通过本发明提供的电子设备解锁方法及系统,能够带来以下至少一种有益效果:
1.本发明可以通过用户输入的信息指令和密码打开所关联的隐藏应用或隐藏的应用文件夹。其他人即使拿到移动设备,也 无法找到隐藏应用的入口,只能通过加密用户指令信息和密码的调用应用或应用列表文件夹,有效的为用户解决了自身私密数据被他人窃取或偷看的问题;
2.本发明当密码输入有误时,拒绝访问调用被隐藏的APP,同时通过限定密码次数输入,在限定的时间将智能终端自锁,进一步防止用户的智能终端在脱离用户时或者丢失时他人盗取个人的信息,隐藏APP应用的功能能够有效的保护用户的隐私,减少被别有用心的人所利用的风险。
3.本发明用户可以通过将涉及隐藏的应用添加到隐藏列表,并设置显现密码,使相应的应用从手机系统的桌面上消失,就好像手机中没用安装该应用一样。当用户需要使用应用时可以使用多种方式将应用再次显现出来,完全不会影响使用。密码设置比较灵活多样,个性化的设计,进一步提高电子设备的安全性能。
4.本发明可以将多个APP加入隐藏列表,从而实现对多个应用的保护,不但安全性高而且操作十分方面快捷,为用户的隐私保护提供非常可靠的保障,提高了用户体验。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图,并获得其他的实施方式。
为使图面简洁,各图中只示意性地表示出了与本发明相关的部分,它们并不代表其作为产品的实际结构。另外,以使图面简洁便于理解,在有些图中具有相同结构或功能的部件,仅示意性地绘示了其中的一个,或仅标出了其中的一个。在本文中,“一个”不仅表示“仅此一个”,也可以表示“多于一个”的情形。
一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,参考图1,包括:
步骤S20获取用户输入的显示信息指令;
步骤S30显示隐藏的APP列表;
步骤S40获取用户输入的密码;
步骤S50将用户输入的密码与预设密码进行比对;
步骤S60当用户输入的密码与预设密码比对一致时,显示所述隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上;
步骤S70当用户输入的密码与预设密码比对不一致时,显示失败。
具体的,在本发明中的智能终端不限于手机还包括(笔记本、平板电脑、车载智能终端)在本实施例以手机为例进行说明,当用户想要使用手机上的某一APP时,例如是微信,由于现在的微信功能比较强大,可以实现购物、视频等等,所以涉及到个人生活隐私也有个人的信息和个人财务信息等,为了保障在使用过程中被他人窥视或者盗用,在手机上进行隐藏,只有用户在本人或者指定的某人才能使用,即将该APP(以微信为例)进行隐藏保护。当用户需要使用时,用户在手机针对隐藏功能菜单下输入一种指令信息,就可以显示被隐藏的APP,但是需要调用APP时,并将该APP显示在手机的屏幕上,此时需要输入用户预先存储的密码,当密码正确时方可显示APP,才可以使用。被隐藏的APP可是银行系统、QQ、或者是手机游戏功能, 由于用户家里有小孩,为了防止孩子长时间玩手机造成孩子的视力下降或者影响孩子学习等。当用户输入的密码不正确时,显示失败,可以采取包括三种方式进行进一步处理;第一重新输入密码,直到输入的正确显示用户需显示的APP即可。第二重新获取信息指令;第三,也可以设置每天或者规定的时间内调用隐藏的APP时输入密码的次数,如果超过规定的次数,那么该功能可以进入锁定的状态,该情况可以避免手机丢失或者他人非法盗取用户的信息。
优选地,所述步骤S30还包括:
步骤S31根据用户输入的信息指令显示隐藏列表中的APP选项,以及获取用户输入的对所述APP选项的确认信息。
具体的,显示隐藏的APP可是分为多种情况,可是显示全部隐藏的APP,也可是显示分类隐藏的APP(例如分为生活里,娱乐类、社交类),或者根据用户的需求单一的显示。
优选地,还包括:
在步骤S60中,显示与用户输入的所述确认信息对应的隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
具体的,用户需要显示被隐藏的APP时,可以根据手机上的菜单选项,输入指令信息,例如在手机的屏幕上显示“是否需要开启隐藏的APP”根据用户决定点击屏幕上的“是”或者“否”;也可以语音识别例如“请开启隐藏的APP”或者其他设定的语音等;
优选地,还包括:
在步骤S40中,根据所述步骤S31中用户输入的所述确认信息获取用户输入的相应密码;
所述预设密码包括多个密码模板;
具体的,在需要调用APP时输入的密码形式可以是例如数字“123456”或者大小写字母以及组合“shuonne”,或者“shuonne123456”等等各种组合变化,又或者是手势型的“字母形状”“图形”“等等根据用户的设置成个性化的风格。
