Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'invite pour la surveillance de la fréquence cardiaque et un dispositif d'assurance de sécurité physique, qui relèvent du domaine des équipements de culture physique. Le procédé comprend les étapes de : enregistrement d'informations de fréquence cardiaque normale pendant un exercice défini par un utilisateur et d'informations de fréquence cardiaque pour l'exercice en cours ; lecture des informations de fréquence cardiaque normale pendant l'exercice défini par l'utilisateur et des informations de fréquence cardiaque pour l'exercice en cours ; la détermination du fait qu'une fréquence cardiaque pendant l'exercice en cours est ou non plus rapide qu'une fréquence cardiaque pendant l'exercice normal défini par l'utilisateur ; dans le cas contraire, on considère que l'exercice de l'utilisateur se trouve dans la plage que le corps peut supporter, et pas d'invite vocale n'est émise, et le cas échéant, on considère que l'exercice physique de l'utilisateur est déjà excessif, une invite vocale à abaisser l'intensité d'exercice est émise, et des informations de brevet sont envoyées à l'utilisateur. Le procédé et le dispositif permettent d'empêcher efficacement la survenue d'un accident pendant un processus de culture physique. De plus, des informations de brevet sont envoyées après l'utilisation d'une technique de sorte que les droits et les intérêts du détenteur de brevet (demandeur) peuvent apparaître.
