本发明的较佳实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例提供的告警监控方法具体可以应用于网管系统,即网络资源管理系统或告警集成管理系统进行告警监控时。本实施例提供的告警监控方法具体可以通过告警监控装置来执行,该告警监控装置可以集成在网管设备中,或者单独设置,其中,该告警监控装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。以下对本实施例提供的告警监控方法及装置进行详细地说明。
图2为本发明实施例中告警监控方法一实施例的流程示意图,图3为本发明告警监控方法一实施例的告警监控系统拓扑图,如图2所示,本实施例 的执行主体可以是告警监控装置,如图3所示,告警监控装置的一端与多个采集设备连接,这些采集设备可以包括烟感传感器、湿感传感器、VESDA1、VESDA2以及漏水检测器等,告警监控装置的另一端与用于发出存在告警的提示信息的告警装置连接。
需要说明的是,采集设备可以设置在不同的设备中,或者独立设置,比如温度传感器可以设置在机房的大型设备中,烟感传感器可以设置在需要监控地点的天花板上等;同一设备中可以设置多个不同的采集设备,如某服务器中可以设置烟感传感器和温度传感器等。
本发明实施例提供的告警监控方法,包括:
步骤201、获取包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的第一告警信息的第一采集信息。
在本实施例中,所述第一采集信息包括:与告警监控装置连接的采集设备采集的至少一个第一告警信息,所述第一告警信息携带表示采集设备是否存在告警的信息。
本步骤中,来自不同采集设备的第一告警信息对应不同的告警码,比如:来自烟感传感器的第一告警信息对应的告警码为5071,来自温度传感器的第一告警信息对应的告警码为5072,来自湿度传感器的第一告警信息对应的告警码为5073等。
进一步的,第一采集信息还可以包括:采集设备所在设备的设备信息和采集设备采集的第一参数信息。其中,设备信息可以是采集设备所在设备的标识,如标识设备1的标识等;第一参数信息为不同类型的第一告警信息对应的参数,比如:与烟感传感器对应的烟雾参数指示的火警值,与温度传感器对应的温度参数指示的温度值等等。这种情况下,
第一告警信息表明:位于设备信息对应的设备中的采集设备的第一参数信息指示的参数是否存在告警的信息。举例来讲,第一告警信息可以包括:烟感传感器所在设备1的烟雾参数指示的火警值是否存在告警的信息、温度传感器所在设备2的温度参数指示的温度值是否存在告警的信息、或者,烟感传感器和/或温度传感器所在设备3的烟雾参数指示的火警值是否存在告警的信息和/或温度参数指示的温度值是否存在告警的信息。举例来看,第一 采集信息可以包括:设备信息为设备1,第一参数信息为烟雾参数,第一告警信息为烟雾参数的告警信息如对应告警码为5071的火警值为1(这里可以假设数值1表示存在告警,数字0表示不存在告警)。
步骤202、将第一采集信息中的第一告警信息与预先设置的用于表明需要监控的采集设备的触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息。
触发告警列表中存储有需要监控的采集设备对应的告警标识信息如告警码,比如:当前的监控环境中需要对烟感传感器进行监控,那么,在触发告警列表中存储有对应的告警码为5071;再如:当前的监控环境中需要对烟感传感器和湿度传感器进行监控,那么,在触发告警列表中存储有对应的告警码为5071,及5073。
在本实施例中,触发告警列表包括需要监控的采集设备参数的告警标识信息,也就是说,根据不同的实际情况,通过对触发告警列表的设置,可以从第一采集信息筛选出需要监控的采集设备进行后续的告警处理,而对于一些即使存在告警的采集设备,也可以不作为后续告警处理的对象被触发告警列表排除掉。
本步骤中的获得第一匹配告警信息包括:将采集到的包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的第一告警信息的第一采集信息与触发告警列表进行匹配,如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息如告警码在触发告警列表中存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明存在对应于第一匹配告警信息的采集设备类型的告警;如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息如告警码在触发告警列表中不存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明不存在告警。
当第一告警信息包括一个或一个以上时,匹配出的第一匹配告警信息包括一个或一个以上。
进一步地,
当第一采集信息还包括:采集设备所在设备的设备信息和采集设备采集的第一参数信息时,步骤202还包括:
根据获得的第一匹配告警信息,以及第一参数信息和设备信息,确定发生第一匹配告警信息对应的采集设备类型的告警所在的设备。举例来看,比 如:假设采集到的采集设备所在设备的设备信息为设备1,采集设备采集的第一参数信息为烟雾参数,如果第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警码为5071的告警,那么,可以对应确定出告警码为5071的告警来自设备1。再如:假设采集到的采集设备所在设备的设备信息为设备1,采集设备采集的第一参数信息为烟雾参数,采集到的采集设备所在设备的设备信息为设备2,采集设备采集的第一参数信息为烟雾参数和温度参数;如果第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警码为5071的告警,那么,可以对应确定出告警码为5071的告警来自设备1和设备2。
步骤203、根据得到的第一匹配告警信息确定是否触发告警。
本步骤包括:只要第一匹配告警信息中存在一个第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警,则确定触发告警装置进行告警;若全部第一匹配告警信息都表明不存在告警,则确定不触发告警装置,或者关闭已有告警。
当第一匹配告警信息包括两个或两个以上时,本步骤可以包括:
将每个第一匹配告警值进行逻辑或运算,获取第一告警结果,所述第一匹配告警信息包括至少一个第一匹配告警值;
