技术领域

背景技术
随着移动终端的普及,越来越多的用户采用移动终端来确认时间,移动终端中时间的自动设置成为了移动终端的一个重要功能。在移动终端的时间设置功能中,时区的设置起关键的作用。如果时区设置错误,会导致显示的时间错误。
在现有技术中,移动终端可以采用NITZ(Network Identity and Time Zone,网络标识和时区)机制来自动配置本地的时间和日期,NITZ通过运营商的获得时区信息,也就是说,想获得正确的时区,移动终端中必须插入SIM卡,且该SIM卡为可用状态,否则,将无法同步时区。例如,当一个中国的用户身处国外,当地的时区很可能和北京时区不一样,若用户没有开通国际漫游(即SIM卡在国外不可用),此时,自动同步时区的功能就无法使用了。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种基于移动终端的时区确定方法及移动终端,用以解决现有技术中SIM卡不可用或不存在时导致的自动同步时区的功能就无法使用的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种基于移动终端的时区确定方法,包括:
判断是否获取到移动终端的第一时区信息,其中,所述第一时区信息为通过所述移动终端的用户身份识别卡获得的时区信息;
若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息;
确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息;
在所述第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将所述第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。
本发明实施例提供一种时区确定的移动终端,包括:

应用于本发明实施例,针对移动终端的“设置(Setting)”功能,在Setting的UI(User Interface,用户界面)设计内,可以设置[自动同步时区]的开关设置(例如,该功能的打开路径可以为[设置]-[日期和时间]-[自动同步时区]),并可以在Setting的数据库中,新增时区字段,例如,Settings.XXX.AUTO_TIM_ZONE。该新增的时区字段可以用于储存[自动同步时区]开关的值:例如,1代表用户打开了[自动同步时区];0代表用户未打开[自动同步时区]。
同时,还可以设置监控程序(例如,database Observer),该监控程序可以用于监听时区字段Settings.XXX.AUTO_TIM_ZONE的变化,比如,当Settings.XXX.AUTO_TIM_ZONE字段的值由0变成1时,即用户打开[自动同步时区]开关时,则database Observer能够监听到该打开事件。
当用户打开移动终端中的[自动同步时区]开关时,监控程序对时区字段Settings.XXX.AUTO_TIM_ZONE进行监听,并返回回调函数,该回调函数可以包括电话服务相关参数,例如,database Observer的回调函数可以包括Telephony侧的XXXServiceTracker方法,该XXXServiceTracker可以包含时区信息,若XXXServiceTracker有时区信息,说明能够通过SIM卡获得时区信息,该时区信息即为第一时区信息,若XXXServiceTracker没有时区信息,说明不能够通过SIM卡获得时区信息。
在实际应用中,若SIM卡不能够获得时区信息,则可以说明移动终端中不存在SIM卡或SIM卡故障或不可用,作为一种示例,SIM卡不可用的情形可以包括:用户的移动终端漫游到国外,但没有开通SIM卡的国际漫游功能,此时,SIM卡不可用。
在具体实现中,若移动终端能够获得第一时区信息,则可以将该第一时区信息与移动终端本地显示的时区信息进行对比,如果该第一时区信息与移动终端本地显示的时区信息不一致,则可以在移动终端中设置移动终端当前的时区信息为该第一时区信息。
步骤102,若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息;
如果在移动终端中不能获得第一时区信息,即移动终端中不存在SIM卡或SIM卡不可用时,则可以进一步获取当前移动终端的经度信息和纬度信息(即经纬度信息)。
在本发明实施例的一种优选实施例中,步骤102可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S21,若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,则判断所述移动终端的无线网络连接是否开启,并在判定所述无线网络连接没有开启时,开启所述无线网络连接;
子步骤S22,采用所述移动终端的网络定位功能获取所述移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
在不能通过SIM卡获得第一时区信息时,可以判断移动终端是否已经开启无线网络连接,若判定移动终端没有开启无线网络连接,则开启移动终端的无线网络连接,例如,开启移动网络的WIFI连接,并通过网络定位功能获取移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
在具体实现中,在开启移动终端的无线网络连接以后,可以调用移动终端中的定位接口xxx_locate,采用网络定位功能获得移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
步骤103,确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息;
获得移动终端当前的经纬度信息以后,可以进一步根据该经纬度信息确定该经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息。
