在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
图1为本发明实施例提供的多功能支架的正视图;图2为图1所示的的多功能支架的侧视图;图3为图1所示的的多功能支架的爆炸图;图5为本发明实施例提供的多功能支架的一种支撑角度的示意图;图6为本发明实施例提供的多功能支架的另一种支撑角度的示意图。如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,本发明提供的多功能支架,包括支架本体1、呈长条状的第一支撑件2和呈长条状的第二支撑件3;第一支撑件2与第二支撑件3平行间隔地转动连接在支架本体1上,支架本体1用于与数码产品固定连接;第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3上设置有调整结构4,调整结构4用于调节第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3间的角度,以调整数码产品与支撑面的角度。
其中,支架本体1与数码产品的固定连接方式有多种,例如,在支架本体1的底面上设置一个或多个吸盘,将支架本体1吸紧在数码产品的外壳上;优选地是设置与支架本体1结构形式相应的双面胶片6,将双面胶片6的一面与支架本体1粘接,另一面用于与数码产品粘接,该种方式方便快捷、固定牢靠。
第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3的结构形式有多种,例如板状或者杆状等。
调整结构4的形式有多种,例如,第一支撑件2的一端设置有卡齿,第二支撑件3沿其长度方向均布有多个用于卡设卡齿的卡孔,使用时,选择好支撑角度后,将卡齿卡进相应的卡孔内。
又比如,第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3错位设置,在第一支撑件2与第二支撑件3相对的侧面上分别设置有用于腰型滑块滑设的滑槽和用于腰型滑块插设的插孔,使用时,选择好支撑角度后,将腰形滑块滑到相应地位置并插设进相应地插孔,从而固定角度。
在使用本发明提供的多功能支架时,将支架本体1固定在数码产品的外壳上,选择需要的支撑角度后,通过调整结构4来调节和固定第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3之间的角度,从而固定数码产品与支撑平面的角度。当需要纵向支撑时,将第二支撑件3的一端与支撑平面抵接,通过调整结构4,第一支撑件2将第二支撑件3固定,阻止其转动,从而固定数码产品与支撑平面的角度。
本发明提供的多功能支架与手机等数码产品固定连接,可以随时支撑手机等产品,省去使用者寻找支架的时间,避免因收纳不当而导致支架丢失;该多功能支架不仅可以横向支撑还可以纵向支撑,并且可以根据使用者的需求多角度调整,满足使用者多方面要求,具有较高的灵活性,方便使用者使用。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的多功能支架不仅仅适用于手机或者平板电脑等数码产品,还可应用于相框或者绘画板等用品。
图4为本发明实施例提供的多功能支架中固定结构的结构示意图。如图1、图3和图4所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,支架本体1上设置有固定结构5,固定结构5用于固定手指。
其中,固定结构5的形式有多种,例如,支架本体1上转动连接有橡胶套环,使用者手拿手机等数码产品时,将手指套进橡胶套环里,不使用橡胶套环时,将橡胶套环旋转至支架本体1表面紧贴。
固定结构5使人们在手拿手机等产品时,可以将手机与手机固定,防止手机等数码产品意外滑落,从而造成财产损失。并且固定结构5不会影响该多功能支架对手机等产品的支撑功能。
如图1、图3和图4所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,固定结构5包括推动滑块51和滑动软胶带52,滑动软胶带52的一端与推动滑块51固定连接,另一端与支架本体1固定连接,推动滑块51滑设在支架本体1上,且推动滑块51滑动的方向与滑动软胶带52的长度方向一致。
其中,推动滑块51滑设在支架本体1上的方式有多种,例如,在支架本体1上设置第一豁口,在推动滑块51的两个相对的侧壁上设置凹槽,将第一豁口的两个相对的边沿插设在两个凹槽内,从而实现推动滑块51在第一豁口内滑动。
滑动软胶带52与推动滑块51的固定方式有多种,例如,通过胶接或者螺纹连接;优选地是,在滑动软胶带52的一端设置凸起,在推动滑块51上相应地设置用于卡设该凸起的凹槽,该结构简单可靠,方便零件的更换。
滑动软胶带52的一端与推动滑块51固定连接,另一端与支架本体1固定连接,当将推动滑块51由第一豁口远离滑动软胶带52的一端推向靠 近滑动软胶带52的一端时,滑动软胶带52的中间部位拱起呈半圆环形,可使人们的手指套设在半圆环内,从而将手指与手机等产品固定,避免手机等产品滑落。不需要时,将推动滑块51推回原位置,使滑动软胶带52恢复平整。