若所述第一告警结果为存在告警,则触发所述告警装置进行告警;
若所述第一告警结果为不存在告警,则不触发所述告警装置。
通过本发明实施例,在需要增减采集设备如传感器时,通过设置触发告警列表就可以实现对采集设备的筛选,避免了较复杂的施工布线,进而提高了告警监控系统的扩展性。
本步骤中的触发所述告警装置,例如,通过接口协议(MODBUS)联动模块置声光告警设备的开关量为闭合,触发设备声光告警;若所述第一告警结果为0,即不存在告警,则不触发所述告警装置。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,即在触发告警装置之后,还包括:
按照预先设置的采集周期如10s采集一次等,返回继续执行步骤201,即获取第一采集信息的步骤。这样,如果对应同样的设备,之前存在告警,本周期采集的信息表明不存在告警信息时,按照步骤203的判断,即不存在告警时,则关闭之前的告警即可。
举例来讲,当前有烟感传感器告警,获取到第一匹配告警信息,即烟感告警,并与触发告警列表匹配,确定第一告警值Result1=1,其他采集设备的第一告警值Result为0。接着,进行”逻辑或”操作,获得第一告警结果是1,有告警,即触发联动接口,通过接口协议(MODBUS)置声光告警设备的开关量为闭合,触发告警装置,如设备声光告警。接着,某一时刻,烟感告警恢复,获取到第二告警信息中第二告警值为0,即第二告警值Result1、Result2、Result3、Resut4分别均为0,然后,将每个第二匹配告警值进行”逻辑或”操作,获取第二告警结果为0,无告警,对原有告警系统进行恢复,通过接口协议(MODBUS)置声光告警设备的开关量为断开,恢复声光告警。
需要说明的是,所述获取第一采集参数之前,还可以包括:
设置所述触发告警列表。
举例来讲,触发告警列表可以包括任意组合的触发告警标识信息,即任意组合的设备,以及每个不同的设备的触发告警参数,例如,可根据设备1和设备2告警触发联动,也可以设备1和设备3触发联动;进一步的,某些设备可有多个告警参数,并可以可根据优先级确定优先级高的告警参数触发告警装置,其他低级别的告警参数不触发告警装置。从而避免了现有技术中硬件一旦接线固定,不方便变更及灵活组合,从而提高了告警监控扩展的灵活性。
本发明实施例还一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任一项的告警控制方法。
图4为本发明告警监控装置一实施例的结构示意图,如图4所示,本发明提供的告警监控装置,包括:获取模块41、匹配模块42和触发模块43。其中,
获取模块41,设置为获取包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的第一告警信息的第一采集信息;
匹配模块42,设置为将第一告警信息与预先设置的用于表明需要监控的采集设备的触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息;
触发模块43,设置为根据得到的第一匹配告警信息确定是否触发告警。
其中,
触发告警列表包括需要监控的采集设备对应的告警标识信息;匹配模块42具体设置为:
将采集到的第一告警信息与触发告警列表进行匹配,如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息如告警码在触发告警列表中存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明存在对应于第一匹配告警信息的采集设备类型的告警;如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息如告警码在触发告警列表中不存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明不存在告警。
触发模块43具体设置为:只要第一匹配告警信息中存在一个第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警,则确定触发告警装置进行告警;若全部第一匹配告警信息都表明不存在告警,则确定不触发告警装置,或者关闭已有告警。
进一步地,
获取模块41还设置为:获取采集设备所在设备的设备信息和采集设备采集的第一参数信息。其中,设备信息可以是采集设备所在设备的标识,如标识设备1的标识等;第一参数信息为不同类型的第一告警信息对应的参数,比如:与烟感传感器对应的烟雾参数指示的火警值,与温度传感器对应的温度参数指示的温度值等等。相应地,
匹配模块42还设置为:根据获得的第一匹配告警信息,以及第一参数信息和设备信息,确定发生第一匹配告警信息对应的采集设备类型的告警所在的设备。
其中,获取模块41按照预先设置的采集周期获取第一采集信息。
在本实施例中,获取第一采集信息,所述第一采集信息包括:与告警监控装置连接的终端设备采集的至少一个第一告警信息,所述第一告警信息携带是否存在告警的信息;将所述至少一个第一告警信息与触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息,所述触发告警列表包括监控的终端设备参数的告警标识信息;根据所述第一匹配告警信息,确定是否触发告警装置。实现了在需要增减监控的传感器时,通过设置触发告警列表就可以实现对传感器的监控,从而避免了较复杂的施工布线,进而提高了告警监控系统的扩展 性。
在上述实施例的基础上,当第一匹配告警信息包括两个或两个以上时,所述触发模块43,还具体设置为将每个第一匹配告警值进行”逻辑或”操作,获取第一告警结果,所述第一匹配告警信息包括至少一个第一匹配告警值;若所述第一告警结果为存在告警,则触发所述告警装置;若所述第一告警结果为不存在告警,则不触发所述告警装置。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现,相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/模块可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
