Description

一种传输上行控制信息的方法和设备
本申请要求在2016年2月2日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610073606.7、发明名称为“一种传输上行控制信息的方法和设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,特别涉及一种传输上行控制信息的方法和设备。
背景技术
为了支持LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)系统部署在非授权频谱资源上进行传输,目前定义了授权LAA(Licensed Assisted Access,载波辅助接入)的方式。即终端使用非授权载波时,必须先接入一个授权的主载波,非授权载波只能作为辅载波。
非授权频谱没有规划具体的应用系统,可以为多种无线通信系统如蓝牙、WiFi等共享,多种系统间通过抢占资源的方式使用共享的非授权频谱资源。为了保证LTE终端的传输性能以及更好的使用非授权频段,在非授权频段上传输之前需要使用LBT(Listen Before Talk,先听后讲)机制。LBT过程是设备在使用信道进行传输之前进行的CCA(clear channel assessment,信道忙闲评估),通过能量检测等方式判断信道上是否存在其它信号,以决定信道是被占用还是空闲的,如果信道为空闲才能进行数据传输。
由于非授权频谱资源丰富,终端可能在很多个非授权载波上同时接收数据,如果仅支持在授权载波上传输上行控制信道,则会导致授权载波上的上行控制信道开销过大,因此需要考虑在非授权载波上传输上行控制信道。但是,非授权载波上的资源被多种系统共同使用,终端进行上行传输之前必须首先进LBT,无法保证终端在任何时刻都能够接入信道,如果终端在需要传输上行控制信道的时刻没有抢占到信道,则上行控制信息无法及时正确的传输。
综上所述,目前终端如果在非授权载波上传输上行控制信道,无法保证终端在任何时刻都能够接入信道,并且有可能导致上行控制信息无法及时正确传输。
发明内容
本发明提供一种传输上行控制信息的方法和设备,用以解决现有技术中存在的目前终端如果在非授权载波上传输上行控制信道,无法保证终端在任何时刻都能够接入信道,并且有可能导致上行控制信息无法及时正确传输的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种传输上行控制信息的方法,该方法包括:
终端在PUCCH传输载波上进行LBT检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;
若LBT检测失败,则所述终端确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波;
所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息。
可选的,所述终端在PUCCH传输载波上进行LBT检测之后,还包括:
若LBT检测成功,则所述终端将所述PUCCH传输载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
可选的,当所述PUCCH实际传输载波为LBT检测成功的非授权载波时,所述PUCCH实际传输载波为从切换载波组中选择的满足预定规则的载波,其中,所述切换载波组中包括PUCCH传输载波和至少一个其他非授权载波。
可选的,所述预定规则为下列规则中的一个:
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中载波序号最小的;
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中优先级最高的;
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中随机挑选。

本发明实施例终端在PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel,物理上行控制信道)传输载波上进行LBT检测失败后,可以确定PUCCH实际传输载波,并通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波。由于本发明实施例终端可以确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波,从而可以切换到其它LBT检测成功的非授权载波或者授权载波传输上行控制信息,避免了由于抢占不到信道导致上行控制信息无法及时正确传输的情况发生;进一步提高了系统性。

相应的,网络侧设备在对PUCCH传输载波进行DTX检测失败后,可以将授权载波或DTX检测成功的一个其他非授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波接收上行控制信息。
如果终端在对PUCCH传输载波进行LBT检测成功,则将PUCCH传输载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息;
相应的,如果网络侧设备在对PUCCH传输载波进行DTX检测成功,则将PUCCH传输载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波接收上行控制信息。
本发明实施例可以为终端配置切换载波组,也可以不为终端配置切换载波组,下面分情况进行说明。
情况一、不为终端配置切换载波组。
在实施中,网络侧设备可以为所述终端配置PUCCH传输载波;
相应的,终端根据网络侧设备的配置确定PUCCH传输载波。
这种情况下,若LBT检测失败,所述终端将授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波;
相应的,若DTX检测失败,所述网络侧设备将授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
可选的,所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息时,若所述终端在所述PUCCH实际传输载波上被调度传输上行数据,且所述终端支持PUCCH和PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel,物理上行链路共享信道)同时传输,则所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH传输上行控制信息;或
若所述终端在所述PUCCH实际传输载波上被调度传输上行数据,且所述终端不支持PUCCH和PUSCH同时传输,则所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUSCH传输上行控制信息。
在实施中,可以为所有载波划分载波组,这里的载波组与切换载波组不同。包含主载波的载波组称为主载波组,不包含主载波的载波组称为第二载波组,PUCCH实际传输载波属于第二载波组,该PUCCH实际传输载波上传输的上行控制信息可以包括第二载波组所有载波的上行控制信息。
具体的,所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输的上行控制信息包括所述PUCCH实际传输载波所属的第二载波组中所有载波的上行控制信息;

