本发明涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种性价比实时竞价的技术。
背景技术
针对现有的采购领域或普通商品购买领域,用户仅能根据既定的维度,为各个商品进行排序,从中选择其需要的商品对象,在此过程中,商家并不能实时地参与其中,因此,用户选定一种排序规则之后,这些排序后的商品对象的次序将不再改变,显然,现有的这种方式已经很难满足用户日益增长的需求。
此外,现有的竞价系统通常只考虑价格这一单一维度,而实际上,评判维度可以不仅限于价格,特别地,对于非标准商品及服务等的采购,评判维度还可以包括用户需求满足度、服务保障、优惠条款等维度。因此,如何提供一种性价比实时竞价的方法,更大程度上满足用户的需求,成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种性价比实时竞价的方法和装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种实时竞价的方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
a根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;
b获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;
c根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
d将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
优选地,该方法还包括:
重复所述步骤b、c和d,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
达到预定时间阈值;
达到预定性价比阈值。
优选地,所述步骤a还包括:
根据所述用户输入的需求,结合认知计算,筛选获得与所述需求相对应的对象,以参与所述性价比预排序。

重排序装置,用于根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
提供装置,用于将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
优选地,所述竞价获取装置、重排序装置和提供装置依次重复执行操作,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
达到预定时间阈值;
达到预定性价比阈值。

在此,竞价设备1循环执行实时获取商家提供的竞价信息、对对象进行性价比重排序、将性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户的操作,直至满足预定条件,多次循环操作的结果使得多次性价比重排序后的对象更符合用户的需求,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
在此,竞价设备1根据用户输入的需求,筛选获得满足需求的对象 参与到性价比预排序中,进一步地,结合认知计算,使得筛选得到的对象进一步满足用户的需求,提升了用户的使用体验。
在此,竞价设备1进一步结合网络数据的认知计算,调整对象的维度和对应的权重,从而使得对象的性价比预排序更加精准,更符合用户的期望,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
在此,竞价设备1根据性价比重排序后的结果,通知对应的商家参与竞价,以提高其竞争力,进一步地,发送给商家的通知中还可以包括用户所关注的维度、权重或其他需求,以告知商家用户的关注点,从而引导商家进行有针对性的竞价,改进了传统方式中商家缺乏对于自身竞争力的了解的弊端,同时,使得性价比重排序后的结果更符合用户的需求,进一步提升用户的使用体验。

所述计算机设备包括用户设备与网络设备。其中,所述用户设备包括但不限于电脑、智能手机、PDA等;所述网络设备包括但不限于单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器组成的服务器组或基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的由大量计算机或网络服务器构成的云,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。其中,所述计算机设备可单独运行来实现本发明,也可接入网络并通过与网络中的其他计算机设备的交互操作来实现本发明。其中,所述计算机设备所处的网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、VPN网络等。
需要说明的是,所述用户设备、网络设备和网络等仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的计算机设备或网络如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明保护范围以内,并以引用方式包含于此。
后面所讨论的方法(其中一些通过流程图示出)可以通过硬件、软件、固件、中间件、微代码、硬件描述语言或者其任意组合来实施。当用软件、固件、中间件或微代码来实施时,用以实施必要任务的程序代码或代码段可以被存储在机器或计算机可读介质(比如存储介质)中。(一个或多个)处理器可以实施必要的任务。

图1示出根据本发明一个方面的用于性价比实时竞价的装置的结构示意图。该竞价设备1例如位于计算机设备中,其包括预排序装置101、竞价获取装置102、重排序装置103和提供装置104。
以下以竞价设备1位于网络设备中为例进行详细描述,该竞价设备1与用户设备通过网络相连接,获取该用户设备所获取的用户设置 的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重;根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给该用户设备,以供用户查看。在此,所述用户设备包括但不限于个人电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、智能手机、PDA等,用户通过该用户设备,完成对对象的维度及对应的权重的设置,从而获得性价比预排序后的、且结合商家竞价信息进行性价比重排序后的对象。
