The following embodiment is an example embodying the present invention, and is not an example of limiting the technical scope of the present invention.
<Embodiment>
The display device 100 and the display method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The display device 100 is a device that displays the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 (the position of the target cavity 20) inserted into the plurality of cavities 20 formed in the connector housing 2. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the connector housing 2 and the terminal-attached electric wire 90. First, the connector housing 2 and the terminal-attached electric wire 90 in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 includes an electric wire 9 and a terminal 8 connected to an end of the electric wire 9. Here, the electric wire 9 includes a core wire 91 and an insulating coating 92 that covers the periphery of the core wire 91. That is, here is a case where the electric wire 9 is an insulated wire. The core wire 91 is a metal conductor whose main component is copper or aluminum. The insulating coating 92 is an insulating member, for example, a synthetic resin member mainly composed of polyethylene or vinyl chloride.
In the electric wire 90 with a terminal, the insulation coating 92 around the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9 is removed. The terminal 8 is connected to the exposed core wire 91 after the insulation coating 92 is removed.
The terminal 8 is a metal member whose main component is, for example, copper. Here, the terminal 8 includes a core wire connecting portion 81 connected to the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9, a covering connecting portion 82 connected to the end of the insulating coating 92, and a mating side connected to the mating member. A connection unit 83.
The counterpart connection portion 83 of the terminal 8 is a portion that can be connected to a counterpart member to which the terminal 8 is connected. Here, as shown in FIG. 1, a rod-like shape that can be inserted and connected to the counterpart member. Is formed. In this case, the counterpart member may be, for example, a female terminal including a recess into which the counterpart connection portion 83 is inserted. As another example, a case where the counterpart connection part 83 includes a recess into which a rod-like member can be inserted may be considered.
The core wire connecting portion 81 of the terminal 8 is a portion connected to the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9. Here, the core wire connecting portion 81 includes a crimping piece that can be crimped to the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9. In the terminal-attached electric wire 90, the crimping piece of the core wire connecting portion 81 is caulked in a state of covering the periphery of the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9. As another example, it is of course conceivable that the core wire connecting portion is welded to the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9 by ultrasonic welding or the like. In this case, it is conceivable that the core wire connecting portion is formed in a flat plate shape capable of welding the core wire 91 at the end of the electric wire 9.
The covering connection portion 82 of the terminal 8 is a portion connected to the end of the insulating coating 92, and includes a crimping piece that can be crimped to the insulating coating 92. In the electric wire 90 with a terminal, the crimping piece of the covering connection portion 82 is caulked in a state of covering the periphery of the insulating coating 92.
Next, the connector housing 2 will be described. The connector housing 2 is formed with a plurality of cavities 20 into which end portions of the plurality of terminal-attached electric wires 90 are inserted. Here, a case where six cavities 20 are formed in the connector housing 2 will be described. Therefore, hereinafter, the cavity 20 will be referred to as cavities 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 as necessary.
It is conceivable that the connector housing 2 is a resin member. Further, it is conceivable that the connector housing 2 includes a holding structure (for example, a locking structure such as a locking claw that is hooked on the terminal) that fixes the terminal 8 in the cavity 20.
Next, details of the display device 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. The display device 100 includes an imaging unit 4, a determination unit 5, and a display unit 6. The imaging unit 4 images the terminal-attached electric wire 90 (imaging process). The shooting information 4X is obtained by the shooting process. In addition, the determination unit 5 uses the storage unit 107 to compare the identification information 9X in the plurality of pieces of stored information 9Z with the shooting information 4X obtained from the shooting unit 4, and identify the identification information 9X that matches the shooting information 4X. (Judgment process) In addition, the storage unit 107 includes the storage information 9Z including the identification information 9X of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 and the insertion position information 9Y that is associated with the identification information 9X and indicates the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 corresponding to the cavity 20. It may be provided (or provided by downloading from an external server via a network) and stored in a memory such as the storage unit 107 in addition or exchange.
Here, in addition to the stored information, a predetermined program is stored in the storage unit 107, and the CPU 103 as the main control unit performs arithmetic processing according to the procedure described in the program, whereby the determination unit 5 functions are realized.