比如,第二载波组中包括载波1、载波2和载波3,如果载波1是PUCCH实际传输载波,则载波1上传输的上行控制信息可以包括载波1、载波2和载波3中的部分或全部载波的上行控制信息。
其中,PUCCH实际传输载波为PUCCH传输载波和PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波时,PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源指示方式不同,下面分别进行介绍。
方式一、若所述PUCCH实际传输载波为PUCCH传输载波,所述终端通过所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源传输上行控制信息;
相应的,所述网络侧设备通过所述切换载波组中的非授权载波上为终端预留用于传输上行控制信息的PUCCH资源,接收终端的上行控制信息。
其中,PUCCH传输载波上有PUCCH资源,该PUCCH资源用于传输上行控制信息。资源的数量可以根据需要设定,比如1个。
在实施中,PUCCH传输载波上有PUCCH资源可以采用预定义方式设定,这样就不需要网络侧设备为终端进行配置。
如果不采用预定义方式设定,则:
网络侧设备可以通过下行控制指示信息通知所述终端所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源;
相应的,所述终端通过下行控制指示信息确定所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的所有PUCCH资源。和/或
所述网络侧设备通过高层信令配置信息通知所述终端所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源。

相应的,所述网络侧设备通过授权载波上为终端预留用于传输非授权载波切换的上行控制信息的PUCCH资源。
其中,授权载波上有PUCCH资源,该PUCCH资源可以有两类,也可以是一类。如果是两类,则一类为用于传输非授权载波切换的上行控制信息的PUCCH资源,另一类为用于传输授权载波的上行控制信息的PUCCH资源;
如果是一类,由于该PUCCH资源即可以传输非授权载波切换的上行控制信;也可以传输授权载波的上行控制信息,所以有可能同时传输两种上行控制信,所以该PUCCH资源可以比较大。可选的,为了避免资源浪费,基站在确认终端抢占到信道之后可指示其它终端使用该资源。
在实施中,PUCCH传输载波上有PUCCH资源可以采用预定义方式设定,这样就不需要网络侧设备为终端进行配置。
如果不采用预定义方式设定,则:
网络侧设备可以通过下行控制指示信息通知所述终端所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源;

情况二、为终端配置切换载波组。
这里的切换载波组包括PUCCH传输载波和至少一个其他非授权载波。
在实施中,网络侧设备可以为所述终端配置切换载波组;
相应的,终端根据网络侧设备的配置确定切换载波组。
这种情况下,若LBT检测失败,所述终端从切换载波组中选择满足预定规则,且LBT检测成功的非授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
相应的,若DTX检测失败,所述网络侧设备对切换载波组中除PUCCH传输载波之外的每个其他非授权载波进行DTX检测;将DTX检测成功的非授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
对于情况二,假设切换载波组中有N个非授权载波,如果在PUCCH传输载波进行DTX检测失败,如果剩余N-1个非授权载波中的M个非授权载波上进行LBT检测成功,则终端根据预定规则选择PUCCH实际传输载波,其中M大于等于1且小于等于N-1;
相应的,网络侧设备如果在PUCCH传输载波进行DTX检测失败,则对剩余的N-1个非授权载波分别进行DTX检测。
可选的,本发明实施例的所述预定规则为下列规则中的一个:
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中载波序号最小的,比如在M个非授权载波中选择载波序号最小的作为PUCCH实际传输载波;
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中优先级最高的,其中所述优先级可以根据载波上的干扰条件或者其他方式确定;
LBT检测成功的非授权载波中随机挑选。
可选的,若所述切换载波组中没有LBT检测成功的非授权载波,且所述切换载波组中包括授权载波,且当前支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则所述终端将授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波;
相应的,若所述切换载波组中没有DTX检测成功的非授权载波,且所述切换载波组中包括授权载波,且终端当前支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则所述网络侧设备将授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
也就是说,如果上述N个非授权载波上进行LBT均失败
如果PUCCH切换载波组中不包含授权载波或者不支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则终端认为LBT失败,不传输上行控制信息;
相应的,如果PUCCH切换载波组中不包含授权载波或者不支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则网络侧设备认为终端没有传输上行控制信道,不需要在当前子帧接收上行控制信道。
如果PUCCH切换载波组中包含授权载波并且支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则确定授权载波为PUCCH实际传输载。
其中,本发明实施例还可以规定一个所述切换载波组中只有一个授权载波。当然多个也可以。
在实施中,所述网络侧设备通过高层信令或物理层信令指示终端当前是否支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,例如可以在下行调度信令中通过1比特进行指示;

