本申请要求于2016年1月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610032457.X、发明名称为“空调器及其室内机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种空调器及其室内机。
背景技术
空调器的室内机均设置有出风口结构,目前室内机的出风口大小固定,由导风板的转动调整出风方向。室内机包括前面板、后面板、顶板和底板。但室内机的出风口大小固定,不能调节,降低了空调器出风舒适性。
综上所述,如何有效地提高空调器的出风舒适性,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种室内机,该室内机的结构设计可以有效地提高空调器的出风舒适性,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述室内机的空调器。
为了达到上述第一个目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种室内机,所述室内机上设置有出风口,包括:
设置在出风口处的多个挡块,相邻的两个所述挡块之间具有间隙且多个所述挡块将所述出风口分割为多个分出风口;
挡板和驱动所述挡板移动的驱动件,所述驱动件能够带动挡板移动以使所述挡板由所述出风口的一侧移动至覆盖至少一个所述分出风口,或者所述挡板由覆盖至少一个所述分出风口移动至所述出风口的一侧。
优选地,上述室内机中,多个所述挡块相互平行设置,且所述挡块的长度沿着该室内机的左右方向设置。
优选地,上述室内机中,所述挡块的数量为三个,三个所述挡块将所述出 风口分割为四个所述分出风口。
优选地,上述室内机中,所述出风口位于所述室内机的前面板和底板的连接处,且所述出风口为弧形口。

本发明提供的室内机上设置有出风口,该室内机包括挡板、驱动件和多个挡块,其中多个挡块设置在出风口处,相邻的两个挡块之间具有间隙,多个挡块将出风口分割为多个分出风口。即相邻的两个挡块之间的间隙形成分出风口,挡块与出风口的边缘之间的间隙也形成分出风口。
驱动件能够带动挡板移动,以实现挡板由出风口的一侧移动至覆盖至少一个分出风口,或者挡板由覆盖至少一个分出风口移动至出风口的一侧。即驱动件带动挡板移动的过程中,能够实现挡板覆盖至少一个分出风口或挡板位于出风口的一侧。其中,挡板移动至出风口的一侧后便不再覆盖分出风口,此时所有的分出风口均通风。挡板覆盖分出风口后,被覆盖的分出风口便不再通风。
应用本发明提供的室内机时,可以根据实际需要,利用驱动件带动挡板移动,以使挡板覆盖分出风口或者不覆盖分出风口,进而调整通风的分出风口的数量,实现调节出风量,最终实现出风的舒适性。当挡板位于出风口的一侧,此时挡板完全不覆盖,出风量最大。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本发明还提供了一种空调器,该空调器包括上述任一种室内机。由于上述的室内机具有上述技术效果,具有该室内机的空调器也应具有相应的技术效果。

本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种室内机,该室内机的结构设计可以有效地提高空调器的出风舒适性,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述室内机的空调器。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图3,本发明实施例提供的室内机上设置有出风口,该室内机包括挡板5、驱动件和多个挡块6,其中多个挡块6设置在出风口处,相邻的两个挡块6之间具有间隙,多个挡块6将出风口分割为多个分出风口7。即相邻的两个挡块6之间的间隙形成分出风口7,挡块6与出风口的边缘之间的间隙也形成分出风口7。
驱动件能够带动挡板5移动,以实现挡板5由出风口的一侧移动至覆盖至少一个分出风口7,或者挡板5由覆盖至少一个分出风口7移动至出风口的一侧。即驱动件带动挡板5移动的过程中,能够实现挡板5覆盖至少一个分出风口7或挡板5位于出风口的一侧。其中,挡板5移动至出风口的一侧后便不 再覆盖分出风口7,此时所有的分出风口7均通风。挡板5覆盖分出风口7后,被覆盖的分出风口7便不再通风。
