本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及 一种根据手势换台的方法以及遥控器 。
背景技术
电视机作为客厅的主角,看电视是人们生活中不可或缺的一种休闲方式,对人们生活有着重要的影响,人们通过电视了解最新的时事新闻、赛事直播、娱乐节目等,要收看电视节目,就需要使用观看者和电视机之间的一个桥梁--遥控器来切换节目频道。
传统的遥控器上电视节目换台有两个方式:
  1. 1、 直接点触遥控器面板上相关频道对应的数字键;
  1. 2、 点遥控器面板上'下一个'或'上一个'按键,依次切换频道。
对于第一种换台方式,需要用户记住自己喜欢看的频道号,以达到直接切换台的目的,如果存在多个想看的频道号,或者家庭成员多,每个人喜欢看的频道不一样,这样就导致记忆混乱。
因此在大多数情况下,用户使用第二种傻瓜方法,依次切换频道,以观看各频道有没有什么节目是用户感兴趣的。
对于第二种方法,存在局限性,用户只能一个频道一个频道依次往后或往前切换,搜索自己喜欢看的频道节目所需时间较长,同时手指也要频繁按键,这样长时间的操作,会使手指肌肉疲劳,同时也会影响用户看电视的心情。
针对以上的情况,就需要一种更直观的换台方式,让操作更简洁直观,同时更人性化。

本发明实施例提供了一种根据手势换台的方法 , 目的在于提供 一种让遥控器操作更简洁直观且更人性化的方法来达到切换台的目的。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据手势换台的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令;
读取用户输入的手势;
判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令;
若是,发出所述对应的指令;
若否,不发出任何指令。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 遥控器 ,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令;
读取单元,用于读取用户输入的手势;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令;
发送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元相连接,如果判断单元判断存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,用于发出所述对应的指令。
有益效果
该发明通过带有手势识别设计的遥控器,从而做到用户在换台或调整音量时,可以更直观更人性化。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中,记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令。
手势识别是一个在计算机科学中,通过数学运算方法识别人类手势的一个议题。手势可以指全身任何部分动作,但亦通常指对面部及手部动作的识别。
手势识别的种类有两种,分别是在线手势及离线手势。在线手势是指一些即时直接控制的手势,这也可以视为直接缩放和旋转等操作。例如在手机上浏览图片时,手指两点的触控直接控制图片的放大缩小及旋转等动作。这些都是即时直接的控制,因为触控点与控制的物件之间有直接的联系。离线手势则是指一些与手势无直接关系的控制,通常都会在手势识别完成之后才会执行指令。例如在手机上画一个圆后就可以返回菜单。
考虑到手势的多样性,在定义手势时应遵循一定的原则,要以用户为中心,手势要符合多数用户的使用习惯,手势尽量清晰且简单,且数量不宜过多。为了符合被控设备的控制逻辑,手势定义要具有相反性。
如:在遥控器的触摸板上从左向右划一下,表示下一个频道,从右向左划一下,表示上一个频道,从上往下划一下,表示音量增加,从下往上划一下,表示音量减小。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户输入的手势。
在步骤 S103 中,判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令。
为了避免误操作 ,根据步骤 S103 中的判断,当不存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,视为操作无效。当操作无效时,进入步骤 S105 ,不发出任何指令,如果存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,视为操作有效,进入步骤 S104 ,发出所述对应指令。
该发明通过带有手势识别设计的遥控器,从而做到用户在换台或调整音量时,可以更直观更人性化。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种 遥控器 的结构示意图,该遥控器包括:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令。
考虑到手势的多样性,在定义手势时应遵循一定的原则,要以用户为中心,手势要符合多数用户的使用习惯,手势尽量清晰且简单,且数量不宜过多。为了符合被控设备的控制逻辑,手势定义要具有相反性。
如:在遥控器的触摸板上从左向右划一下,表示下一个频道,从右向左划一下,表示上一个频道,从上往下划一下,表示音量增加,从下往上划一下,表示音量减小。
读取单元 22 ,用于读取用户输入的手势。
判断单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述读取单元 22 的输出端连接,用于判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令。
发送单元 24 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 23 相连接,如果判断单元 23 判断存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,用于发出所述对应的指令。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令,读取单元 22 读取用户输入的手势;判断单元 23 判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令,发送单元 24 在判断单元 23 判断存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,发出所述对应的指令。
该发明通过带有手势识别设计的遥控器,从而做到用户在换台或调整音量时,可以更直观更人性化。

    记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令;
    读取用户输入的手势;
    判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令;
    若是,发出所述对应的指令;
    若否,不发出任何指令。
  2. 一种 遥控器 ,其特征在于,所述 遥控器 包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户预设的手势以及所述手势对应的指令;
    读取单元,用于读取用户输入的手势;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令;
    发送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元相连接,如果判断单元判断存在与所述用户输入的手势对应的指令时,用于发出所述对应的指令。
