如图1所示,所述排出装置10包括排出框101、位于所述排出框101下方的排出管102、第七固定架103、位于所述排出框101内的浸湿管104、位于所述浸湿管104上方的挡板105、位于所述挡板105下方的集中环106、位于所述排出框101上方的集中斗107、位于所述集中斗107上方的竖管108、位于所述竖管108右侧的第八固定架109及位于所述排出框101左侧的第五连接杆100。所述排出框101呈空心的圆柱体,所述排出框101上设有第六透孔。所述排出管102的一端对准所述第六透孔且与所述排出框101固定连接,所述排出管102的另一端对准所述第五透孔900且与所述出气框90固定连接。所述第七固定架103的一端与所述排出框101固定连接,所述第七固定架103的另一端与所述隔热框98固定连接,所述排出管102贯穿所述第七固定架103的左右表面且与其固定连接。所述浸湿管104的一端对准所述第六透孔且与所述排出框101的内表面固定连接。所述挡板105的侧面与所述排出框101的内表面固定连接,所述挡板105上设有贯穿其上下表面的第七透孔1051。所述集中环106呈环状,所述集中环106的外表面与所述排 出框101的内表面固定连接,所述集中环106的上表面与所述挡板105固定连接。所述集中斗107呈空心的圆台状,所述集中斗107的下表面与所述排出框101固定连接,所述集中斗107内设有第七过滤网1071,所述第七过滤网1071的侧面与所述集中斗107的内表面固定连接。所述竖管108的下表面与所述集中斗107固定连接,所述竖管108内设有第八过滤网1081,所述第八过滤网1081的侧面与所述竖管108的内表面固定连接。所述第八固定架109的一端与所述竖管108固定连接,所述第八固定架109的另一端与所述集中斗107固定连接。所述第五连接杆100的右端与所述排出框101固定连接,所述第五连接杆100的左端与所述第一杀菌框61固定连接。
如图1所示,所述本发明处理雾霾的净化空气设备使用时,首先将其放置在雾霾较为严重的地方,然后启动第一风机17,使得雾霾进入到进气管11内,经过第一过滤网12的过滤,将其中体积较大的颗粒过滤掉,并且第一过滤网12处于进气管11的左端,使得被第一过滤网12过滤掉的灰尘会很容易的从进气管11的左端滑落下去,防止灰尘沉积在第一过滤网12的左表面上,然后空气进入到进气管11内部,经过第二过滤网13及浸湿的活性炭的过滤后进入到湿化箱21内,当活性炭干燥时,握住第一握持杆16,将第一堵塞块14取出,然后往第一通孔111内放入水,从而浸湿活性炭。当空气进入到所述湿化箱21内时,启动第一水泵32,将水箱34内的水抽入到第一进水管31内,然后经过第二通孔211喷向第一弯曲板24上,顺着第一弯曲板24的上表面向左下方流动,从而对空气进行净化,清除掉空气中大部分的灰尘,然后水集中在湿化箱21内部的下方,由于水堵住第四通孔,使得气体经过第五通孔进入到第二 管道29内,当湿化箱21内沉积的水较多时,打开第一阀门26,使得湿化箱21内的水进入到第一管道25内,然后进入到回收箱51内,经过第六过滤网52的过滤后进入到下方,然后启动电机,使得第一滚轮53及第一刷毛54旋转,从而不仅可以对第一三角块55进行清洗,还可以对水进行过滤,然后顺着第一三角块55的上表面向左下方流动,然后打开第五阀门57,使得其经过排水管56排出,从而使得排出的水无污染。然后打开第二阀门20,使得进入到所述第二管道29内的空气进入到第一过滤框21内,此时打开第三阀门39,使得水箱34内的水顺着第二进水管38进入到第一过滤框21内,然后浸湿第一过滤框21内的活性炭及海绵块,使得其对空气的净化效果更好,进入到第一过滤框21内的空气经过第一通道421内的海绵块或者活性炭的过滤后,再次经过第四过滤网43及第五过滤网44及活性炭或者海绵块的过滤后向下移动,然后经过第九通孔412进入到第四管道62内,进入到所述第一过滤框21内的水最后滴落到第一过滤框21内部的下方,然后经过第十通孔413进入到第三管道46内,然后打开第四阀门47,使得第三管道46内的水进入到第一收集箱40内。进入到第四管道62内的空气进入到第五管道63内,然后使得第一加热棒67开始加热,使得第一杀菌框61内的温度上升,由于第五管道63采用导热材料制成,使得第五管道63内的温度上升,从而可以对第五管道63内的气体进行杀菌。然后启动第二风机69,使得第五管道63内的空气进入到第六管道68内,然后从第六管道68的另一端向下喷出,进入到第一内框72内,此时启动紫外线灯74,使得第一内框72内充满紫外线,从而可以对进入到第一内框72内的空气进行杀菌消毒,然后经过海绵环73进入到第二杀菌框71及第一内框72之间的区域,由于海绵环73的设 置,使得空气在第一内框72内停留的时间加长,进而使得在第一内框72内的消毒效果更明显。