Description

一种手持式搅拌机及其开关装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及搅拌机领域,更具体的说,涉及一种手持式搅拌机及其开关装置。
【背景技术】
目前,各种小型的家用食品加工器械由于其使用的便利性,而越来越多地进入平常百姓的日常生活中,食物搅拌机便是一种应用非常广泛的器械。
一般而言,食物搅拌机包括用于搅拌、粉碎食物的搅拌刀组,用于驱动该搅拌刀组的驱动装置,和用于提供动力的动力装置;动力装置和驱动装置电性连接,使得驱动装置驱动搅拌刀组。其中,驱动装置中驱动电机和搅拌刀组传动连接,通过驱动电机的转动驱动搅拌刀组转动,进而使得搅拌刀组实现搅拌、粉碎食物的目的。现有的驱动电机都是直接安装固定在食物搅拌机的壳体的内部,通过壳体内部的结构实现固定。其中,动力装置包括与驱动电机电连接的电路板,电路板通过导线连接有插头,插头可与外电连接为驱动电机供电。电路板上设置有开关,用于控制驱动电机是否工作,动力装置还包括和开关配合的按键,按键与开关相互配合,并被食物搅拌机的壳体限位固定,以便控制开关。且壳体设置有用于放置按键的开关孔。
在生产、装配过程中,需要先将按键插入到壳体上设置的开关孔内,再将开关和按键相互配合。但是,在实际组装过程中,将按键插入到壳体的开关孔内后,再将开关和按键进行配合并不容易实现,在安装配合过程中需要同时兼顾壳体和按键两者再与开关进行配合,需要花费较多的时间。另外,即使配合完成,还需将两个壳体进行配合固定,在此过程中不能够对配合完成的开关和按键产生触碰,或者需要对开关和按键配合后进行定位,进一步增加组装的时间和难度。因此,加快组装是亟待解决的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速组装按键和开关的手持式搅拌机及其开关装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明的一个方面是:一种手持式搅拌机,包括搅拌刀组、壳体以及安装在所述壳体内的驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述搅拌刀组传动连接用于驱动所述搅拌刀组,所述手持式搅拌机还包括开关和用于控制所述开关的开关装置,所述开关设置在一电路板上,所述电路板与所述驱动装置电性连接;所述开关装置包括固定在所述电路板上的按键架和活动的连接在所述按键架上的按键,且所述开关位于所述按键架内,所述按键在所述按键架上活动以控制所述开关。
优选的,所述按键架包括与所述电路板固定连接的底端和与所述底端相对的顶端,所述顶端设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述按键包括按键帽、触杆和限位杆,所述触杆和限位杆都位于所述按键帽的同一面上,所述触杆用于插入到所述第一通孔内,且用于控制所述开关;所述限位杆用于插入到所述第二通孔内,所述限位杆顶部设置有使所述限位杆限位于所述第二通孔内的限位块。按键与按键架相互配合的一种具体方式,通过限位杆及触杆分别插入到第二通孔和第一通孔内,可使得限位杆及触杆分别在第二通孔和第一通孔内进行活动,从而使得按键和按键架之间的活动连接稳定,以便在控制按键的过程中更加稳定的控制触杆来控制开关。
优选的,所述限位杆顶部设置有开口使所述限位杆顶部形成等大的两个部分;所述限位杆顶部两部分向所述开口方向压缩,且两部分接触时的大小小于或等于所述第二通孔的大小。限位杆顶部设置开口以便限位杆顶部被开口分开的两个部分相互之间具有弹性,从而在将限位杆插入到第二通孔内时可通过对限位杆顶部的挤压使得限位杆顶部产生形变以便限位杆顺利的插入到第二通孔内。
优选的,所述按键架顶部内表面设置有用于限位所述触杆的限位板,所述 限位板为两个,分别位于所述触杆的两相对侧。限位板对触杆起到限位作用,这样触杆的两侧由限位板限位,触杆另外两侧由按键架的侧壁限位,从而触杆的四面同时被限位,这样触杆在活动过程中更加稳定,不易倾斜,进而使得触杆更加稳定的触发开关。
