与现有技术相比,本申请的网络设备基于获取到的用户通过用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,将用于建立所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备。在此,所述网络设备中存储有海量的共享的无线接入点及其对应的接入信息,而基于使用请求所对应的目标无线接入点,可以返回给用户设备其连接所述目标无线接入点所需要的相匹配的接入信息,而用户设备将基于所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息实现相应的无线连 接。由此,所述用户设备可以借助网络设备中所述无线接入点的海量存储降低无网使用的概率,同时在整体上提高了对共享无线接入点对应信息资源的有效利用,在此,在用户发出目标无线接入点的使用请求的同时,也即接受了所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息,而所述共享模式信息是通过对网络设备中海量存储的无线接入点的有效分类,来满足不同用户的使用需求和使用偏好,丰富了用户的选择类型,优化了用户体验。
进一步,所述网络设备基于用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,为所述用户设备返回相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,包括返回相匹配的无线接入点的共享模式信息。在此,网络设备基于所述获取请求,结合所述网络设备的大数据运算分析,精确地锁定出所述用户设备的需求范围,从而在满足用户需要的同时,减少了用户设备的选择耗时,减少了设备间的数据传输量,同时可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
进一步,当网络设备中存储的同一个无线接入点的多个版本的无线接入点相关信息时,可以基于优先级判断规则,为用户优选出连接成功率最高的版本的无线接入点相关信息,从而可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
进一步,所述网络设备基于获取的使用请求,若是所述共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,还可以先将对应的付费方式相关信息发送至对应用户设备,再在基于所述用户设备返回的相应的付费选择信息后,下发所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。在此,所述付费方式相关信息将给予所述用户设备更加灵活多样的选择范围,可以方便所述用户基于自己实际连网的需求选择相匹配的具体付费方式,优化用户体验。同时通过多样化的付费方式在整体上鼓励了所述目标无线接入点的提供者共享自己的无线接入点,从而也就丰富了所述用户可选择的共享无线接入点,更高效地满足了用户的连网需求。
进一步,所述网络设备1获取所述无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,其中,所述更新信息包括所述无线接入点的接入信息的更新信息,和/或所述无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,并基于所述无线接入点的更新 信息,对所述存储的无线接入点相关信息进行更新或匹配更新标记。在此,可以基于数据更新对整体运行效率的影响和需要,灵活地选择多种更新方式,例如,基于所述无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,对所存储的无线接入点的接入信息、或/和计费方式信息等具体的数据进行更新;又如,先设置更新标记,再基于后续的需要,如基于用户设备的所述使用请求,结合所述更新标记的指示进行定向的数据更新,由此,可以在保证所述用户设备获取的无线接入点相关信息的有效性的同时,还可以在整体上减少所述网络设备1中数据传输、数据存储的资源消耗。
此外,在本申请中,所述用户设备通过发送所述使用请求、所述获取请求、所述付费选择信息等至所述网络设备,并获取所述网络设备返回的相应数据信息,与所述网络设备相互配合更高效地实现了所述共享无线接入点的接入信息的获取。

在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flashRAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。

图1示出根据本申请一个方面的一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的网络设备1和用户设备2的系统示意图。其中,所述网络设备1包括第一装置11和第二装置12,所述用户设备22包括第九装置21和第十装置22.
在此,所述网络设备1包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。所述用户设备2包括各种智能终端,如移动智能设备、各种个人计算机等。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解上述网络设备1和用户设备2仅为 举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的网络设备1、用户设备2如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。在此,无线接入点是对应无线网络的接入点,所述无线网络包括但不限于基于IEEE 802.11系列标准协议的无线局域网络,例如,基于IEEE 802.11b协议的无线局域网络,即通常所说的WiFi网络。所述用户设备通过无线接入点连入对应的无线网络。
具体地,所述用户设备2的第九装置21向对应网络设备1发送用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,并由对应的网络设备1的第一装置11获取,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接。在此,所述网络设备1中存储有由各个提供设备、移动运营商等提供的海量的、可共享的无线接入点。所述用户可以通过所述用户设备提交期望从所述网络设备1中获取的目标无线接入点对应的接入信息的使用请求。在此,所述用户可以通过手动输入目标无线接入点的标识信息,例如,所述无线接入点的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)信息等,或是在用户设备2上提供的无线接入点列表中选择目标无线接入点,以发出所述使用请求。在此,所述目标无线接入点在所述网络设备1中存储时,匹配有相应的共享模式信息,所述共享模式信息可以包括免费共享模式、付费共享模式等。当所述用户设备2提交了所述使用请求时,即同时接受了基于所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息实现其与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接。