推动滑块51和滑动软胶带52的配合使用,可以使人们根据具体使用情况和个人需要,来改变滑动软胶带52的使用状态。需要固定手指时,使滑动软胶带52拱起;不需要时,使滑动软胶带52保持平整,不会凸出支架本体1之外,既保证了该多功能支架的美观,也不影响该多功能支架的支撑功能。
如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,支架本体1上设置有用于容置第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3的容置槽11;第一支撑件2的一端和第二支撑件3的一端分别转动连接在容置槽11相对的两个侧壁上,且第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3错位设置。
其中,当人们不需要支撑手机等产品时,可将第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3转动至容置槽11内,由于使第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3错位设置,则两者均不凸出支架本体1表面之外。
该结构,使第一、第二支撑件在闭合时与支架本体1成为一体,收纳在容置槽11内,保证了支架本体1表面的平整,使其美观。
如图1、图3和图4所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,调整结构4包括多个第一卡凸21和多个第一卡槽22,以及多个与第一卡凸21相配合的第二卡槽32和多个与第一卡槽22相配合的第二卡凸31;多个第一卡凸21和多个第一卡槽22沿第一支撑件2的延伸方向设置在第一支撑件2 的一个长边沿上,两个第一卡凸21之间设置有一个第一卡槽22;多个第二卡凸31和多个第二卡槽32设置在第二支撑件3与第一支撑件2相对的边沿上。
其中,在使用时,将第一支撑件2向支架本体1的表面外拉起,然后再将第二支撑件3拉起,调整到需要的角度时,将相应的第一卡凸21卡进相应的第二卡槽32内,或者将相应的第二卡凸31卡进相应的第一卡槽22内,从而固定该支撑角度。
卡凸和卡槽的配合使用,使第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3卡合稳定,从而使该多功能支架对手机等产品的支撑更加稳定,更加方便人们使用。另外,当第一支撑件2和第二支撑件3收拢时,第一卡凸21与第二卡槽32,以及第二卡凸31与第一卡槽22相互卡合,使结构紧凑,节省了安装空间,减小了该多功能支架的整体体积。
如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,第二支撑件3的自由端设置有防滑软胶块7。
其中,防滑软胶块7与第二支撑件3的连接方式有多种,例如,将第二支撑件3与防滑软胶块7一体成型;或者通过胶接或者卡接将防滑软胶块7与第二支撑件3连接固定。
防滑软胶块7可增大第二支撑件3与支撑平面之间的摩擦,使支撑更加平稳。
如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,容置槽11包括安装槽111和卡设槽112,卡设槽112设置在安装槽111的一端,且与安装槽111连通;卡设槽112的一个侧壁上设置有多个与 第一卡凸21相配合的第三卡槽12以及多个与第一卡槽22相配合的第三卡凸13;第一支撑件2的一端转动连接在安装槽111远离卡设槽112的侧壁上,第二支撑件3的一端转动连接在安装槽111靠近卡设槽112的侧壁上;第一支撑件2的自由端的侧壁上设置有第一凸起23,卡设槽112的侧壁上设置有用于卡设第一凸起23的第一凹槽14;第二支撑件3的自由端的侧壁上设置有第二凸起33,第一支撑件2与安装槽111转动连接的一端的侧壁上设置有用于卡设第二凸起33的第二凹槽24。
其中,为了保证较大的角度调节范围,可设置第一支撑件2长出第二支撑件3一定距离,则该长出部分上的第一卡凸21和第一卡槽22可与卡设槽112内的第三卡槽12和第三卡凸13相互卡合。
将第一支撑件2上的第一凸起23卡设在卡设槽112的侧壁上的第一凸起23,将第二支撑件3上的第二凸起33,卡设在第一支撑件侧壁上的第二凹槽24;该结构可使第一支撑件2与支架本体1卡合固定,避免在不使用该支架的支撑功能时,第一支撑件2转出容置槽11之外,而造成第一支撑件2损坏或者影响使用者使用;同时,第一支撑件2压制第二支撑件3,使其不会自动转出容置槽11之外,使其得到保护。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,支架本体1、第一支撑件2、第二支撑件3、推动滑块51的材质均为PP塑料。
