具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
图1至图3示出了本实用新型提供的一种壁画100的第一实施例,包括有固定装置(在背面,图中未示)、至少一个面板3和至少一个构图单元1,所述面板3设置在所述固定装置上,且所述面板3上设有多个连接结构2,所述构图单元1按照不同的排列方式可拆卸连接在所述连接结构2上,以在所述面板3上拼合形成不同的图案;
更具体地,所述壁画100的固定装置可以是一层粘合层,面板3是一整块壁画100的基底,面板3通过所述固定装置固定于墙壁、地面或者其它安装面上,拆装更加便利,若需要更大的壁画时将面板3跟多块面板3进行组合,以便形成更大规模的不同的图案。由于在制造过程中,连接结构2远处看去是比较小的,但也不排除用更大的构图单元1与多个所述连接结构2相互对应。由于分布在面板3上的连接结构2足够小,构图单元1也能像像素点一样自由组合成线,可以自由组合成各种图案,构图单元1只需要上色之后便可以使用。又由于这些材料本身的坚固性能,可以保持壁画的耐久性,防止自然损害,特别是对于超大型的室外壁画而言。本实用新型的设计思想可以推广应用到的这类壁画包括壁雕、彩色玻璃画、陶瓷、珐琅、编织、织毯、人造树脂、金属、合成纤维等,即通过在构图单元1的顶部固定这类工艺材料,实现拼装不同质感的壁画。
所述连接结构2为第一凸起2A,多个所述第一凸起2A均匀或不均匀分布设在所述面板上;单个所述构图单元包括套筒11和底座12,所述套筒11中设有内腔体;所述套筒12套装在单个所述第一凸起2A上,所述套筒11的所述内腔体的形状与单个所述第一凸起2A的外形相适;所述底座12由所述套筒11的下边缘向水平方向延伸形成,所述底座12的形状设置为当多个所述构图单元1分别套装在所述面板3的多个所述第一凸起2A上时,每相邻两个所述构图单元1的所述底座11之间能够互相拼合在一起形成平面图案。
所述面板3的所述第一凸起2A的形状为圆柱体形、多边柱体形或者不规则柱体形;所述构图单元1的所述套筒的所述内腔体的形状为与所述第一凸起2A的形状相配合的圆柱体形、多边柱体形或者不规则柱体形;或者
多个所述第一凸起2A均匀分布设在所述面板3上,多个所述第一凸起2A的形状和大小均相同,且所述第一凸起2A的形状为圆柱体形;所述多个构图单元1中所述套筒11的所述内腔体的形状和大小均相同,且为与所述第一凸起2A的形状相适的圆柱体形。
在第二实施例中,所述连接结构为第二凸起2B,所述第二凸起2B包括凸起底部202和凸起顶部201,所述凸起底部202的横截面小于所述凸起顶部201,所述凸起底部202的一端与所述面板3连接,另一端与所述凸起顶部201连接,所述构图单元1下端开设有接口槽,所述接口槽扣接于所述凸起顶部201上。 所述接口槽接口处内侧壁上延伸出一用于卡扣大端的扣接缘部。
多个所述第一凸起2A或第二凸起2B具有多种高度,每种高度的所述第一凸起2A或第二凸起2B具有一个或多个,不同高度的所述第一凸起2A或第二凸起分布设在所述面板3上,所述构图单元1按照不同的排列方式可拆卸连接在不同高度的所述第一凸起2A或第二凸起2B上,以在所述面板上拼合形成不同的立体图案。
更进一步地,所述构图单元的底部设有第一连接结构101,所述构图单元1的顶部设有第二连接结构102;所述第一连接结构101与所述第二凸起的凸起顶部形状相适配,所述第二连接结构102与所述第二凸起的凸起顶部201形状相同;所述面板3上的所述构图单元1分为具有相同形状的第一构图单元10A和第二构图单元10B;所述第一构图单元10A通过自己的所述第一连接结构101套装在所述第二凸起2B的所述凸起顶部201上;所述第二构图单元10B通过自己的所述第一连接结构101叠加式套装在全部或部分所述第一构图单元10A的所述第二连接结构102上,以在所述面板3上拼合形成立体图案。具体的是,所述第二凸起2B具有不同的高度,每种高度的所述第二凸起2B有1个、2个或3个甚至更多,并且按照一定的排列顺序分布设在所述面板3上,所述构图单元1可拆卸连接在所述第二凸起2B上,以在面板3上拼合形成不同的立体图案,从而能够使图案更加凸显立体感,使得构图更为丰富生动;当然,所述构图单元1的颜色也可以多样化,进而更能赋予图案更多的美感。
在本实施例中,套装在所述第一构图单元10A的所述第二构图单元10B上继续套装有至少一个其他第二构图单元10B,组成立体构图单元300。