接着,所述网络设备1的第二装置12基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2,相应地,由所述用户设备2的第十装置22获取所述接入信息。在此,优选地,结合所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息,若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为免费共享模式,则可以直接将相应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2;若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为付费共享模式,并且所述使用请求已包含了具体地付费选择信息,则也可以直接将相应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2;若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为付费共享模式,并且所述使 用请求并没有包含具体地付费选择信息,优选地,所述网络设备1可以直接将所述接入信息发送至所述用户设备2,并基于预先设置的默认的计费方式进行计费;此外,还可以由所述网络设备1基于所述目标无线接入点确定并返回相应的付费方式相关信息至对应用户设备2,基于用户设备2发送的付费选择信息,再将所述接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。
在此,本申请的网络设备1基于获取到的用户通过用户设备2提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,将用于建立所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,所述网络设备1中存储有海量的共享的无线接入点及其对应的接入信息,而基于使用请求所对应的目标无线接入点,可以返回给用户设备2其连接所述目标无线接入点所需要的相匹配的接入信息,而用户设备2将基于所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息实现相应的无线连接。由此,所述用户设备2可以借助网络设备1中所述无线接入点的海量存储降低无网使用的概率,同时在整体上提高了对共享无线接入点对应信息资源的有效利用,在此,在用户发出目标无线接入点的使用请求的同时,也即接受了所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息,而所述共享模式信息是通过对网络设备1中海量存储的无线接入点的有效分类,来满足不同用户的使用需求和使用偏好,丰富了用户的选择类型,优化了用户体验。在此,所述用户设备2通过发送所述使用请求至所述网络设备1,并获取所述网络设备1返回的相应数据信息,与所述网络设备1相互配合更高效地实现了所述共享无线接入点的接入信息的获取。
图2示出根据本申请一个优选实施例的一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的网络设备1和用户设备2的系统示意图。其中,所述网络设备1包括第三装置13'、第一装置11'和第二装置12',所述用户设备2包括第十一装置23'、第十二装置24'、第九装置21'和第十装置22'。在此,所述第一装置11'、第二装置12'、第九装置21'、第十装置22'与图1中示出德第一装置11、第二装置12、第九装置21、第十装置22、内容对应相同或基本相同,在此不再赘述,并以引用的方式包含于此。
在本申请中,所述网络设备1中存储的无线接入点的接入点相关信息可以包括与无线接入点相关的各类信息中的一个或多个,例如,可以包括 所述无线接入点的接入信息,所述接入信息包括用于连接对应无线接入点的验证信息,如可以是包含了连接密码信息的字符串、加密字符串,或是包含了连接密码信息的描述文件信息等;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)信息;所述无线接入点设备的MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)信息;所述无线接入点的地理位置信息。如基于GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)来获取的无线接入点对应的经纬度信息;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的POI(Point of Interest,信息点)信息,如无线接入点周围的商户信息等;又如,所述无线接入点的信号安全信息、信号强度信息、推荐应用类型信息等;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的共享模式信息;又如,在付费模式下,还可以包括计费方式信息。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述各个无线接入点相关信息仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的其他类型的无线接入点相关信息如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
具体地,所述用户设备2的第十一装置23'向所述网络设备1发送所述用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求。相对应地,所述网络设备1的第三装置13'基于用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息。相应地,由第十二装置24'接收所述网络设备1返回的与所述获取请求相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息。
在此,所述用户设备2提交所述获取请求的可以有多种可能的场景。例如,可以是所述用户设备2将自身的地理位置信息,如GPS信息,发送至所述网络设备1,再由所述网络设备1确定与地理位置信息相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点,并将所述无线接入点对应的无线接入点相关信发送至所述用户设备2。又如,所述用户设备2将其通过无线扫描方式获取的其周围的一个或多个无线接入点,并以此发出所述获取请求,以期所述网络设备1返回与上述无线接入点相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述所述用户设备2提交所述获取请求的各种场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的其他应用场景如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
接着,所述第九装置21'向网络设备1发送所述用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。并由对应的由所述网络设备1的第一装置11'获取接收。在此,用户可以参考网络设备1返回的所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息确定出最符合要求的目标无线接入点,从而先向所述网络设备1提交相应的使用请求。
在本实施例中,所述网络设备1基于用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,为所述用户设备2返回相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,包括返回相匹配的无线接入点的共享模式信息。在此,网络设备1基于所述获取请求,结合所述网络设备1的大数据运算分析,精确地锁定出所述用户设备2的需求范围,为其匹配适合的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,从而在满足用户需要的同时,减少了用户设备2的选择耗时,减少了设备间的数据传输量,同时可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
在一个优选的实施例中,第三装置13'包括第一单元(未示出)和第二单元(未示出)。其中,所述第一单元基于用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,确定相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息基于优先级判断规则确定;所述第二单元将所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息。