For example, here, it can be considered that the storage unit 107 stores the following two programs Pr1 and Pr2.
The first program Pr1 is a program for performing predetermined image processing on the shooting data obtained from the shooting unit 4 and obtaining shooting information 4X for identifying the terminal-attached electric wire 90. The imaging information 4X includes, for example, the thickness, color, or pattern of the insulation coating 92 included in the terminal-attached electric wire 90 in the imaging data, or the shape of the terminal 8 (core wire connection portion 81, coating connection portion 82, counterpart connection) This is information obtained by confirming the shape of the portion 83 and the like, and is information indicating the type of the electric wire 90 with terminal. As another example, a case where the program Pr1 is executed on the photographing unit 4 side and the photographing information 4X obtained from the photographing data is transmitted to the determination unit 5 by the communication unit of the photographing unit 4 is also conceivable.
The second program Pr2 is a program that compares the identification information 9X in the plurality of stored information 9Z stored in the storage unit 107 with the shooting information 4X obtained from the program Pr1 and determines whether or not they match. is there. Here, the storage information 9Z stored in the storage unit 107 will be described.
As described above, the storage unit 107 includes a plurality of storage information 9Z. Here, one storage information 9Z includes one identification information 9X and one insertion position information 9Y corresponding to this identification information 9X. The identification information 9X is information indicating any of a plurality of types of terminal-attached electric wires 90. The insertion position information 9Y is information indicating any of the plurality of cavities 20.
Further, it is conceivable that the plurality of saved information 9Z is stored in the storage unit 107 in advance. Here, as illustrated in FIG. 6, an example in which the storage unit 107 includes six pieces of saved information 9Z will be described.
Here, the identification information 9X, which is information indicating the type of the terminal-attached electric wire 90, is the thickness and color of the electric wire 9 included in the terminal-attached electric wire 90, the pattern of the insulating coating 92, or the terminal 8 as in the photographing information 4X. This is information obtained by confirming the shape and the like. Here, the identification information 9X and the photographing information 4X have the same determination standard (the thickness, color, or pattern of the insulating coating 92 included in the terminal-attached electric wire 90, the shape of the insulating coating 92, the shape of the terminal 8, etc.). Identify the type. For example, when the identification information 9X is information determined by the thickness of the electric wire 9 included in the terminal-attached electric wire 90, the program Pr2 stored in the storage unit 107 is the electric wire 9 included in the electric wire 9 with the terminal in the photographing data. It can be considered that this is a program for obtaining photographing information 4X by confirming the thickness of the image.
On the other hand, the insertion position information 9Y is information corresponding to the identification information 9X, and is considered to be information indicating one of a plurality of cavities formed in the connector housing 2.
Here, six cavities 20 are formed in the connector housing 2. Then, six different types of terminal-attached electric wires 90A, 90B, 90C, 90D, 90E, and 90F are inserted into the cavities 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, respectively. Here, as shown in FIG. 6, the electric wires with terminals 90A, 90B, 90C, 90D, 90E, and 90F are inserted into the cavities 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, respectively, as follows. . That is, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> A is inserted into the cavity 21 of the connector housing 2. Further, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> B is inserted into the cavity 22 of the connector housing 2. The terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> C is inserted into the cavity 23 of the connector housing 2. The terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> D is inserted into the cavity 24 of the connector housing 2. Further, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> E is inserted into the cavity 25 of the connector housing 2. The terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> F is inserted into the cavity 26 of the connector housing 2.
In the present embodiment, the second program Pr2 described above identifies information that matches the shooting information 4X from among the identification information 9X in the plurality of stored information 9Z. For example, when determining by the thickness of the electric wire 9, it is conceivable that the identification information 9X is a range in which a minimum value and a maximum value are defined. If the numerical value of the photographing information 4X (the numerical value indicating the thickness of the electric wire 9 in the photographing data) falls within the above range, it is determined that the photographing information 4X and the identification information 9X match.