在步骤S60中,当用户输入的所述相应密码与其中一个所述密码 模板比对一致时,显示与用户输入的所述确认信息对应的隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
具体的,用户输入的显示信息指令包括在智能终端设置上建立的按键通讯指令、和/或语音识别指令;用户输入显示隐藏的APP列表的密码和预设密码包括数字、和/或字母、和/或特殊手势。用户需要显示被隐藏的APP时,可以根据手机上的菜单选项,输入指令信息,例如在手机的屏幕上显示“是否需要开启隐藏的APP”根据用户决定点击屏幕上的“是”或者“否”;也可以语音识别例如“请开启隐藏的APP”或者其他设定的语音等;在需要调用APP时输入的密码形式可以是例如数字“123456”或者大小写字母以及组合“shuonne”,或者“shuonne123456”等等各种组合变化,又或者是手势型的“字母形状”“图形”“等等根据用户的设置成个性化的风格。当用户根据输入的信息显示APP时,需要再次输入密码可以解开或者调用某一APP;此时可以设定成全部的被隐藏在列表中的APP只需要一个密码全部显示到手机的屏幕上,也可以APP的类型输入密码,也可以单项输入密码。

优选地,所述步骤S20之前还包括:
步骤S10获取用户输入的隐藏信息指令;
步骤S11显示待确认的APP隐藏列表;
步骤S12获取用户对所述APP隐藏列表的确认信息;
步骤S13隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP。
具体的,本发明中在调取需要显示的被隐藏的APP之前是先将APP进行隐藏,本实施中主要是以隐藏APP的技术。例如需要隐藏微信,可以直接点击设置隐藏功能,然后选取隐藏分类包括隐藏到同一列表下,或者分类的列表下,或者从新设置分类,微信属于社交类的APP,当使用分类隐藏时,可以从屏幕上隐藏到社交类,当然也可根据用户指定更加适合个人风格的个性化隐藏,选取隐藏微信之后,屏幕上会出现再次确认“是否隐藏”,当然这一个APP隐藏,也可以 同时选择多个APP后再隐藏,屏幕同样出现确认的按键或者图标;然后在设置隐藏时的密码,为了开启显示隐藏的APP的验证,当设置好后,选择的APP被隐藏成功。

具体的,在本实施中完整显示了隐藏APP的以及使用时调用APP的步骤,具体的更加详细的过程在上述的实施例中都已讲述。
一种具有APP隐藏加密方法的智能终端,参考图3,包括:
指令获取模块2,用于获取用户输入的显示信息指令;
密码获取模块3,用于获取用户输入的密码;
存储模块4,用于存储预设密码;
显示模块5,用于显示隐藏的APP列表以及显示所述隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上;
控制模块1,分别与所述指令获取模块2、所述密码获取模块3、所述存储模块4、所述显示模块5电连接,控制模块1用于根据所述指令获取模块2获取的用户输入的显示信息指令控制所述显示模块5显示隐藏的APP列表,并将所述密码获取模块3获取的用于显示被隐藏APP的密码与所述存储模块4存储的预设密码进行比对,并当 判断用户输入的密码与所述预设密码一致时控制所述显示模块5进一步将隐藏的APP显示在智能终端的屏幕上,当判断用户输入的密码与所述预设密码不一致时控制所述显示模块5进一步显示隐藏APP失败。
具体的,本实施例中,指令获取模块2根据用户输入的信息判断用户的需求调用哪一项被隐藏的APP,然后显示该APP,如果继续使用APP时并将其显示在手机的屏幕上,需要输入正确的密码,也即是验证码,如果与存储模块预先存储的一致时,需要该选择需要显示的APP将显示在手机屏幕上。根据所述密码获取模块3获取显示被隐藏APP的密码与所述存储模块4的预设密码进行对比,当控制模块1判断用户输入的密码不正确时所述密码获取模块3再次获取用户输入的密码,当密码也即验证码错误时,需要重新再输入,不限于一次,可以是多次,也可以是设定次数,如果超过限定的次数后手机屏幕上发出显示在规定的时间内(10内,20分钟)禁用该选项等等,获取验证用户身份,根据个人的身份证信息获取用户是否是同一人所为,当然还包括在忘记密码的情况下,都需要实名验证。为了进一步保障用户的手机被非法窃取信息财务等等。
进一步优选地,还包括:
所述控制模块控制1所述显示模块5进一步显示所有隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
具体的,通过信息指令的确认,将隐藏的APP全部显示智能终端的屏幕上。
进一步优选地,还包括:
