为了更清楚地说明本申请的技术方案,下文将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单的介绍。显而易见地,下文及附图所描述的仅仅是本申请的一些具体实施例,对于相关领域的技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些描述与附图,将本申请应用于其他方面。应当理解,给出这些示例性实施例仅仅是为了使相 关领域的技术人员能够更好地理解进而实现本申请,而并非以任何方式限制本申请的范围。除非从语言环境中显而易见或另作说明,图中相同标号代表相同结构和操作。

图1-1是本申请一个具体实施方式的商品拍卖系统结构图。它可以包括但不限于商品提供者101,商品购买者104,服务器103,信息源105和互联网102。商品提供者101、商品购买者104(104-1,104-2,……,104-n,其中n为大于或等于1的任何自然数)和服务器103三方通过互联网102连接,获取、交互信息。三方交互的信息、各自信息存储到信息源105。信息源105获取信息的方式可以是直接 的,也可以是间接的,可以是集中的也可以是分布的,可以是以上方式的一种也可以是其中几种的组合形式。
商品提供者101泛指任何在一定的空间范围、时间段内提供商品进行拍卖或预约检测的商品提供方;商品购买者104泛指任何在一定的空间范围、时间范围进行浏览或商品拍卖的商品购买方。例如,商品提供者可以是提供古董、房屋、车辆、钻石等商品的任何自然人、法人或其他组织等;商品购买者可以是想要购买古董、房屋、车辆、钻石等任何商品的任何自然人、法人或其他组织等。
互联网102可以是局域网也可以是广域网,连接设备的传输介质可以是有线形式的传输介质如同轴电缆、双绞线和/或光导纤维,也可以采用无线形式的传输介质如采用空气作为传输介质,还可以是上述传输介质的一种或多种组合的形式。网络拓扑结构可以是星型网络、环形网络、总线型网络、树型网络、簇星型网、网状网等,也可以是以上结构的一种或多种组合。通信方式可以是点对点传输也可以是广播式传输网络的一种或两种组合的形式。
服务器103是可以实现商品拍卖操作,配有多个处理器的服务器。它可以是一个中央服务器,也可以是以多个通过网络连接的服务器,可以是物理形式服务器也可以是虚拟形式服务器,可以是上述形式的一种服务器也可以是多种服务器共存,可以是一个服务器也可以由多个服务器构成。
信息源105泛指能向商品拍卖系统提供信息的来源。信息源105用于存储与拍卖系统相关的信息,例如,商品信息、同类商品信 息、商品提供者(或商品购买者)的注册信息、商品检测信息、商品拍卖信息等中的一种或任意几种的组合。信息源105可以以一个单独的中央服务器的形式存在,也可以以多个通过网络连接的服务器形式存在,还可以是以大量的个人设备形式存在。当信息源以大量个人设备形式存在时,这些设备可以通过一种用户生成内容(user-generated content)的方式,例如向云端服务器上传文字、声音、图像、视频等,从而使云端服务器连同与其连接的众多个人设备一起组成信息源。
图1-2是本申请一个具体实施方式提供的商品拍卖系统的流程图。据图所示,在步骤S120,服务器103首先获取商品提供信息。该商品提供信息可以包含一个商品提供者信息和商品信息。商品提供者信息可以是通过商品提供者在服务器103上注册获取的,还可以是批量导入的商品提供者信息。商品提供者信息可以包括但不限于商品提供者的用户名、用户密码、头像、认证信息,其中认证信息可以包括但不限于身份证信息、护照信息、驾驶证信息、邮箱、手机号、座机电话、传真、微信号、QQ号或者其他可以表明身份的信息等。商品信息包括但不限于商品本身信息、预约信息、价格信息、社会信息等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,商品本身信息可以包括但不限于商品的名称、品牌、类别、型号、颜色、构造、材质、形状、尺寸、图案、购买日期、使用年限、商品配置参数、商品折旧情况、折旧情况、原价格信息、出厂年份、使用年限等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,预约信息可以包括但不限于预约检测时间、预约检测地点、预约检测师、预约检测订单号、预约检测更改等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,价 格信息可以包括但不限于商品预期出售价格、价格容忍浮动范围等。