其中,预排序装置101根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象。
具体地,用户通过与用户设备的交互,在输入框内输入对象的多个维度及这些维度对应的权重,或者,在提供给用户的维度及权重选项中勾选多个该用户期望设置的对象的维度及该维度对应的权重;预排序装置101通过与该用户设备的交互,例如通过一次或多次调用该用户设备所提供的应用程序接口(API)或其他约定的通信方式,获取该用户所设置的对象的维度及该维度所对应的权重;随后,该预排序装置101根据该用户设置的对象的维度及其所对应的权重,结合该对象在每个被设置的维度上的打分,例如通过加权计算,计算各个对象的打分值,进而,根据该打分值,对这些对象进行性价比预排序,例如,根据打分值的高低,将对象按照打分值从高到低的顺序进行排序,从而获得性价比预排序后的对象。
在此,性价比意指性能价格比,是一个性能与价格之间的比例关系,该性能例如为用户需求的满足度。在此,排序参考的维度不再仅限于价格这个单一的维度,而是多个维度的综合考虑,并且,用户可以自行设置维度及对应的权重,从而使得性价比预排序的结果更符合用户的需求。
较佳地,所述对象的维度包括以下至少任一项:
位置维度;
价格维度;
服务维度;
预定条款维度;
行业特有维度。
在此,针对酒店、饭店、会务服务、旅行安排等非标准化产品的对象,位置维度例如这些对象所处的具体位置、地段价值、交通状态等信息,针对各类商品等标准化产品的对象,位置维度例如商品的发货地、生产地等信息。例如,用户偏好江浙沪发货的产品,则其可以提高位置维度的权重,从而满足发货地在江浙沪的商品具有更高的排序;又如,用户对商品的产地的权重设置较高,则产自假货集中地的商品的排序更靠后,产自特色产地的商品的排序更靠前,如针对羊绒商品,产自鄂尔多斯的则排序更靠前等。
价格维度既可以是商品的总价格,也可以是商品的单位价格,如每个商品的单价、或每单位重量的商品的价格等。
服务维度包括但不限于商家所提供的售后、保修、延保等服务,提供信用卡或分期付款的服务,酒店、饭店、会务服务、旅行安排等的星级,其他用户的评价等信息。
预定条款维度包括但不限于商家所提供的一些优惠条款,如买五赠一、订满100个房间可免费使用会议室等预定条款,或者其他诸如以旧换新、七天内无条件退换货等预定条款。
行业特有维度是指各个行业所特有的维度,例如,针对酒店行业,可以将酒店的设施维度作为该酒店行业的行业特有维度,酒店的设施维度例如酒店是否具备游泳池、健身房、会议室等设施。酒店设施的丰富程度和设计的新旧等均可作为行业特有维度参与到排序中来。
较佳地,用户对对象的维度及权重的设置,不仅可以是上述位置维度、价格维度、服务维度、预定条款维度、行业特有维度等较宽泛的维度,也可以是这些维度所包含的更细分的子维度。例如,以酒店预 定为例,位置维度又包含了酒店的具体位置、地段价值、交通状态等更细分的子维度,则用户在设置酒店的维度及权重时,可以设置这些细分的子维度及其权重,例如,从上述三个子维度中选择了具体位置与地段价值两个子维度,并为其设置了对应的权重。
本领域技术人员应能理解,上述基于用户设置的对象的维度及其对应的权重对对象进行性价比预排序的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的基于用户设置的对象的维度及其对应的权重对对象进行性价比预排序的方式如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,此处不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
竞价获取装置102获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息。
具体地,各个对象所对应的商家可以对其自家的对象提供竞价信息,这些商家可以是自主提供竞价信息,也可以应竞价设备1的通知而提供竞价信息。竞价信息不仅包括单纯的价格信息、与价格有关的优惠信息,还包括提供给用户的商品和服务的品质、与用户的需求的契合度等。例如,商家通过与其使用的计算机设备的交互,提交了针对其自家的对象的竞价信息,竞价获取装置102通过与该计算机设备的实时交互,例如通过一次或多次调用该计算机设备所提供的应用程序接口(API)或其他约定的通信方式,实时获取该商家提供的竞价信息。在此,竞价设备1例如也为各个商家提供了一个竞价平台,通过该竞价平台,商家可以参与竞价,例如,提供给商家一个竞价页面,该页面上包含有该商家的对象的各个维度的信息,商家可以据此进行竞价。

在此,商家所提供的针对对象的竞价信息包括价格信息,该价格信息例如降低总价或单价等;用户需求满足度信息例如对象与用户输入的需求的契合度、与用户设置的维度或权重的契合度等;优惠条款信息例如买10送1,预定100个房间可以免费使用会议室等优惠条款;额外服务信息例如提供延保服务、分期付款服务等。
在此,商家所提供的竞价信息还可以是针对对象的综合性价比信息,例如,虽然商家针对其对象降低了价格,但是减少了优惠条款,因此,该商家的对象的总性价比并没有提高。后续的重排序装置103在对性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序时,应充分考虑该商家所提供的各项竞价信息。

重排序装置103根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象。
具体地,重排序装置103根据竞价获取装置102所实时获取的商家所提供的竞价信息,对该预排序装置101所性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,例如,根据预排序装置101所计算获得的各个对象的打分值,将各个对象对应的商家提供的竞价信息按照一定的权重,与该打分值进行一定的计算,如加权计算,从而获得这些对象的新的打分值,再按照新的打分值对这些对象进行性价比重排序,例如,按照新的打分值从高到低的顺序,对这些对象进行性价比重排序。