其中,PP塑料的质量较轻,支架本体1、第一支撑件2、第二支撑件3和推动滑块51均采用PP塑料,则可以大大减少该多功能支架的重量,PP塑料具有弹性,提高人们使用时的舒适度和稳定性。
优选地是,支架本体1、第一支撑件2和第三支撑件3一体成型,该方式,减少零件数量,减少装配,从而提高了生产效率,也提高了该多功能支架的强度和稳定性。在第一支撑件2与支架本体1转动连接处,以及第二支撑3与支架本体1转动连接处均设置截面为半圆形的凹槽,以实现转动连接。
如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,在上述实施例基础之上,进一步地,支架本体1的厚度为2.55-2.65mm。
优选地,支架本体1的厚度为2.6mm,既可保证支架的强度,又实现了该多功能支架的超薄设计,在不使用该多功能支架时,其完全贴合在手机等数码产品上,不会有凸出的感觉,美观大方。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种功能支架,其特征在于,包括:支架本体、呈长条状的第一支撑件和呈长条状的第二支撑件;
    所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件平行间隔地转动连接在所述支架本体上,所述支架本体用于与数码产品固定连接;
    所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件上设置有调整结构,所述调整结构用于调节所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件间的角度,以调整数码产品与支撑面的角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述支架本体上设置有固定结构,所述固定结构用于固定手指。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括推动滑块和滑动软胶带,所述滑动软胶带的一端与所述推动滑块固定连接,另一端与所述支架本体固定连接,所述推动滑块滑设在所述支架本体上,且所述推动滑块滑动的方向与所述滑动软胶带的长度方向一致。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述支架本体上设置有用于容置所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件的容置槽;所述第一支撑件的一端和所述第二支撑件的一端分别转动连接在所述容置槽相对的两个侧壁上,且所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件错位设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述调整结构包括多个第一卡凸和多个第一卡槽,以及多个与所述第一卡凸相配合的第二卡槽和多个与所述第一卡槽相配合的第二卡凸;
    多个所述第一卡凸和多个所述第一卡槽沿所述第一支撑件的延伸方向设置在所述第一支撑件的一个长边沿上,两个所述第一卡凸之间设置有一个所述第一卡槽;
    多个所述第二卡凸和多个所述第二卡槽设置在所述第二支撑件与所述第一支撑件相对的边沿上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件的自由端设置有防滑软胶块。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述容置槽包括安装槽和卡设槽,所述卡设槽设置在所述安装槽的一端,且与所述安装槽连通;所述卡设槽的一个侧壁上设置有多个与所述第一卡凸相配合的第三卡槽以及多个与所述第一卡槽相配合的第三卡凸;
    所述第一支撑件的一端转动连接在所述安装槽远离所述卡设槽的侧壁上,所述第二支撑件的一端转动连接在所述安装槽靠近所述卡设槽的侧壁上;
    所述第一支撑件的自由端的侧壁上设置有第一凸起,所述卡设槽的侧壁上设置有用于卡设所述第一凸起的第一凹槽;
    所述第二支撑件的自由端的侧壁上设置有第二凸起,所述第一支撑件与所述安装槽转动连接的一端的侧壁上设置有用于卡设第二凸起的第二凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述支架本体、所述第一支撑件、所述第二支撑件和所述推动滑块的材质均为PP塑料。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,所述支架本体的厚度为2.55-2.65mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的多功能支架,其特征在于,还包括双面胶片,所述双面胶片的一面与所述支架本体粘接,所述双面胶片的另一面用于与所述数码产品外壳粘接。