社会信息可以包括但不限于商品使用的环境信息、交通信息等,如房屋的周边设施信息、公交线路信息、地铁线路信息等。商品提供者信息和商品信息的获取方式可以通过手动输入和/或扫描输入。其中,手动输入可以是商品提供者和/或其代理人手动输入,其输入方式可以包括但不限于手写输入、手势输入、语音输入、视频输入等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,扫描输入方式可以包括但不限于二维码扫描、条形码扫描、图片扫描、指纹扫描、磁条扫描、芯片扫描等中的一种或几种的组合。
获取商品信息后,服务器103可对商品信息进行进一步的处理操作,可以包括但不限于信息分类、信息转换、信息匹配、创建预约、构建商品3D展示、构建竞拍、定向推送、商品等级评估、商品价值评估、构建模型等中的一种或几种的组合。
在步骤S121,服务器103可以获取商品购买信息。其中,商品购买信息可以是多个商品购买者信息和商品购买者参与拍卖的价格信息。商品购买者信息可以包括但不限于商品购买者的用户名、用户密码、认证信息等,其中认证信息可以包括但不限于身份证信息、护照信息、驾驶证信息、邮箱、手机号、座机电话、传真、微信号、QQ号或其他可以表明身份的信息等。商品购买者参与拍卖的价格信息是指商品购买者参与拍卖时的预期价格信息、拍卖商品的价格信息和/或购买者提出的针对某一特定类型商品可接受的价格区间信息等。在一些实施例中,商品购买信息的获取方式可以通过手动输入和/或 扫描输入。其中,手动输入可以是商品提供者和/或其代理人手动输入,其输入方式可以包括但不限于手写输入、手势输入、语音输入、视频输入等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,扫描输入方式可以包括但不限于二维码扫描、条形码扫描、图片扫描、指纹扫描、磁条扫描、芯片扫描等中的一种或几种的组合。
在步骤S122,服务器103将获取的上述信息进行处理,并在步骤S123完成商品拍卖,展示拍卖结果。其中,信息进行处理的操作可以包括但不限于商品提供信息和/或商品购买信息的导入、商品的展示、拍卖模型的选取、拍卖价格模型的创建、拍卖竞标结果的计算与展示等中的一种或的几种的组合。在一些实施例中,商品的展示方式可以是文字、声音、图像、视频等中的一种或几种的组合。文字展示,可以用一些关键词,也可以用一段或几段文字来展示商品。声音展示,可以用语音形式来展示商品。图像展示,可以用2D图像或者3D图像来展示商品信息。视频展示,可以用一段视频来展示商品。在一些实施例中,拍卖结果可以只是价格信息和/或竞标胜出的购买信息,还可以是所有参与拍卖的商品购买者或部分参与拍卖的商品购买者的购买信息。拍卖结果的展示信息可以是服务器103的默认设置,也可以是商品购买者104自行设置。例如商品购买者104在竞拍前于服务器103上设置,是否向其他方展示竞拍信息,其他方可以是商品提供者101,还可以是其他商品购买者。
需要注意的是,以上关于商品拍卖系统的叙述,仅为理解方便,并不能把本申请限制在所举实施例范围之内。可以理解,对于本领域 的技术人员来说,在了解本申请的基本原理后,可以在不背离这一原理的情况下,对实施例的步骤进行形式和细节上的各种修正和改变。在一些实施例中,某些步骤可以调换,例如获取商品提供信息和获取商品购买信息可以调换次序,或者二者同步。诸如此类的变形,均在本申请的保护范围之内。
根据本申请的一些具体实施方式,图2是服务器103的结构示意图。如图2所示,服务器103包含一个输入模块201、一个处理模块203、一个输出模块204和一个存储模块202。系统内各模块之间的连接形式可以是有线的,也可以是无线的。任何一个模块都可能是系统本地的,也可以位于远程,通过网络与其他模块连接。模块与模块间的对应关系可以是一对一的,也可以是一对多的集中式,如一个处理模块203同时与多个输入模块201连接,还可以是多对多的,例如,多个输入模块201与多个存储模块202相互交换信息。