在此,与前述性价比预排序相类似地,性价比重排序也同样不再仅限于价格这个单一的维度,而是基于对象的性能与价格之间的比例关系,对这些对象进行排序,该性能例如为用户需求的满足度,性价比重排序在前述性价比预排序的基础上更加结合了商家所实时提供的竞价信息。

较佳地,提供装置104还可以将该用户所设置的维度,以及该性价比重排序后的对象在该维度上的打分值,或在该维度上的具体信息,或商家所提供的竞价信息,一起提供给所述用户,从而方便用户查看。例如,当用户设置位置维度时,提供装置104可以将该性价比重排序后的对象的具体位置信息,如发货地、生产地,或所处的具体地理位置、地段价值、交通状态等信息,以及在该位置维度上的打分值或各项具体位置信息的详细打分值,或再结合商家具体提供的竞价信息,如降低的价格、增加的优惠条款等,一起提供给用户。

在此,针对酒店、饭店、会务服务、旅行安排等非标准化产品的对象,位置维度例如这些对象所处的具体位置、地段价值、交通状态等信息,针对各类商品等标准化产品的对象,位置维度例如商品的发货地、生产地等信息。例如,用户偏好江浙沪发货的产品,则其可以提高位置维度的权重,从而满足发货地在江浙沪的商品具有更高的排序;又如,用户对商品的产地的权重设置较高,则产自假货集中地的商品的排序更靠后,产自特色产地的商品的排序更靠前,如针对羊绒商品,产自鄂尔多斯的则排序更靠前等。
价格维度既可以是商品的总价格,也可以是商品的单位价格,如每个商品的单价、或每单位重量的商品的价格等。
服务维度包括但不限于商家所提供的售后、保修、延保等服务,提供信用卡或分期付款的服务,酒店、饭店、会务服务、旅行安排等的星级,其他用户的评价等信息。
预定条款维度包括但不限于商家所提供的一些优惠条款,如买五赠一、订满100个房间可免费使用会议室等预定条款,或者其他诸如以旧换新、七天内无条件退换货等预定条款。
行业特有维度是指各个行业所特有的维度,例如,针对酒店行业,可以将酒店的设施维度作为该酒店行业的行业特有维度,酒店的设施维度例如酒店是否具备游泳池、健身房、会议室等设施。酒店设施的 丰富程度和设计的新旧等均可作为行业特有维度参与到排序中来。
较佳地,用户对对象的维度及权重的设置,不仅可以是上述位置维度、价格维度、服务维度、预定条款维度、行业特有维度等较宽泛的维度,也可以是这些维度所包含的更细分的子维度。例如,以酒店预定为例,位置维度又包含了酒店的具体位置、地段价值、交通状态等更细分的子维度,则用户在设置酒店的维度及权重时,可以设置这些细分的子维度及其权重,例如,从上述三个子维度中选择了具体位置与地段价值两个子维度,并为其设置了对应的权重。

具体地,用户可以具有一定的需求,其通过与用户设备的交互,在诸如输入框等地方输入了其详细的需求,例如,假设用户需要预定酒店,其可以在酒店预订页面的输入框内,输入需求“自然采光、交通便利、具有可容纳1000人以上的会议室,无障碍层高要求,重型器械直达会场”等;在步骤S301中,竞价设备1通过与用户设备的交互,例如通过一次或多次调用该用户设备所提供的应用程序接口(API)或其他约定的通信方式,获取该用户所输入的详细需求;随后,在步骤S301中,竞价设备1根据该用户输入的需求,对该需求进行语义分析,例如,对用户输入的字符串进行切割、去噪、文意分析等处理,获得处理后的字符串,再结合认知计算,在各个对象中进行筛选,从而筛选获得满足用户需求的对象,将其作为参与性价比预排序的对象。例如,假设用户需要预定酒店,其在酒店预订页面的输入框内输入了需求“高大上”,则在步骤S301中,竞价设备1对该需求进行语义分析,再结合认知计算,例如将该用户需求转化为实际需求“位于市中心、五星级以上,奢侈品牌酒店,知名酒店”等。接着,预排序设备1在这些筛选获得的对象的基础上,根据用户设置的维度与权重,对这些对象进行性价比预排序。
较佳地,该竞价设备1还可以引导用户修改其需求,例如,当在步骤S301中,竞价设备1未能筛选出满足用户需求的对象时,竞价设备1可以引导用户修改其需求,从而筛选出满足用户需求的对象。
又如,用户设置了某个预算,将该预算作为该用户输入的需求,当市场平均价格远高于用户预算时,该竞价设备1可以引导用户调整预算,例如提高预算或降低标准。采用该方法可以引导用户合理采购,使得用户能正常购买商品的同时保护商家的权益。
本领域技术人员应能理解,上述结合认知计算筛选获得满足用户 需求的对象的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的结合认知计算筛选获得满足用户需求的对象的方式如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,此处不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
在此,竞价设备1根据用户输入的需求,筛选获得满足需求的对象参与到性价比预排序中,进一步地,结合认知计算,使得筛选得到的对象进一步满足用户的需求,提升了用户的使用体验。
图4示出根据本发明一个优选实施例的用于性价比实时竞价的方法的流程示意图。该方法1还包括步骤S405。其中,所述步骤S402、S403和S404与图3所示对应步骤相同或基本相同,故此处不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
其中,在步骤S405中,竞价设备1基于对网络数据的认知计算,调整所述对象的维度及其所对应的权重;在步骤S401中,竞价设备1根据调整后的所述维度及其所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得所述性价比预排序后的对象。
具体地,由于网络上具有海量的数据,并且,每时每刻都会涌现新的数据信息,而用户可能并不能及时地获取这些数据信息,而在步骤S405中,竞价设备1通过对这些海量的网络数据的认知计算,可以帮助用户及时获知数据信息,并及时调整对象的维度及其所对应的权重;从而可以使得在步骤S401中,竞价设备1根据调整后的维度及权重,更准确地计算对象的打分值,从而可以对这些对象进行更精准的性价比预排序。
以酒店预订为例,假设某个地段正在举办大型会议,由于交通管制等因素,从而影响到该地段的交通状态,对于预定酒店的用户来讲,其可能并不知晓该信息,而在步骤S405中,竞价设备1通过对网络数据的认知计算,可以及时获取该信息,从而据此调整位于该地段的酒店的位置维度的权重或打分值,例如,调低该地段的酒店的交通状态维度的权重或打分值;随后,在步骤S401中,竞价设备1根据调整后的维度及其所对应的权重,再结合各个酒店在该维度上的打分,计算 各个酒店的打分值,从而为各个酒店进行更为精准的性价比预排序。