所述控制模块1控制所述显示模块5进一步根据用户输入的信息指令显示隐藏列表中的APP选项,控制所述信息指令获取模块进一步获取用户输入的对所述APP选项的确认信息。具体的,根据用户的需求在隐藏APP的列表终端选择相应的APP,加入在隐藏列表中有QQ、微信、淘宝、银行、支付宝,如果用户想要转账和微信视频,此时用户则选择微信和支付宝两项即可,提高了用户的使用体验度。
进一步优选地,还包括:
所述指令获取模块2进一步获取用户输入的隐藏信息指令,以及用于获取用户对APP隐藏列表的确认信息;
所述显示模块5进一步用于显示待确认的APP隐藏列表,以及隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP;
所述控制模块1还用于根据所述指令获取模块2获取的隐藏信息指令控制所述显示模块进一步显示待确认的APP隐藏列表,以及根据所述指令获取模块2获取的用户对APP隐藏列表的确认信息控制所述显示模块5隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP。
所述获取信息指令模块2用户输入的信息指令包括在智能终端设置上建立的按键通讯指令、和/或语音识别指令;所述密码获取模块和存储指令用户输入的密码和预设密码包括数字、和/或字母、和/或特殊手势。
具体的,所述控制模块1控制所述密码获取模块3根据选择的隐藏APP选项获取用户输入的相应密码;所述存储模块4进一步保存多个密码模板;所述密码获取模块3获取的密码与所述存储模块4其中一个所述密码模板比对一致时,所述显示模块5进一步显示与用户输入的所述确认信息对应的隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。用户输入的显示信息指令包括在智能终端设置上建立的按键通讯指令、和/或语音识别指令;用户输入显示隐藏的APP列表的密码和预设密码包括数字、和/或字母、和/或特殊手势。指令获取模块2包括获取在显示隐藏的APP信息指令还包括获取需要设定隐藏APP的信息指令,根据信息指令显示模块5显示的信息包括,将显示隐藏确认,显示需要隐藏的APP,显示调取隐藏的APP,还包括将隐藏的APP显示在手机的屏幕上;存储模块包括隐藏时设置的密码,隐藏的APP保存至隐藏的路径;控制模块1用于控制执行各个模块之间操作进程,协调各模块符合操作规程,使用于系统更加顺畅有序。其基本内如下:
A.选择欲保护的APP应用,并加入隐藏列表。由于APP图标隐藏在隐藏列表中,因此增加了安全性和隐私性。
B.设置显现时的密码。
C.通过上层接口启动隐藏算法,隐藏相应APP应用。
D.当想使用被隐藏的APP应用时,通过系统的设置面板上的显示栏中的隐藏列表显示开关或利用手机中语音识别功能说出“隐藏列表”,启动后台服务,然后由后台服务启动隐藏列表程序,显示隐藏列表。
E.选择将要显现的APP应用,输入设置的密码后,即可将应用显现然后使用。
本发明还提供了一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,参考图4和图5;为了保护涉及用户隐私的手机APP应用,本发明通过将相应APP应用添加到隐藏列表来实现保护用户隐私的目的。具体首先,用户手动选择将要被隐藏的APP,然后将其添加到隐藏列表中,接着设置显现被隐藏时的密码,通过上层开关启动隐藏算法,将APP隐藏。当用户想要使用被隐藏的APP的时候,通过系统开关按钮或语音识别,唤出隐藏列表,输入密码,接着即可从隐藏列表中选择想要显现的APP,选择确定后,隐藏的APP被移出隐藏列表,重新出现在系统的桌面上,然后用户就可以正常使用了。本技术利用对Android系统底层的相关算法实现APP的隐藏和显示,并通过向应用层提供相关接口供应用程序使用。用户可以手动选择被隐藏的APP,同时对隐藏的APP应用设置显现密码。关于被隐藏APP的显现,本技术提供了多种实现方式。
本发明通过提过一种隐藏APP应用的功能能够有效的保护用户的隐私,减少被别有用心的人所利用的风险。用户可以通过将涉及隐藏的应用添加到隐藏列表,并设置显现密码,使相应的应用从手机系统的桌面上消失,就好像手机中没用安装该应用一样。当用户需要使用应用时可以使用多种方式将应用再次显现出来,完全不会影响使用。
本发明的技术利用对Android系统底层的相关算法实现APP的隐藏和显示,并通过向应用层提供相关接口供应用程序使用。用户可以手动选择被隐藏的APP,同时对隐藏的APP应用设置显现密码。 关于被隐藏APP的显现,本技术提供了多种实现方式。
应当说明的是,上述实施例均可根据需要自由组合。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤S20获取用户输入的显示信息指令;