然后经过第一过滤网75的过滤后经过第五圆孔711进入到第七管道77内,打开第六阀门771,使得气体进入到上框体81内,然后喷向第二内框82内,由于第二内框82内放置有水或者粘液,使得箱第二内框82内喷气时,气体与水或者粘液充分接触,从而可以吸附掉空气中的部分杂质,起到净化的效果,然后气体顺着上框体81的内表面向下移动,穿过第一透孔851进入到下框体83内,经过第一凸块832及第二凸块871上粘附层的设计,使得其与空气充分接触,使得粘附效果更好,进而增强净化效果。然后气体进入到第八管道88内,然后进入到第三过滤框91内,经过第一分流块92的分流形成左右两股气流,然后分别经过第三过滤块912及第二过滤块931的过滤后进入到弯曲管95内,经过第三凸块951上粘附层的设计,粘附掉空气中大部分的杂质,然后进入到第九管道97内,启动第三风机971,使得弯曲管95内的空气尽快的进入到隔热框98内,然后启动第二加热棒991,使得隔热框98内的温度上升,进而可以进行杀菌,也可以使得其中的水分汽化形成气态,然后加热一段时间后,向上拉动第五握持杆903,使得活塞901向上移动,直至活塞901移动到第五透孔900的上方,然后进入到排出管102内,然后进入到浸湿管104内,由于进使馆104的一端浸没在水面以下,使得从浸湿管104排出的气体与水充分接触,不仅能够降温,还能增加湿度,然后气体顺着集中106的集中作用,经过第七透孔1051进入到集中斗107内,经过第七过滤网1071的过滤后进入到竖管108内,经过第八过滤网1081的过滤后排出。至此,本发明处理雾霾的净化空气设备使用过程描述完毕。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述进气管上设有第一通孔,所述第一过滤网的侧面与所述进气管的内表面固定连接,所述第二过滤网的侧面与所述进气管的内表面固定连接,所述第一支架的一端与所述进气管固定连接,所述湿化箱上设有第二通孔、第三通孔、第四通孔及第五通孔,所述进气管的右端对准 所述第三通孔且与所述湿化箱固定连接,所述第三过滤网的下表面与所述湿化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一管道的上端对准所述第四通孔且与所述湿化箱固定连接,所述第二管道的一端对准所述第五通孔且与所述湿化箱固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述第一进水管的一端对准所述第二通孔且与所述湿化箱固定连接,所述第一进水管的另一端贯穿所述水箱的上表面延伸至所述水箱内部,所述水箱上设有第六通孔及第七通孔,所述第二进水管的一端对准所述第七通孔且与所述水箱固定连接,所述第三支架的一端与所述第二支架固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述第一过滤框上设有第八通孔、第九通孔、第十通孔及第十一通孔,所述第二管道的下端对准所述第八通孔且与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第二进水管的下端对准所述第十一通孔且与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第二支架的左端与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第一过滤块的侧面与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第一过滤块上设有第一通道,所述第四过滤网的侧面与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第五过滤网的侧面与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第三管道的上端对准所述第十通孔且与所述第一过滤框固定连接,所述第一收集箱上设有第一定位架,所述第一定位架的一端与所述第六支架固定连接,所述第一定位架的另一端顶靠在所述第一收集箱上。