优选的构图单元1如图6和图7所示,所述构图单元1的底部设有第一连接结构101,所述构图单元1的顶部设有第二连接结构102,所述第一连接结构101分别与第二连接结构102和面板3上的第二凸起2B的形状相适配;所述构图单元1分为具有相同形状的第一构图单元10A和第二构图单元10B;所述第一构图单元10A通过自己的第一连接结构101套装在第二凸起2B上;至少一个所述第二构图单元10B通过自己的第一连接结构101叠加式套装在全部或部分第一构图单元10A的第二连接结构102上,以在所述面板3上拼合形成立体图案。
具体的由图6和图7示出,由所述第一构图单元10A套接在第二凸起2B 上,所述第二构图单元10B套接在第一构图单元10A上形成立体构图单元300,所述立体构图单元300在面板3上能够凸显层次感,使得图案更加立体,与第二种实施例相比所述立体构图单元300可以自由拆卸,方便用户自行设计立体图案,更加提升用户的体验;并且所述构图单元1可以有不同颜色,使得用户可以自由设计不同色彩的立体图案,满足其个性追求。
在第三实施例中如图5所示,所述连接结构为凹槽22,多个所述凹槽22均匀或不均匀分布设在所述面板3上;所述构图单元1的外形与所述凹槽22相适配,且所述构图单元1卡接在所述凹槽22中。
本实用新型所述壁画100的设计思想可以推广应用到纸面壁画、塑料壁画或者金属壁画、植物纤维壁画等,不局限于绘制表层图案的工艺和原料,构图单元1的表层可以固定这些材料用于作画;
更好的是,所述面板3一体成型或者所述面板由多个组合板拼接而成;或者
优选的是,各所述构图单元1上设有不同的图形元素,多个所述构图单元1按预定的顺序排列组合,使得多个所述构图单元1上的所述图形元素组合成完整的图案,即达到拼图的效果,图案不特定,可以是可爱的卡通图案,也可以由客户订制有意义的照片等等。
优选的是,所述面板3固定连接或可拆卸式连接在所述固定装置上。
优选的是,所述构图单元1的所述底座的形状为正方形、多边形、圆形、椭圆形或不规则形;构图单元1的底座12的形状优选为正方形,这样便于构图单元1相互之间无缝式在面板3上形成图案。
优选的是,所述面板1、所述连接结构2和/或所述构图单元1采用硅胶、塑胶、橡胶制成。
优选的是,所述面板3、所述连接结构2和/或所述构图单元1采用带有磁性的硅胶、带有磁性的塑胶或者带有磁性的橡胶制成。
所述面板3、所述连接结构和/或所述构图单元1采用带有荧光材质的硅胶、带有荧光材质的塑胶或者带有荧光材质的橡胶制成。一体成型的第二凸起2B与立体构图单元300构成一幅图案,构图单元1接口槽外径可以扩大才能安放所述第二凸起2B。所述面板3、连接结构2和/或构图单元1采用硅胶、塑胶、橡胶、带有磁性的硅胶、带有磁性的塑胶或者带有磁性的橡胶制成;优选的是, 采用带有磁性的橡胶制成,以保证构图单元10的柔软,可变形的特性,不会伤害到用户;优选的是,所述面板3也选用带有磁性的柔性材料制成,从而构图单元1能吸附在面板3上,使得构图单元1与面板3的结合更为稳定。
在本实用新型所述壁画100的第三实施例中,如图8和图9所示,在所述连接结构为凹槽22,多个所述凹槽22均匀或不均匀分布设在面板3上;当然,所述构图单元1的外形也与凹槽22相适配,且所述构图单元1卡接在凹槽22中;具体的是,所述构图单元1包括本体111和嵌入部位112,所述凹槽22也包括有与嵌入部位112相适配的卡接位221,所述构图单元1通过嵌入部位112卡接在所述卡接位221处,进而牢固在所述面板3上,不易脱落。
值得提出的是,当需要不同的装饰层时,还可以将设有镂空孔的透明纸层更换作为背景即可。同时,构图单元的面部不局限于一体成型的平面,其目的是自由组合,或者固定了位置分布的图案分割出来的部分,如此透明纸层有多种样式,用户可根据自己喜好去选择。当然,用户亦可直接在面板3上信手涂鸦,绘制自己想要的图案或文字。所述面板3固定连接或可拆卸式连接在所述固定装置上。
本发明所述壁画优选的第四实施例中,面板、所述连接结构2和/或构图单元1采用固定磁感应强度的块体。不同种类的部件的磁感应强度值应当不同,方便检测识别,面板3下设置若干个检测所述面板上安装的构图单元1的电磁传感器40,所述壁画设置有识别安装的构图单元1构成的图案的控制单元30,所述控制单元30电连接到输出灯光提示的发出彩色光的LED灯50。LED灯50还具有装饰作用,与构图单元1一起构成新的呈现状态。具体使用时,由于构图单元1具有特定的磁感应强度值,在面板3下的壁画100的本体中的若干电磁感应传感器40开始工作,可以检测到各个位置上的构图单元1,由太阳能电池供电,或者黑暗时由蓄电池供电,对全部安装好的构图单元1进行记录,生成面板3上的空间位置,因而对面板3上的所有位置都能进行检测可以进一步识别出安装的图案。
