Description

LED灯具 技术领域
本发明属于LED灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种墙装LED灯具。
背景技术
现有技术中的墙装LED灯具,其LED发光板的安装角度通常是相对墙面水平或垂直方向设置,因此LED灯具照射的范围局限。
同时现有技术的墙装LED灯具中,外罩的PC(英文Polycarbonate的缩写,中文含义为聚碳酸酯)灯罩通常只起到光扩散的作用,并未起到减小眩光的作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术照射范围局限的不足之处而提出一种照射范围大的墙装LED灯具,包括灯具外壳、用于将外部电源转化为灯具供电电压的电源、与安装墙面连接的电源盒盖、LED光源板和灯罩;所述电源固定在所述灯具外壳内;所述电源盒盖盖合于所述灯具外壳上;所述灯具外壳包括顶面和光源安装平面;所述光源安装平面与所述顶面呈小于80度的夹角;所述LED光源板固定在所述灯具外壳下方的光源安装平面上;所述灯罩固定在所述LED光源板下方。
本发明要解决的技术问题还在于避免上述现有技术灯罩无减小眩光功能的不足之处而提出墙装LED灯具,其灯罩的截面呈三角形状,包括第一灯罩面和第二灯罩面;所述第一灯罩面和第二灯罩面呈大于等于90度的夹角;在所述第一灯罩面或第二灯罩面上向LED光源板侧设置有齿状结构,该齿状结构包括第一出射面和第二出射面,使LED光源板射出的光线经由第一出射面和第二出射面射出。

以下结合各附图对本发明的实施方式做进一步详述。
如图1至8所示的优选实施例中的墙装LED灯具,包括灯具外壳、用于将外部电源转化为灯具供电电压的电源20、用于同安装墙面连接的电源盒盖30、用于LED灯具发光照明的LED光源板50和用于防尘的灯罩60;所述电源20固定在所述灯具外壳10内;所述电源盒盖30盖合于所述灯具外壳10上。所述灯罩60可以为PC材质,也可以是其他材质的灯罩60。
如图5和7所示,所述灯具外壳10包括顶面11和光源安装平面18;所述光源安装平面18与所述顶面11呈小于80度的夹角;所述LED光源板50固定在所述灯具外壳10下方的光源安装平面18上;所述灯罩60固定在所述LED光源板50下方。
所述光源安装平面18与所述顶面11的夹角可以是45度、30度或者60度等其他小于80度的角度,其中夹角呈45度时,会使墙 装LED灯具的照射范围在水平和垂直方向达到均衡,可根据实际不同方向的照射需求设置合适的角度。
如图7和8所示,所述灯罩60的截面呈三角形状,包括第一灯罩面62和第二灯罩面64;所述第一灯罩面62和第二灯罩面64呈大于等于90度的夹角;所述第一灯罩面62或第二灯罩面64内侧设置有齿状结构65,该齿状结构65包括第一出射面66和第二出射面68,使LED光源板50射出的光线经由第一出射面66和第二出射面68射出。

人体感应装置主要通过检测人体发出的红外线确定是否有人,来自动开启或关闭负载,即当夜晚有人进入感应区时,LED灯具会自动点亮,即当人离开感应区时,LED灯具会自动关闭。人体感应装置可以是市面上各种不同工作原理和不同形式的人体感应装置。
光感器用于感应外部光线强度,当感应到外部光线弱与其内设定的最低光强度时,LED灯具会自动点亮;并依据外部光线强弱变化调整LED灯具的输出功率来调整LED灯具的照明光强。光感器可以是市面上各种不同工作原理和不同形式的光感器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种墙装LED灯具,包括灯具外壳(10)、用于将外部电源转化为灯具供电电压的电源(20)、与安装墙面连接的电源盒盖(30)、LED光源板(50)和灯罩(60);所述电源(20)固定在所述灯具外壳(10)内;所述电源盒盖(30)盖合于所述灯具外壳(10)上;其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)包括顶面(11)和光源安装平面(18);所述光源安装平面(18)与所述顶面(11)呈小于80度的夹角;
    所述LED光源板(50)固定在所述灯具外壳(10)下方的光源安装平面(18)上;所述灯罩(60)固定在所述LED光源板(50)下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯罩(60)的截面呈三角形状,包括第一灯罩面(62)和第二灯罩面(64);所述第一灯罩面(62)和第二灯罩面(64)呈大于等于90度的夹角;所述第一灯罩面(62)或第二灯罩面(64)内侧设置有阶梯状结构或者齿状结构(65),该阶梯状结构或者齿状结构(65)包括第一出射面(66)和第二出射面(68),从LED光源板(50)射出的光线经由第一出射面(66)或第二出射面(68)射出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    其中所述第一灯罩面(62)或第二灯罩面(64)内侧设置有阶梯状结构或者齿状结构(65)替换为所述第一灯罩面(62)或第二灯罩面(64)外侧设置有阶梯状结构或者齿状结构(65)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)的顶面(11)为平面或圆弧面;所述第一灯罩面 (62)或第二灯罩面(64)的外侧有纵向加强筋条结构(67)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)的内上部设置有内置散热片(15);
    所述灯具外壳(10)下部设有外散热片(17);所述电源盒盖(30)的上部包覆住电源(20)并与所述灯具外壳(10)的上部固定连接,使灯具外壳(10)下部的外散热片(17)对外裸露;
    所述电源盒盖(30)的下部延伸有支柱(39);所述电源盒盖(30)在所述支柱(39)部位与外壳(10)实现可转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)内上部设有用于电源盒盖(30)安装限位的限位孔柱(13);所述灯具外壳(10)和电源盒盖(30)上部通过穿过限位孔柱(13)上的安装孔的紧固件固定连接;
    所述灯具外壳(10)的下部边沿设置有外壳转轴通孔(16);所述支柱(39)下部设置有支柱转轴通孔(38);所述支柱转轴通孔(38)和外壳转轴通孔(16)通过转轴实现可转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括感应装置(70),所述感应装置(70)与所述电源(20)电连接获得供电;所述感应装置(70)通过紧固件固定在所述电源盒盖(30)的一侧面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括安装在灯罩(60)和光源安装平面(18)之间的灯罩防水密封胶圈(61),所述灯罩(60)和灯具外壳(10)之间通过压合所述灯罩防水密 封胶圈(61)密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括安装在电源盒盖(30)和灯具外壳(10)之间的电源盒防水密封胶圈(34),所述电源盒盖(30)和灯具外壳(10)之间通过压合所述电源盒防水密封胶圈(34)密封。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述电源盒盖(30)的至少一个面上设有过线孔(32),该过线孔(32)用于外部电源与所述电源(20)的连接线穿过;所述电源盒盖(30)上部设有墙装孔(35);所述电源盒盖(30)通过紧固件经墙装孔(35)固定在安装墙面上。