本领域技术人员应能理解,上述对网络数据的认知计算的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的对网络数据的认知计算的方式如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,此处不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
在此,竞价设备1进一步结合网络数据的认知计算,调整对象的维度和对应的权重,从而使得对象的性价比预排序更加精准,更符合用户的期望,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
优选地,该方法还包括步骤S406。在步骤S406中,竞价设备1根据所述性价比预排序后的对象,向所述对象所对应的商家发送通知,以引导所述商家提供针对所述对象的竞价信息。
具体地,在步骤S401中,竞价设备1对各个对象进行性价比预排序之后,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1可以根据该性价比预排序后的对象生成对应的通知,随后,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1通过与商家的交互,例如,通过一次或多次调用这些商家所使用的计算机设备所提供的应用程序接口(API),或通过其他约定的通信方式,将该通知发送给这些对象所对应的商家,例如,告知这些商家排名靠后,希望其提供更有竞争力的竞价信息,从而提高其排名,以此引导这些商家提供针对各个对象的竞价信息。
在此,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1向哪些商家发送通知可以是系统预置的也可以根据实际情况进行调整,例如,向所有商家发送通知,向性价比预排序之后排在倒数30%的商家发送通知,向性价比预排序之后排在倒数50%的商家发送通知等。
更优选地,所述通知包括以下至少任一项:
所述性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度;
所述维度所对应的权重;
所述用户所输入的需求。
具体地,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1不仅可以简单地通知商家提供针对对象的竞价信息,还可以将与用户相关的具体需求,在该通知 中一起告知商家,例如,将性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度或该维度对应的权重告知商家,或者,直接将用户输入的需求提供给商家,或进一步地,对用户输入的需求进行语义分析、词义转换等处理之后,再将该需求提供给商家,以使商家获知用户所关注的需求,从而更有针对性地提供竞价信息。
例如,假设商家A对应的对象a,在性价比预排序之后排在最后一名,用户设置的对象的维度包括位置维度和价格维度,且位置维度的权重特别高,则在步骤S406中,竞价设备1根据该商家A对应的对象a的性价比预排序情况,通知该商家A提供有竞争力的竞价信息,例如,通知该商家A其对象a的性价比预排序排名不够乐观,希望其参与竞价,并且,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1还在该通知中将该用户特别关注的位置维度,一起告知该商家A,该商家A获得该通知之后,发现其对象a的位置维度无法改变,无法满足该用户的需求,因此,该商家A放弃竞价。
又如,假设商家A对应的对象a,在性价比预排序之后排在最后一名,而用户输入的需求为“价廉物美”,则在步骤S406中,竞价设备1根据该商家A对应的对象a的性价比预排序情况,通知该商家A提供有竞争力的竞价信息,例如,通知该商家A其对象a的性价比预排序排名不够乐观,希望其参与竞价,并且,在步骤S406中,竞价设备1还在该通知中将该用户的需求“价廉物美”一起告知该商家A,该商家A获得该通知之后,降低其对象a的单价,从而参与竞价;随后,在步骤S402中,竞价设备1获取该商家A所提供的竞价信息,如该对象a的降价幅度、或该对象a的新的单价;在步骤S403中,竞价设备1根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;在步骤S404中,竞价设备1将性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。若该用户对此次性价比重排序后的对象满意,则从中进行选择,若不满意,则竞价设备1继续通知此次性价比重排序之后排名靠后的商家参与竞价;继续获取这些新参与竞价的商家所提供的竞价信息;根据这些竞价信息,对这些对象再次进行性价 比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;将性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户,直至该用户选择满足其需求的对象,或者,直至所有的商家都停止参与竞价,或者,直至满足该用户设置的或系统预设的预定时间阈值或预定性价比阈值。
本领域技术人员应能理解,上述发送给商家的通知所包括的内容仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的发送给商家的通知所包括的内容如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,此处不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
