Description

循环水自动处理厕所系统 技术领域:
本发明涉及粪便处理与水循环利用的环卫技术领域,特别涉及一种基于微生物粪便分解技术的循环水自动处理厕所系统。
背景技术:
众所周知,只要有人活动的区域,总少不了给人提供如厕服务的场所。这对于城市系统来说,这种基础设施建设自然不是什么问题,因为城市本身就已经有非常发达的水路管网系统,但是对于山村或者野外这种人类不是经常活动的区域,如果同样跟城市一样建立公共厕所,且不说需要另外铺设用于厕所清洁的水路管网,即便是厕所的清洁处理也会因为地处偏远地区而在人手上存在困难。但是,如何在偏远地区,比如有人出没的风景区,或是一些非城市而临时形成的聚集区(比如露天派对或者比赛等)提供一种既方便人们如厕,又不需要铺设大型水路管网以及需要大量人工清洁处理的可循环使用的厕所系统,这既可以方便人们出行如厕,还能保证该区域的环境卫生,节能环保。
发明内容:
鉴于上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种基于微生物粪便分解技术的循环水自动处理厕所系统。该系统中的循环水来源来自如厕者的排泄物,通过对如厕者的排泄物施加微生物来分解粪便,使得排泄物最终在微生物的分解下变成带有微生物的液体,该液体可以反复运用于厕所的冲洗。同时,该系统还提供太阳能和风力发电装置,为整个置于野外的系统提供电能。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
循环水自动处理厕所系统,包括马桶座、以及位于马桶座底部的处理槽;其特征在于,所述处理槽包括槽体和槽盖,槽盖上安置有马桶座,槽体内通过隔板分隔出6个处理腔室、一个循环水池以及一个储水室;所述各个腔室之间通过开有通孔形成一根单项流动的液体管路,并在末端连接循环水池;所述粪 便落入处理槽后在微生物的作用下,在各个处理腔室内形成不同阶段的排泄物处理池;所述在至少一个处理腔室内安置有用于检测排泄物中微生物浓度的微生物浓度报警装置;所述循环水池内安置有水位报警装置;所述微生物浓度报警装置和水位报警装置连接一GPS通信模块,可实时通过短信通知维护人员;所述循环水池连接一蓄水冲水箱,该蓄水冲水箱安置在马桶座的一边通过管路连接向其提供清洁冲水;所述储水室与循环水池管路连接,并用于搜集来自循环水池的微生物处理后的粪便残渣以及多余部分的循环水;所述储水室设有加热装置,该加热装置由于干燥位于储水室中的粪便残渣。
上述方案中,所述系统设有一与各个处理腔室连同提供空气的空气泵,该空气泵用于推动水流搅拌粪便和水的混合物,同时给微生物提供氧气,并且还通过空气压力差抬升处理腔内的水面,使得水流自然流向末端的循环水池。
上述方案中,所述蓄水冲水箱内设有汲水装置,该装置设有引水管、充气管、溢出口和冲水阀门,所述充气管连接空气泵。该汲水装置用来储存从处理槽上来的水,可以防止水花飞溅和保证冲水瞬间可以提供足够大的瞬间冲水水流。
上述方案中,所述系统安置蓄电池组,该蓄电池组用于给系统中的空气泵、加热装置和照明提供电力。
上述方案中,所述处理槽上部围设有可开闭门的带有屋顶板的厕所乘箱。
上述方案中,所述厕所乘箱的屋顶板上铺设有太阳能发电板,该太阳能发电板连接蓄电池组。
上述方案中,所述厕所乘箱的屋顶板上安置有风力发电装置,该风力发电装置连接蓄电池组。
上述方案中,所述微生物采用可分解排泄物中有机成分的好氧生物菌。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.节水,只需初次一次性蓄水,就可以持续长时间提供干净卫生的冲水厕所;据统计,普通的公共厕所每个便器每天的耗水量达到6顿,而我们用来冲厕所的水来之后处理后的循环水,大大节省了水资源的消耗量;
2.节能。单个标准的便器每天只需耗电70瓦,而且可以通过屋顶的太阳能发电系统提供电力,解决了能源的自给自足,随时随地可以投入使用。
3.维护成本低,由于本系统是自消化的循环处理系统,正常使用无需特别维护,可以通过远程感应遥控装置掌握系统的使用情况,具有低成本运营的特点。
4.高机动性,可以用各种运输工具进行运输,可移动,只要有电力,安装后随时可以投入使用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1至图5,本发明所述的循环水自动处理厕所系统,它包括马桶座100、以及位于马桶座底部的处理槽200。
其中,处理槽200包括槽体210和槽盖220,槽盖220上安置有马桶座100,槽体210内通过隔板分隔出6个处理腔室211、一个循环水池212以及一个储水室213。各个腔室之间通过开有通孔214形成一根单项流动的液体管路,并在末端连接循环水池。粪便落入处理槽后在微生物的作用下,在各个处理腔室内形成不同阶段的排泄物处理池。在至少一个处理腔室211内安置有用于检测排泄物中微生物浓度的微生物浓度报警装置215。循环水池内安置有水位报警装置216。微生物浓度报警装置215和水位报警装置216连接一GPS通信模块217,可实时通过短信通知维护人员。循环水池212连接一蓄水冲水箱221,该蓄水冲水箱221安置在马桶座的一边通过管路连接向其提供清洁冲水。储水室213与循环水池212管路连接,并用于搜集来自循环水池的微生物处理后的粪 便残渣以及多余部分的循环水。储水室213设有加热装置2130,该加热装置2130由于干燥位于储水室中的粪便残渣。
另外,整个系统设有一与各个处理腔室连同提供空气的空气泵218,该空气泵218用于推动水流搅拌粪便和水的混合物,同时给微生物提供氧气,并且还通过空气压力差抬升处理腔内的水面,使得水流自然流向末端的循环水池。
蓄水冲水箱221内设有汲水装置,该装置设有引水管231、充气管232、溢出口233和冲水阀门234,所述充气管232连接空气泵。该汲水装置用来储存从处理槽上来的水,可以防止水花飞溅和保证冲水瞬间可以提供足够大的瞬间冲水水流。
系统安置蓄电池组219,该蓄电池组219用于给系统中的空气泵、加热装置和照明提供电力。
处理槽200上部围设有可开闭门301的带有屋顶板的厕所乘箱300。厕所乘箱300的屋顶板上铺设有太阳能发电板302,该太阳能发电板连接蓄电池组219。厕所乘箱的屋顶板上安置有风力发电装置303,该风力发电装置连接蓄电池组219。
微生物采用可分解排泄物中有机成分的好氧生物菌。该好氧生物菌属于现有技术顾不在此赘述。

