背景技术
人们可能会在睡眠中突发疾病,因此需要一种能够在人们睡眠时监测人体生命特征参数并且能在出现异常时发出警报的系统。
目前存在一种应用于床上的看护系统,其通过压电传感器检测人体生命特征参数,根据压电传感器的测量值判断熟睡中的人们是否产生重心移动,并且在异常状态时能通过无线通信单元向预设的手机报警。
然而,这种看护系统仅依靠单一的传感设备测量单一的人体生命特征参数,当这种单一的传感设备失灵时可能会产生误判。此外,这种单一的传感器所测得的数据可靠性较低,并不能综合地反应人们在睡眠中的真实生命特征。

值得注意的是,本实用新型的目的在于克服背景技术中已经发现的一个或多个缺点。
为了这个目的,根据本实用新型提出了一种智能终端控制的电动床系统,通过如下技术方案实现:
一种电动床,其包括:
监测模块,用于监测用户体征并且将监测数据传送至无线通信模块;
无线通信模块,用于将所述监测数据发送至服务器;
其特征在于,所述服务器接收终端设备所发送的设置信号,如果所述监测数据超出设置信号所设置的阈值,则发送报警信号。
进一步,所述无线通信模块的连接方式为Wi-Fi、蓝牙、红外或ZigBee中的至少一种。
进一步,所述监测数据包括下列数据中的至少一种:体温、心率、呼吸频率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数。
进一步,所述服务器是云服务器。
进一步,所述终端设备包括智能手机、平板电脑、PDA和液晶显示屏。
进一步,所述终端设备显示所述监测数据。
进一步,所述设置信号中包含报警阈值和报警方式信息中的至少一种。
进一步,所述报警阈值是体温、心率、呼吸频率和呼吸强度的阈值。
进一步,所述报警方式是短信、电话、邮件和push消息中的至少一种。
进一步,所述报警信号发送至家庭成员或医疗机构。
本实用新型通过传感器监测在床用户的综合生命体征参数,包括心率、呼吸率、呼吸强度、翻身、抽搐等,通过无线通信模块将生命体征参数上传到互联网服务器,终端设备预先对服务器进行条件设置,如果服务器发现生命体征异常或者发现用户长期在床未离床,其将通过短信、邮件、电话或push消息方式给用户预设的人员、医疗结构发送告警。此外,终端设备能获取服务器中的实时数据以及历史数据,用于分析用户的体征参数。本实用新型通过监测多种生命体征,能够综合地反应人们在睡眠中的真实状况,从而减少误报警的机率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。
图1是示出了根据本实用新型的具有智能报警功能的电动床的结构示意图。本实用新型所提出的电动床包括多块相互铰接的床板、连接床板的连杆机构,以及驱动连杆机构的驱动电机,该电动床还包括监测模块1和无线通信模块2。
监测模块1用于监测用户体征,其包括体温监测模块、心率监测模块、呼吸频率检测计、分贝仪等。监测模块1至少获取用户人体特征的监测数据,该监测数据包括用户的体温、心率、呼吸率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数等。监测模块1适于将监测数据传送至无线通信模块2,无线通信模块2将所接收的监测数据传送至服务器。服务器可存储所述监测数据。可选地,该服务器可以将监测数据发送至终端设备,从而使用户可以使用终端设备查看实时监测数据及历史监测数据。
监测模块1安装在电动床床体上部,靠近人体心脏位置,从而获得准确的数据。
监测模块1可以监测用户心率、呼吸频率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数。
心率、呼吸率、呼吸强度可以判断用户基本的身体状况。
翻身及辗转次数可以判断用户基本的睡眠状况。
为避免线材对监测模块1产生的电磁干扰,在一个实施例中,监测模块1通过RF无线通信方式与无线通信模块2通信。
无线通信模块2为Wi-Fi模块,视情况也可以是蓝牙模块、红外模块、ZigBee模块等,以便与服务器无线连接。无线通信模块2适于将所接收的监测数据传送至服务器。
服务器和电动床的无线通信模块2以及终端设备无线连接。该连接方式可以是Wi-Fi、蓝牙、红外或ZigBee中的至少一种。所述服务器根据终端设备发送的设置信号以及所述监测数据判断是否生成并发送报警信号。
设置信号中包含报警阈值和报警方式信息中的至少一种。报警阈值是体温、心率、呼吸频率和呼吸强度的阈值;报警方式是短信、电话、邮件和push消息中的至少一种。
具体而言,在服务器中设置有关于电动床状态的处理程序。服务器一方面接收电动床的监测数据,另一方面接收终端设备发送的设置信号。处理程序根据监测数据和设置信号进行判断,以便决定是否发送报警信号。例如,终端设备预先设置心率为40-160次/分钟的阈值范围,报警方式为短信通知,并向服务器发送相关设置信号。当服务器接收到的监测数据超出该范围时,便以短信方式发送报警信号,向外界求救。反之,如果监测数据在该阈值范围内,则服务器不发送任何报警信号。
服务器可将报警信号发送至预设的人员或者医疗机构。
用户通过终端设备设置的相关报警阈值,其建议值可参考如下:
心率超过160次/分钟,或低于40次/分钟,
呼吸率超过20次/分钟,或低于12次/分钟,
