L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement d'informations pour une carte de chambre d'hôtel, qui peuvent résoudre un problème technique de l'état de la technique, où la reconstruction d'un ascenseur et un système de commande d'ascenseur pour la gestion cohérente d'un hôtel entraînent des frais importants. Le procédé comprend : l'acquisition d'informations de commande générées par un système de gestion d'hôtel (S101) ; la détermination, sur la base des informations de commande, d'un hôtel cible et d'informations d'étage cible (S102), l'hôtel cible étant l'un des hôtels dans lesquels un utilisateur réside, et les informations d'étage cible étant des informations d'identification de l'étage auquel se trouve une chambre où un utilisateur réside ; l'acquisition, à partir d'une base de données, d'un format cible de l'hôtel cible (S103), le nom de chaque hôtel correspondant à un format de données, le format de données étant le format d'un paquet de données de communication d'une carte à puce d'hôtel, la carte à puce d'hôtel servant à activer un ascenseur d'hôtel et à déverrouiller la serrure de porte d'une chambre d'hôtel, et le format cible étant le format de données de l'hôtel cible ; et l'écriture, dans une carte à puce cible, conformément au format cible, des informations d'étage cible et de la clé de serrure de porte de la chambre où l'utilisateur réside (S104).
