Description

本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种判断运动轨迹 时 信息提醒 的方法以及遥控器。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种判断运动轨迹的方法以及遥控器 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种判断运动轨迹时 信息提醒 的方法 , 目的在于提高遥控器操作质量、降低用户操作的精确性、避免误操作以及操作后无响应的情况,同时保护、彰显权利人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种 判断运动轨迹 时 信息提醒 的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值;
当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,检测当前对应电流;
根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值;
若是,发出所述标准电流值对应的指令,同时向用户推送专利信息;
若否,不发出任何指令。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 遥控器 ,包括:
记录单元,用于记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值;
检测单元,当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,用于检测当前对应电流;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,用于判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值;
发送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元相连接,如果判断单元判断存在发出指令的标准电流值时,用于发出所述标准电流值对应的指令;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述发送单元的输出端连接,用于在所述发送单元发出所述标准电流值对应的指令时,向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过对遥控器运动轨迹的判断,从而做到 降低遥控器的操作频率并提高操作质量,降低用户操作的精确性,避免误操作以及操作后无响应的情况 ,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中,记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值。
用户动作有水平移动、垂直移动、翻转、倾斜等,这些动作对应不一样的指令,传感器会将这些动作转换成电信号,从而记录下其对应的电流值。
如180度水平移动时,电阻值为R1,所发出的电流为A1,也对应F指令;同时90度竖直移动时,电阻值为R2,所发出的电流为A2,对应E指令;在移动过程中移动角度会允许正负5度的误差,其所对应的电流值的误差阀值控制在正负0.5A。
在步骤 S102 中,当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,检测当前对应电流。
在步骤 S103 中,根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值。
为了避免误操作 ,根据步骤 S103 中的判断,当不存在发出指令的标准电流值时,视为操作无效。当操作无效时,进入步骤 S105 ,不发出任何指令,如果存在发出指令的标准电流值时,视为操作有效,进入步骤 S104 ,发出所述标准电流值对应的指令,同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过对遥控器运动轨迹的判断,从而做到 降低遥控器的操作频率并提高操作质量,降低用户操作的精确性,避免误操作以及操作后无响应的情况 ,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种 遥控器 的结构示意图,该遥控器包括:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值。
用户动作有水平移动、垂直移动、翻转、倾斜等,这些动作对应不一样的指令,传感器会将这些动作转换成电信号,从而记录下其对应的电流值。
如180度水平移动时,电阻值为R1,所发出的电流为A1,也对应F指令;同时90度竖直移动时,电阻值为R2,所发出的电流为A2,对应E指令;在移动过程中移动角度会允许正负5度的误差,其所对应的电流值的误差阀值控制在正负0.5A。
检测单元 22 ,当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,用于检测当前对应电流。
判断单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述检测单元 22 的输出端连接,根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,用于判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值。
发送单元 24 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 23 相连接,如果判断单元 23 判断存在发出指令的标准电流值时,用于发出所述标准电流值对应的指令。
信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述发送单元 24 的输出端连接,用于在所述发送单元 24 发出所述标准电流值对应的指令时,向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值,当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,检测单元 22 检测当前对应电流;判断单元 23 根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值,发送单元 24 在判断单元 23 判断存在发出指令的标准电流值时,发出所述标准电流值对应的指令,同时,信息推送单元 25 向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种判断运动轨迹时 信息提醒 的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值;
    当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,检测当前对应电流;
    根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值;
    若是,发出所述标准电流值对应的指令,同时向用户推送专利信息;
    若否,不发出任何指令。
  2. 一种 遥控器 ,其特征在于,所述 遥控器 包括:
    记录单元,用于记录发出指令的标准电流值、所述标准电流值所对应的指令、以及厂家预设的所述标准电流值的误差阈值;
    检测单元,当用户操作重力传感器发出指令时,用于检测当前对应电流;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,根据所述当前对应的电流,在当前对应的电流的所述标准电流值的误差阈值内,用于判断是否存在发出指令的标准电流值;
    发送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元相连接,如果判断单元判断存在发出指令的标准电流值时,用于发出所述标准电流值对应的指令;
    信息推送单元,其输入端与所述发送单元的输出端连接,用于在所述发送单元发出所述标准电流值对应的指令时,向用户推送专利信息。
