Description

一种金属三防灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域,尤其是一种金属三防灯。
背景技术
三防灯是指:防水、防尘、防腐此三防,采用专用防氧化防腐材料和硅胶密封圈来实现灯具的防护要求,三防灯一般会对电路控制板进行防腐、防水、防氧化处理。三防灯一般用于腐蚀性比较强、尘土比较多、有雨淋的工业照明需求场所,例如:电厂、钢铁、石化、船舶、场馆、停车场、地下室等,三防灯因其特殊结构和性能,能够适应各种恶劣环境下的工作,能够保证长时间处于恶劣环境下的正常工作。但现有的三防灯结构较为简单,存在着安装不便等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种经久耐用,灯体整体密封性良好,三防性能高,且便于安装的金属三防灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:金属三防灯,包括金属主体和灯罩,所述金属主体的底部设有灯罩,该灯罩的边沿通过数个金属搭扣与金属主体固定连接;金属主体的金属支架的顶部设有两个金属固定板,该金属固定板的顶部安装金属安装架;金属主体的周边设有一圈边圈。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述灯罩为可拆卸式结构。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述灯罩的材料为透明塑料。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述灯罩的材料为钢化玻璃。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述金属主体的一端设有金属防水接头。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述金属安装架配合螺丝或链条固定在吊顶上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该金属三防灯具有以下优点:一、金属材质经久耐用,灯体整体密封性良好,三防性能高,且灯体较薄,外形更加美观,占用空间更小,适用范围更广;二、金属安装架安装方便,便于灯体安装;三、金属主体采用圈 边技术,以防割手,便于安装,安全性能高。

请参阅图1-8,本实用新型实施例中,金属三防灯,包括金属主体1和灯罩2,所述金属主体1的底部设有灯罩2,该灯罩2的边沿通过数个金属搭扣3与金属主体1固定连接,方便灯罩2的拆卸,便于更换内部发光元器件;
金属主体1的金属支架4的顶部设有两个金属固定板5,该金属固定板5的顶部安装金属安装架6,该金属安装架6可配合螺丝固定在吊顶上,也可配合链条进行吊装;金属主体1的周边设有一圈边圈,采用圈边技术,以防割手。
进一步,灯罩2的设置存在两种方案,方案一:灯罩2的材料为透明塑料;方案二:灯罩2的材料为钢化玻璃,安装这种灯罩2的产品整体更薄。
进一步,所述金属主体1的一端设有金属防水接头7。
本实用新型的结构特点及其优点:金属材质经久耐用,灯体整体密封性良好,三防性能高,且灯体较薄,外形更加美观,占用空间更小,适用范围更广;
横杠安装方便,便于灯体安装;