具体地,有时,所述网络设备1中,存储的所述无线接入点可能对应有多个版本的无线接入点相关信息。例如,可以是来自于不同的提供设备共享的同一个无线接入点,如所述提供设备可以是所述无线接入点的所有者对应的设备,即所述无线接入点的主人;还可以是知悉所述无线接入点 相关信息、但不具备主人身份的其他人使用的设备。又如,同一个提供设备也可能多次共享同一个无线接入点。在此种场景下,可以基于预设的所述优先级判断规则,确定并提供给所述用户设备2、与所述获取请求最相匹配的相应版本的所述无线接入点相关信息,例如,优先匹配同一个无线接入点对应的优先级别最高的所述无线接入点相关信息。
在此,优选地,所述多个版本的接入点相关信息的优先级判断规则为具有主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息优于非主人身份的提供设备提供的相同无线接入点的所述无线接入点相关信息;多个主人身份的提供设备,存储时间在后的无线接入点相关信息优先。在此,所述非主人身份的提供设备可以是任意不具有主人身份但同时又知悉所述无线接入点相关信息的设备。
在此,当所述用户设备2希望获取所述网络设备1中存储的目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息时,可以基于所述优先级判断规则,为所述需求设备匹配优先级较高的版本的无线接入点相关信息,以提高所述需求设备连接所述无线接入点的成功率,因为一般意义上,无线接入点的主人有权更改所述无线接入点相关信息,所以其提供的所述无线接入点相关信息有效概率较高;而对于同一个主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息,时间约接近当前,信息的有效性相对较高;若是有多个主人身份的提供设备提供所述无线接入点相关信,也优选以时间在后存储的优先。
在本实施例中,当网络设备1中存储的同一个无线接入点的多个版本的无线接入点相关信息时,可以基于优先级判断规则,为用户优选出连接成功率最高的版本的无线接入点相关信息,从而可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述网络设备1的第三装置13'包括第三单元(未示出)和第四单元(未示出),所述用户设备2的第十二装置24'包括第八单元(未示出)。具体地,所述第三单元获取用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,其中,所述获取请求包含共享模式条件;接着,所述第四单元将所述共享模式信息与所述共享模式条件相匹配的一 个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2,并由所述第八单元接收所返回的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息。在此,可以在用户设备2提交所述获取请求时,即同时包含共享模式条件,例如是付费模式、或是免费模式,从而网络设备1在将会直接确定出符合所述共享模式条件的无线接入点相关信息,例如,用户希望使用免费的无线接入点,或是用户希望使用安全系数较高的付费无线接入点。由此,可以基于用户设备2的共享模式条件,减少了网络设备1中的数据查询、数据传输的资源消耗,同时能够更加高效地满足所述用户的直接用户需要,优化了用户体验。
图3示出根据本申请另一个优选实施例的一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的网络设备1和用户设备2的系统示意图。其中,所述网络设备1包括第一装置11”、第二装置12”,所述用户设备2包括第九装置21”、第十装置22”,其中,所述第二装置12”又包括第五单元121”、第六单元122”、第七单元123”,所述第十装置22”又包括第九单元221”、第十单元222”、第十一单元223”、第十二单元224”。
具体地,所述用户设备2的第九装置21”向对应网络设备1发送用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,并由对应的网络设备1的第一装置11”获取,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;接着,第五单元121”基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,将所述目标无线接入点对应的付费方式相关信息发送至所述用户设备2;相应地,由所述用户设备2的第九单元221”接收该付费方式相关信息;接着;所述第十单元222”基于所述付费方式相关信息确定相应的付费选择信息;进而,由第十一单元223”将所述付费选择信息发送至所述网络设备1;相应地,由所述网络设备1的第六单元122”获取用户设备2发送的基于所述付费方式相关信息的付费选择信息;并由所述第七单元123”基于所述付费选择信息,将所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,所述第九装置21”、第一装置11”与图1示出的第九装置21'、第一装置11内容对应相同或基本相同,在此,不再赘述,并以引用方式包含于此。本实施例是针对付费共享模式下,同时在使用请求中并不包含用户相 应的付费选择信息时,所述用户设备连接所述目标无线接入点,需要所述用户先选择相应付费方式,即对应于所述付费方式相关信的付费选择信息,再由所述网络设备返回相应的接入信息。
在此,优选地,所述付费方式相关信息包括所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息,所述计费方式信息可以包括按照所述无线接入点被连接的连接时长、连接次数等标准,灵活选择、组合设置。所述计费方式信息可以是在所述无线接入点被共享时,有无线接入点提供者、或是由网络设备1设置的,优选地,所述付费方式信息优选为当前无线接入点的信息。进一步优选地,所述付费方式相关信息还包括所述目标接入点的历史计费信息,在此,所述网络设备1可以对预设周期时间内历史计费信息进行统计分析,并将该统计分析结果作为历史计费信息提供至所述用户设备2,以供用户设备更好的判断和选择目标无线接入点,并提交相应的付费选择信息。
在本实施例中,所述网络设备1基于获取的用户请求,若是所述共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,还可以先将对应的付费方式相关信息发送至对应用户设备2,再在基于所述用户设备2返回的相应的付费选择信息后,下发所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。在此,所述付费方式相关信息将给予所述用户设备2更加灵活多样的选择范围,可以方便所述用户基于自己实际连网的需求选择相匹配的具体付费方式,优化用户体验。同时通过多样化的付费方式在整体上鼓励了所述目标无线接入点的提供者共享自己的无线接入点,从而也就丰富了所述用户可选择的共享无线接入点,更高效地满足了用户的连网需求。
在一个优选实施例(参考图1)中,所述网络设备1还包括第四装置(未示出)、第五装置(未示出)。其中,所述第四装置获取所述目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,其中,所述更新信息包括所述目标无线接入点的接入信息的更新信息,和/或所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息;所述第五装置基于所述更新信息,对所述网络设备1中的目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息进行更新或匹配更新标记。