更好的是,所述控制单元30通过无线连接外设的管理终端,可以是WIFI连接或是蓝牙连接,以及所述控制单元30包括一根据当前安装图案进行提示纠错的安装纠错模块31;
控制单元30还包括一用于存储新的单层和/或多层的图案的存储图案模块 32,具体地通过所述管理终端200或安装构图单元1逐步实现。更好的是,所述控制单元30还包括一根据当前安装图案对所述LED灯进行控制的灯光控制模块33。而且安装纠错模块31输出控制信号到LED灯50,优选的,根据灯光控制模块33预设灯光管理规则进行优化控制,在不同安装阶段所起作用不同,在安装阶段在安装纠错模块输出31的信号起到提示作用,在安装好正式使用时起到装饰作用,当再度出现构图单元1缺失时发出提示缺失的灯光,提示缺失的方式可以是红光和/或闪烁,
通过在控制单元30中存储一定数量的图案,每个图案中的每个位置的构图单元1的磁感应强度值可以不同,以示区分构图单元1的不同类型,在面板3上安装好一个新图案后,再通过壁画100上的预留的按钮开启存储图案模式,存储图案模块32将记录当前的图案,给图案进行编号,同时这种操作模式下,LED灯50根据安装的构图单元1的颜色发出同样的光,颜色值通过电磁传感器40扫描得到的构图单元1的磁感应强度值,进一步进行查询得到构图单元1的颜色属性,再将控制发光信号传递给该颜色构图单元1临近的LED灯50,且不被构图单元1遮挡。
更优选的是详细的指示和图案文件编辑通过管理终端200进行导入,管理终端200将已经设计好的图案数据导入到壁画100的控制单元30中,灯光最终也可以另外按该图案相配的定制的灯光配置的工作参数发光,例如某一构图单元1构成的线条附近的LED灯50发光的时段设置为夜间,且发出稳定的白光,或是在晚上7点到9点每分钟进行一次红蓝黄渐变发光,色调逐渐变暖;
通过壁画框架外侧设置的按钮开启安装纠错模式,若当前图案接近完成状态,那么安装的所述图案与存在于所述控制单元30中的图案进行精确匹配,找到正确图案,在完成度比较低时,会灯光提示从候选的图案中选择要对照的图案,通过按钮切换选择,选项通过灯光播放提示,例如如图1所示的图案,图案名称为“小狗在笑”,如图11,LED灯50根据预设的错误提示规则发光,例如有匹配时找出不完全匹配的地方,将提示安装缺失的位置,安装错误的位置,以及缺少的构图单元1的类型,对图案的名称和编号也在提示中有相应的说明;在安装纠错模式下,也可以先设定一个需要对照的图案,在本发明应用到大面积更为精细的作业时,控制单元30通过电磁感应逐步检测构图单元1安装的位置,LED灯50播放灯光提示,最邻近的安装位置和需要的构图单元1类 型,通过磁感应强度值唯一确定的构图单元,如颜色、形状、安装的层级,如黑色基块,红色椭圆顶块,这其中顶块在最上方形状可以更为个性化,优选的是标准化同一形状,一步步安装到完成,位置的描述可以选择中心位置作为原点,将所有连接结构视为坐标系,具体地还可以通过上下左右表达邻近位置,方便用户理解。通过安装纠错模块和存储图案模块大大提高了壁画的智能体验,更好的是在存储图案时提示可以配上一定的灯光提示,对应不同的提示情景,增加趣味性。
综上所述,本实用新型通过在包上设置相适配的面板和构图单元,所述构图单元可拆卸连接在所述面板上,以在所述面板上拼合形成不同的图案;借此,本实用新型使用户能够自由拼接壁画外表层的图案,满足其新鲜感与个性化的需求,进而可以减少因追随潮流而经常更换壁画的浪费。。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种壁画,其特征在于,包括有固定装置、至少一个面板和至少一个构图单元,所述面板设置在所述固定装置上,且所述面板上设有多个连接结构,所述构图单元按照不同的排列方式可拆卸连接在所述连接结构上,以在所述面板上拼合形成不同的图案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述连接结构为第一凸起,多个所述第一凸起均匀或不均匀分布设在所述面板上;单个所述构图单元包括套筒和底座,所述套筒中设有内腔体;所述套筒套装在单个所述第一凸起上,所述套筒的所述内腔体的形状与单个所述第一凸起的外形相适;所述底座由套筒的下边缘向水平方向延伸形成,所述底座的形状设置为当多个所述构图单元分别套装在所述面板的多个所述第一凸起上时,每相邻两个所述构图单元的所述底座之间能够互相拼合在一起形成平面图案。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述面板的所述第一凸起的形状为圆柱体形、多边柱体形或者不规则柱体形;所述构图单元的所述套筒的所述内腔体的形状为与所述第一凸起的形状相配合的圆柱体形、多边柱体形或者不规则柱体形;或者