以上描述仅仅是关于一个特定实施例的服务器103的结构图。可以理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在了解服务器103的基本原理后,可能在不背离这一原理的情况下,对实施服务器103的具体方式与步骤进行形式和细节上的各种修正和改变,例如,服务器103可以将获取的信息或者处理信息直接存储在信息源105,而不包含一个存储模块202。
在一些实施例中,输入模块201可以用于接收来自外界的信息,这些信息可以包括但不限于商品提供者信息、商品购买者信息、商品 信息、检测信息、拍卖信息、时间信息、地点信息、社会信息等信息中的一种或几种的组合。信息的获取可以是实时的也可以是定期的,也可以是两种结合实施的,信息的获取方式可以是集中的也可以是分布的。信息的输入可以采用机器导入,也可以采用人工输入(例如可以包括但不限于语音输入、图像输入、手写输入、视频输入等),也可以采用网络截取(例如可以包括但不限于视频、音频、图像、文字、动画等的截取等),还可以采用扫描输入(例如可以包括但不限于条形码扫描、二维码扫描、磁条扫描或芯片扫描等)。
根据本申请的一些实施例,图3-1为输入模块201的结构图。如图3-1所示,输入模块201可以包括一个商品提供信息接收单元301、商品购买信息接收单元302、检测信息接收单元303和检测单元304。其中,商品提供信息接收单元301可以用于接收来自商品提供者输入的信息。例如,商品提供者101可以通过手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载电脑、智能眼镜、智能手表、可穿戴设备等智能设备向商品提供信息接收单元301输入信息。商品提供者101输入的信息可以包括但不限于商品提供者的信息和商品信息等。其中商品提供者信息可以包括但不限于商品提供者的用户名、用户密码、头像、认证信息以及商品提供者个人偏好信息等。其中商品提供者个人偏好信息可以包括但不限于商品的种类、品牌、颜色、材质、构造等信息中的一种或几种的组合。商品信息可以包括但不限于商品本身信息、预约信息、价格信息、社会信息等中一种或几种的组合。商品本身信息可以包括但不限于商品的名称、种类、品牌、型号、构造、购买日期、 使用年限、颜色、形状、尺寸、图案,商品配置参数、材质、商品折旧情况、商品出售价位预期值中的一种或几种的组合。例如,古董类商品信息可以包括但不限于古董制作年代、古董材质、古董产地、历史价值、文化价值、科研价值、古董保存的完整情况等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,古董保存的完整情况可以包括但不限于是否有裂痕、是否完整、是否变形、是否褪色、是否老化等中的一种或几种的组合;二手车商品信息可以包括但不限于二手车的品牌、型号、颜色、行驶里程、行驶年限、配置情况、车辆排量、有无大修、大修次数、有无重大碰撞、车窗玻璃、车灯、车辆缝隙、发动机、水箱、内饰有无划痕或污渍、浸泡、破损、安全带系统、安全气囊系统、车身稳定系统、刹车系统、雨刷器、仪表系统、电动车窗、行驶系统等折旧情况、是否有违章记录、是否有待处理的违章记录、是否有完整的过户信息等中的一种或几种的组合;二手房商品信息可以包括但不限于二手房地址、建房时间、所在楼层、厅室数量、厅室布局、房屋面积、朝向、交通情况等,其中交通情况可以包括有无公交站、地铁站以及距离公交站或地铁站的距离,购物情况可以包括有无超市、购物商场以及距离超市或购物商场的距离等。这里列举的信息种类仅供说明之用。输入模块201可以用于接收其他信息,例如二手商品对应的一手商品的价钱,功能差别。这个系统也可以用于新商品的拍卖,如一手房,一手车,一手珠宝等。预约信息可以为商品提供者预约的检测时间,能够接受的时间阈值、检测地点、检测师信息等。其中,时间阈值是指,商品提供者可以接受的检测师到达检测地点与商品提供者预约的时 间的偏差值。信息的形式可以是图片、文字、视频、语音、动画等中的一种或几种的组合。
