一种智能手表的睡眠检测方法及系统。该方法包括如下步骤:获取用户的睡眠数据(101);将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量(102);将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户(103)。该系统包括获取单元(201)、比对单元(202)及结果单元(203)。该系统具有用户体验度好的优点。

本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种智能手表的睡眠检测方法及系统。
背景技术
智能手表为人们日常生活中常见物品,随着智能手机的普及,智能手表也进入到人们的生活中,智能手表由于体积小,所以其具有携带方便的优点,现有的智能手表对于睡眠检测的数据无法进行分析总结,所以用户体验度不高。
技术问题
本申请提供一种智能手表的睡眠检测方法。其解决现有技术的技术方案用户体验度不高的缺点。
技术解决方案
一方面,提供一种智能手表的睡眠检测方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
获取用户的睡眠数据;
将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量;
将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
依据该比对结果对用户进行运动建议。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
将比对结果生成结果曲线,对结果曲线进行分析获得用户阶段性的睡眠质量。
第二方面,提供一种智能手表的睡眠检测系统,所述系统包括:
获取单元,用于获取用户的睡眠数据;
比对单元,用于将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量;
结果单元,用于将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
建议单元,用于依据该比对结果对用户进行运动建议。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
分析单元,用于将比对结果生成结果曲线,对结果曲线进行分析获得用户阶段性的睡眠质量。
有益效果
本发明提供的技术方案获取用户的睡眠数据,将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量,然后将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户,所以其具有用户体验度高的优点。

请参考图1,图1是本发明第一较佳实施方式提出的一种智能手表的睡眠检测方法,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、获取用户的睡眠数据;
步骤S102、将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量;
步骤S103、将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。
本发明提供的技术方案获取用户的睡眠数据,将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量,然后将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户,所以其具有用户体验度高的优点。
可选的,上述方法在步骤S103之后还可以包括:
依据该比对结果对用户进行运动建议。

结果单元203,用于将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。

    获取用户的睡眠数据;

    将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。

    依据该比对结果对用户进行运动建议。

  4. 一种智能手表的睡眠检测系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    获取单元,用于获取用户的睡眠数据;
    比对单元,用于将当前的睡眠数据与标准睡眠数据进行比对获取用户的睡眠质量;
    结果单元,用于将睡眠质量与历史睡眠质量进行比对,将比对结果显示给用户。
