieces 42 formed integrally with them. That is, the integrally molded product 40 has an inner end joined to the bottom of the shade guide rail 32 as a connection portion that connects the left and right shade guide rails 32 and the left and right side drain rails 34 on the corresponding sides on the left and right sides. And a plurality of bridging pieces 42 including an outer end joined to the bottom portion of the side drain rail 34 and spaced apart in the front-rear direction.
As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 8, the roof guide rail 30 is placed on the bridge piece 42 so that the front side is sandwiched between the shade guide rail 32 and the side drain rail 34. It is fixed to the integrally molded product 40.
Since the roof guide rail 30 is placed on the bridge piece 42 and sandwiched between the shade guide rail 32 and the side drain rail 34 and fixed to the integrally molded product 40, the roof guide rail 30 is fixed to the integrally molded product 40. There is no need to separately provide a locking portion or the like.
The roof guide rail 30 has a linear shape formed by bending a metal plate such as an aluminum plate, and is located closest to the side drain rail 34 (outside) as shown in FIGS. A guide mounting portion 30A having a substantially rectangular cross section on which a belt guide member 44 made of resin is mounted, a lower first rail portion 30B formed by a bottom piece adjacent to the shade guide rail 32 side of the guide mounting portion 30A, and a lower first rail It includes an upper first rail portion 30C formed by lip pieces facing each other at a predetermined vertical distance above the portion 30B, and a second rail portion 30D formed by a lip piece formed closest to the side drain rail 34 (inside). It has a cross-sectional shape like a corrugated steel with a lip. The lower first rail portion 30B, the upper first rail portion 30C, and the second rail portion 30D are parallel to each other.
Each of the left and right roof guide rails 30 is a separate metal part so as to satisfy the required rigidity (load support characteristic), whereas the required rigidity is lower than that of the roof guide rail 30. The frame 36, the left and right shade guide rails 32, and the left and right side drain rails 34 are made of resin. As a result, the front frame 36, the left and right shade guide rails 32, and the left and right side drain rails 34 do not have the required rigidity and are not provided with an unnecessarily high rigidity. As a result, material economy is improved. Moreover, since the front frame 36, the left and right shade guide rails 32, and the left and right side drain rails 34 are configured as an integrally molded product 40 made of the same resin material, an increase in the number of parts and assembly man-hours can be minimized.
As shown in FIG. 2, plate-like left and right support stays 50 are respectively attached to the left and right sides of the lower bottom portion (inside the vehicle compartment) of the movable roof panel 20 as shown in FIG. In other words, the left and right support stays 50 support the movable roof panel 20 via the fixtures 46 at the top. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 10 to 12, the support stay 50 includes a main member 52 made of a metal plate and elongated in the front-rear direction, and a resin-made front slide fixed to the front end of the main member 52. Resin-made front guide member 56 and cam forming member 58 fixed to the middle part of member 54 and main member 52, and resin-made rear guide member 60 and rear collision member 62 fixed to the rear end of main member 52 Including. The front slide member 54, the front guide member 56, the cam forming member 58, the rear guide member 60, and the rear collision member 62 are all outsert molded products that are fixed to the main member 52 by outsert molding.
The front slide member 54 is slidably and tiltably engaged with the second rail portion 30D, and serves as a fulcrum for tilting up the movable roof panel 20.
As shown in FIG. 3, the front guide member 56 and the rear guide member 60 are formed in the lower first through the openings 31 and 33 formed in the upper first rail portion 30 </ b> C by the lift-down of the movable roof panel 20. It slidably enters the space between the rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C, and guides the back-and-forth movement of the movable roof panel 20 in the lift-down state. The opening 31 is defined by a resin front guide member 64 and a rear guide member 66 mounted on the upper first rail portion 30C. The front guide member 56 is guided by the front guide member 64 and the rear guide member 66 and enters the space between the lower first rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C. The opening 33 is defined by a resin front guide member 68 and a rear guide member 70 mounted on the upper first rail portion 30C. The rear guide member 60 is guided by the front guide member 68 and the rear guide member 70 and enters the space between the lower first rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C.
