Abstract
A device for detecting a light leakage defect of a touch panel, comprising a device body (1). The device body (1) comprises a shell (17) formed by a detection panel (11), side plates (12, 13, 14, 15), and a bottom plate (16) that are assembled together, and a light source (3) fixedly provided in the shell (17), wherein the detection panel (11) is a transparent panel, so that light emitted by the light source (3) can pass through the detection panel (11) configured to carry a product to be tested. By using the light leakage detection device, an inspector does not need to keep lifting a to-be-tested product under a desk lamp to observe the light leakage; in addition, the light leakage detection operation is also simplified because the inspector only needs to directly observe the ink print of the to-be-tested product on the detection panel (11), so as to determine whether light leakage occurs in the to-be-tested touch panel product, without sequentially rotating four sides of the to-be-tested touch panel. This not only simplifies the steps for detecting light leakage of a touch panel, but also improves the light leakage detection speed and efficiency.

作为智能手机、平板电脑等智能终端的关键部件——触摸面板的性能直接影响了智能终端的视觉效果、触摸灵敏度等。在触摸面板结构中,如图1所示,既包括用于显示图像的显示区域100,又包括布置有走线结构的触摸面板区域200。为了优化触摸面板的外观,增强显示效果并且遮盖走线结构,该触摸面板区域200上可根据产品需求印刷不同颜色的油墨(如黑色、白色、金色、银色或红色等)。考虑到印刷工艺的误差,当油墨未完全印刷到触摸面板区域上时,来自液晶模组的光线就可能穿透出未印刷有油墨之处的触摸面板区域,导致触摸面板漏光,给用户带来不良的视觉体验。因此,触摸面板在出厂前需要进行漏光检验。As a key component of smart terminals such as smartphones and tablets, the performance of touch panels directly affects the visual effects and touch sensitivity of smart terminals.