在此,竞价设备1根据性价比重排序后的结果,通知对应的商家参与竞价,以提高其竞争力,进一步地,发送给商家的通知中还可以包括用户所关注的维度、权重或其他需求,以告知商家用户的关注点,从而引导商家进行有针对性的竞价,改进了传统方式中商家缺乏对于自身竞争力的了解的弊端,同时,使得性价比重排序后的结果更符合用户的需求,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在此,竞价设备1引导商家和用户之间的互动,根据用户设置的对象的多个维度及这些维度所分别对应的权重,自动提示引导商家进行竞价,但不完全泄露用户的商业机密。例如,在竞价过程中,商家无法看到用户的预算底价,仅知道该商家的本轮竞价是否具有竞争力,或者,与用户预设的价格维度的总打分值的分值差距,或者,与用户预设的价格维度所包括的各个子维度所分别对应的打分值的分值差距。较佳地,商户在重新竞价后,不会马上得知更新的性价比排序,而可以在预定的时间节点,获知是否需要重新竞价或者已获得订单。
在此,竞价设备1在符合用户设置的维度和权重的基础上,充分调动市场竞争的效能,引导商家合理竞价,从而提升商家所对应的对象的性价比。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,本发明的各个装置可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程 序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

1.一种性价比实时竞价的方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
a根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;
b获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;
c根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
d将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
2.根据条款1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
重复所述步骤b、c和d,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
达到预定时间阈值;
达到预定性价比阈值。
3.根据条款1或2所述的方法,其中,所述步骤a还包括:
根据所述用户输入的需求,结合认知计算,筛选获得与所述需求相对应的对象,以参与所述性价比预排序。
4.根据条款1或2所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
基于对网络数据的认知计算,调整所述对象的维度及其所对应的权重;
其中,所述步骤a还包括:
根据调整后的所述维度及其所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得所述性价比预排序后的对象。
5.根据条款1或2所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
根据所述性价比预排序后的对象,向所述对象所对应的商家发送通知,以引导所述商家提供针对所述对象的竞价信息。
6.根据条款5所述的方法,其中,所述通知包括以下至少任一项:
所述性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度;
所述维度所对应的权重;
所述用户所输入的需求。
7.根据条款1或2所述的方法,其中,所述竞价信息包括以下至少任一项:
价格信息;
用户需求满足度信息;
优惠条款信息;
额外服务信息。
8.一种性价比实时竞价的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备包括:
预排序装置,用于根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;
竞价获取装置,用于获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;
重排序装置,用于根据所述竞价信息,对所述预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
提供装置,用于将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
9.根据条款8所述的竞价设备,其中,所述竞价获取装置、重排序装置和提供装置依次重复执行操作,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
达到预定时间阈值;
达到预定性价比阈值。
10.根据条款8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,预排序装置还用于:根据所述用户输入的需求,结合认知计算,筛选获得与所述需求相对应的对象,以参与所述性价比预排序。
11.根据条款8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备还包括:
调整装置,用于基于对网络数据的认知计算,调整所述对象的维度及其所对应的权重;
其中,所述预排序装置还用于:
根据调整后的所述维度及其所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得所述性价比预排序后的对象。
12.根据条款8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备还包括:
通知装置,用于根据所述性价比预排序后的对象,向所述对象所对应的商家发送通知,以引导所述商家提供针对所述对象的竞价信息。
13.根据条款12所述的竞价设备,其中,所述通知包括以下至少任一项:
所述性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度;
所述维度所对应的权重;
所述用户所输入的需求。
14.根据条款8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,所述竞价信息包括以下至少任一项:
价格信息;
用户需求满足度信息;
优惠条款信息;
额外服务信息。
15.一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机代码,当所述计算机代码被执行时,如条款1至7中任一项所述的方法被执行。
