Abstract

The invention relates to a support (1) for engagement with L-shaped sections (11) which compose the columns of a display (D), with a central base (4) for receiving shelves (14) in one version, and in another version to a support (1a) for receiving, both at the bottom and at the top, segments (11a) of L-shaped sections to form the columns of the display (D), also with a central base (4) for receiving the shelves (14). In the case of the support (1), interlocking is achieved by teeth (7) and (10) with a flexible system, the supports (1) being fastened to cutouts (13) of the L-shaped sections (11), the shelves (14) being then interlocked by means of cutouts (16). In the support (1a), interlocking is achieved by the double wall (20) of the support, with receptacles both at the bottom and at the top for engaging the segments (11a) of the L-shaped sections, the teeth (7) then interlocking with the cutouts (16) in the shelves (14).

Description

"EXPO SITOR PROFILE AND SIDE WALL SUPPORT WITH MOUNTING SYSTEM"

[00 1] This descriptive report refers to a patent application for a display mounting bracket developed in two basic versions.

[002] In one version the bracket is attached to the "L" profiles that make up the display columns, positioning its central base to receive the shelves.

[003] In another version the bracket receives, both upper and lower, "L" profile segments for the formation of the display columns, and is also positioned by its central base to receive the shelves.

TECHNICAL STATE

[004] As is well known, the type of display display consisting of columns in the shape of "L" profiles has a hole corresponding to the hole in the shelf walls. Thus, for mounting the user must align these holes and pass through them the screws, pins or other element - with the aid of a nut or not, securing the shelves and thus structurally locking the cabinet using a screwdriver. Figure 1, which is included by way of illustration, is taken from patent document PI 1104228-1 entitled "ANGLE CHAIN DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY AND FIXING PROFILES IN CONSTRUCTION OF TYPE STRUCTURE CABINET" which shows a section of profile in "L" column shaper to structure a cabinet (display). Through a bolt and nut a "L" jaw is fastened to secure a frame (bracket) in the "L" profile that will support the cabinet / cabinet / display cabinet or the like. This aforementioned system and known systems require the use of tools, time and skill of the assembler to structure both the columns and the display racks.

PATENT OBJECTIVES [005] In order to avoid the use of tools, measurements and time consuming, the support in question, reason for this patent application, proposes:

[006] - In a first version, the body is briefly formed by two angled laminar shavings surrounding a central triangular base, which is provided with two pairs of teeth, one of which is for quick engagement with the "L" profiles ( display columns) and the other to receive the shelf hitch and thus assemble the display;

[007] - In a second version, the body is briefly formed also by the central triangular base provided with teeth to engage the shelves. In this version, however, the central triangular base is enclosed by a hollow double wall to receive both lower and upper "L" profile segments and form the columns for mounting the display.

Superficially explained, it passes the support, in its two major versions, and the systems that surround it to be further detailed through the accompanying drawings.

[009] Figure 1 shows the state of the art where the brackets receiving the shelves are screwed into the "L" profiles that form the display columns.

[010] The following related figures 2 to 8 refer to the first version of the bracket when it is engaged with the "L" profiles to receive the shelf:

Figure 3 shows an "L" profile with pairs of cutouts along its crease, to which the rear perpendicular teeth of the brackets are aligned. In detail A it is shown that the rear perpendicular teeth, when aligned, when introduced by their ramp arrows overtake the indentations of the profile crease and deform through its spacer groove, returning with the arrows after overtaking to lock the support;

[01 3] Figure 4 - shows an "L" profile already with the brackets locked in the creases of their creases;

[014] Figure 5 - shows four profiles already containing the opposing supports along their creases. One of the shelves is already aligned and, through the cutouts of its bottom, as shown in detail B, will be coupled to the upper vertical upper teeth of the central triangular base of the support;

[615] Figure 6 shows an "L" profile section and a corner of the shelf, whose bottom indentations are aligned with the upper vertical teeth of the central triangular base of the bracket. In detail C it is shown that the arrows of the upper vertical teeth of the bracket deform to overtake by their ramps over the bottom of the shelf. After the arrows return through the cutouts, there is a locking between support and shelf;

[016] Figure 7 - shows the "L" profiles with their creases already provided with the brackets, locked with their opposing central triangular bases and their vertical upper teeth exposed to receive the cutouts at the bottom of the shelves when they are locked. by quick coupling, thus mounting the display;

[017] Figure 8 shows two variants of this first metal tubular support having the hooked rear perpendicular teeth aligned with the pairs of "L" profile creases, maintaining the same system of locking.