输入模块201还可以包括一个商品购买信息接收单元302,用于接收商品购买者104输入的信息。购买者可以通过手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载电脑、智能眼镜、智能手表、可穿戴设备等智能设备向商品购买信息接收单元302输入信息。购买者输入的信息可以包括但不限于购买者信息、购买者价格信息、商品信息等。其中,购买者信息可以包括购买者用户名、用户密码、购买者注册信息、购买者预期购买商品信息、购买者过往查询信息、购买者过往交易信息、购买者感兴趣商品信息、购买者价格信息、购买者偏好信息,其中用户偏好信息可以包括但不限于喜恶颜色,喜恶款型等。其中,购买者价格信息可以是购买者提出的针对购买特定商品的预期价格信息、拍卖商品的价格信息和/或购买者提出的针对某一特定类型商品可接受的价格区间信息等。
在一些实施例中,输入模块201还包括一个检测信息接收单元303,用于接收商品检测信息。其中,商品检测信息可以包括但不限于商品的外观检测信息、商品的内饰检测信息、商品的配置检测信息、商品的年份检测信息等中的一种或几种的组合。例如,古董类商品检测信息可以包括但不限于真伪情况、制造年代、古董材质,古董产地、历史价值、文化价值、科研价值、古董保存的完整情况等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,古董保存的完整情况可以包括但不限于是否有裂痕、是否完整、是否变形、是否褪色、是否老化等。二手车类商品检 测信息可以包括但不限于车漆的平整、颜色、车窗玻璃、车灯、车辆缝隙、发动机、水箱、内饰有无划痕或污渍、浸泡、破损、安全带系统、安全气囊系统、车身稳定系统、刹车系统、雨刷器、仪表系统、电动车窗、行驶系统等的折旧情况、使用情况及相关参数的检查、是否有违章记录,是否有待处理的违章记录,是否有完整的过户信息等中的一种或几种的组合。二手房类商品检测信息可以包括但不限于房屋的构局、房物装修情况、墙面有无裂痕、门窗情况、采光情况等。
输入模块201还包括一个预处理单元306,接收到输入模块201各接收单元的信息后进行预处理操作,并将预处理后的信息传输到处理模块203和/或存储模块202。预处理单元接收到信息后对信息的预处理操作可以包括但不限于:数据清理、数据集成、数据变换、数据归约、图像净化处理、图像去噪等中的一种或几种的组合。
需要注意的是,以上描述仅仅是关于一个特定实施例的输入模块201。可以理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在了解输入模块201的基本原理后,可能在不背离这一原理的情况下,对实施输入模块的具体方式与步骤进行形式和细节上的各种修正和改变。例如,可以根据实际需要,将各信息接收单元整合成一个信息接收单元,或者将其中的某两个或多个信息接收单元整合成一个信息接收单元。例如,可以不包括预处理单元306,将接收到的检测信息直接传输到处理模块203进行信息处理。又例如,输入模块201包括一个检测单元304对商品进行检测,其中检测单元304可以是一种检测设备也可以是多种检测设备,可以是一个检测设备也可以是多个检测设备的组合。在一 些实施例中,检测单元304还可以包括一个图像检测组件304-1,用于商品图像检测。检测的方式可以是图像直线检测、图像边缘检测、图像变化检测等中的一种或几种组合,检测算法可以包括但不限于推向边缘检测算法、图像分割算法、图像压缩算法、图像增强算法、图像拼接算法、图像匹配算法等中的一种或几种的组合。检测单元304还可以包括一个视频检测组件304-2,用于商品的视频检测。视频检测组件可以是一个摄像装置。视频检测组件可以采用非接触式,也可以采用触发式。其中触发方式可以包括但不限于是微波触发、红外触发、线圈触发等。检测单元304还可以包括一个超声波式检测组件304-3,一个雷达型检测组件304-4,一个环形线圈式检测组件304-5等,用于对商品的缺陷进行检测。在一些实施例中,检测单元304检测到商品信息后,可以实时也可以是定期的向输入模块201的预处理单元306传输商品检测信息,传输的形式可以是集中的也可以是分布的。
输入模块201还可以包括一个检测设备接口单元305与外界的检测设备连接获取检测数据。其中,检测设备接口单元305可以与外界的一种检测设备连接也可以与多种检测设备连接,可以与一个检测设备连接也可以与多个检测设备连接。检测设备接口单元305获取检测设备检测得到的商品检测信息后可以实时地也可以定期地向输入模块201的预处理单元306传输接收到的检测信息。其中,传输的形式可以是集中的也可以是分布的。