优选的,所述按键架还包括位于所述顶端和底端之间的第一壁、第二壁、第三壁及第四壁;所述第一壁和第二壁相对设置,所述第三壁和第四壁相对设置,所述第三壁和第四壁上分别设置有卡扣,对应的,所述电路板上设置有用于放置所述卡扣的两个卡孔,所述卡扣位于所述按键架的底端,且突出于所述第一壁和第二壁,当所述卡扣插入到所述卡孔内,同时扣合到所述电路板上时所述第一壁和第二壁顶压到所述电路板上。这是按键架和电路板可拆卸固定连接的一种具体方式,卡扣和卡孔卡接配合容易实现;且按键架的其中两个相对侧壁和另外两个相对侧壁之间形成间隔,这样使得按键架的四个侧壁都具有弹性,在和电路板进行固定连接或拆卸过程中通过侧壁的弹性更加容易实现。
优选的,所述第三壁与第一壁和第二壁之间相互间隔设置,所述第四壁与第一壁和第二壁之间相互间隔设置,两个所述卡孔之间的最小距离小于所述第三壁和第四壁之间的距离;两个所述卡孔之间的最大距离小于两个所述卡扣之间的最大距离,且大于所述第三壁和第四壁之间的距离。第三壁、第四壁分别与第一壁和第二壁之间相互间隔设置,从而使得第三壁和第四壁具有弹性,通过第三壁及第四壁的弹性形变,调整卡扣,以便将卡扣插入到对应的卡孔内;而且在取出卡扣的过程中,可以通过挤压卡扣,同样通过第三壁及第四壁的弹性形变以便使得卡扣从卡孔内脱离。
优选的,所述第三壁和第四壁的根部分别设置有加强筋。增加第三壁、第四壁的强度,防止第三壁和第四壁在产生形变时折断。
优选的,所述按键架顶部设置有用于限位所述按键帽的限位环,所述限位环的高度等于所述触杆触发所述开关的距离。设置限位环防止按压力度过大而损坏开关。
本发明的另一个方面是:一种开关装置,用于安装固定在电路板上,并与固定在所述电路板上的开关配合,所述开关装置包括固定在所述电路板上的按键架和活动的连接在所述按键架上的按键,且所述开关位于所述按键架内,所述按键在所述按键架上活动以控制所述开关。
优选的,所述按键架包括与所述电路板固定连接的底端和与所述底端相对的顶端,所述顶端设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述按键包括按键帽、触杆和限位杆,所述触杆和限位杆都位于所述按键帽的同一面上,所述触杆用于插入到所述第一通孔内,且用于控制所述开关;所述限位杆用于插入到所述第二通孔内,所述限位杆顶部设置有使所述限位杆限位于所述第二通孔内的限位块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明的按键架固定连接到电路板上,按键活动连接到按键架上,并通过按键在按键架上的活动来控制电路板上的开关,以便使用者通过按键控制开关,本发明通过按键架将按键直接安装固定于电路板上,且使得按键和开关直接配合,从而方便生产、组装,直接将配合连接完成后的电路板与壳体装配即可,相比现有技术,无需额外配合,加快了生产、组装过程。

下面参考图4至图6描述本发明实施例一的开关装置,此开关装置200与开关配合,用于控制开关。本实施例的开关装置配合一电路板使用,参见图2和图3所示,开关装置200和电路板140配合固定,且开关直接安装固定在电路 板140,这样就方便开关装置200直接固定到电路板140上与开关进行配合,从而控制该电路板上的开关。
需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例的开关装置仅仅依开关装置固定在电路板上为例进行说明,并不限于此,当然,开关装置也可以固定在其他位置用于控制开关。例如:将开关通过导线和电路板电性连接,且开关固定在一外壳上,将开关装置安装固定在外壳上,并与开关配合,用于控制此开关。
如图4至图6所示,本实施例公开一种开关装置200,用于安装固定在电路板140上,并与固定在所述电路板140上的开关150配合,所述开关装置200包括固定在所述电路板140上的按键架220和活动的连接在所述按键架220上的按键210,且所述开关150位于所述按键架220内,所述按键210在所述按键架220上活动以控制所述开关150。
本实施例的按键架220固定连接到电路板140上,按键210活动连接到按键架220上,并通过按键210在按键架220上的活动来控制电路板140上的开关150,以便使用者通过按键210控制开关150,本发明通过按键架220将按键210直接安装固定于电路板140上,且使得按键210和开关150直接配合,从而方便生产、组装,直接将配合连接完成后的电路板140与外壳装配即可,相比现有技术,无需额外配合,加快了生产、组装过程。
需要说明的是,本实施例的开关装置200为两个,如图2所示;以及开关140也为两个,如图3所示;本实施例一个开关装置200和一个开关相配合。当然,本实施例仅在电路板140上设置一个开关150,并由一个开关装置200与其配合也是可以的。