虽然本发明所揭露的实施方式如上,但所述的内容仅为便于理解本发明而采用的实施方式,并非用以限定本发明。任何本发明所属领域内的技术人员,在不脱离本发明所揭露的精神和范围的前提下,可以在实施的形式及细节上进行任何的修改与变化,但本发明的专利保护范围,仍须以所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提出的告警监控方法及装置,其中方法包括:获取包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的信息与预先设置的用于表明需要监控的采集设备的触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息;根据所述第一匹配告警信息,确定是否触发告警装置。通过本发明实施例,在需要增减采集设备如传感器时,通过设置触发告警列表就可以实现对采集设备的筛选,避免了较复杂的施工布线,进而提高了告警监控系统的扩展性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种告警监控方法,包括:获取包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的第一告警信息的第一采集信息;
    将第一采集信息中的第一告警信息与预先设置的用于表明需要监控的采集设备的触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息;
    根据得到的第一匹配告警信息确定是否触发告警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的告警监控方法,按照预先设置的采集周期,执行所述获取第一采集信息的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的告警监控方法,其中,所述根据得到的第一匹配告警信息确定是否触发告警包括:
    只要所述第一匹配告警信息中存在一个第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警,则触发所述告警。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的告警监控方法,还包括:如果全部的所述第一告警结果为不存在告警,则不触发所述告警,或者关闭已有告警。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的告警监控方法,其中,所述触发告警列表包括:需要监控的采集设备对应的告警标识信息;
    所述获得第一匹配告警信息包括:
    将所述采集到的第一告警信息与触发告警列表进行匹配,如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息在触发告警列表中存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明存在对应于第一匹配告警信息的采集设备类型的告警;如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息在触发告警列表中不存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明不存在告警。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2的告警监控方法,其中,所述第一采集信息还包括:所述采集设备所在设备的设备信息和采集设备采集的第一参数信息;其中,第一参数信息为不同类型的第一告警信息对应的参数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的告警监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:根据所述获得的第一匹配告警信息,以及所述第一参数信息和所述设备信息, 确定发生第一匹配告警信息对应的采集设备类型的告警所在的设备。
  8. 一种告警监控装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取包括表示采集设备是否存在告警的第一告警信息的第一告警信息;
    匹配模块,设置为将第一采集信息中的第一告警信息与预先设置的用于表明需要监控的采集设备的触发告警列表进行匹配,获得第一匹配告警信息;
    触发模块,设置为根据得到的第一匹配告警信息确定是否触发告警。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的告警监控装置,其中,所述获取模块按照预先设置的采集周期获取所述第一采集信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的告警监控装置,其中,所述触发告警列表包括:需要监控的采集设备对应的告警标识信息;
    所述匹配模块具体设置为:
    将所述采集到的第一告警信息与所述触发告警列表进行匹配,如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息在触发告警列表中存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明存在对应于第一匹配告警信息的采集设备类型的告警;如果采集到的第一告警信息对应的告警标识信息在触发告警列表中不存在,则获得的第一匹配告警信息表明不存在告警。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的告警监控装置,其中,所述触发模块具体设置为:只要所述第一匹配告警信息中存在一个第一匹配告警信息表明存在告警,则触发所述告警;如果全部第一匹配告警信息都表明不存在告警,则确定不触发告警装置,或者关闭已有告警。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的告警监控装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块还设置为:获取所述采集设备所在设备的设备信息和采集设备采集的第一参数信息;其中,第一参数信息为不同类型的第一告警信息对应的参数;
    所述匹配模块还设置为:根据所述获得的第一匹配告警信息,以及第一参数信息和设备信息,确定发生第一匹配告警信息对应的采集设备类型的告警所在的设备。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权1~权7任一项的告警控制方法。
