一种防水插座 技术领域
本发明涉及插座技术领域,特别是一种防水插座。
背景技术
插座的种类很多,包括设置在墙壁上的插座,还有可移动的排插,随着家庭电器设备的普及,插座已经在家庭得到广泛普及,然后,在浴室或者厨房,经常会发生水滴溅射到插座上,导致插座漏电或者短路,造成人生安全。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防水插座,能有效防止溅射的水滴溅入插座内。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种防水插座,包括插座本体,其特征在于:插座本体上的插孔设置有防水橡胶,防水橡胶中间具有一缝隙,以利电器插头的电极插入。
在本发明一实施例中,插孔设有一凹槽,防水橡胶设置于凹槽内。
在本发明一实施例中,防水橡胶是黏合在插孔上。
在本发明一实施例中,插座本体设置有保护功能的电路板,用以保护用电安全。
在本发明一实施例中,防水橡胶的表面具有导向凹部。
在本发明一实施例中,插座本体上设置有开关,开关上罩设有防水橡胶罩。
在本发明一实施例中,插座本体是排插,排插上的每组插孔都对应设置有开关,开关均设置有防水橡胶罩。
本发明巧妙的将防水橡胶设置于插座的插孔上,通过橡胶的弹性,在电器的插头插入防水橡胶后,防水橡胶能贴附于插头上,阻断水的侵入,达到水滴 溅入插座的效果。
在本发明一实施例中,插座本体是排插,排插的导线接口设置有防水橡胶套。
在本发明一实施例中,插座本体的每组插孔所设置的防水橡胶是一体成型的。
在本发明一实施例中,防水橡胶具有不易燃烧的特性。
本发明还公开了另一种防水插座,包括插座座体以及插座盖体,插座盖体上设置有一防水垫,以利该插座盖体盖合到插座座体上时,该防水垫上的穿透缝对准插座座体上的插孔。
优选的,插座盖体内壁具有一用于设置防水垫的凹槽。
优选的,防水垫是黏合在凹槽内。
优选的,凹槽周侧上边缘具有限位凸部,用以限制防水垫。
优选的,插座盖体外壁具有一用于设置防水垫的凹槽。
优选的,防水垫是黏合在凹槽内。
优选的,防水垫为橡胶垫。
本方案通过防水垫在插座插孔上形成阻隔层,能有效防止水滴溅入插孔,且不妨碍插孔使用,成本比传统的防水工艺低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种防水插座,包括插座本体1,所述插座本体1上的插孔2设置有防水橡胶3,所述的防水橡胶3中间具有一缝隙4,以利电器插头的电极插入。由于防水橡胶具有弹性,在电器设备的插头经缝隙4插入插孔,由于防水橡胶弹性的作用,会挤压贴附在电极表面,这样就能防止水滴溅入插孔内,保证插座的使用安全。
请参见图3和图4,在本发明一实施例中,所述插孔设有一凹槽5,所述防水橡胶3设置于所述凹槽5内。这样防水橡胶设置于凹槽内,不仅能固定防水橡胶,而且具有限位作用,保证防水橡胶正常工作。
为了保证防水橡胶能牢固的固定在插孔上,在本发明一实施例中,所述防水橡胶是通过胶水黏合在所述插孔上。
在本发明一实施例中,所述插孔是方形、圆形、菱形或椭圆形。这里并不以此为限制,本实施例针对现有排插各种形状的插孔均可以。
在本发明一实施例中,所述防水橡胶的表面具有导向凹部6。该导向凹部能保证电器插头插入时具有一定的导向作用,避免插头的电极没对准强行插入而造成防水橡胶损坏。
请参见图5,在本发明一实施例中,所述插座本体上设置有开关7,所述开 关上罩设有防水橡胶罩8。该防水橡胶套可以设置在插座面板的卡槽内(图中未示意),用以将开关包覆在里头,防止水滴溅射。
在本发明一实施例中,所述的插座本体是排插,所述排插上的每组插孔都对应设置有开关,所述开关均设置有防水橡胶罩。这样不仅有利于每组插孔(每组插孔包括两插和三插)的独立控制,而且防水橡胶套能有效防止水滴溅入到开关中。
请参见图6,在本发明一实施例中,所述插座本体是排插,所述排插的导线接口设置有防水橡胶套9。
在本发明一实施例中,所述插座本体的每组插孔所设置的防水橡胶可以是一体成型的。即两插的,两个孔的防水橡胶可以是连体的,同样,三插的,三个孔的防水橡胶也可以是连体的,但是本申请并不以此为限制。在本发明一实施例中,所述防水橡胶具有不易燃烧的特性。
此外,值得一提的是,本发明实施例中,所述插座本体设置有保护功能的电路板,用以保护用电安全。具体的,该保护功能的电路板包括过载保护、防雷保护或者集过载和防雷保护于一体。此外,该插座本体还可以具备漏电保护、高温保护、防电涌、采用阻燃材料制作等。该插座本体可以具备其中的一种或几种,能提高插座的安全性。