On the other hand, in the above example, if the numerical value of the shooting information 4X is outside the above range, it is determined that the shooting information 4X and the identification information 9X do not match. If it is determined that there is a mismatch, the imaging information 4X is compared with any one of the identification information 9X in the remaining stored information 9Z, and is executed until a matching one is found.
When the identification information 9X determined to match the photographing information 4X is identified, the insertion position information 9Y associated with the identification information 9X can be identified. In the present embodiment, for example, the second program Pr2 described above may include a program that transmits the insertion position information 9Y to the display unit 6. That is, here, according to the above-described second program Pr2, processing for transmitting the insertion position information 9Y corresponding to the identified identification information 9X to the display unit 6 is performed.
Next, the display unit 6 will be described. The display unit 6 displays the insertion position indicated by the insertion position information 9Y associated with the identification information 9X that matches the imaging information 4X.
More specifically, here, the display unit 6 is a display 61 for displaying the insertion position, and a processing unit for displaying an image indicating the insertion position on the display 61 from the insertion position information 9Y transmitted from the determination unit 5 ( It is conceivable to include a communication unit (not shown) that communicates with the determination unit 5 (not shown).
In the present embodiment, the display unit 6 includes a transmissive display 61. In the present embodiment, the display unit 6 further includes a mounting unit 62 that is mounted on the worker.
As shown in FIG. 7, here, the display 61 in the display unit 6 is a glasses-type display. The transmissive display 61 is disposed between the connector housing 2 and the worker 99 who performs the operation of inserting the terminal-attached electric wire 90 into the cavity 20 of the connector housing 2.
The mounting unit 62 is configured to be able to maintain a state in which the glasses-type display 61 is arranged in front of the worker 99. And as FIG. 7 shows, the mounting part 62 is comprised so that it can put on the operator's 99 ear. That is, the mounting unit 62 allows the worker 99 to mount the display unit 6 so that the display 61 of the display unit 6 is positioned in front of the worker 99.
As another example, the display 61 may be a liquid crystal display or a 3D display. In this case, the mounting part 62 in the display part 6 may be omitted. As another example of the mounting portion 62, a case where the mounting portion 62 is a helmet worn by the worker 99 or a band that can be wound around the head or the like of the worker 99 is conceivable.
Next, the image 63 displayed on the display 61 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, here, the display unit 6 displays an image of the connector rear surface (hereinafter referred to as a connector rear image 64) that is a surface of the connector housing 2 on the side where the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted. The insertion position is displayed on the connector rear image 64. Note that the surface of the connector housing 2 on the side where the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted (the connector back surface) means that when the operator 99 inserts the terminal-attached electric wire 90 into the cavity 20 of the connector housing 2, the operator 99 It is also a visual perception. The connector back image 64 is transmitted from the determination unit 5 to the display unit 6 together with the insertion position information 9Y, for example.
Here, the communication unit in the display unit 6 receives the insertion position information 9Y transmitted from the determination unit 5. Then, the insertion position indicated by the insertion position information 9 </ b> Y is displayed on the display 61 by the processing unit of the display unit 6.
Note that the insertion position is information indicating the cavity 20 into which the target terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted. Here, as shown in FIG. 8, an insertion position image 65 showing the cavity 20 into which the target terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted is displayed on the display 61. As the insertion position image 65, for example, a mark such as a circle or rectangle, a symbol, an arrow, a pattern, or a character can be considered. Here, a diamond-shaped mark is adopted as the insertion position image 65.
The display 61 displays an insertion position image 65 so as to overlap the connector back image 64. Here, the insertion position image 65 is displayed so as to overlap the inside of the cavity 20 </ b> X in the connector rear surface image 64.
Hereinafter, an example of the operation of inserting the terminal-attached electric wire 90 into the cavity 20 of the connector housing 2 performed using the display device 100 will be described. Here, as shown in FIG. 1, a case will be described in which the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is a type of the terminal-attached electric wire 90A.