优选地,所述网络设备1还包括第六装置(未示出),所述第六装置基于所述用户设备2对所述目标无线接入点的使用请求,若所述目标无线接入点对应有所述计费方式信息的更新标记,则基于所述更新标记确定所述目标无线接入点的当前计费方式信息,其中,所述当前计费方式信息用于发送至所述使用请求对应的所述用户设备2。在此,为了减少网络设备中数据更新带来的时间、存储资源的消耗,可以对发送变更的所述计费方式信息进行更新标记,以替代所述网络设备实时更新所存储的计费方式信息,从而在所述用户设备2的所述使用请求到达时,先查询本地存储中所述计费方式信息的状态,若是没有对应更新标记,则所述网络设备1中本地存储的计费方式信息即为推定的当前计费方式信息,若是本地存储的计费方式信息对应有更新标记,则基于所述更新标记的指示,到所述更新来源的提供设备、或是其他临时数据库、第三方数据库中读取更新后的实际数据信息作为所述当前计费方式新,并发送至所述用户设备2。
在一个优选实施例中,所述网络设备1还包括第七装置(未示出),所述用户设备2还包括第十三装置(未示出)、第十四装置(未示出)和第十五装置(未示出)。
其中,所述用户设备2的第十三装置基于所述目标无线接入点的接入信息,建立所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点的无线连接;同时,所述网络设备1获取了所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,则所述第七装置则基于所述计费方式信息的更新信息发送提示信息至所述 用户设备2;并由所述用户设备2的第十四装置获取该提示信息,进而所述用户设备2的第十五装置基于所述提示信息,重新确认待连接目标无线接入点。在此,当提供设备变更了所述计费方式信息,则优选地,所述网络设备会基于所述更新信息,生成相应的提示信息,所述提示信息可以包括所述用户设备2正在使用的所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息变化,若是计费费用变高,还可以推荐给用户其他适合替代的无线接入点相关信息,发送使得所述用户设备2可以基于提示信息合理调整自己的连接策略。例如变更目标无线接入点,或是调整使用时长等。从而优化了用户体验。
优选地,所述设备还包括第八装置(未示出),所述第八装置基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,结合所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息、及所述用户设备2对所述目标无线接入点的使用相关信息,向所述用户设备2发送支付提示信息。在此,所述使用相关信息可以来源于所述用户设备2基于所述计费方式信息确定的付费选择信息,例如预选的连接时长、连接次数等,还可以来源于用户实际使用该目标无线接入点的的情况,即实时统计的使用情况。在此,所述使用相关信息可以由是所述网络设备1直接从所述用户设备2中抓取的,还可以是所述用户设备2基于设置,如定期向网络设备1发送的。在此,向所述用户设备2发送的支付提示信息可以是在用户实际使用所述目标无线接入点之前、之中、或使用之后的任意时间发出。
图4示出根据本申请另一个方面的一种在网络设备端和用户设备端用于共享无线接入点的方法流程图。其中,所述方法包括步骤S41和步骤S42。
在此,所述网络设备1包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。所述用户设备2包括各种智能终端,如移动智能设备、各种个人计算机等。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解上述网络设备1和用户设备2仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的网络设备1、用户设备2如可适用于 本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。在此,无线接入点是对应无线网络的接入点,所述无线网络包括但不限于基于IEEE 802.11系列标准协议的无线局域网络,例如,基于IEEE 802.11b协议的无线局域网络,即通常所说的WiFi网络。所述用户设备通过无线接入点连入对应的无线网络。
具体地,在步骤S41中,所述网络设备1获取用户通过用户设备2提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接。在此,所述网络设备1中存储有由各个提供设备、移动运营商等提供的海量的、可共享的无线接入点。所述用户可以通过所述用户设备提交期望从所述网络设备1中获取的目标无线接入点对应的接入信息的使用请求。在此,所述用户可以通过手动输入目标无线接入点的标识信息,例如,所述无线接入点的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)信息等,或是在用户设备2上提供的无线接入点列表中选择目标无线接入点,以发出所述使用请求。在此,所述目标无线接入点在所述网络设备1中存储时,匹配有相应的共享模式信息,所述共享模式信息可以包括免费共享模式、付费共享模式等。当所述用户设备2提交了所述使用请求时,即同时接受了基于所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息实现其与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接。
接着,在步骤S42中,所述用户设备2基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,优选地,结合所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息,若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为免费共享模式,则可以直接将相应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2;若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为付费共享模式,并且所述使用请求已包含了具体地付费选择信息,则也可以直接将相应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2;若是,所请求的目标无线接入点对应为付费共享模式,并且所述使用请求并没有包含具体地付费选择信息,优选地,所述网络设备1可以直接将所述接入信息发送至所述用户设备2,并基于预先设置的默 认的计费方式进行计费;此外,还可以由所述网络设备1基于所述目标无线接入点确定并返回相应的付费方式相关信息至对应用户设备2,基于用户设备2发送的付费选择信息,再将所述接入信息发送至所述用户设备。
在此,本申请的网络设备1基于获取到的用户通过用户设备2提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,将用于建立所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,所述网络设备1中存储有海量的共享的无线接入点及其对应的接入信息,而基于使用请求所对应的目标无线接入点,可以返回给用户设备2其连接所述目标无线接入点所需要的相匹配的接入信息,而用户设备2将基于所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息实现相应的无线连接。由此,所述用户设备2可以借助网络设备1中所述无线接入点的海量存储降低无网使用的概率,同时在整体上提高了对共享无线接入点对应信息资源的有效利用,在此,在用户发出目标无线接入点的使用请求的同时,也即接受了所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息,而所述共享模式信息是通过对网络设备1中海量存储的无线接入点的有效分类,来满足不同用户的使用需求和使用偏好,丰富了用户的选择类型,优化了用户体验。在此,所述用户设备2通过发送所述使用请求至所述网络设备1,并获取所述网络设备1返回的相应数据信息,与所述网络设备1相互配合更高效地实现了所述共享无线接入点的接入信息的获取。