在发明实施例的一种优选实施例中,步骤103可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S31,将所述经纬度信息上传服务器,由所述服务器根据所述经纬度信息确定所述移动终端所处的地理位置,并根据所述地理位置确定所述移动终端的第二时区信息;
子步骤S32,接收所述服务器返回的第二时区信息。
具体的,移动终端获得当前所处的经纬度信息以后,可以将该经纬度信息通过无线网络上传至服务器。则在服务器侧,服务器器可以根据该接收到的经纬度信息,确定移动终端所处的地理位置,再根据该地理位置,得到移动终端所处的第二时区信息,并将该第二时区信息返回移动终端。
例如,服务器根据移动终端当前的经纬度信息,可以换算得到对应的地理位置为北京,然后获得北京对应的时区为东八区。
需要说明的是,移动终端获得当前的经纬度信息以后,也可以不将经纬度信息上传服务器,而是在本地依据经纬度信息确定移动终端所处的地理位置,并根据本地存储的位置与时区的关系,得到该地理位置对应的第二时区。
步骤104,在所述第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将所述第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。
移动终端得到移动终端当前的第二时区信息以后,可以将该第二时区信息与移动终端本地显示的时区信息进行对比,如果该第二时区信息与移动终端本地显示的时区信息不一致,则可以在移动终端中设置移动终端当前的时区信息为该第二时区信息。
确定移动终端当前的时区信息以后,还可以依据该时区信息,确定移动终端所处位置的本地时间(Local time)。
例如,若移动终端当前的时区信息为第二时区信息,则可以根据第二时区信息,确定所述移动终端所处位置的本地时间。或者,若移动终端当前的时区信息为第一时区信息,则可以根据第一时区信息,确定移动终端所处位置的本地时间。
在具体实现中,本地时间,即地方时,是以观测者子午线为参考点的时间标准,反映当地的自然时间。例如,中国把首都北京所在的东8区的时间作为全国统一的时间,称为北京时间,即GMT时间+8小时=北京时间。
在本发明实施例中,在不能够获取到移动终端的第一时区信息时,进一步获得移动终端当前的经纬度信息,并确定与该经纬度信息对应的第二时区 信息,以及,在该第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将该第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。在移动终端未插入SIM卡或者SIM卡不可用时,能够准确获得移动终端的时区信息,实现时区的自动同步,极大地提升用户在SIM卡不存在或不可用的情况下确认时间的便捷性和准确性。
参考图2,示出了本发明实施例的一种时区确定的移动终端实施例的结构框图,其中,本发明实施例中可以通过硬件处理器(hardware processor)来实现相关功能模块,具体可以包括如下模块:
第一时区获取模块201,用于判断是否获取到移动终端的第一时区信息,其中,所述第一时区信息为通过所述移动终端的用户身份识别卡获得的时区信息;
经纬度信息获取模块202,用于在没有获取到所述第一时区信息时,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息;
第二时区信息确定模块203,用于确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息;
时区确定模块204,用于在所述第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将所述第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。
在本发明实施例的一种优选实施例中,所述移动终端还可以包括如下模块:
本地时间确定模块,用于根据所述第二时区信息,确定所述移动终端所处位置的本地时间。
在本发明实施例的一种优选实施例中所述第一时区获取模块201可以包括如下子模块:
回调函数获取子模块,用于获取所述移动终端中预置的监控程序的回调函数,所述回调函数包括电话服务相关参数;
判断子模块,用于判断所述电话服务相关参数中是否包含时区信息;若是,则判定能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息;若否,则判定不能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息。
在本发明实施例的一种优选实施例中,所述经纬度信息获取模块202可 以包括如下子模块:
网络开启子模块,用于在没有获取到所述第一时区信息时,判断所述移动终端的无线网络连接是否开启,并在判定所述无线网络连接没有开启时,开启所述无线网络连接;
经纬度确定子模块,用于采用所述移动终端的网络定位功能获取所述移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
在本发明实施例的一种优选实施例中,所述第二时区信息确定模块203可以包括如下子模块:
经纬度上传子模块,用于将所述经纬度信息上传服务器,由所述服务器根据所述经纬度信息确定所述移动终端所处的地理位置,并根据所述地理位置确定所述移动终端的第二时区信息;
第二时区信息接收子模块,用于接收所述服务器返回的第二时区信息。
对于图2的移动终端实施例而言,由于其与上述方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所描述的移动终端实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