First, the worker 99 selects one terminal-attached electric wire 90 from the plurality of electric wires 90 with terminals held by the electric wire holding bar, and picks it up. Incidentally, here, it is a situation where the terminal-attached electric wire 90 called the terminal-attached electric wire 90 </ b> A is taken.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the electric wire with terminal 90 held in hand is placed on the photographing table 42 of the photographing unit 4 and photographed by the camera 41. That is, first, the operator 99 photographs the terminal-attached electric wire 90 by the photographing unit 4. It is preferable that the imaging unit 4 is installed near the drawing board where the operator 99 performs the operation of inserting the terminal-attached electric wire 90 into the connector housing 2, for example.
Shooting data shot by the shooting unit 4 is transmitted to the determination unit 5. Then, according to the predetermined programs Pr1 and Pr2 of the determination unit 5, the photographic information 4X obtained from the photographic data is compared with the identification information 9X in the plurality of stored information 9Z. Here, since the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is a type of terminal-attached electric wire 90A, as shown in FIG. 6, among the identification information 9X in the six stored information 9Z, the identification is information indicating the type of the terminal-attached electric wire 90A. The information 9XA and the photographing information 4X match. Thereby, the insertion position information 9YA is specified.
The specified insertion position information 9YA is transmitted from the determination unit 5 to the display unit 6. Here, the insertion position information 9YA is information indicating that the insertion position is the cavity 21 among the six cavities 20 of the connector housing 2. Accordingly, here, the display unit 6 displays on the display 61 the insertion position (position of the target cavity 21) indicated by the insertion position information 9YA.
Here, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a connector rear image 64 is displayed on the display 61, and an insertion position image 65 indicating the insertion position is superimposed on the connector rear image 64 and displayed. As shown in FIG. 8, here, the insertion position image 65 is displayed so as to overlap the cavity 20 </ b> X indicating the cavity 21 in the connector back image 64.
Here, in the present embodiment, the display unit 6 includes a transmissive display 61, and the display 61 of the display unit 6 is disposed between the worker 99 and the connector housing 2. More specifically, the display unit 6 includes a transmissive and glasses-type display 61. Then, the display 61 of the display unit 6 is mounted on the worker 99 in a state where the display 61 is arranged between the eyes of the worker 99 and the connector housing 2 by the mounting unit 62. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the connector back image 64 and the insertion position image 65 displayed on the display 61 can be overlapped with the surface of the actual connector housing 2 on which the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted. . That is, the actual connector housing 2 into which the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted can be seen through the connector back image 64 and the insertion position image 65 displayed on the display 61. In this case, since the insertion position image 65 displayed so as to overlap the connector rear image 64 appears to overlap the actual connector housing 2, the operator 99 can easily visually recognize the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90. It becomes possible to do.
Then, according to the insertion position image 65 displayed on the display 61 of the display unit 6, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted into a predetermined cavity 20 (here, the cavity 21), whereby this type of terminal-attached electric wire 90A is attached. The operation of inserting the electric wire 90 into the connector housing 2 is completed.
Thereafter, the same operation as described above is performed for the other types of terminal-attached electric wires 90B, 90C, 90D, 90E, and 90F. By using the display device 100, the terminal-attached electric wires 90 are inserted into the cavities 20 of the connector housing 2, thereby suppressing erroneous insertion of the terminal-attached electric wires 90 into the cavities 20 of the connector housing 2 and the connectors of the terminal-attached electric wires 90. It becomes possible to shorten the time required for the insertion work into the housing 2.
 <効果>
<Effect>
In the present embodiment, the photographing unit 4 photographs the terminal-attached electric wire 90, and the determination unit 5 photographs the information 4X and the identification information 9X in the plurality of stored information 9Z in comparison with the photographing information 4X. Identification information 9X (identification information 9XA here) to be identified. And the display part 6 displays the insertion position (here cavity 21) of the electric wire 90 with a terminal which the insertion position information 9Y linked | related with the specified identification information 9X shows. In this case, workability is improved as compared with the case where the worker 99 performs the operation of specifying the type of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 and the operation of searching for the insertion position of the specified electric wire 90 with the terminal by looking at the design drawing. For this reason, it becomes possible to perform the operation | work which inserts the electric wire 90 with a terminal in the connector housing 2 more easily.