The rear collision member 62 contacts the inclined upper surface 70A of the rear guide member 70 when the movable roof panel 20 is lifted down, and slides on the inclined upper surface 70A. When the movable roof panel 20 is lifted down, the rear guide member 60 is lower. The hitting sound when contacting the first rail portion 30B is reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the cam forming member 58 has an entire circumference including the first side surface 52A of the main member 52 and the second side surface 52B opposite to the first side surface 52A. A cam-shaped portion 59 having a long corrugated shape in the front-rear direction is formed on an outer first side surface 58A on the same side as the first side surface 52A of the main member 52. The cam-shaped portion 59 forms a bottomed groove that opens outward with the main member 52 as a groove bottom wall, and the upper and lower surfaces of the groove form cam surfaces 59A and 59B. Since the cam-shaped portion 59 is formed by resin molding, it is formed with high repeatability and good productivity. Further, the cam forming member 58 is also highly productive by being fixed to the main member 52 by outsert molding.
According to this configuration, since it is not necessary to form a long through hole (opening) in the front-rear direction for the cam in the main member 52, that is, there is no opening for the cam. Will not drop. This prevents the main member 52 from being deformed by the injection pressure of the resin during the outsert molding of the cam forming member 58, and can prevent the accuracy of the cam-shaped portion 59 from being lowered due to the deformation of the main member 52. In addition, the main member 52 can be reduced in size and weight by being thin.
The second side surface 58B inside the cam forming member 58 is on the same side as the second side surface 52B of the main member 52, and is a flat surface.
The sliders 72 are slidably engaged with the left and right roof guide rails 30 respectively. As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the rear slider 72 includes a slider body 74 made of a metal plate. The slider main body 74 includes a base portion 74A that extends across the lower side of the support stay 50 in the left-right direction, and a pin support portion 74B that stands up from the base portion 74A and faces the first side surface 58A of the cam forming member 58.
One end of the base portion 74A is inserted between the lower first rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C of the roof guide rail 30 and is made of a resin engaging member (a first slidable along the roof guide rail 30). ) 76 is attached. A metal cam follower pin 78 is attached to the pin support portion 74B. The cam follower pin 78 is a cantilever pin that is caulked at one end to the pin support portion 74B and protrudes from the pin support portion 74B toward the support stay 50, and is slidable on the cam surfaces 59A and 59B of the cam-shaped portion 59. Is engaged. There is a gap between the other end (free end) of the cam follower pin 78 and the main member 52 forming the groove bottom wall of the cam-shaped portion 59, and the other end of the cam follower pin 78 is not in contact with the main member 52. is there.
Since the cam follower pin 78 has a cantilever structure, it is only necessary to prepare the rear slider 72 in which one end of the cam follower pin 78 is caulked in advance, and the cam follower pin 78 is caulked when the rear slider 72 and the support stay 50 are assembled. This is unnecessary, and the mounting workability of the cam follower pin 78 is improved. Further, it is not necessary to handle the rear slider 72 and the support stay 50 as a sub-assembly connected by the cam follower pin 78 during the assembly work, and it is only necessary to engage the cam follower pin 78 with the cam-shaped portion 59. Improved.
The other end of the base portion 74A stands up above the second rail portion 30D, and the other end of the base portion 74A is a flat side surface 80A that slidably contacts (opposes) the second side surface 58B of the cam forming member 58. A resin abutting member 80 provided with is fixed.
Thus, the pin support portion 74B of the rear slider 72 and the contact member 80 sandwich the cam forming member 58 from the left and right so as to be movable in the front-rear direction.
Note that the pin support portion 74B and the abutting member 80 do not need to be in close contact with the first side surface 58A and the second side surface 58B of the cam forming member 58, and the rear slider 72 can be attached to the cam forming member 58 even if there is an assembly error. On the other hand, there may be a gap between the pin support portion 74B and the first side surface 58A and between the contact member 80 and the second side surface 58B so that it can move smoothly in the front-rear direction.
A concave groove (second engagement portion) 82 is formed on the side opposite to the side where the contact member 80 faces the cam forming member 58. The second rail portion 30D is engaged with the concave groove 82 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
As a result, the rear slider 72 is engaged with the roof guide rail 30 on both the left and right sides by the engaging element 76 and the concave groove 82, and the slide movement in the front-rear direction of the rear slider 72 relative to the roof guide rail 30 is skew-displaced ( It is carried out stably without causing twisting).