应用本发明实施例提供的室内机时,可以根据实际需要,利用驱动件带动挡板5移动,以使挡板5覆盖分出风口7或者不覆盖分出风口7,进而调整通风的分出风口7的数量,实现调节出风量,最终实现出风的舒适性。当挡板5位于出风口的一侧,此时挡板5完全不覆盖,出风量最大。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,其中多个挡块6可以相互平行设置,并且挡块6的长度沿着该室内机的左右方向设置。该处室内机的左右方向指室内机的左侧至右侧的水平方向。如此相邻的挡块6之间形成的分出风口7为条形孔,多个分出风口7相互平行且均为沿着水平方向的条形孔。
进一步地,挡块6的数量可以为三个,三个挡块6将出风口分割为四个分出风口7。如此,驱动件带动挡板5移动以实现控制四个分出风口7是否通风,进而实现控制出风量,提高出风舒适性。具体地,如图1所示,当空调器开启制冷模式时,驱动挡板5向下移动,使挡板5覆盖下侧的两个分出风口7,上侧的两个分出风口7通风,出风口的风向上吹出。如图2所示,当空调器开启制热模式时,驱动挡板5向上移动,使挡板5覆盖上侧的两个分出风口7,下侧的两个分出风口7通风,出风口的风向下吹出。
当然,挡块6的数量还可以为四个、五个等,在此不作限定。
另外,多个挡块6也可以沿着该室内机的左右方向均匀排布,即挡块6沿着室内机的上下方向设置,在此不作限定。
优选地,出风口可以位于室内机的前面板8和底板4的连接处,并且出风口为弧形口。即由出风口的上侧沿着弧面延伸至出风口的下侧,如此风可以从出风口的上侧向上吹,也可以从出风口的下侧向下吹,满足了不同的出风要求。进一步地,挡板5可以为弧形板,如此弧形的挡板5与弧形的出风口相匹配,挡板5可以更好的覆盖分出风口7。当然,挡板5也可以为平板,在此不作限定。
其中,驱动件可以为电机,该室内机还包括与电机的输出轴垂直的连接轴,连接轴的一端与输出轴固定连接,另一端与挡板5固定连接。输出轴与弧形的挡板5垂直设置,电机带动挡板5转动,以此实现挡板5沿着弧形的出风口转动, 进而实现覆盖分出风口7。当然,驱动件还可以为气缸或者蜗轮蜗杆结构,在此不作限定。
其中,室内机的前面板8和后面板相对设置,后面板可以与安装墙面相贴,底板4位于室内机的下侧。
当然,出风口也可以完全开设在室内机的前面板8上,在此不作限定。
在室内机的壳体内还可以设置有轨迹槽3,挡板5能够完全置于轨迹槽3中。如此挡板5沿着轨迹槽3移动,以防止其错位。为了与弧形挡板5相匹配,该轨迹槽3可以为弧形槽。
轨迹槽3和挡块6可以均与该室内机的后壳1固定连接,并且换热器2也与后壳1固定连接,后壳1由室内机的上侧延伸至下侧,并且后壳1的两侧设置有侧延伸板。
优选地,挡块6沿着竖直面的截面可以为梯形,如此挡块6更加适应出风方向。当然,挡块6沿着竖直面的截面还可以为长方形等,在此不作限定。
另外,挡块6能够覆盖最多两个分出风口7,即挡块6的大小与两个分出风口7相同,如此可以避免出风量过小。当然,挡块6也可以覆盖最多三个或者一个分出风口7,在此不作限定。
基于上述实施例中提供的室内机,本发明还提供了一种空调器,该空调器包括上述实施例中任意一种室内机。由于该空调器采用了上述实施例中的室内机,所以该空调器的有益效果请参考上述实施例。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,多个所述挡块(6)相互平行设置,且所述挡块(6)的长度沿着该室内机的左右方向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述挡块(6)的数量为三个,三个所述挡块(6)将所述出风口分割为四个所述分出风口(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述出风口位于所述室内机的前面板(8)和底板(4)的连接处,且所述出风口为弧形口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述挡板(5)为弧形板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动件为电机,该室内机还包括与所述电机的输出轴垂直的连接轴,所述连接轴的一端与所述输出轴固定连接,另一端与所述挡板(5)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机的壳体内设置有轨迹槽(3),所述挡板(5)能够完全置于所述轨迹槽(3)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述挡块(6)沿着竖直面的截面为梯形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述挡块(6)能够覆盖最多两个所述分出风口(7)。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的室内机。