在一些实施例中,检测单元304和/或检测设备接口单元305连接的检测设备对商品的检测方式可以是整体检测也可以是分区域检测,还可以是上述检测方式的组合。例如,在对商品进行分区检测的实施例中,可以将商品分成多个相对独立的区域,在各区域中确定检测项目。分区可以采用多种方式,可以是按功能分区:如商品为二手车辆,将车辆按功能分成外层区域、内部装饰区域、操作控制区域、后备箱区域、动力控制区域等;商品是房屋,将其按功能分成外墙区域、入户区域、客厅区域、卧室区域、厨房区域、卫生间区域等;商品是古董,将其分成外观区域、内胚区域、内腔区域等。还可以是按结构分区,如车辆类商品可以按照它的架构划分为:车前挡区域、右前轮区域、左前轮区域、右前门区域、左前门区域、右后门区域、左后门区域、右后轮区域、左后轮区域、后备箱区域、驾驶台区域、内饰区域等。
处理模块203用于接收来自输入模块201、存储模块202和/信息源105的信息,并对信息进行处理操作。根据本申请的一些实施例,图4-1是处理模块203的结构图。如图4-1所示处理模块203包括一个分类处理单元401和处理器组402。其中分类处理单元401用于将接收到的来自输入模块201和/或信息源105、存储模块202的信息进行分类处理,分类处理操作依照处理器组402包含的不同的子单元进行分类。将用于预约/分配的信息传输至预约/分配单元402-1,例如预约时间,预约地点,预约方式,商品提供者联系方式,检测师可用时间列表,检测师信息等;将用于评估商品的信息传输至评估单元402- 2,例如商品信息、商品检测信息、商品价格信息、同类商品信息、同类商品价格信息等;将3D成像信息传输到3D成像单元402-3,例如商品各方视图、视频、商品尺寸、商品构件的各方视图、视频等;将用于拍卖竞价的信息传输到竞价单元402-4,例如购买者开出的价格、商品提供者预期价格、商品全新时价格、商品价格信息、同类商品价格信息等。处理操作可以包括但不限于信息分类、信息转换、信息匹配、创建预约、构建商品3D展示、构建竞拍、定向推送、商品等级评估、商品价值评估、构建模型等。
根据本申请的一些实施例,图4-2为预约/分配单元402-1的结构图。预约/分配单元402-1可以包括一个数据库420、一个处理/判断单元421和一个信息创建单元422。其中,数据库420可以用于存储检测师分配规则、检测师信息,可以包括但不限于检测师基本信息、检测师日程安排列表等。其中检测师的基本信息可以包括但不限于检测师照片、姓名、性别、联系方式(电话、邮箱等)、检测经验、检测师等级、检测师评分、可检测商品类型等。为了理解方便,以下以检测师评分为例说明。在一些实施例中,检测师评分可以根据评分指标及其权重计算得出,其中评分指标可以包括但不限于检测经验,检测师等级,客户历史评价等,其中权重设置方法可以包括但不限于主观经验法,主次指标排队分类法,专家调查法等。在一些实施例中,数据库420中还可以储存有检测师日程安排列表。检测师日程安排列表可以包括但不限于检测师的已被预约时间、未被预约时间(可用时间)、预约变更情况、请假、休假等信息中的一种或几种的组合。数据库420 中用于数据存储的存储器件可以是网络云盘,磁盘阵列,CD/DVD驱动器,磁带驱动器或可移动的存储介质等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,可移动的存储介质可以包括但不限于U盘,移动硬盘,软盘,光盘,存储卡等。
在一些实施例中,预约/分配单元402-1还可以包括一个处理/判断单元421,用于获取、处理来自分类处理单元401的商品提供者的预约信息、商品信息和/或获取来自数据库420的检测师信息,并可以对其进行计算和/或判断处理。处理/判断单元421的数据处理方式根据处理设备的结构方式区分,可以是联机处理方式,也可以是脱机处理方式;根据数据处理时间的分配方式区分,可以是批处理方式,分时处理方式,也可以是实时处理方式;根据数据处理空间的分布方式区分,可以是集中式处理方式,也可以是分布处理方式;根据计算机中央处理器的工作方式区分,可以是单道作业处理方式,多道作业处理方式,也可以是交互式处理方式。处理/判断单元421对获取的信息的处理操作可以包括但不限于:数据转换、数据分组、数据组织、数据计算、数据存储、数据检索、数据排序等。其中,数据计算可以包括但不限于加、减、乘、除四则运算,与、或、非、异或等逻辑操作,以及移位、求补等操作。处理/判断单元421可以包含一个或多个处理器,处理器可以是任何通用处理器,例如,一个经过编程的可编程逻辑器件(PLD),或者一个专用集成电路(ASIC),或者一个微处理器,也可以是一个系统芯片(SoC)等。
