Description

使用耳机时的报警方法以及报警耳机 技术领域
本发明属于 电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种使用耳机时的报警方法以及报警耳机。
背景技术
耳机是一对转换单元,它接受 媒体播放器 或接收器所发出的电讯号,利用贴近 耳朵 的扬声器将其转化成可以听到的音波。耳机一般是与 媒体 播放器可分离的,利用一个 插头连接 。好处是在不影响旁人的情况下,可独自聆听音响;亦可隔开周围环境的声响,对在 录音室 、 DJ 、旅途、运动等在噪吵环境下使用的人很有帮助。耳机原是给电话和无线电上使用的,但随着可携式电子装置的盛行,耳机多用于手机、 随身听 、收音机。
耳机的主要功能分类可以分为:
监听式:以听清楚声音里面的各种细节为设计重点; HIFI 式 :以欣赏音乐为设计重点;游戏电影式:以模拟多声道为设计重点;降噪式:以减少环境噪声为设计重点;便携式:以出门方便携带出门为设计重点;运动式:以佩戴牢固为设计重点。
上述耳机中,人们在室外使用手机时,很多人都佩戴了耳机,经常使用耳机看电影、打游戏或者在骑自行车时通过耳机听音乐。
缺陷在于:当他人与你交流时,听不到他人的话语;或骑自行车时,后面有车来时,听不到车的喇叭声,从而造成交通安全隐患。
综上,针对上述的耳机出现的问题,需要提供 一种使用耳机时的报警方法 。
在本人申请的专利《 使用耳机时的报警方法以及报警耳机 》中,本人解决了这个问题,但是随之而来新的问题是,用户每次使用该报警耳机时 ,即使走在行人的走道上 ,如果有车辆经过鸣笛,该报警耳机也会提醒用户,造成用户的不耐烦,会对这款产品产生厌恶。
为此,本人在上一个申请的专利的基础上,进一步作出改进。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了 一种使用耳机时的报警方法以及报警耳机,目的在于提供人们使用耳机时,能够避免 该耳机一检测到高分贝的声音就提醒用户,造成用户的不耐烦 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种使用耳机时的报警方法 ,包括以下步骤:
采集所处环境的声音分贝;
计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数;
将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值;
监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音;
若否,继续保持耳机的正常使用;
若是,判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现;
若否,继续保持耳机的正常使用;
若是,对用户做出提醒。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 报警耳机 ,包括:
记录单元,用于采集所处环境的声音分贝;
运算单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数;
设定单元,其输入端与所述运算单元的输出端连接,用于将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值;
判断单元,其输入端与所述设定单元的输出端连接,用于监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音,以及判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现;
提醒单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当短时间内有两次高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现时,对用户做出提醒。
有益效果
该 发明通过耳机记录所处环境的声音分贝,计算出一个平均的分贝数,通过监控当前环境的声音分贝和所处环境的平均分贝数值的对比以及出现的次数,从而避免了 耳机一检测到高分贝的声音就提醒用户,可能造成用户的不耐烦。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的 一种使用耳机时的报警方法 的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中,采集所处环境的声音分贝 。
在本实施例中, 可以在耳机中安装声音分贝测试仪,用来采集所处环境的声音分贝。这里需要注意的是,在耳机正常工作时,声音分贝测试仪才开始工作,采集所处环境的声音分贝。
在步骤 S102 中, 计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数。
通过 声音分贝测试仪收集到的多组数据,可以算出所处环境的平均声音分贝数。这里需要注意的是,收集的数据必须要是一定时间内的声音分贝数,而不是一瞬间的声音分贝数,因为这样收集到的声音分贝数值可能不准确,如:某个人正在你旁边大叫,这个时间很短,可是设备自己不会判断这是不是当前的环境声音分贝,所以需要收集的声音分贝必须是一定时间内的声音分贝的平均值。
在步骤 S103 中, 将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值。
将上述算出的平均值设定为当前环境声音的标准值。如:在繁华的街道上通过对声音分贝的采集,采集一定时间后,运算出当前街道上的平均声音分贝为 A 分贝,把 A 分贝设定为当前街道声音分贝的标准值。
在步骤 S104 中, 监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音。
通过声音分贝测试仪时时监测当前环境的声音分贝,将 A 分贝设置为标准值, B 分贝设置为高于 A 分贝的阈值,判断当前环境中是否出现大于 B 分贝的声音。如:街道上的分贝标准值为 70 分贝,我们在设置一个 70+10 分贝的值,因为在街道上的声音不是恒定的,所以我们判断是需要留有一定的额度,不然用户在使用耳机过程中只要声音一超过 70 分贝就提醒用户,会对使用耳机的用户造成反感情绪。
若 出现低于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音 ,进入步骤 S105 , 继续保持耳机的正常使用 ;若 出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音 ,进入步骤 S106 , 判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现。若否, 进入步骤 S107 , 继续保持耳机的正常使用;若是, 进入步骤 S108 , 对用户做出提醒。
当所处声音分贝短时间内出现两次或两次以上高于环境标准分贝值 +10 分贝时,提醒的方法也不相同,如:用户在看电影,提示方法就可以在看电影的手机屏幕上显示'请注意四周,有高分贝声音出现',同时语音提示'有高分贝声音出现,请注意'。用户在听歌时,提示方法就可以是关闭当前的歌曲,并语音提示用户'有高分贝声音出现,请注意'。这里需要注意的是当短时间出现的高分贝声音两次才提醒用户,因为不是每次出现高分贝的声音都是针对用户的,往往需要提醒用户的声音在用户不应答的情况下,会出现二次或多次。所以根据这种情况做了二次判断。

设定单元 23 ,其输入端与所述运算单元 22 的输出端连接,用于将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值;
判断单元 24 ,其输入端与所述设定单元 23 的输出端连接,用于监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音,以及判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现;
提醒 单元 25 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 24 的输出端连接,用于当短时间内有两次高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现时,对用户做出提醒。
其工作原理是:在耳机正常工作后,记录单元 21 采集所处环境的声音分贝 。 运算单元 22 计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数 。 设定单元 23 用于将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值。 判断 单元 24 监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音,以及判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现。提醒单元 25 当短时间内有两次高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现时,对用户做出提醒。 保证了用户使用耳机时, 能对当前环境声音发生的变化做出回应 。

  1. 一种使用耳机时的报警方法 , 其特征在于,所述 方法 包括如下步骤:
    采集所处环境的声音分贝;
    计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数;
    将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值;
    监控当前的环境,并判断是否出现高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音;
    若否,继续保持耳机的正常使用;
    若是,判断短时间内是否还有高于所述标准值一定分贝数的声音出现;
    若否,继续保持耳机的正常使用;
    若是,对用户做出提醒。
  2. 一种 报警耳机 ,其特征在于,所述 报警耳机 包括:
    记录单元,用于采集所处环境的声音分贝;
    运算单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于计算一定时间内所处环境的平均声音分贝数;
    设定单元,其输入端与所述运算单元的输出端连接,用于将所述平均声音分贝数设为标准值;