其中,所述按键架220包括与所述电路板140固定连接的底端230和与所述底端230相对的顶端240。本实施例按键架220和电路板140之间可拆卸的固定连接。
具体的,本实施例按键架220和电路板140之间通过卡接固定连接。当然, 对于本领域技术人员而言,通过其他可拆卸的方式进行固定连接也是可以的,比如通过螺丝固定连接。按键架220上设置有卡扣227,对应的,电路板140上设置有用于放置所述卡扣227的卡孔141,卡扣和卡孔卡接配合容易实现。
进一步的,按键架220包括位于所述顶端240和底端230之间的第一壁221、第二壁222、第三壁223及第四壁224;所述第一壁221和第二壁222相对设置,所述第三壁223和第四壁224相对设置,所述第三壁223和第四壁224上分别设置有卡扣227,此两个卡扣227分别位于第三壁223和第四壁224的外表面上。所述卡扣227位于所述按键架220的底端230,且突出于所述第一壁221和第二壁222。对应的,所述电路板140上设置有用于放置所述卡扣227的两个卡孔141,此两个卡孔141分别位于开关150的两侧位置。当所述卡扣227插入到所述卡孔141内,同时扣合到所述电路板140上时所述第一壁221和第二壁222顶压到所述电路板140上。这是按键架和电路板可拆卸固定连接的一种具体方式,按键架的其中两个相对侧壁和另外两个相对侧壁之间形成间隔,这样使得按键架的四个侧壁都具有弹性,在和电路板进行固定连接或拆卸过程中通过侧壁的弹性更加容易实现。
更进一步的,所述第三壁223与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,所述第四壁224与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,两个所述卡孔141之间的最小距离小于所述第三壁223和第四壁224之间的距离;两个所述卡孔141之间的最大距离小于两个所述卡扣227之间的最大距离,且大于所述第三壁223和第四壁224之间的距离。第三壁223、第四壁224分别与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,从而使得第三壁223和第四壁224具有弹性,通过第三壁223及第四壁224的弹性形变,调整卡扣227,以便将卡扣227插入到对应的卡孔141内;而且在取出卡扣227的过程中,可以通过挤压卡扣227,同样通过第三壁223及第四壁227的弹性形变以便使得卡扣227从卡孔141内脱离。
其中,所述第三壁223和第四壁224的根部分别设置有加强筋。加强筋增加 第三壁223、第四壁224的强度,防止第三壁223和第四壁224在产生形变时折断。
其中,所述顶端240设置有第一通孔225和第二通孔226,所述按键210包括按键帽213、触杆211和限位杆212,所述触杆211和限位杆212都位于所述按键帽213的同一面上,所述触杆211用于插入到所述第一通孔225内,且用于控制所述开关150;所述限位杆212用于插入到所述第二通孔226内,所述限位杆212顶部设置有使所述限位杆212限位于所述第二通孔226内的限位块214。按键210与按键架220相互配合的一种具体方式,通过限位杆212及触杆211分别插入到第二通孔226和第一通孔225内,可使得限位杆212及触杆211分别在第二通孔226和第一通孔225内进行活动,从而使得按键210和按键架220之间的活动连接稳定,以便在控制按键210的过程中更加稳定的控制触杆211来控制开关150。
进一步的,所述限位杆212顶部设置有开口215使所述限位杆212顶部形成等大的两个部分;所述限位杆212顶部两部分向所述开口方向压缩,且两部分接触时的大小小于或等于所述第二通孔226的大小。限位杆212顶部设置开口215以便限位杆212顶部被开口215分开的两个部分相互之间具有弹性,从而在将限位杆插入到第二通孔内时可通过对限位杆顶部的挤压使得限位杆顶部产生形变以便限位杆顺利的插入到第二通孔内。而且,当限位杆插入到第二通孔内后,同时限位块突出到第二通孔外,这样开口两侧的两个部分恢复原状,这样限位块的大小就大于第二通孔的大小,从而限位块和第二通孔周围的侧壁相互配合实现限位的功能。
其中,限位杆212顶部还设置有倒角,进一步便于限位杆212插入到第二通孔内。