图5示出根据本申请一个优选实施例的一种在网络设备端和用户设备端用于共享无线接入点的方法流程图。其中,所述方法包括步骤S52、步骤S51、步骤S53和步骤S54。其中,所述步骤S53、步骤S54与图4中示出的步骤S41、S42内容对应相同或基本相同,在此以引的方式包含于此。
具体地,在步骤S52中,所述用户设备2向所述网络设备1发送所述用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求;接着,在步骤S51中,所述网络设备1基于用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息;接着,在步骤S53中,所述网络设备1获取所述用户通过所述用户设备2提交的目 标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的;接着,在步骤S54中,所述用户设备2基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。
在本申请中,所述网络设备1中存储的无线接入点的接入点相关信息可以包括与无线接入点相关的各类信息中的一个或多个,例如,可以包括所述无线接入点的接入信息,所述接入信息包括用于连接对应无线接入点的验证信息,如可以是包含了连接密码信息的字符串、加密字符串,或是包含了连接密码信息的描述文件信息等;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)信息;所述无线接入点设备的MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)信息;所述无线接入点的地理位置信息。如基于GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)来获取的无线接入点对应的经纬度信息;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的POI(Point of Interest,信息点)信息,如无线接入点周围的商户信息等;又如,所述无线接入点的信号安全信息、信号强度信息、推荐应用类型信息等;又如,可以包括所述无线接入点的共享模式信息;又如,在付费模式下,还可以包括计费方式信息。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述各个无线接入点相关信息仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的其他类型的无线接入点相关信息如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
在此,所述用户设备2提交所述获取请求的可以有多种可能的场景。例如,可以是所述用户设备2将自身的地理位置信息,如GPS信息,发送至所述网络设备1,再由所述网络设备1确定与地理位置信息相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点,并将所述无线接入点对应的无线接入点相关信发送至所述用户设备2。又如,所述用户设备2将其通过无线扫描方式获取的其周围的一个或多个无线接入点,并以此发出所述获取请求,以期所述网络设备1返回与上述无线接入点相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信 息。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述所述用户设备2提交所述获取请求的各种场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的其他应用场景如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
接着,所述网络设备1获取所述用户设备2提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。在此,用户可以参考网络设备1返回的所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息确定出最符合要求的目标无线接入点,从而先向所述网络设备1提交相应的使用请求。
在本实施例中,所述网络设备1基于用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,为所述用户设备2返回相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,包括返回相匹配的无线接入点的共享模式信息。在此,网络设备1基于所述获取请求,结合所述网络设备1的大数据运算分析,精确地锁定出所述用户设备2的需求范围,为其匹配适合的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,从而在满足用户需要的同时,减少了用户设备2的选择耗时,减少了设备间的数据传输量,同时可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述步骤S51包括步骤S511(未示出)和步骤S512(未示出)。其中,在步骤S511中,所述网络设备1基于用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,确定相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息基于优先级判断规则确定;在步骤S512中,所述网络设备1将所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息。
具体地,有时,所述网络设备1中,存储的所述无线接入点可能对应有多个版本的无线接入点相关信息。例如,可以是来自于不同的提供设备 共享的同一个无线接入点,如所述提供设备可以是所述无线接入点的所有者对应的设备,即所述无线接入点的主人;还可以是知悉所述无线接入点相关信息、但不具备主人身份的其他人使用的设备。又如,同一个提供设备也可能多次共享同一个无线接入点。在此种场景下,可以基于预设的所述优先级判断规则,确定并提供给所述用户设备2、与所述获取请求最相匹配的相应版本的所述无线接入点相关信息,例如,优先匹配同一个无线接入点对应的优先级别最高的所述无线接入点相关信息。
在此,优选地,所述多个版本的接入点相关信息的优先级判断规则为具有主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息优于非主人身份的提供设备提供的相同无线接入点的所述无线接入点相关信息;多个主人身份的提供设备,存储时间在后的无线接入点相关信息优先。在此,所述非主人身份的提供设备可以是任意不具有主人身份但同时又知悉所述无线接入点相关信息的设备。
在此,当所述用户设备2希望获取所述网络设备1中存储的目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息时,可以基于所述优先级判断规则,为所述需求设备匹配优先级较高的版本的无线接入点相关信息,以提高所述需求设备连接所述无线接入点的成功率,因为一般意义上,无线接入点的主人有权更改所述无线接入点相关信息,所以其提供的所述无线接入点相关信息有效概率较高;而对于同一个主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息,时间约接近当前,信息的有效性相对较高;若是有多个主人身份的提供设备提供所述无线接入点相关信,也优选以时间在后存储的优先。