在一些实施例中,预约/分配单元402-1还包括一个信息创建单元422。信息创建单元422可以用于依照处理/判断单元421处理的信息创建预约订单,并将生成的预约订单发送至输出模块204。
需要注意的是,以上描述仅仅是关于一个特定实施例的预约/分配单元402-1。可以理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在了解预约分配单元的基本原理后,可能在不背离这一原理的情况下,对实施预约/分配单元的具体方式与步骤进行形式和细节上的各种修正和改变。例如,可以根据实际需要,将信息创建单元整合到处理/判断单元421中;不包括数据库420,并将将数据库420存储的信息存储在存储模块202中。诸如此类的变形,均在本申请的保护范围之内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,图4-3是检测师预约/分配流程图。根据图4-3,在步骤S430,获取来自分类处理单元401、数据库420和/或存储模块202的预约信息、检测师信息。其中预约信息可以包括但不限于预约时间、预约地点、预约检测商品名称、商品类型、商品型号等中的一种或几种的组合。其中检测师信息可以包括但不限于检测师可检测商品类别、检测师等级、检测师可用时间、检测师被预约时间、检测师休假、请假情况等中的一种或几种的组合。在步骤S431,由处理/判断单元421判断预约信息与检测师信息是否匹配。若上述信息匹配则进入步骤S432,向该检测师、商品提供者推送商品预约信息;若不匹配,则进入步骤S433,不向该检测师、商品提供者推送商品预约信息。其中,向检测师推送的商品预约信息可以包括但不限于商品提供者基本信息(可以包括但不限于商品提供者的姓名、 联系方式等)、检测商品类别、检测地址、检测时间等中的一种或几种的组合;其中,向商品提供者推送的商品预约信息可以包括但不限于检测师基本信息(可以包括但不限于检测师照片、检测师姓名、性别、联系方式、检测经验、检测师等级、检测师评分等)、检测商品类别、检测地址、检测时间等中的一种或几种的组合。商品预约信息推送方式可以是客户端、邮件、短信、电话等中的一种或几种的组合。
为了理解方便,以下对步骤S431作出详细说明。在一些实施例中,步骤S431的匹配方式可以根据单个判据,也可以根据多个判据。当匹配方式根据多个判据时,不同判据之间可以采取并行或者串行的结构关系。在串行的结构关系中,即使只有一个判据的匹配结果为否,则流程结束,不向该检测师、商品提供者推送商品预约信息。在并行的结构关系中,只要有一个判据的匹配结果为是,则流程结束,向该检测师和/或商品提供者推送商品预约信息。
在一些实施例中,匹配方式还可以是一个基于多个判据的综合判断打分流程。例如,通过给不同判据分配各自的权重,得到一个综合分数,以这一分数与一个预设的阈值进行比较,以决定匹配结果。
在一些实施例中,匹配方式还可以是一个根据整个系统结果进行的最优化选择过程。例如,在确定了多个检测师作为候选者后,进一步选择判据,继续判断/打分过程,进一步筛选后续检测师,直到最终挑选出最优化的一个或多个检测师。
在一些实施例中,判据判断的形式可以包括但不限于:将判据中的一个特征值与判据中的一个阈值进行对比;判断一个特征值是否 落入判据中的一个数值范围;将一个特征值可以按照判据中的排名/给分规则进行排序或分配分数,并与一个次序或分数的阈值进行比较;判断特征结果是否触发判据中的某一事件;判断特征结果是否符合判据中的某一模式等;或者以上几种形式的组合。
在一些实施例中,判据的特征值可以包括但不限于时间、地点、商品种类、检测师等级、检测师评分等中的一种或几种的组合。例如,首先匹配检测师的检测商品类型与预约信息中的商品类型是否一致,一致则将预约时间与检测师的可用时间进行比较。如果检测师的可用时间落入预约时间的区间内,则认为结果匹配,发送商品预约信息;若果不一致,则判定该检测师不符合该商品检测预约的判据要求,结束判定流程。