其中,所述按键架220顶部内表面设置有用于限位所述触杆211的限位板,所述限位板为两个,分别位于所述触杆的两相对侧。限位板对触杆起到限位作用,这样触杆的两侧由限位板限位,触杆另外两侧由按键架的侧壁限位,从而 触杆的四面同时被限位,这样触杆在活动过程中更加稳定,不易倾斜,进而使得触杆更加稳定的触发开关。
其中,所述按键架220顶部设置有用于限位所述按键帽213的限位环250,所述限位环250的高度等于所述触杆211触发所述开关150的距离。设置限位环250防止按压力度过大而损坏开关150。具体的,限位环250包括围绕第一通孔225设置的第一限位环229和围绕第二通孔226设置的第二限位环228,第一限位环和第二限位环高度相同。本实施例设置两个限位环对按键帽的限位效果更佳。当然,本实施例仅设置其中一个限位环也是可以的。
本实施例按键210和按键架220由限位杆212起到固定连接的作用的,以便按键210在按键架220上活动,进而通过触杆211来控制开关150。
需要说明书的是,本实施例也可以通过其它的方式来控制开关。例如:如图7和图8所示,仅在按键帽213上设置一个限位杆212,而不设置触杆。对应的,按键架220的顶部240仅仅设置第二通孔226,而不设置第一通孔225。这样,在将按键架220安装固定在电路板上时将第二通孔226和开关相对应,从而限位杆212插入到第二通孔226内后可直接控制开关,而无需再通过额外设置触杆来实现对开关的控制。这样就简化了按键及按键架的结构,以便生产和配合;但是,相比之下,设置触杆来控制开关的结构更加稳定。
本发明的实施例二公开一种手持式搅拌机,如图1所示,此手持式搅拌机100包括搅拌刀组130、壳体120以及安装在所述壳体120内的驱动装置110,所述驱动装置110与所述搅拌刀组130传动连接用于驱动所述搅拌刀组130。结合图2至图6所示,所述手持式搅拌机100还包括开关150和用于控制所述开关150的开关装置200,所述开关150设置在一电路板140上,所述电路板140与所述驱动装置110电性连接;所述开关装置200包括固定在所述电路板140上的按键架220和活动的连接在所述按键架220上的按键210,且所述开关150位于所述按键架220内,所述按键210在所述按键架220上活动以控制所述开关150。
本实施例的按键架220固定连接到电路板140上,按键210活动连接到按键架220上,并通过按键210在按键架220上的活动来控制电路板140上的开关150,以便使用者通过按键210控制开关150,本实施例通过按键架220将按键210直接安装固定于电路板140上,且使得按键210和开关150直接配合,从而方便生产、组装,直接将配合连接完成后的电路板140与壳体120装配即可,相比现有技术,无需额外配合,加快了生产、组装过程。
其中,电路板140通过导线300连接一插头,通过插头实现与外电的电性连接,通过外电为手持式搅拌机100供电。
需要说明的是,本实施例的开关装置200为两个,如图2所示;以及开关140也为两个,如图3所示;本实施例一个开关装置200和一个开关相配合。当然,本实施例仅在电路板140上设置一个开关150,并由一个开关装置200与其配合也是可以的。
其中,所述按键架220包括与所述电路板140固定连接的底端230和与所述底端230相对的顶端240。本实施例按键架220和电路板140之间可拆卸的固定连接。
具体的,本实施例按键架220和电路板140之间通过卡接固定连接。当然,对于本领域技术人员而言,通过其他可拆卸的方式进行固定连接也是可以的,比如通过螺丝固定连接。按键架220上设置有卡扣227,对应的,电路板140上设置有用于放置所述卡扣227的卡孔141,卡扣和卡孔卡接配合容易实现。
进一步的,按键架220包括位于所述顶端240和底端230之间的第一壁221、第二壁222、第三壁223及第四壁224;所述第一壁221和第二壁222相对设置,所述第三壁223和第四壁224相对设置,所述第三壁223和第四壁224上分别设置有卡扣227,此两个卡扣227分别位于第三壁223和第四壁224的外表面上。所述卡扣227位于所述按键架220的底端230,且突出于所述第一壁221和第二壁222。对应的,所述电路板140上设置有用于放置所述卡扣227的两个卡孔141,此两个卡孔141分别位于开关150的两侧位置。当所述卡扣227插入到所 述卡孔141内,同时扣合到所述电路板140上时所述第一壁221和第二壁222顶压到所述电路板140上。这是按键架和电路板可拆卸固定连接的一种具体方式,按键架的其中两个相对侧壁和另外两个相对侧壁之间形成间隔,这样使得按键架的四个侧壁都具有弹性,在和电路板进行固定连接或拆卸过程中通过侧壁的弹性更加容易实现。