As shown in FIG. 10, rack belts 84 are passed through the belt guide members 44 mounted on the left and right roof guide rails 30, respectively. Each rack belt 84 is a resin belt having flexibility, and the rear end portion is connected (coupled) to the slider main body 74 on the corresponding left and right sides. Each of the left and right rack belts 84 extends forward from the belt guide member 44, and is movably engaged with a belt guide groove 86 formed in the front frame 36, as shown in FIGS. ing. An electric motor 88 and a pinion 90 that is rotationally driven by the electric motor 88 are attached to the front frame 36. Racks (not shown) of left and right rack belts 84 are engaged with the pinion 90.
Thus, the left and right rack belts 84 are driven by the electric motor 88, and the left and right rear sliders 72 are moved in the front-rear direction in synchronization with each other by the rack belt 84.
As shown in FIG. 3, the pin support portion 74 </ b> B of the rear slider 72 has a bowl shape extending forward, and a cam follower pin 78 is fixed to the forward extension end thereof. The base portion 74A of the slider main body 74 is provided with a fitting portion 77 that fits into a hole formed in the rack belt 84, on the front side and the rear side with respect to the pin support portion 74B. Thereby, the rear slider 72 can position the cam follower pin 78 as far forward as possible, and can receive the load transmitted from the rack belt 84 through the front and rear fitting portions 77 in a balanced manner.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the shade guide rail 32 has a groove-shaped cross-sectional shape opened to the side. As shown in FIG. 5, the movable shade panel 22 has front sliders 92 on the left and right sides of the front part, and rear sliders 94 on the left and right sides of the rear part.
As shown in FIG. 8, the front slider 92 has a combined groove-shaped cross-sectional shape opened to the side, and is engaged with the shade guide rail 32 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. In other words, the left and right shade guide rails 32 are engaged with the front sliders 92 on the corresponding left and right sides to guide the movement of the movable shade panel 22 in the front-rear direction.
As shown in FIG. 9, the rear slider 94 has a concave groove 95 that opens to the inside, and the second rail portion 30 </ b> D of the roof guide rail 30 is engaged with the concave groove 95 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. Yes. In other words, the left and right second rail portions 30D engage with the concave grooves 95 of the left and right rear sliders 94 to guide the movement of the movable shade panel 22 in the front-rear direction.
Since the roof guide rail 30 also serves as a guide rail for guiding the movement of the rear slider 94 of the movable shade panel 22 by the second rail portion 30D, the shade guide rail 32 guides the movement of the front slider 92 of the movable shade panel 22. It suffices if the length of the range of movement of the front slider 92 in the front-rear direction is sufficient. Thereby, the shade guide rail 32 is shorter than the roof guide rail 30.
As a result, the shade guide rail 32 can be saved (shortened) without obstructing the opening and closing movement of the movable shade panel 22, and therefore, the integrally molded product 40 including the shade guide rail 32 is downsized, and wasteful resin material costs are obtained. In addition to the reduction, the molding die of the integrally molded product 40 is also miniaturized, which not only saves material but also reduces the die cost.
When the movable roof panel 20 is in the front position aligned with the upper opening 16A, the movable shade panel 22 can be moved between the front position aligned with the lower opening 16B and the rear position behind it by manual operation. When the movable roof panel 20 moves rearward from the upper opening 16A to open the upper opening 16A, the movable shade panel 22 has a protrusion 22A provided on the rear edge of the movable shade panel 22 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). ), The rear edge of the movable roof panel 20 abuts, and the rear movement of the movable roof panel 20 follows the movement of the movable roof panel 20.
In order for the movable shade panel 22 to move in the front-rear direction as described above, the rear slider 94 is in a position to completely close the upper opening 16A in a state where the movable shade panel 22 is in a position to completely close the lower opening 16B. The movable roof panel 20 is disposed behind the rear edge. Thereby, even if the rear slider 94 is engaged with the second rail portion 30D, the rear slider 94 does not interfere with the support stay 50 and the contact member 80, and the rear slider 94 inhibits the movement of the movable roof panel 20. There is no. Since the front slider 92 is engaged with a shade guide rail 32 dedicated to the movable shade panel, which is different from the roof guide rail 30, the front slider 92 does not interfere with the support stay 50 and the contact member 80, and the front slider 92 92 also does not hinder the movement of the movable roof panel 20.