16.一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被计算机设备执行时,如条款1至7中任一项所述的方法被执行。
17.一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机代码,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机代码以执行如条款1至7中任一项所述的方法。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种性价比实时竞价的方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
    a根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;
    b获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;
    c根据所述竞价信息,对所述性价比预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
    d将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    重复所述步骤b、c和d,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
    所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
    所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
    达到预定时间阈值;
    达到预定性价比阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述步骤a还包括:
    根据所述用户输入的需求,结合认知计算,筛选获得与所述需求相对应的对象,以参与所述性价比预排序。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    基于对网络数据的认知计算,调整所述对象的维度及其所对应的权重;
    其中,所述步骤a还包括:
    根据调整后的所述维度及其所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得所述性价比预排序后的对象。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    根据所述性价比预排序后的对象,向所述对象所对应的商家发送通知,以引导所述商家提供针对所述对象的竞价信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述通知包括以下至少任 一项:
    所述性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度;
    所述维度所对应的权重;
    所述用户所输入的需求。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述竞价信息包括以下至少任一项:
    价格信息;
    用户需求满足度信息;
    优惠条款信息;
    额外服务信息。
  8. 一种性价比实时竞价的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备包括:
    预排序装置,用于根据用户设置的对象的维度及所述维度所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得性价比预排序后的对象;
    竞价获取装置,用于获取所述对象所对应的商家提供的针对所述对象的竞价信息;
    重排序装置,用于根据所述竞价信息,对所述预排序后的对象进行性价比重排序,以获得性价比重排序后的对象;
    提供装置,用于将所述性价比重排序后的对象提供给用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的竞价设备,其中,所述竞价获取装置、重排序装置和提供装置依次重复执行操作,直至满足预定条件,其中,所述预定条件包括以下至少任一项:
    所述用户从所述性价比重排序后的对象中选择某个对象;
    所述商家停止提供所述竞价信息;
    达到预定时间阈值;
    达到预定性价比阈值。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,预排序装置还用于:根据所述用户输入的需求,结合认知计算,筛选获得与所述需求相对应的对象,以参与所述性价比预排序。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备还包括:
    调整装置,用于基于对网络数据的认知计算,调整所述对象的维度及其所对应的权重;
    其中,所述预排序装置还用于:
    根据调整后的所述维度及其所对应的权重,对所述对象进行性价比预排序,以获得所述性价比预排序后的对象。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,该竞价设备还包括:
    通知装置,用于根据所述性价比预排序后的对象,向所述对象所对应的商家发送通知,以引导所述商家提供针对所述对象的竞价信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的竞价设备,其中,所述通知包括以下至少任一项:
    所述性价比预排序后的对象所对应的维度;
    所述维度所对应的权重;
    所述用户所输入的需求。
  14. 根据权利要求8或9所述的竞价设备,其中,所述竞价信息包括以下至少任一项:
    价格信息;
    用户需求满足度信息;
    优惠条款信息;
    额外服务信息。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机代码,当所述计算机代码被执行时,如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法被执行。