实施例1:
终端聚合了10个载波,其中载波1为授权载波,载波2~10为非授权载波。载波1~5为载波组A,载波6~10为载波组B,载波1为载波组A中的主载波,载波6为载波组B中的主载波。基站将载波6配置为PUCCH传输载波,终端需要针对载波6和载波10进行上行控制信息反馈,具体实现过程根据下列不同情况分别进行描述:
情况1:终端在载波6上进行LBT检测,载波6上的LBT检测结果为载波空闲,则在载波6上的PUCCH传输载波6和载波10的上行控制信息;
相应的,基站在载波6上进行DTX检测,检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控制信息。
情况2:终端在载波6上进行LBT检测,载波6上的LBT检测结果为载波忙,则在载波1上的PUCCH传输载波6和载波10的上行控制信息;
相应的,基站首先在载波6上进行DTX检测,未检测到PUCCH传输,然后在载波1上进行DTX检测,检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控制信息。
情况3:终端不支持PUCCH和PUSCH的同时传输。
终端在载波6上进行LBT检测,载波6上的LBT检测结果为载波忙,且基站在载波1上调度了上行数据传输,则终端在载波1上的PUSCH传输载波6和载波10的上行控制信息;
相应的,基站首先在载波6上进行DTX检测,未检测到PUCCH传输,然后在载波1上的PUSCH中接收上行控制信息。
实施例2:
终端聚合了10个载波,其中载波1为授权载波,载波2~10为非授权载波。载波1~5为载波组A,载波6~10为载波组B,载波1为载波组A中的主载波,载波6为载波组B中的主载波。基站将载波6配置为PUCCH传输载波,并将载波6~10配置为切换载波组。终端需要针对载波6和载波10进行上行控制信息反馈,执行下列过程:
情况1:终端在载波6~10上进行LBT检测,载波6上的LBT检测结果为载波空闲,则在载波6上传输PUCCH;
相应的,基站在载波6上进行DTX检测,在检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控制信息。
情况2:终端在载波6~10上进行LBT检测,载波6和载波8上的LBT检测结果为载波忙,而在载波7、载波9和载波10上的LBT检测结果为载波空闲,终端根据载波序号选择PUCCH传输载波,则选择在LBT检测成功且载波序号最小的载波7上传输PUCCH;
相应的,基站首先在载波6上进行DTX检测,未检测到PUCCH传输,然后按照载波序号分别在载波7~10上进行DTX检测,在载波7上检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控制信息;
情况3:终端根据调度信息和载波序号选择PUCCH传输载波,由于仅需要针对载波6和载波10传输上行控制信息,则选择在LBT检测成功且有上行控制信息反馈的载波10上传输PUCCH;
相应的,基站首先在载波6上进行DTX检测,未检测到PUCCH传输,然后在终端需要进行上行控制信息反馈的载波10上进行DTX检测,在载波10上检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控制信息。
情况4:终端根据干扰信息选择PUCCH传输载波,终端检测到载波7和载波10上的干扰较大,而载波9上干扰较小,则选择在载波9上传输PUCCH;
相应的,基站首先在载波6上进行DTX检测,未检测到PUCCH传输,然后按照载波序号分别在载波7~10上进行DTX检测,在载波9上检测到PUCCH传输之后接收上行控 制信息。
实施例3:
终端聚合了10个载波,其中载波1为授权载波,载波2~10为非授权载波。载波1~5为载波组A,载波6~10为载波组B,载波1为载波组A中的主载波,载波6为载波组B中的主载波。基站将载波6配置为PUCCH传输载波,并将载波6~10配置为PUCCH切换载波组。终端需要针对载波1和载波2/6和载波10进行上行控制信息反馈,执行下列过程:
情况1:终端在载波1反馈载波1和载波2的上行控制信息,在载波6~10上进行LBT检测,载波6~10上的LBT检测结果均为载波忙,则也在载波1上传输载波6和载波10的上行控制信息。载波1和载波2的上行控制信息和载波6和载波10的上行控制信息使用同一个PUCCH。
相应的,基站首先在载波6~10上进行DTX检测,均未检测到PUCCH传输,然后在载波1上使用两种长度的比特去解码PUCCH,第一种长度对应了仅反馈载波1和载波2的上行控制信息,第二种长度对应同时反馈了载波1和载波2/6和载波10的上行控制信息,如果基站使用第一种长度解码成功,说明终端仅反馈载波1和载波2的上行控制信息,如果使用第二种长度解码成功,说明终端同时反馈了载波1和载波2/6和载波10的上行控制信息。
情况2:终端在载波1反馈载波1和载波2的上行控制信息,在载波6~10上进行LBT检测,载波6~10上的LBT检测结果均为载波忙,则也在载波1上传输载波6和载波10的上行控制信息。载波1和载波2的上行控制信息和载波6和载波10的上行控制信息使用不同的PUCCH资源。
相应的,基站首先在载波6~10上进行DTX检测,均未检测到PUCCH传输,然后在载波1上的两个PUCCH资源上进行DTX检测,第一个PUCCH资源对应了载波1和载波2的上行控制信息,第二种PUCCH资源对应载波6和载波10的上行控制信息,基站在检测到PUCCH传输之后接收对应的上行控制信息。