Further, in the present embodiment, the display unit 6 displays an image of the connector rear surface (connector rear image 64), which is a surface of the connector housing 2 on the side where the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is inserted, and this connector rear image 64. The insertion position is displayed over the. In this case, the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 can be easily recognized by comparing the actual back face of the connector (the back face of the connector housing 2) with the insertion position shown in the connector rear face image 64 displayed on the display unit 6. be able to.
In the present embodiment, the display unit 6 includes a transmissive display 61 disposed between the worker 99 and the connector housing 2. In this case, it is possible to suppress a mistake in the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 by comparing the actual back surface of the connector housing 2 and the connector back image 64 displayed on the display unit 6 so as to overlap each other. Moreover, the time required for confirming the insertion position of the electric wire 90 with a terminal can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the display unit 6 further includes a mounting unit 62 that is mounted on the worker 99. In this case, the display unit 6 can be installed at a position close to the worker 99.
In the present embodiment, the insertion position of the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is known by displaying an image of the connector housing 2 and an image showing the insertion position on the display unit 6. In this case, it is not necessary to prepare a jig that indicates a dedicated insertion position in consideration of the shape of the connector housing 2 and the like. That is, the display device 100 is excellent in versatility. As a result, the cost of designing a dedicated jig considering the shape of the connector housing can be suppressed, and the equipment cost can be reduced.
Further, when the display unit 6 includes the transmissive display 61 as in the present embodiment, the actual connector is mounted by the mounting unit 62 so that the display 61 is positioned in front of the operator 99. It is possible to more easily perform the work of comparing the rear surface of the housing 2 and the connector rear image 64 displayed on the display unit 6 so as to overlap each other.
 <変形例>
<Modification>
Next, a display device according to a modification will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing two connector housings 2 and 3 and a terminal-attached electric wire 90 according to a modification. FIG. 11 is a diagram showing storage information 8Z stored in the storage unit 107 of the display device according to the modification. Of the components shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the same components as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 are given the same reference numerals.
The connector housing 3 has the same configuration as the connector housing 2. As shown in FIG. 10, here, the connector housing 3 is formed with four cavities 31, 32, 33, and 34.
In the display device of this example, as shown in FIG. 11, the storage information 8Z includes identification information 9X indicating the type of the terminal-attached electric wire 90, the types of the connector housings 2 and 3, and their insertion positions in the connector housings 2 and 3. And insertion position information 8Y for specifying a cavity. The identification information 9X includes information on the four types of terminal-attached electric wires 90G, 90H, 90I, and 90J in addition to the six types of terminal-attached electric wires 90 of the embodiment. The insertion position information 8Y is associated with 10 pieces of identification information 9X. That is, here, the storage unit 107 includes ten pieces of stored information 8Z.
In the display device of this example, as described above, the storage information 8Z stored in the storage unit 107 specifies the product number of the connector housings 2 and 3, and further, the terminal-attached electric wires in the specified connector housings 2 and 3 The insertion position information 8Y for specifying the cavity that is the insertion position of 90 is included. In this case, using the display device according to the modified example, it is easily understood which cavity of which connector housing 2, 3 should have the terminal-attached electric wire 90 inserted therein. That is, the cavity which becomes the insertion position of the electric wire 90 with a terminal can be easily understood from the plurality of connector housings.
 <応用例>
<Application example>
It is also conceivable that the display unit 6 does not display the connector rear surface image and indicates the insertion position only by characters, for example. For example, the display unit 6 may display the characters “insertion position is cavity 21” on the display 61.
It is also conceivable that the display unit 6 including the glasses-type display 61 and the photographing unit 4 are integrated. For example, in this case, the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is moved in front of the worker 99 and the terminal-attached electric wire 90 is photographed. In this case, the space of the photographing unit 4 can be suppressed and the photographing operation is facilitated.
Some or all of the functions realized in the determination unit 5 may be realized in hardware by a dedicated logic circuit or the like.