The following related figures, 9 to 17, refer to the second version of the bracket, when it, by the hollow double wall surrounding its central triangular base receives, both lower and upper, "profile" segments. L "for mounting the display columns:

[028] In accordance with the accompanying drawings, "MOUNTING SYSTEM PROFILE PROFILE AND SIDE WALL SUPPORT", which is the subject of this application, is a first support (1), as shown in Figure 2, consisting of a central solid stop (2) from which the lateral cut-offs (3) are opened laterally and at an angle, the inclination of which delimits a flat central triangular base (4), the front edge of which extends bottom wall (5) with tears (6). Next to the laminar shavings (3) the surface of the central triangular base (4) incorporates vertical teeth (7) with flexible arrow ends (8) by spacer slot (9) and at the rear edge of the central stop (2) of the support (1) are incorporated, superior and below, rear perpendicular teeth (10) also with flexible arrow ends (8) by the spacer slot (9). As shown in Figure 8, in this first version the bracket (1) may optionally be produced by a tubular metal frame folded to form two central triangular bases, one upper (4a) and one lower (4b) connected together. from each other from their vertices by means of columns (5a), front and rear, with upper vertical teeth (7a) and perpendicular rear teeth (10a) in the form of hooks. Still optionally this support (1) may have only a central triangular base (4a) with its upper vertical teeth (7a), but having its columns (5a) gradually converging to the lower end of the rear column (5b), also incorporating rear perpendicular teeth. For working with the bracket (1), "L" profiles (11) are shown, shown from figure 3, forming the display columns (D), which are cast in their crease (12) by pairs of duly spaced apart (13), also to the shelves (14), shown at the top of figure 5, members of the display (D), which have the bottom (15) cast in their vertices by pairs of cutouts (1 6).

[029] For mounting the display (D) using the bracket (1), the four "L" profiles (1 1) receive overlapping rear perpendicular teeth (1 3) by their rear pair (13). 10) of said support (1), which are deformed by the ramps of the arrows (8) and return, opening in a clamp system by the spacer slot (9), for locking, as shown in Figure 3 and its detail A . After overcoming the arrow ramps (8) of the upper vertical teeth (7), the spacer slot (9) returns to locking, as shown in Figure 6 and its detail C. At the same time, the corners of the sidewalls of the shelf (14) abut against the shavings (3) of the supports (1) next to the "L" faces of the profiles (1 1). When the shelves (14) are locked, the display (D) is mounted, as shown in figure 7. In this same figure it is shown that if the display (D) receives heavy weight (from the products displayed on it at the point of sale), by the slots (6) of the lower walls (5) of the opposing supports (1) are tie rods (17) giving greater strength to the lashing between the "L" profiles (11) extending under the bottom (15) of the shelves (14).

[030] The same mounting system is obtained by the metal tubular variants of the bracket (1) shown in figure 8.

Bracket (1) has an important constructive and functional variation, hereinafter referred to as bracket (1a), as shown in Figure 9, providing a mounting system option consisting of a spacer channel which (18) extends vertically fully enclosing the central triangular base (4) ending at a lower step (19) so as to distance it from the inner face of a double wall (20), bent at right angles, whose vertex coincides externally with the vertex of said triangular central base (4). In addition to externally surrounding the central triangular base (4), duly spaced by the spacer channel (18), the double wall (20) is open at the sides (21) and at its upper (22) and lower (23) edges, bounded by a central internal stop (24). Such an anvil (24) internally forms in the double wall (20) an upper housing and a lower housing accessed respectively by the upper (22) and lower (23) open edges, said central triangular base (4) being further split. centrally by a vertical slot (25) delimited by lower step (26), which is flush with the step (19) of the spacer channel (18).

For working with the bracket (1a), as shown in Figure 10, non-cut "L" profile segments (11a) are used, while the shelves (14) have the bottom (15) positioned at center point of its structure extending lower wall portions (27) of its sidewalls (28) which are pivotable at their creases (29) near the bottom (15) which in turn incorporate a beam (30) diagonally extended from one of the vertices to the opposite vertex, as shown in detail E of this figure 10.

As also shown in Figure 10, for mounting the display (D) using the bracket (1a), it receives, through the open lower edges (23) of its double wall (20), the introduction of the ends upper sections of the "L" profile segments (11a) bounded in their coupling stroke by the inner center stop (24). Then, as shown in the sequence of detail F of figure 11, descending vertically axially, the vertices of the lower wall portions (27) and the diagonal beam (30) are coupled, respectively, to the spacer channel (18). ) and in the vertical slot (25), tangent to the inner face of the double wall (20) and resting on the lower step (26), simultaneously with the action of the split teeth of the vertical teeth (7) of the triangular central base (4) , which lock in the clippings (16).

[034] Through this adaptation the assembly becomes practically simultaneous between profile segments (11a) and shelves (14), forming a stage of the display panel (D), with the supports (la), as shown in figure 12 , with the upper edges open (22) of the double wall (20) to receive the upper "L" profile segments (11a). These 11a are also introduced in a course delimited by the inner central stops 24 for the formation of a new stage, as shown in the sequence of detail G of figure 12.