从上述内容可知:本发明实施例终端在PUCCH传输载波上进行LBT检测失败后,可以确定PUCCH实际传输载波,并通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波。由于本发明实施例终端可以确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波,从而可以切换到其它LBT检测成功的非授权载波或者授权载波传输上行控制信息,避免了由于抢占不到信道导致上行控制信息无法及时正确传输的情况发生;进一步提高了系统性。

    终端在物理上行控制信道PUCCH传输载波上进行先听后讲LBT检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;
    若LBT检测失败,则所述终端确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波;
    所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在PUCCH传输载波上进行LBT检测之后,还包括:
    若LBT检测成功,则所述终端将所述PUCCH传输载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述PUCCH实际传输载波为LBT检测成功的非授权载波时,所述PUCCH实际传输载波为从切换载波组中选择的满足预定规则的载波,其中,所述切换载波组中包括PUCCH传输载波和至少一个其他非授权载波。

    所述终端通过预先定义的配置信息确定所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的所有PUCCH资源。
  9. 如权利要求1~8任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息,包括:
    若所述终端在所述PUCCH实际传输载波上被调度传输上行数据,且所述终端支持PUCCH和物理上行链路共享信道PUSCH同时传输,则所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH传输上行控制信息;或
    若所述终端在所述PUCCH实际传输载波上被调度传输上行数据,且所述终端不支持PUCCH和PUSCH同时传输,则所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUSCH传输上行控制信息。
  10. 如权利要求1~8任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输的上行控制信息,包括所述PUCCH实际传输载波所属的载波组中所有载波的上行控制信息。
  11. 一种传输上行控制信息的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    网络侧设备在PUCCH传输载波上进行不连续发送DTX检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;
    若DTX检测失败,则所述网络侧设备确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或DTX检测成功的非授权载波;
    所述网络侧设备通过PUCCH实际传输载波接收终端的上行控制信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备在PUCCH传输载波上进行DTX检测之前,还包括:
    所述网络侧设备为所述终端配置PUCCH传输载波。

    第一处理模块,用于若LBT检测失败,则确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波;

    第二检测模块,用于在PUCCH传输载波上进行DTX检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;

    为所述终端配置PUCCH传输载波。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块还用于:
    若DTX检测成功,则将所述PUCCH传输载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
  33. 如权利要求30所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块具体用于:
    若DTX检测失败,对切换载波组中除PUCCH传输载波之外的每个非授权载波进行DTX检测;
    将DTX检测成功的非授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波;
    其中,所述切换载波组中包括PUCCH传输载波和至少一个其他非授权载波。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块还用于:
    若所述切换载波组中没有DTX检测成功的非授权载波,且所述切换载波组中包括授权载波,且终端当前支持PUCCH切换至授权载波,则将授权载波作为PUCCH实际传输载波。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块还用于:
    通过高层信令或物理层信令指示终端当前是否支持PUCCH切换至授权载波。
  36. 如权利要求33所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二处理模块在第二检测模块在PUCCH传输载波上进行DTX检测之前,还用于:
    为所述终端配置切换载波组。
  37. 如权利要求33所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述接收模块具体用于:
    若所述PUCCH实际传输载波为DTX检测成功的非授权载波,通过所述切换载波组中的非授权载波上为终端预留用于传输上行控制信息的PUCCH资源,接收终端的上行控制信息;
    若所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波,通过授权载波上为终端预留用于传输非授权载波切换的上行控制信息的PUCCH资源;其中,所述授权载波上用于传输非授权载波且切换的PUCCH资源和用于传输授权载波的上行控制信息的PUCCH资源相同或者不同。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述PUCCH资源为非预定义的资源;
    所述第二处理模块还用于:
    通过下行控制指示信息通知所述终端所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源;和/或
    通过高层信令配置信息通知所述终端所述PUCCH实际传输载波上的PUCCH资源。
  39. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    在PUCCH传输载波上进行LBT检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;若LBT检测失败,则确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或LBT检测成功的非授权载波;利用收发机通过PUCCH实际传输载波传输上行控制信息;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  40. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    在PUCCH传输载波上进行DTX检测,其中所述PUCCH传输载波为非授权载波;若DTX检测失败,则确定PUCCH实际传输载波,其中所述PUCCH实际传输载波为授权载波或DTX检测成功的非授权载波;利用收发机通过PUCCH实际传输载波接收终端的上行控制信息;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