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述第六管道的下端贯穿所述第二杀菌框的上表面延伸至所述第二杀菌框的内部,所述第二杀菌框上设有第五圆孔,所述海绵环呈圆环状,所述海绵环的下表面与所述第一内框固定连接,所述海绵环的上表面与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第一过滤环的内表面与所述第一内框固定连接,所述第一过滤环的外表面与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第四支撑杆的上端与所述第一内框固定连接,所述第四支撑杆的下端与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第四支撑杆的下端设有第一凹槽,所述第七管道的上端对准所述第五圆孔且与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第七管道上设有第六阀门,所述第五支撑杆的上端与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第九支架的一端与所述第二杀菌框固定连接,所述第九支架的另一端与所述第一杀菌框固定连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述上框体上设有第六圆孔,所述第七管道的下端对准所述第六圆孔且与所述上框体固定连接,所述下框体的上表面与所述上框体固定连接,所述下框体上设有第七圆孔及第一凸块,所述第一支撑板的侧面与所述上框体固定连接,所述第一支撑板上设有若干第一透孔,所述第二内框的下表面与所述第一支撑板固定连接,所述第二固定块的下表面与所述第一支撑板固定连接,所述第二固定块的侧面与所述第二内框固定连接,所述第三固定块的上表面与所述第一支撑板固定连接,所述第三固定块上设有若干第二凸块,所述第八管道的上端对准所述第 七圆孔且与所述下框体固定连接,所述第一固定架的一端与所述下框体固定连接,所述第三斜杆的下端与所述上框体固定连接,所述第三斜杆上设有第四斜杆及第二固定架。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述第三过滤框上设有第八圆孔、第三过滤块及第九圆孔,所述第三过滤块的一端与所述第三过滤框的内表面固定连接,所述第一分流块的下表面与所述第一支撑柱固定连接,所述第一支撑柱上设有第二过滤块、第二支撑柱及第二凹槽,所述第二过滤块的一端与所述第一支撑柱的侧面固定连接,所述第二支撑柱的上端与所述第一支撑柱固定连接,所述第二支撑柱的下端与所述第三过滤框固定连接,所述第一固定架的下端与所述第三过滤框固定连接,所述弯曲管的一端对准所述第九圆孔且与所述第三过滤框固定连接,所述弯曲管上设有第三凸块及第二透孔,所述第三凸块与所述弯曲管的内表面固定连接,所述第三固定架的一端与所述第三过滤框固定连接,所述第三固定架的另一端与所述弯曲管固定连接,所述第四固定架的一端与所述第三过滤框固定连接,所述第四固定架的另一端与所述弯曲管固定连接,所述第九管道的下端对准所述第二透孔且与所述弯曲管固定连接,所述第九管道上设有第三风机及位于所述第三风机左侧的第五固定架,所述隔热框上设有第三透孔、第四透孔、第六横杆、第一竖杆及第七横杆,所述第九管道的上端对准所述第三透孔且与所述隔热框的下表面固定连接,所述第五固定架的上端与所述隔热框固定连接,所述第六横杆的右端与所述隔热框固定连接,所述第六横杆的左端与所述第一固 定架的右表面固定连接,所述第一竖杆的下端与所述第六横杆的上表面固定连接,所述第一竖杆的上端与所述第七横杆固定连接,所述第七横杆的右端与所述隔热框固定连接,所述第七横杆的左端与所述上框体固定连接,所述第二散热框的侧面与所述隔热框的内表面固定连接,所述第二散热框内设有第二加热棒,所述出气框的下端对准所述第四透孔且与所述隔热框固定连接,所述出气框的右表面设有第五透孔,所述出气框上设有活塞、第一推动杆、第二握持杆、第六固定架及第四连接杆,所述活塞的侧面与所述出气框滑动连接,所述第一推动杆与所述活塞固定连接,所述第一推动杆贯穿所述出气框的上表面且与其滑动连接,所述第一推动杆与所述第二握持杆固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的处理雾霾的净化空气设备,其特征在于:所述排出框上设有第六透孔,所述排出管的一端对准所述第六透孔且与所述排出框固定连接,所述排出管的另一端对准所述第五透孔且与所述出气框固定连接,所述浸湿管的一端对准所述第六透孔且与所述排出框的内表面固定连接,所述挡板的侧面与所述排出框的内表面固定连接,所述挡板上设有第七透孔,所述集中环的外表面与所述排出框固定连接,所述集中环的上表面与所述挡板的下表面固定连接,所述集中斗的下表面与所述排出框的上表面固定连接,所述集中斗内设有第七过滤网,所述第七过滤网的侧面与所述集中斗的内表面固定连接,所述竖管的下表面与所述集中斗的上表面固定连接,所述竖管内设有第八过滤网,所述第八过滤网的侧面与所述竖管的内表面固定连接。
