Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de refabrication et de réparation de lampes et de projecteurs, qui consiste à tester les DEL, résistances, condensateurs, silicium ou ponts redresseurs, courant alternatif, filaments et fusibles, et à remplacer les composants endommagés du produit par de nouveaux composants de qualité équivalente à l'état initial. Dans le nouveau procédé qui permet de modifier le produit en vue de prolonger sa durée de vie hypothétique et protéger les lampes des éventuels dommages, chaque lampe fonctionne de manière indépendante, avec des varistances adaptées pour protéger les DEL, ces dernières fonctionnant de manière indépendante pour que l'endommagement de l'une d'elle n'affecte pas le fonctionnement des autres DEL; des résistances fixes ou des varistances sont également ajoutées; et le produit présente une durée de vie hypothétique plus longue et une meilleure qualité. Le procédé comporte en outre une modification importante qui consiste à connecter chacune des DEL à un circuit séparé de sorte que chaque composant endommagé peut être refabriqué et monté dans des lampes utilisables fonctionnant avec la même efficacité qu'avant.