更进一步的,所述第三壁223与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,所述第四壁224与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,两个所述卡孔141之间的最小距离小于所述第三壁223和第四壁224之间的距离;两个所述卡孔141之间的最大距离小于两个所述卡扣227之间的最大距离,且大于所述第三壁223和第四壁224之间的距离。第三壁223、第四壁224分别与第一壁221和第二壁222之间相互间隔设置,从而使得第三壁223和第四壁224具有弹性,通过第三壁223及第四壁224的弹性形变,调整卡扣227,以便将卡扣227插入到对应的卡孔141内;而且在取出卡扣227的过程中,可以通过挤压卡扣227,同样通过第三壁223及第四壁227的弹性形变以便使得卡扣227从卡孔141内脱离。
其中,所述第三壁223和第四壁224的根部分别设置有加强筋。加强筋增加第三壁223、第四壁224的强度,防止第三壁223和第四壁224在产生形变时折断。
其中,所述顶端240设置有第一通孔225和第二通孔226,所述按键210包括按键帽213、触杆211和限位杆212,所述触杆211和限位杆212都位于所述按键帽213的同一面上,所述触杆211用于插入到所述第一通孔225内,且用于控制所述开关150;所述限位杆212用于插入到所述第二通孔226内,所述限位杆212顶部设置有使所述限位杆212限位于所述第二通孔226内的限位块214。按键210与按键架220相互配合的一种具体方式,通过限位杆212及触杆211分别插入到第二通孔226和第一通孔225内,可使得限位杆212及触杆211分别在第二通孔226和第一通孔225内进行活动,从而使得按键210和按键架220 之间的活动连接稳定,以便在控制按键210的过程中更加稳定的控制触杆211来控制开关150。
进一步的,所述限位杆212顶部设置有开口215使所述限位杆212顶部形成等大的两个部分;所述限位杆212顶部两部分向所述开口方向压缩,且两部分接触时的大小小于或等于所述第二通孔226的大小。限位杆212顶部设置开口215以便限位杆212顶部被开口215分开的两个部分相互之间具有弹性,从而在将限位杆插入到第二通孔内时可通过对限位杆顶部的挤压使得限位杆顶部产生形变以便限位杆顺利的插入到第二通孔内。而且,当限位杆插入到第二通孔内后,同时限位块突出到第二通孔外,这样开口两侧的两个部分恢复原状,这样限位块的大小就大于第二通孔的大小,从而限位块和第二通孔周围的侧壁相互配合实现限位的功能。
其中,限位杆212顶部还设置有倒角,进一步便于限位杆212插入到第二通孔内。
其中,所述按键架220顶部内表面设置有用于限位所述触杆211的限位板,所述限位板为两个,分别位于所述触杆的两相对侧。限位板对触杆起到限位作用,这样触杆的两侧由限位板限位,触杆另外两侧由按键架的侧壁限位,从而触杆的四面同时被限位,这样触杆在活动过程中更加稳定,不易倾斜,进而使得触杆更加稳定的触发开关。
其中,所述按键架220顶部设置有用于限位所述按键帽213的限位环250,所述限位环250的高度等于所述触杆211触发所述开关150的距离。设置限位环250防止按压力度过大而损坏开关150。具体的,限位环250包括围绕第一通孔225设置的第一限位环229和围绕第二通孔226设置的第二限位环228,第一限位环和第二限位环高度相同。本实施例设置两个限位环对按键帽的限位效果更佳。当然,本实施例仅设置其中一个限位环也是可以的。
本实施例按键210和按键架220由限位杆212起到固定连接的作用的,以便按键210在按键架220上活动,进而通过触杆211来控制开关150。
