背景技术

有保险公司推出了一款'扶老人险' , 产品来自华安财险 , 可通过支付宝 App 购买 , 用户花 3 元就能享受一年期扶老人保障 , 最高可获赔两万元的法律诉讼费。买了这份保险 , 要是被老人讹诈并对簿公堂 , 扶人者的诉讼费由保险公司来掏。
扶人者在争端中可能面对名声和金钱的双重损失 , 而保险公司却刻意越过赔偿金这道坎 , 只支付最高两万元的诉讼费。要知道 , 一旦诉讼失败 , 可能涉及到巨额赔偿 , 但这并不关保险公司什么事儿。
为此，针对当前老人跌倒时，很多人因为害怕被讹诈情况，需要提供一种快速、合法、放心的将老人扶起并带领老人离开危险区域的方法。

技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种跌倒原因确认方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户指纹；
根据所述用户指纹的触发指令，向公证机关系统发送跌倒原因确认信息；
接收公证机关系统返回的确认信息；
播放确认信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种确认系统，包括：
记录单元，指纹读取单元，信息发送单元，信息接收单元，播放单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录用户指纹；
指纹读取单元，用于读取用户指纹信息；
信息发送单元，其输入端与所述指纹读取单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述用户指纹的触发指令，向公证机关系统发送跌倒原因确认信息；
信息接收单元，其输入端与所述信息发送单元输出端连接，用于接收公证机关系统返回的确认信息；

    记录单元，指纹读取单元，信息发送单元，信息接收单元，播放单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录用户指纹；
    指纹读取单元，用于读取用户指纹信息；
    信息发送单元，其输入端与所述指纹读取单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述用户指纹的触发指令，向公证机关系统发送跌倒原因确认信息；
    信息接收单元，其输入端与所述信息发送单元输出端连接，用于接收公证机关系统返回的确认信息；