在本发明一实施例中,所述的排插本体内还设置有一电路板,所述电路板由一电源模块供电,所述电源模块连接至所述插座的市电连接处;所述的电路板上设置有中央控制器,所述中央控制器连接有无线通讯电路和继电器,所述的无线通讯电路用于与用户的手持终端通讯,所述手持终端可以是智能手机,所述的继电器用于控制插座本体内两插或三插插孔的通断,这样,用户能通过手持终端远程控制插座的开关,例如,一用电设备插入插座煮东西,在预定时 间后,用户能通过手持终端远程切断插座的供电,大大方便用户操作。此外,本发明一实施例中,所述中央控制器还连接有声光报警模块,所述的无线通讯电路用于接收设置于大门处的门铃发射主机发出的信号,所述中央控制器接收到信号,则控制声光报警模块进行报警提示,可充当门铃使用。
请参见图7、图8和图9,本实施例提供一种防水插座,包括插座座体11以及插座盖体12,所述插座盖体上设置有一防水垫13,以利该插座盖体盖合到所述插座座体上时,该防水垫上的穿透缝14对准插座座体上的插孔15。本方案通过防水垫穿透缝的特性,在插孔处形成以阻碍层,能避免水滴溅入,而且不妨碍插头的插入。
请参见图8,图8中,该插座可以是两插孔,也可以是五插孔的,本方案并不局限于此,在本方案一实施例中,所述插座盖体内壁具有一用于设置所述防水垫的凹槽16。
在本方案一实施例中,所述防水垫是黏合在所述的凹槽内。
在本方案一实施例中,所述的插座盖体外壁具有一用于设置所述防水垫的凹槽。所述防水垫是黏合在所述凹槽内。
在本方案一实施例中,所述的凹槽周侧上边缘具有限位凸部,用以限制所述的防水垫。这里要说明的是,该防水垫的的固定方式不仅仅局限于上述的限位凸部,其还可以通过穿设在限位柱。在本方案一实施例中,所述防水垫为橡胶垫。其还可以为硅胶垫等。
请参见图10,在本方案一实施例中,所述插座座体的底部具有一与所述插座盖体垂直的支撑17,所述支撑板上开设有卡线槽18。这样一些电器的插头就可以固定卡线槽18上,避免电线到处缠绕。

  1. 一种防水插座,包括插座本体,其特征在于:所述插座本体上的插孔设置有防水橡胶,所述的防水橡胶中间具有一缝隙,以利电器插头的电极插入。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插孔设有一凹槽,所述防水橡胶设置于所述凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水橡胶是黏合在所述插孔上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插座本体设置有保护功能的电路板,用以保护用电安全。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水橡胶的表面具有导向凹部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插座本体上设置有开关,所述开关上罩设有防水橡胶罩。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述的插座本体是排插,所述排插上的每组插孔都对应设置有开关,所述开关均设置有防水橡胶罩。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插座本体是排插,所述排插的导线接口设置有防水橡胶套。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插座本体的每组插孔所设置的防水橡胶是一体成型的。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水橡胶具有不易燃烧的特性。
  11. 一种防水插座,包括插座座体以及插座盖体,其特征在于:所述插座盖体上设置有一防水垫,以利该插座盖体盖合到所述插座座体上时,该防水垫上 的穿透缝对准插座座体上的插孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述插座盖体内壁具有一用于设置所述防水垫的凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水垫是黏合在所述的凹槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述的凹槽周侧上边缘具有限位凸部,用以限制所述的防水垫。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述的插座盖体外壁具有一用于设置所述防水垫的凹槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水垫是黏合在所述凹槽内。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的一种防水插座,其特征在于:所述防水垫为橡胶垫。