在本实施例中,当网络设备1中存储的同一个无线接入点的多个版本的无线接入点相关信息时,可以基于优先级判断规则,为用户优选出连接成功率最高的版本的无线接入点相关信息,从而可以较好地满足用户的使用预期,优化用户连网体验。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述步骤S51包括步骤S513(未示出)和步骤S514(未示出),其中,在步骤S513中,所述网络设备1获取用户通过用户设备2提交的无线接入点的获取请求,其中,所述获取请求包含 共享模式条件;接着,在步骤S514中,所述网络设备1将所述共享模式信息与所述共享模式条件相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,可以在用户设备2提交所述获取请求时,即同时包含共享模式条件,例如是付费模式、或是免费模式,从而网络设备1在将会直接确定出符合所述共享模式条件的无线接入点相关信息,例如,用户希望使用免费的无线接入点,或是用户希望使用安全系数较高的付费无线接入点。由此,可以基于用户设备2的共享模式条件,减少了网络设备1中的数据查询、数据传输的资源消耗,同时能够更加高效地满足所述用户的直接用户需要,优化了用户体验。
图6示出根据本申请另一个优选实施例的一种在网络设备端和用户设备端用于共享无线接入点的方法流程图。其中,所述方法包括步骤S61、步骤S63、步骤S62、步骤S61、步骤S64、步骤S65。
具体地,在步骤S61中,所述网络设备1获取用户通过用户设备2提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备2与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;接着,在步骤S63中,所述网络设备1基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,将所述目标无线接入点对应的付费方式相关信息发送至所述用户设备2;接着,在步骤S62中,所述用户设备2基于所述付费方式相关信息确定相应的付费选择信息;进而,在步骤S64中,所述用户设备2将所述付费选择信息发送至所述网络设备1;接着,所述网络设备1基于所述付费选择信息,将所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备2。在此,所述步骤S61与图4示出的步骤S41内容对应相同或基本相同,在此,不再赘述,并以引用方式包含于此。本实施例是针对付费共享模式下,同时在使用请求中并不包含用户相应的付费选择信息时,所述用户设备连接所述目标无线接入点,需要所述用户先选择相应付费方式,即对应于所述付费方式相关信的付费选择信息,再由所述网络设备返回相应的接入信息。
在此,优选地,所述付费方式相关信息包括所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息,所述计费方式信息可以包括按照所述无线接入点被连接的连 接时长、连接次数等标准,灵活选择、组合设置。所述计费方式信息可以是在所述无线接入点被共享时,有无线接入点提供者、或是由网络设备1设置的,优选地,所述付费方式信息优选为当前无线接入点的信息。进一步优选地,所述付费方式相关信息还包括所述目标接入点的历史计费信息,在此,所述网络设备1可以对预设周期时间内历史计费信息进行统计分析,并将该统计分析结果作为历史计费信息提供至所述用户设备2,以供用户设备更好的判断和选择目标无线接入点,并提交相应的付费选择信息。
在本实施例中,所述网络设备1基于获取的用户请求,若是所述共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,还可以先将对应的付费方式相关信息发送至对应用户设备2,再在基于所述用户设备2返回的相应的付费选择信息后,下发所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。在此,所述付费方式相关信息将给予所述用户设备2更加灵活多样的选择范围,可以方便所述用户基于自己实际连网的需求选择相匹配的具体付费方式,优化用户体验。同时通过多样化的付费方式在整体上鼓励了所述目标无线接入点的提供者共享自己的无线接入点,从而也就丰富了所述用户可选择的共享无线接入点,更高效地满足了用户的连网需求。
在一个优选实施例(参考图4)中,所述网络设备1还包括步骤S43(未示出)、步骤S45(未示出)。在步骤S43中,所述网络设备1获取所述目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,其中,所述更新信息包括所述目标无线接入点的接入信息的更新信息,和/或所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息;在步骤S45中,所述网络设备1基于所述更新信息,对所述网络设备1中的目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息进行更新或匹配更新标记。
具体地,在此,所述更新信息可以包括所述接入点相关信息更新的具体数据,或者,还可以仅仅是所述无线接入点相关信息发生更新的变更提示信息。在此,优选地,所述更新信息可以是所述网络设备1从所述共享无线接入点的提供设备中获取的。此外,还可以是所述更新信息先由所述提供设备提供存储至第三方临时数据库、数据缓存装置等中,再由所述网 络设备从所述临时数据库、数据缓存装置中获取。在此,具体可以包含以下几种应用场景:可以是所述网络设备1周期性地获取所述更新信息,所述更新信息包括所述无线接入点相关信息更新的具体数据,从而所述网络设备1基于所述更新信息,对所述存储的无线接入点相关信息进行数据更新;还可以是所述网络设备1实时地获取所述更新信息,所述更新信息包括所述无线接入点相关信息更新的具体数据,从而所述网络设备1基于所述更新信息,对所述存储的无线接入点相关信息进行数据更新;还可以是所述网络设备1实时地获取所述更新信息,所述更新信息对应为所述无线接入点相关信息发生更新的变更提示信息;从而所述网络设备1基于所述更新信息,仅对所述存储的无线接入点相关信息匹配更新标记,在此种场景下,当所述用户请求所述无线接入点相关信息时,再基于所述更新标记的指向,到所述提供设备、或是所述临时数据库、数据缓存装置中寻找到实际更新的具体数据,由此,可以在保证需求用户获取的无线接入点相关信息的有效性的同时,还可以在整体上减少所述网络设备1中数据传输、数据存储的资源消耗。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述本实施例的各种应用场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的其他各种应用场景如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。

优选地,所述方法还包括步骤S49(未示出),在步骤S49中,所述网络设备1基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,结合所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息、及所述用户设备2对所述目标无线接入点的使用相关信息,向所述用户设备2发送支付提示信息。在此,所述使用相关信息可以来源于所述用户设备2基于所述计费方式信息确定的付费选择信息,例如预选的连接时长、连接次数等,还可以来源于用户实际使用该目标无线接入点的的情况,即实时统计的使用情况。在此,所述使用相关信息可以由是所述网络设备1直接从所述用户设备2中抓取的,还可以是所述用户设备2基于设置,如定期向网络设备1发送的。在此,向所述用户设备2发送的支付提示信息可以是在用户实际使用所述目标无线接入点之前、之中、或使用之后的任意时间发出。

Claims (35)