  1. 循环水自动处理厕所系统,包括马桶座、以及位于马桶座底部的处理槽;其特征在于,所述处理槽包括槽体和槽盖,槽盖上安置有马桶座,槽体内通过隔板分隔出6个处理腔室、一个循环水池以及一个储水室;所述各个腔室之间通过开有通孔形成一根单项流动的液体管路,并在末端连接循环水池;所述粪便落入处理槽后在微生物的作用下,在各个处理腔室内形成不同阶段的排泄物处理池;所述在至少一个处理腔室内安置有用于检测排泄物中微生物浓度的微生物浓度报警装置;所述循环水池内安置有水位报警装置;所述微生物浓度报警装置和水位报警装置连接一GPS通信模块,可实时通过短信通知维护人员;所述循环水池连接一蓄水冲水箱,该蓄水冲水箱安置在马桶座的一边通过管路连接向其提供清洁冲水;所述储水室与循环水池管路连接,并用于搜集来自循环水池的微生物处理后的粪便残渣以及多余部分的循环水;所述储水室设有加热装置,该加热装置由于干燥位于储水室中的粪便残渣。

  4. 根据权利要求1的循环水自动处理厕所系统,其特征在于,所述系统安置蓄电池组,该蓄电池组用于给系统中的空气泵、加热装置和照明提供电力。