    步骤S30显示隐藏的APP列表;
    步骤S40获取用户输入的密码;
    步骤S50将用户输入的密码与预设密码进行比对;
    步骤S60当用户输入的密码与预设密码比对一致时,显示所述隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上;
    步骤S70当用户输入的密码与预设密码比对不一致时,显示失败。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在步骤S60中,显示所有隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S30还包括:
    步骤S31根据用户输入的信息指令显示隐藏列表中的APP选项,以及获取用户输入的对所述APP选项的确认信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在步骤S60中,显示与用户输入的所述确认信息对应的隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在步骤S40中,根据所述步骤S31中用户输入的所述确认信息获取用户输入的相应密码;
    所述预设密码包括多个密码模板;
    在步骤S60中,当用户输入的所述相应密码与其中一个所述密 码模板比对一致时,显示与用户输入的所述确认信息对应的隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种智能终端的隐私保护方法,
    其特征在于,所述步骤S20之前还包括:
    步骤S10获取用户输入的隐藏信息指令;
    步骤S11显示待确认的APP隐藏列表;
    步骤S12获取用户对所述APP隐藏列表的确认信息;
    步骤S13隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP。
  7. 一种智能终端的隐私保护系统,其特征在于,包括:
    指令获取模块,用于获取用户输入的显示信息指令;
    密码获取模块,用于获取用户输入的密码;
    存储模块,用于存储预设密码;
    显示模块,用于显示隐藏的APP列表以及显示所述隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上;
    控制模块,分别与所述指令获取模块、所述密码获取模块、所述存储模块、所述显示模块电连接,控制模块用于根据所述指令获取模块获取的用户输入的显示信息指令控制所述显示模块显示隐藏的APP列表,并将所述密码获取模块获取的用于显示被隐藏APP的密码与所述存储模块存储的预设密码进行比对,并当判断用户输入的密码与所述预设密码一致时控制所述显示模块进一步将隐藏的APP显示在智能终端的屏幕上,当判断用户输入的密码与所述预设密码不一致时控制所述显示模块进一步显示隐藏APP失败。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能终端的隐私保护系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述控制模块控制所述显示模块进一步显示所有隐藏的APP至智能终端的屏幕上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的智能终端的隐私保护系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述控制模块控制所述显示模块进一步根据用户输入的信息指令显示隐藏列表中的APP选项,控制所述信息指令获取模块进一步获取用户输入的对所述APP选项的确认信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一所述的智能终端的隐私保护系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述指令获取模块进一步获取用户输入的隐藏信息指令,以及用于获取用户对APP隐藏列表的确认信息;
    所述显示模块进一步用于显示待确认的APP隐藏列表,以及隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP;
    所述控制模块还用于根据所述指令获取模块获取的隐藏信息指令控制所述显示模块进一步显示待确认的APP隐藏列表,以及根据所述指令获取模块获取的用户对APP隐藏列表的确认信息控制所述显示模块隐藏所述APP隐藏列表中的APP。