  1. 一种在网络设备端用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    获取用户通过用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;
    基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息;
    其中,所述获取用户通过用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接包括:
    获取所述用户通过所述用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息包括:
    基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,确定相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息基于优先级判断规则确定;
    将所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述优先级判断规则包括以下至少一项:
    具有主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息优于不具有主人身份的提供设备提供的相同无线接入点的所述无线接入点相关信息;
    多个主人身份的提供设备提供相同无线接入点的不同版本的无线接入点相关信息,存储时间在后的无线接入点相关信息优先。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息包括:
    获取用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,其中,所述获取请求包含共享模式条件;
    将所述共享模式信息与所述共享模式条件相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备包括:
    基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,将所述目标无线接入点对应的付费方式相关信息发送至所述用户设备;
    获取用户设备发送的基于所述付费方式相关信息的付费选择信息;
    基于所述付费选择信息,将所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述付费方式相关信息包括所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述付费方式相关信息还包括所述目标接入点的历史计费信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,其中,所述更新信息包括所述目标无线接入点的接入信息的更新信息,和/或所述 目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,且所述更新信息与所述提供设备相匹配;
    基于所述更新信息,对所述网络设备中的目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息进行更新或匹配更新标记。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述用户设备对所述目标无线接入点的使用请求,若所述目标无线接入点对应有所述计费方式信息的更新标记,则基于所述更新标记确定所述目标无线接入点的当前计费方式信息,其中,所述当前计费方式信息用于发送至所述使用请求对应的所述用户设备。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若所述更新信息为所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,且所述目标无线接入点正在被所述用户设备使用时,则基于所述计费方式信息的更新信息发送提示信息至所述用户设备。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,结合所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息、及所述用户设备对所述目标无线接入点的使用相关信息,向所述用户设备发送支付提示信息。
  13. 一种在用户设备端用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    向对应网络设备发送用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;
    获取所述网络设备返回的用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    向所述网络设备发送所述用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求;
    接收所述网络设备返回的与所述获取请求相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息;
    其中,所述向对应网络设备发送用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接包括:
    向网络设备发送所述用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,当所述获取请求包含共享模式条件时,所述接收所述网络设备返回的与所述获取请求相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息包括:
    接收所述网络设备返回的与所述共享模式条件匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述网络设备返回的用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息包括:
    基于所述使用请求,当所述共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,获取所述网络设备返回的所述目标无线接入点的付费方式相关信息,其中,所述付费方式相关信息包括计费方式信息;
    基于所述付费方式相关信息确定相应的付费选择信息;
    将所述付费选择信息发送至所述网络设备;
    获取所述网络设备返回的与所述付费选择信息对应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。
  17. 根据权利要求13至16中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述目标无线接入点的接入信息,建立所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点的无线连接;
    获取所述网络设备发送的所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更 新信息对应的提示信息;
    基于所述提示信息,重新确认待连接目标无线接入点。
  18. 一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的网络设备,其中,所述设备包括:
    第一装置,用于获取用户通过用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;
    第二装置,用于基于所述使用请求,将用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第三装置,用于基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,将相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息;
