Description

采用组合式电热管的卧式单胆储水式电热水器 技术领域
本发明涉及电热水器,主要涉及电热水器中,所采用的浸泡在水中的组合式电热管。
背景技术
现有用于电热水器中的电热管,100%是按中国技术标准GB/T23150-2008《热水器用管状加热器》是“以金属管为外壳、合金电热丝作发热体,在一端或二端具有引出棒,在金属管内填装密实的氧化镁粉末绝缘介质,以固定发热体的元件;”这种金属外壳电热元件,完全浸泡在水中,长时间使用后,会结水垢,降低发热效率,以及腐蚀击穿,使水带电,是世界难题;2015年12月22日广东顺德光晟电器股份有限公司申请号201511007372.8等18项专利申请,提供了组合式电热管的结构形式,本专利申请将其应用到电热水器中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有卧式单胆储水式电热水器进行改进,将组合式电热管应用到单胆储水式电热水器中。
本发明的技术措施是单胆储水式电热水器的水箱13由金属或非金属材料制作,水箱法兰口15上装有卧式组合式电热管9;所述组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器5和金属或非金属制作的连结件7,二部分组合而成,非金属管状加热器5外壳为非金属盲孔管或弯曲成U形的管,其内装电热丝3和氧化镁粉末或空气4,或者内装电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管);所述连结件7采用非金属材料注塑制作或用金属材料制作;组合后管状加热器5与连结件7二者之间有密封件2;另一种结构是水箱法兰口15上安装有组合式电热管9外,还在热水出水口12处立式安装有组合式电热管9;所述组合式电热管由非金属管状加热器5和金属或非金属制作的连结件7,二部分组合而成,非金属管状加热器5外壳为非金属盲孔管,其内装电热丝3和氧化镁粉末或空气4,或者内装电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管);所述连结件7采用非金属材料注塑制作或用金属材料制作;组合后管状加热器5与连结件7二者之间有密封件2。
本发明的有益效果是卧式单胆储水式电热水器采用组合式电热管,浸泡在水中不结水垢,电热元件永远不会腐蚀击穿,不会漏电;并可快热出水,为节能产品。

具体实施方式
附图中,引出棒或称端子1、密封件2、电热丝或电热管3(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管)、氧化镁粉或空气4、非金属管状加热器5、非金属堵头6、金属或非金属连结件7、管状加热器安装孔8、组合式电热管9、锁紧环或压紧盖10、冷水进水口11、热水出水口12、水箱13、外壳14、法兰口15、上端开口的套管16。
图1是采用组合式电热管的卧式单胆电热水器,图中组合式电热管9安装在水箱13的法兰口15上,并往下偏移一定距离;电热管发热部分下沉,与不下偏的电热管相比,水箱中被加热的水会多一些;管状加热器5是发热主体部件,通过连结件7安装在水箱上。
图2中,除在水箱法兰口15卧式安装了一根组合式电热管外,还在热水出水口12处,上端开口的套管16内,立式安装了组合式电热管9;放水时,必需启动,只加热管周围少量的热水,并垂直送至出水口,即时流出>40℃的热水,称为快热出水,关水时自动断开;此种结构不需24小时连续通电,水箱内的水不需要保持75℃;夏天或春秋天,为即热出水;只有深秋和冬天才需要将水箱中的水进行预热到设定温度,是节能产品。
图3至图11是组合式电热管9结构图,由非金属管状加热器5和金属或非金属连结件7组合构成,图3、图4卧式安装时,发热部件,往下偏移;图5中非金属盲孔管内安装的是电热管(包括碳纤维管或卤素管或干烧金属电热管),其本身构成双重绝缘;图7是一个连结件7,安装了二根电热管;图9至图1是在弯曲成U形的非金属管内装电热丝3,成为非金属管状加热器5与连结件7构成为组合式电热管,以上不同电热管可以选用。
