Selon un aspect technique de la présente invention, un système de fourniture de loterie sélectionnable par l'utilisateur est un système de fourniture de loterie permettant de fournir une loterie en temps réel par liaison avec un terminal utilisateur, ce système comprenant : une pluralité de roues de loterie fonctionnant indépendamment les unes des autres ; et un serveur de commande de loterie permettant de sélectionner au moins un élément de la pluralité de roues de loterie par liaison avec le terminal utilisateur, de déterminer un numéro de loterie en entraînant ladite roue de loterie selon la commande du terminal utilisateur, et de déterminer un résultat gagnant du terminal utilisateur sur la base de la corrélation du numéro de loterie et d'un numéro d'entrée reçu du terminal utilisateur. Une probabilité de tirage de la pluralité de roues de loterie peut être déterminée sans tenir compte du serveur de commande de loterie.