在步骤S4103,判断商品提供者提供的新商品是否为目标商品。判断标准可以是用户注册和/或登记的商品信息,包括商品型号、商品名称、商品品牌等,也可以是系统统计的购买者的偏好信息。其中,目标商品可以是同一商品,也可以是与购买者感兴趣商品相似的同种类的商品。其中,相似商品的判断可以通过设定一个差异可接受范围。其中,两个商品差异的可接受范围,可以是购买者登记信息中明确指 出的,也可以是系统按照过往的交易情况得到的参数值。其中,过往的交易情况包括购买者本人的过往交易情况也包括其他购买者购买同类商品的交易情况。如果是目标商品,在步骤S4104则向对此类商品感兴趣的购买者推送商品信息;如果不是则执行步骤S4106。在步骤S4105,判断上述推送信息中的购买者是否想要参与该类商品的竞拍。如果上述购买者想要参与该商品竞拍,则在步骤S4107向上述购买者推送竞拍信息,如果不是则执行步骤S4108,取消竞拍信息的推送。

根据本申请的一些实施例,图6是二手车质量评估的流程图。据图6所示,在步骤S601,获取二手车技术指标折旧率Yi。其中,二手车技术指标折旧率可以根据外观状况、内饰、底盘、发动机、转向系统、行驶系统、离合器情况、悬挂系统、润滑系统、变速器、制动系统、冷却系统、大修次数、排污指标、行驶平顺性、操作稳定性、加速动力性等中的一种或几种的组合计算得出。计算各技术指标折旧率的方法可以是年限平均法,工作量法,双倍月递减法,也可以是年数总和法。本实施例选用的是年限平均法,可以根据各项技术指标所对应零部件的损坏程度确定校对系数,结合校对系数对所得各技术指标折旧率进行系数校对。
在步骤S602,获取各技术指标权重Xi分配规则。其中,权重Xi分配规则设置方法可以包括但不限于主观经验法,主次指标排队分类法,专家调查法等。本实施例选用的是主观经验法,其值可以由人工根据权重Xi分配规则设定,也可以由系统按照权重Xi分配规则自行生成。本实施例选用的是由系统按照权重Xi分配规则自行生成。

根据本申请的一些实施例,图7是汽车3D展示的流程图。为理解方便,以二手车大众速腾1.4TSI-手动为例来说明。据图7所示,在步骤S701,获取二手车信息包括品牌信息:大众;型号信息:速腾1.4TSI-手动;出厂年份:2012年,以及所述二手车的车辆配置参数,可以如表13-18所示。其中,车辆配置参数可以包括但不限于基本参数、发动机参数、底盘及制动参数、安全配置参数、外部配置参数、内部配置参数等中的一种或几种的组合。二手车检修信息包括外观内饰检测信息,可以包括但不限于漆面平整、漆面颜色、外观件更换、二手车外观各方向图片等中的一种或几种的组合;在一些实施例中,二手车检修信息还可以包括安全带系统、安全车灯系统、仪表指示灯、空调系统、座椅系统、刹车系统、制动系统的参数及各方向图片等中的一种或几种的组合。这里列举的信息种类仅供说明之用。二手车信息也可以是为其他信息,例如二手商品对应的一手商品的价钱,功能差别。另外,本流程也可以用于新商品的拍卖,如一手房,一手车,一手珠宝等。
如表13所示,二手车基本参数包括但不限于厂商、二手车级别、发动机参数、变速箱类型、车身结构、车身尺寸、轴距、行李箱容积、整备质量等。如表14所示,二手车的发动机参数包括但不限于排量、进气形式、气缸、最大马力、最大扭矩、燃料类型、燃油标号、供油方式、排放标准等。

在一些实施例中,步骤S704生成的3D图像可以是该二手车的整体外观图像也可以是其某一个零部件的3D图像。可以同时生成二手车的出场信息构建的新车3D图像和二手车检测信息获取的3D图像,更直观的让购买者浏览二手车的使用情况。

根据本申请的一些实施例,图8是汽车估价方式的流程图。为理解方便,以下用二手车估计方式来说明。据图8所示,在步骤S801,获取二手车检测信息。其中,所示二手车监测信息可以包括但不限于车龄、行驶里程、有无大修情况等中的一种或几种的组合。在步骤S802,获取二手车估价模型。在一些实施例中,该估计模型可以通过一个公式获得车辆的评估价值V:

式中Pm表示该上牌年代该车型的市场均价,C1表示同型号下不同款新车价的比例系数,C2表示里程车况系数。其中,该上牌年代该车型的市场均价是指在统计了大量同年同型号的二手车出价记录的基础上,权衡个人出价和商家出价的不同情况不同成本而得出的当前市场对该年该型号的二手车的加权平均价格。其中,同型号下不同款新车价的比例系数是指某款车结合具体每项配置价格以及自身的新车价与同型号下交易量最大的款型的新车价的比较得出的系数。其中,里程车况系数是指具体一辆二手车的行驶里程数和车况与所有同年上牌的同型号车的平均行驶里程数和总体车况的量化比较得出的系数。二手车的估值方式除上述估值公式外,还可以采用重置成本法、收益现值法、现行市价法、清算价格法、快速折旧法及其相应估值公式中的一种或几种的组合。
在步骤S803,判断该二手车有无大修情况。如果没有,则进入步骤S804,获取该二手车评估价值V;如果有,则进入步骤S805,并结合大修次数、整修程度确定二手车估价校正系数a。在步骤S806,结合大修情况对二手车估价进行系数校正,得到车辆评估校正价值V’:

Claims (14)

  1. 一种商品拍卖系统,其特征包含:
    一个输入模块,被配置为接收商品提供信息、商品购买信息与商品检测信息;
    一个存储模块,被配置为存储所述商品提供信息、所述商品购买信息或所述商品检测信息;
    一个处理模块,被配置为根据所述商品提供信息、所述商品购买信息或所述商品检测信息,得到商品评估结果和商品拍卖结果;
    其中,所述处理模块还被配置为将所述商品检测信息进行处理,得到商品3D数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:包含一个输出模块,被配置为展示所述商品的预估价值、拍卖结果或3D数据中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:所述存储模块的存储信息还包含对所述商品购买信息与所述商品检测信息进行处理的至少一个规则。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:所述规则包含至少一个竞价规则。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:所述竞价规则是Vickery竞价规则。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:所述处理模块被配置为将所述商品检测信息进行处理,依据一个评估模型,得到商品评估结果。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的商品拍卖系统,其特征在于:所述商品评估结果是商品估价和商品评级中的至少一种。
  8. 一种商品拍卖方法,其特征包含:
    接收商品提供信息、商品购买信息与商品检测信息;
    存储所述商品提供信息、所述商品购买信息或所述商品检测信息;
    根据所述商品提供信息、所述商品购买信息或所述商品检测信息,得到商品评估结果和商品拍卖结果;
    其中,对所述商品检测信息进行处理包含得到商品3D数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:向所述购买者展示所述商品评估结果、商品拍卖结果或商品的3D数据中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:所述存储信息还包含对所述商品购买信息与所述商品检测信息进行处理的至少一个规则。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:所述规则包含至少一个竞价规则。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:所述竞价规则是Vickery竞价规则。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:通过将所述商品检测信息进行处理,依据一个评估模型,得到商品评估结果。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的商品拍卖方法,其特征在于:所述商品评估结果是商品估价与商品评级中的至少一种。