    多个所述第一凸起均匀分布设在所述面板上,多个所述第一凸起的形状和大小均相同,且所述第一凸起的形状为圆柱体形;所述多个构图单元中所述套筒的所述内腔体的形状和大小均相同,且为与所述第一凸起的形状相适的圆柱体形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述连接结构为第二凸起,所述第二凸起包括凸起底部和凸起顶部,所述凸起底部的横截面小于所述凸起顶部,所述凸起底部的一端与所述面板连接,另一端与所述凸起顶部连接,所述构图单元下端开设有接口槽,所述接口槽扣接于所述凸起顶部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述接口槽接口处内侧壁上延伸出一用于卡扣大端的扣接缘部。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的壁画,其特征在于,多个所述第一凸起或第二凸起具有多种高度,每种高度的所述第一凸起或第二凸起具有一个或多个,不同高度的所述第一凸起或第二凸起分布设在所述面板上,所述构图单元按照不同的排列方式可拆卸连接在不同高度的所述第一凸起或第二凸起上,以在所 述面板上拼合形成不同的立体图案。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述构图单元的底部设有第一连接结构,所述构图单元的顶部设有第二连接结构;所述第一连接结构与所述第二凸起的凸起顶部形状相适配,所述第二连接结构与所述第二凸起的凸起顶部形状相同;所述面板上的所述构图单元分为具有相同形状的第一构图单元和第二构图单元;所述第一构图单元通过自己的所述第一连接结构套装在所述第二凸起的所述凸起顶部上;所述第二构图单元通过自己的所述第一连接结构叠加式套装在全部或部分所述第一构图单元的所述第二连接结构上,以在所述面板上拼合形成立体图案。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的壁画,其特征在于,套装在所述第一构图单元的所述第二构图单元上继续套装有至少一个其他第二构图单元。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述连接结构为凹槽,多个所述凹槽均匀或不均匀分布设在所述面板上;所述构图单元的外形与所述凹槽相适配,且所述构图单元卡接在所述凹槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述面板一体成型或者所述面板由多个组合板拼接而成;或者
    所述面板固定连接或可拆卸式连接在所述固定装置上;或者
    各所述构图单元上设有不同的图形元素,多个所述构图单元按预定的顺序排列组合,使得多个所述构图单元上的所述图形元素组合成完整的图案;或者
    所述面板、所述连接结构和/或所述构图单元采用硅胶、塑胶、橡胶制成;或者
    所述面板、所述连接结构和/或所述构图单元采用带有磁性的硅胶、带有磁性的塑胶或者带有磁性的橡胶制成;或者
    所述面板、所述连接结构和/或所述构图单元采用带有荧光材质的硅胶、带有荧光材质的塑胶或者带有荧光材质的橡胶制成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的壁画,其特征在于,不同属性的所述构图单元采用不同的固定磁感应强度的磁体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述面板下设置若干个检测所述面板上安装的所述构图单元的电磁传感器,所述壁画设置有识别安装的所述构图单元构成的图案的控制单元,所述控制单元电连接到所述面板表面的 太阳能电池、若干个发出彩色光的LED灯。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括:
    一根据当前安装图案的所述构图单元1的安装位置进行提示纠错的安装纠错模块;
    一用于存储新的单层和/或多层的图案的存储图案模块;
    一根据当前安装图案对所述LED灯进行控制的灯光控制模块。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述安装纠错模块输出的控制信号传输到所述LED灯。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的壁画,其特征在于,所述控制单元通过无线连接外设的管理终端。