例如,图3示出了可以实现根据本发明的移动终端。该移动终端传统上包括处理器310和以存储器320形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机 可读介质。存储器320可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器320具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码331的存储空间330。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间330可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码331。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图4所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图3的移动终端中的存储器320类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码331’,即可以由例如诸如310之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由移动终端运行时,导致该移动终端执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于移动终端的时区确定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    判断是否获取到移动终端的第一时区信息,其中,所述第一时区信息为通过所述移动终端的用户身份识别卡获得的时区信息;
    若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息;
    确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息;
    在所述第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将所述第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述第二时区信息,确定所述移动终端所处位置的本地时间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否获取到移动终端的第一时区信息的步骤包括:
    获取所述移动终端中预置的监控程序的回调函数,所述回调函数包括电话服务相关参数;
    判断所述电话服务相关参数中是否包含时区信息;
    若是,则判定能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息;
    若否,则判定不能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息的步骤包括:
    若没有获取到所述第一时区信息,则判断所述移动终端的无线网络连接是否开启,并在判定所述无线网络连接没有开启时,开启所述无线网络连接;
    采用所述移动终端的网络定位功能获取所述移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息的步骤包括:
    将所述经纬度信息上传服务器,由所述服务器根据所述经纬度信息确定所述移动终端所处的地理位置,并根据所述地理位置确定所述移动终端的第二时区信息;
    接收所述服务器返回的第二时区信息。
  6. 一种时区确定的移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一时区获取模块,用于判断是否获取到移动终端的第一时区信息,其中,所述第一时区信息为通过所述移动终端的用户身份识别卡获得的时区信息;
    经纬度信息获取模块,用于在没有获取到所述第一时区信息时,获取所述移动终端的经纬度信息;
    第二时区信息确定模块,用于确定与所述经纬度信息对应的第二时区信息;
    时区确定模块,用于在所述第二时区信息与移动终端当前显示的时区信息不一致时,将所述第二时区信息作为移动终端当前的时区信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    本地时间确定模块,用于根据所述第二时区信息,确定所述移动终端所处位置的本地时间。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一时区获取模块包括:
    回调函数获取子模块,用于获取所述移动终端中预置的监控程序的回调函数,所述回调函数包括电话服务相关参数;
    判断子模块,用于判断所述电话服务相关参数中是否包含时区信息;若是,则判定能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息;若否,则判定不能够获得所述移动终端的第一时区信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7或8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述经纬度信息获取模块包括:
    网络开启子模块,用于在没有获取到所述第一时区信息时,判断所述移动终端的无线网络连接是否开启,并在判定所述无线网络连接没有开启时,开启所述无线网络连接;
    经纬度确定子模块,用于采用所述移动终端的网络定位功能获取所述移动终端当前的经纬度信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二时区信息 确定模块包括:
    经纬度上传子模块,用于将所述经纬度信息上传服务器,由所述服务器根据所述经纬度信息确定所述移动终端所处的地理位置,并根据所述地理位置确定所述移动终端的第二时区信息;
    第二时区信息接收子模块,用于接收所述服务器返回的第二时区信息。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在移动终端上运行时,导致所述移动终端执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一个所述的基于移动终端的时区确定方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求11所述的计算机程序。