需要说明书的是,本实施例也可以通过其它的方式来控制开关。例如:如图7和图8所示,仅在按键帽213上设置一个限位杆212,而不设置触杆。对应的,按键架220的顶部240仅仅设置第二通孔226,而不设置第一通孔225。这样,在将按键架220安装固定在电路板上时将第二通孔226和开关相对应,从而限位杆212插入到第二通孔226内后可直接控制开关,而无需再通过额外设置触杆来实现对开关的控制。这样就简化了按键及按键架的结构,以便生产和配合;但是,相比之下,设置触杆来控制开关的结构更加稳定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持式搅拌机,包括搅拌刀组、壳体以及安装在所述壳体内的驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述搅拌刀组传动连接用于驱动所述搅拌刀组,其特征在于,所述手持式搅拌机还包括开关和用于控制所述开关的开关装置,所述开关设置在一电路板上,所述电路板与所述驱动装置电性连接;所述开关装置包括固定在所述电路板上的按键架和活动的连接在所述按键架上的按键,且所述开关位于所述按键架内,所述按键在所述按键架上活动以控制所述开关。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述按键架包括与所述电路板固定连接的底端和与所述底端相对的顶端,所述顶端设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述按键包括按键帽、触杆和限位杆,所述触杆和限位杆都位于所述按键帽的同一面上,所述触杆用于插入到所述第一通孔内,且用于控制所述开关;所述限位杆用于插入到所述第二通孔内,所述限位杆顶部设置有使所述限位杆限位于所述第二通孔内的限位块。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手持式搅拌器,其特征在于,所述限位杆顶部设置有开口使所述限位杆顶部形成等大的两个部分;所述限位杆顶部两部分向所述开口方向压缩,且两部分接触时的大小小于或等于所述第二通孔的大小。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述按键架顶部内表面设置有用于限位所述触杆的限位板,所述限位板为两个,分别位于所述触杆的两相对侧。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述按键架还包括位于所述顶端和底端之间的第一壁、第二壁、第三壁及第四壁;所述第一壁和第二壁相对设置,所述第三壁和第四壁相对设置,所述第三壁和第四壁上分别设置有卡扣,对应的,所述电路板上设置有用于放置所述卡扣的两个卡孔,所述卡扣位于所述按键架的底端,且突出于所述第一壁和第二壁,当所述卡扣插入到所述卡孔内,同时扣合到所述电路板上时所述第一壁和第二壁顶压到所述电 路板上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述第三壁与第一壁和第二壁之间相互间隔设置,所述第四壁与第一壁和第二壁之间相互间隔设置,两个所述卡孔之间的最小距离小于所述第三壁和第四壁之间的距离;两个所述卡孔之间的最大距离小于两个所述卡扣之间的最大距离,且大于所述第三壁和第四壁之间的距离。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述第三壁和第四壁的根部分别设置有加强筋。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的手持式搅拌机,其特征在于,所述按键架顶部设置有用于限位所述按键帽的限位环,所述限位环的高度等于所述触杆触发所述开关的距离。
  9. 一种开关装置,用于安装固定在电路板上,并与固定在所述电路板上的开关配合,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括固定在所述电路板上的按键架和活动的连接在所述按键架上的按键,且所述开关位于所述按键架内,所述按键在所述按键架上活动以控制所述开关。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述按键架包括与所述电路板固定连接的底端和与所述底端相对的顶端,所述顶端设置有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述按键包括按键帽、触杆和限位杆,所述触杆和限位杆都位于所述按键帽的同一面上,所述触杆用于插入到所述第一通孔内,且用于控制所述开关;所述限位杆用于插入到所述第二通孔内,所述限位杆顶部设置有使所述限位杆限位于所述第二通孔内的限位块。