    其中,所述第一装置用于:
    获取所述用户通过所述用户设备提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的设备,其中,所述第三装置包括:
    第一单元,用于基于用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,确定相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息基于优先级判断规则确定;
    第二单元,用于将所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备,其中,所述无线接入点相关信息包括对应无线接入点的共享模式信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的设备,其中,所述优先级判断规则包括以下至少一项:
    具有主人身份的提供设备提供的所述无线接入点相关信息优于不具有主人身份的提供设备提供的相同无线接入点的所述无线接入点相关信 息;
    多个主人身份的提供设备提供相同无线接入点的不同版本的无线接入点相关信息,存储时间在后的无线接入点相关信息优先。
  22. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述第三装置包括:
    第三单元,用于获取用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求,其中,所述获取请求包含共享模式条件;
    第四单元,用于将所述共享模式信息与所述共享模式条件相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息发送至所述用户设备。
  23. 根据权利要求18至22中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述第二装置包括:
    第五单元,用于基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,将所述目标无线接入点对应的付费方式相关信息发送至所述用户设备;
    第六单元,用于获取用户设备发送的基于所述付费方式相关信息的付费选择信息;
    第七单元,用于基于所述付费选择信息,将所述目标无线接入点的接入信息发送至所述用户设备。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的设备,其中,所述付费方式相关信息包括所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的设备,其中,所述付费方式相关信息还包括所述目标接入点的历史计费信息。
  26. 根据权利要求18至25中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第四装置,用于获取所述目标无线接入点的无线接入点相关信息的更新信息,其中,所述更新信息包括所述目标无线接入点的接入信息的更新信息,和/或所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,且所述更新信息与所述提供设备相匹配;
    第五装置,用于基于所述更新信息,对所述网络设备中的目标无线接 入点的无线接入点相关信息进行更新或匹配更新标记。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第六装置,用于基于所述用户设备对所述目标无线接入点的使用请求,若所述目标无线接入点对应有所述计费方式信息的更新标记,则基于所述更新标记确定所述目标无线接入点的当前计费方式信息,其中,所述当前计费方式信息用于发送至所述使用请求对应的所述用户设备。
  28. 根据权利要求26或27所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第七装置,用于若所述更新信息为所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息,且所述目标无线接入点正在被所述用户设备使用时,则基于所述计费方式信息的更新信息发送提示信息至所述用户设备。
  29. 根据权利要求18至28中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第八装置,用户基于所述使用请求,当所述目标无线接入点的共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,结合所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息、及所述用户设备对所述目标无线接入点的使用相关信息,向所述用户设备发送支付提示信息。
  30. 一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的用户设备,其中,所述设备包括:
    第九装置,用于向对应网络设备发送用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接;
    第十装置,用于获取所述网络设备返回的用于建立所述无线连接的、所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第十一装置,用于向所述网络设备发送所述用户通过用户设备提交的无线接入点的获取请求;
    第十二装置,用于接收所述网络设备返回的与所述获取请求相匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息;
    其中,所述第九装置用于:
    向网络设备发送所述用户提交的目标无线接入点的使用请求,其中,所述目标无线接入点对应的共享模式信息适用于所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点间的无线连接,所述目标无线接入点是所述用户在所述一个或多个无线接入点相关信息中选择确定的。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的设备,其中,当所述获取请求包含共享模式条件时,所述第十二装置包括:
    第八单元,用于接收所述网络设备返回的与所述共享模式条件匹配的一个或多个无线接入点相关信息。
  33. 根据权利要求30至32中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述第十装置包括:
    第九单元,用于基于所述使用请求,当所述共享模式信息为付费共享模式时,获取所述网络设备返回的所述目标无线接入点的付费方式相关信息,其中,所述付费方式相关信息包括计费方式信息;
    第十单元,用于基于所述付费方式相关信息确定相应的付费选择信息;
    第十一单元,用于将所述付费选择信息发送至所述网络设备;
    第十二单元,用于获取所述网络设备返回的与所述付费选择信息对应的所述目标无线接入点的接入信息。
  34. 根据权利要求30至33中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第十三装置,用于基于所述目标无线接入点的接入信息,建立所述用户设备与所述目标无线接入点的无线连接;
    第十四装置,用于获取所述网络设备发送的所述目标无线接入点的计费方式信息的更新信息对应的提示信息;
    第十五装置,用于基于所述提示信息,重新确认待连接目标无线接入点。
  35. 一种用于获取共享无线接入点的接入信息的系统,包括如权利要求18至29中任一项所述的网络设备、以及如权利要求30至34中任一项所述的用户设备。