4 to 7, the left and right side drain rails 34 respectively extend in the front and rear portions corresponding to the front side portion of the roof guide rail 30, in other words, in the front and rear direction of the upper opening 16A. It extends over the whole area and forms a bowl-shaped side drainage groove 35 having an upper opening. The front frame 36 is formed with a bowl-shaped front drain groove 37 having an upper opening extending along the front edge of the upper opening 16A (see FIG. 1). The front ends of the left and right side drain grooves 35 and the left and right ends of the front drain grooves 37 communicate with each other. On the left side of the front frame 36, a front drain connection portion 96 communicating with the vicinity of the connection portion between the left side drainage groove 35 and the front drainage groove 37 is integrally formed in the integrally molded product 40. A front drain tube 98 (see FIG. 5) is connected to the front drain connection portion 96.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, at the rear ends of the left and right side drain rails 34, resin extended drain rails (rear side drain portions) 100, which are members different from the integrally molded product 40, respectively. Are joined. The left and right extended drain rails 100 respectively extend in the front and rear portions corresponding to the rear side portion of the roof guide rail 30, that is, in substantially the entire front and rear direction of the storage area of the movable roof panel 20 behind the upper opening 16A. An upper side bowl-shaped extended side drainage groove 101 that extends over and communicates with the side drainage groove 35 is formed. The rear end of the extended side drain groove 101 is closed by an end wall 102 that is integral with the extended drain rail 100.
Since the side drain rail 34 extends along the left and right edges of the upper opening 16A, the side drain groove 35 formed in the side drain rail 34 has a side when the movable roof panel 20 is lifted down after raining or the like. Although a relatively large amount of rainwater may flow from the movable roof panel 20, the extended drain rail 100 is in the storage area of the movable roof panel 20, so that the extended side drain groove 101 formed in the extended drain rail 100 has a movable There is no possibility that a lot of rainwater flows when the roof panel 20 is lifted down. For this reason, the cross-sectional area of the extended drain rail 100 is smaller than the side drain rail 34.
Since the extended drain rail 100 is separate from the side drain rail 34, the degree of freedom in designing the side drain rail 34 and the extended drain rail 100 is high, and the manufacture thereof is also easy. These moldability also becomes easy.
The shoulder 104 is formed at the boundary between the side drain rail 34 and the extended drain rail 100 depending on the size of the cross-sectional area. A side drain connecting portion 106 communicating with the side drainage groove 35 is integrally formed in the integrally molded product 40 at the shoulder portion 104. A side drain tube 108 (see FIG. 5) is connected to the side drain connecting portion 106. Thus, the shoulder 104 is effectively used for installing the side drain connecting portion 106, and the space performance is good. Further, it is not necessary to attach the side drain connecting portion 106 as a separate member to the integrally molded product 40, and the number of parts can be reduced.
2 (A) and 3 (A) show a state in which the movable roof panel 20 is in the raised position and the upper opening 16A is closed. From this state, when the rear slider 72 moves forward, the cam follower pin 78 moves to the front side of the cam-shaped portion 59 as shown in FIGS. 2B and 3B, and the front slide member The movable roof panel 20 rotates about the fulcrum 54, and the tilt-up in which the rear side of the movable roof panel 20 is lifted is performed.
When the rear slider 72 moves backward from the state in which the movable roof panel 20 closes the upper opening 16A, the cam follower pin 78 is moved to the cam-shaped portion as shown in FIGS. 2 (C) and 3 (C). 59, the front guide member 56 passes through the opening 31 and descends between the lower first rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C, and the rear guide member 60 passes through the opening 33 and moves downward. It descends between the first rail portion 30B and the upper first rail portion 30C. Thereby, the movable roof panel 20 is lifted down below the upper opening 16A. When the rear slider 72 further moves rearward, the movable roof panel 20 is stored in the gap between the outer roof panel 14A and the roof lining 14B, and the upper opening 16A is opened.