监测到用户长期未离床等。
可选地,服务器存储用户的各项特征参数,诸如心率、呼吸率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数,以便用于分析用户的睡眠状况,减少误报警率。
可选地,服务器从无线通信模块2接收表示电动床的用户体征的监测数据并发送至终端设备。
可选地,服务器是云(计算)服务器。
终端设备包括手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等,终端设备安装有用于报警的App应用程序和/或软件。终端设备通过安装的App应用程序和/或软件控制终端设备内部的无线模块向服务器发送设置信号。可选地,所述终端设备和服务器的通信方式包括Wifi、2G、3G和4G中的至少一种。
此类App应用程序和/或软件包括人机交互界面,包括可供用户选择的设置选项的界面,用户通过该界面自定义各种电动床的设置信息,并将该设置信号发送至服务器。设置信号可包括下列各项监测数据的阈值:心率、呼吸率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数。用户可以通过点击、双击、滑动、触碰、输入数值选择要设置的信息。
可选地,所述交互界面可包括向用户提供包括电动床状态的信息数据的显示界面。所述电动床状态包括床板倾斜角度、电机状态和指示灯状态中的至少一种。
可选地,所述交互界面还可包括向用户提供表示用户体征的监测数据的显示界面。所述监测数据可包括下列数据中的至少一种:心率、呼吸率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数。
设备终端从服务器接收上述信息数据和监测数据。
如图2所示,示出了本实用新型的具有智能报警功能的电动床的工作流程图。
一方面,电动床的监测模块1实时监测电动床上用户的各项体征,并将表示用户体征的监测数据发送至电动床的无线通信模块2。该无线通信模块2将监测数据传送至服务器。
另一方面,终端设备将设置信号传输至服务器,该设置信号包括各项监测数据的报警阈值以及报警方式。
服务器根据上述监测数据和设置信号通过处理程序判断是否生成并发送报警信号。具体而言,如果监测数据超出所设置的阈值,则发送报警信号,反之,则不发送。该报警信号通过短信、电话、邮件、push消息等方式向用户预设的人员和医疗机构发送。
可选地,服务器将监测数据发送至终端设备,从而使该终端设备显示该监测数据。
可选地,将包括电动床状态的信息数据发送至无线通信模块2,后者将该信息数据发送至服务器。服务器将信息数据发送至终端设备,从而使该终端设备显示该信息数据。
以上实施例仅作为实例,不对本实用新型的范围起到限定作用。本领域技术人员在此基础上,可以在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围内,预想到能实现相同功能的其它实施方式。
本领域技术人员掌握多种实施例及多种变形及改进。尤其是,需明确的是,除明显矛盾或不兼容的情况外,本实用新型的上述特征、变形方式和/或具体实施例可以相互结合。所有这些实施例及变形及改进都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 电动床,其包括:
    监测模块,用于监测用户体征并且将监测数据传送至无线通信模块;
    无线通信模块,用于将所述监测数据发送至服务器;
    其特征在于,所述服务器接收终端设备所发送的设置信号,如果所述监测数据超出设置信号所设置的阈值,则发送报警信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述无线通信模块的连接方式为Wi-Fi、蓝牙、红外或ZigBee中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述监测数据包括下列数据中的至少一种:体温、心率、呼吸频率、鼾声强度、呼吸强度、翻身及辗转次数。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述服务器是云服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括智能手机、平板电脑、PDA和液晶显示屏。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述终端设备显示所述监测数据。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述设置信号中包含报警阈值和报警方式信息中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述报警阈值是体温、心率、呼吸频率和呼吸强度的阈值。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述报警方式是短信、电话、邮件和push消息中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的电动床,其特征在于,所述报警信号发送至家庭成员或医疗机构。