For the new floor, as shown in Figure 13, by the lower edge housings (23), the supports (1a) are inserted from the upper edges of the "L" profile segments (11a) and successively until the formation of the display (D), as shown in figure 14.

[036] By the open side edges (21) of its double walls (20) the brackets (1a) may join sidewalls (31) until the formation of the display (DE) as shown in figure 1 5.

[037] As a constructive option for bracket 1a, as shown in Figure 16, it has its double wall (20) incorporating centrally and continuously a perpendicular double wall portion (32), also with its side edges ( 21), upper (22) and lower (23) open and bounded by their inner central stop (24). With such arrangement, the perpendicular wall portion 32 forms, with the double wall 20, two upper edges 22 and two lower edges 23, in addition to the side edges 21, with two respective triangular central triangular bases. (4) equally spaced by their parallel spaced channels (18). Thus, by the upper (22) and lower (23) open edges of the double wall (20) are inserted respective pairs of "L" profile segments (11a) or sidewall segments (31), positioning the two central triangular bases (4) to each receive their shelf (14), both positioned parallel to the pairs on each floor, maintaining the same mounting system.

[038] In another constructional option for the bracket (1a), as shown in Figure 17, the double wall is formed by a cross-shaped configuration, that is, composed of four perfectly perpendicular double wall portions (33), equally with its lateral (21), upper (22) and lower (23) edges open and delimited by its inner central stop (24). With such arrangement, four upper edges (22) and four lower edges (23) are formed, with four respective central triangular bases (4) spaced apart by their spacer channels (18) to each receive their shelf (14), each being the four units of these shelves (14) positioned radially and symmetrically from the crosshead, maintaining the same mounting system for the display (D).

Claims

1 - "SUPPORT FOR PROFILE AND SIDE WALL OF DISPLAY DISPLAY", consists of a support (1) with central stop

2 - "SUPPORT FOR DISPLAY DISPLAY PROFILE AND SIDE WALL", according to the support (1) of claim 1, characterized in that, optionally, it has a metallic tubular body with upper (4a) and lower (4b) bases, connected to each other from its apexes through columns (5a), front and rear, upper vertical teeth (7a) and rear perpendicular teeth (10a) in the form of hooks.

3 - "SUPPORT FOR DISPLAY DISPLAY PROFILE AND SIDE WALL", according to the support (1) of claim 1, characterized in that it optionally has a metallic tubular body with a central triangular base (4a) and upper vertical teeth (7a) , having its columns (5a) gradually converging to the lower end of the rear column (5 b), also incorporating rear perpendicular teeth (10a) in the form of hooks.

4 - "MOUNTING SYSTEM", according to the support (1) of claims 1, 2 and 3, for mounting the display (D) characterized by insertion and overtaking by pairs of cutouts

6 - "SUPPORT FOR PROFILE AND DISPLAY SIDE WALL DISPLAY", according to the support (la) of claim 4, characterized in that, optionally, it has a perpendicular double wall (32) incorporated centrally and perpendicularly in the double wall (20), also with lateral edges (21), upper (22 ) and lower (23) open and delimited by an internal central stop (24), forming two respective central triangular triangular bases (4) equally distanced by their spacer channels (18), directed parallel, working with respective pairs of profile segments in "L" (11a) or side wall segments (31) and respective shelf pairs (14).

7 - "SUPPORT FOR DISPLAY DISPLAY PROFILE AND SIDE WALL", according to the support (1 a) of claim 4, characterized in that it optionally has a double wall in a crosshead configuration, composed of four perfectly double-walled portions (33). perpendicular to each other, equally with their lateral edges (21), upper (22) and lower (23) open and delimited by their internal central stop (24), delimiting four central triangular bases (4) distanced by their spacer channels (18) , receiving respective pairs of "L" profile segments (11a) or sidewall segments (31) and respective four-shelf units (14) positioned radially and symmetrically from the crosshead (33).

8 - "MOUNTING SYSTEM", according to the support (la) of claims 5, 6 and 7, for mounting the display (D), characterized by the introduction in a vertical axial direction, through the open lower and upper edges of the double wall ( 20), of "L" shaped profile segments (11a) in a course delimited by the internal central stop (24), while the spacer channel (18) of the central triangular base (4) receives the apex of the portions of lower walls (27) of the shelves (14), tangential to the internal face of said double wall (20), said shelves (14) being placed on the lower step (19) simultaneously with penetration, in the slot (25), of the beam (30) at the bottom (15) of said shelf (14), sitting on the step (26) of the support, together with the overcoming by the arrow ramps (8) of the upper vertical teeth (7 ) through the cutouts (16) in the bottom (15) of the shelves (14), deforming and returning through the spacer slot (9).
