第一设备和第二设备之间需要传输业务数据时,确定PDN连接关联的第一无线承载和第二无线承载,通过中继用户设备所在的第一无线承载和直通的第二无线承载传输业务数据,和现有的单一无线承载的传输方式相比,能有效提高传输的吞吐量和可靠性。同时,通过聚合的方式通过两个无线承载来传输同一个PDN连接的数据,可以实现无线侧动态地改变两个承载的数据量而不需要触发核心网一侧的PDN连接参数。

参见图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种数据传输系统的网络架构图,在本发明实施例中,数据传输系统包括第一设备10、中继用户设备11和第二设备12,第一设备10与第二设备12之间预先建立有PDN连接,PDN连接关联第一无线
承载和第二无线成长。第一设备10和中继用户设备11之间建立有第一中继承载,中继用户设备11和第二设备12之间建立有第二中继承载,第一中继承载和第二中继承载组成第一无线承载,第一设备10和第二设备12之间建立有Uu承载,Uu承载即为第二无线承载,第一设备10、中继用户设备11和第二设备10位于同一小区,且第一设备10和第二设备10为不同类型的接入网设备。第一设备10为用户设备,第二设备12为基站,或者,第一设备10为基站,第二设备12为用户设备。
当第一设备10需要传输业务数据时,第一设备10获取预先建立的PDN连接关联的第一无线承载和第二无线承载,第一设备10通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载传输业务流,传输过程分为发送流程和接收流程:第一设备10通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载向第二设备12发送第一目标业务流,第一设备10通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载接收第二设备12发送的第二目标业务流,在数据传输过程中,第一无线承载和第二无线承载上均承担一定的业务流,承担的比例或数量根据需要进行设置。

S201、第一设备在需要传输业务数据时,确定预先建立的公共数据网络PDN连接关联的第一无线承载和第二无线承载;其中,第一无线承载由第一设备和中继用户设备之间的第一中继承载,以及中继用户设备与第二设备之间的第二中继承载组成,第二无线承载由第一设备与第二设备之间的Uu承载组成。
具体的,第一设备预先与设备PDN(Packet Data Network,公共数据网络,简称PDN)网关建立PDN连接,PDN连接关联第一无线承载和第二无线承载,
即第一无线承载和第二无线承载同属于该PDN连接,第一设备和第二设备之间具有两个传输通道:第一无线承载和第二无线承载,第一设备和中继用户设备之间的传输通道为第一中继承载,中继用户设备与第二设备之间的传输通道为第二中继承载,第一中继承载和第二中继承载组成第一无线承载;第一设备与第二设备之间的传输通道为Uu承载,第二无线承载即为该Uu承载。当业务流程被触发,需要在第一设备和第二设备之间传输业务数据时,业务数据的传输需要通过预先建立的PDN连接,第一设备确定预先建立的PDN连接,并确定该PDN连接关联的第一无线承载和第二无线承载。
需要说明的是,第一设备和第二设备为不同类型的接入网设备,即第一设备为远端用户设备,第二设备为基站;或第一设备为基站,第二设备为远端用户设备;远端用户设备和中继用户设备均位于基站的小区内。
S202、第一设备通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载接收来自第二设备的第一目标业务流;或
第一设备通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载向第二设备发送第二目标业务流
具体的,第一设备通过第一无线承载和第二无线承载与第二设备之间传输数据,第一设备作为接收端时,第二设备作为发送端;或第一设备作为发送端时,第二设备作为接收端。其中,第一无线承载和第二无线承载上各自承担的业务量可以根据需要进行配置,配置的方式可以是RRC信令或其他方式进行配置,本发明不作限制。

S301、远端用户设备需要传输业务数据时,确定预先建立的PDN连接关联
的第一无线承载和第二无线承载。
具体的,远端用户设备预先与基站建立有PDN连接,PDN连接关联第一无线承载和第二无线承载,即第一无线承载和第二无线承载同属于该PDN连接。远端用户设备和基站之间具有两个传输通道:第一无线承载和第二无线承载,远端用户设备和中继用户设备之间的传输通道为第一中继承载,第一中继承载的类型为D2D承载,中继用户设备和基站之间的传输通道为第二中继承载,第二中继承载的类型为Uu承载,第一中继承载和第二中继承载组成第一无线承载,即基站和用户设备通过第一无线承载传输数据,需要经过中继用户设备进行中转。远端用户设备与基站之间的传输通道为Uu承载,Uu承载即为第二无线承载。当业务流程被触发时,需要在远端用户设备和基站之间传输业务数据,远端用户设备确定预先建立的PDN连接,并确定该PDN连接关联的第一无线承载和第二无线承载,确定的方法可以是:PDN连接、第一无线承载和第二无线承载建立后,关联PDN连接的连接标识以及第一无线承载和第二无线承载的承载标识,建立映射关系,远端用户设备查询映射关系得到PDN连接关系的第一无线承载和第二无线承载。
需要说明的是,远端用户设备在逻辑上具有两个无线收发实体,分别进行第一无线承载和第二无线承载的收发操作,第一无线承载和第二无线承载是否进行同时收发取决于远端用户设备所配置的RF chain,本发明实施例不对RF chain的配置进行限定,即是适用于单个、两个或多个RF chain的终端,多套RF chain可以用于在不同的chain上进行数据收发。
S302、远端用户设备通过第一无线承载接收来自基站的第一业务流,以及通过第二无线承载接收来自基站的第二业务流。
具体的,第一业务流和第二业务流由同一业务产生的数据包,第一业务流和第二业务流中的数据包携带相同的业务流标识,基站在发送同一业务的数据包时对每个数据包按照顺序进行编号。远端用户设备通过第一无线承载接收来自基站的第一业务流,以及通过第二无线承载接收来自基站的第二业务流,通过业务流中的数据包携带的业务标识确定所属的业务,根据数据包中携带的序号确定发送顺序。
S303、远端用户设备在PDCP层或RLC层将第一业务流和第二业务流聚合
成第一目标业务流。
具体的,远端用户设备在PDCP层或RLC层将第一业务流和第二业务流中的数据包进行重排序,指定业务的数据包全部接收完毕时,将第一业务流和第二业务流聚合成第一目标业务流。
S304、远端用户设备获取第一无线承载的链路质量参数值和第二无线承载的链路质量参数值。
具体的,链路质量参数值用于表示链路质量优劣的程度,例如,链路质量参数值包括带宽或时延。其中,链路质量参数值可以是实时测量得到的或为历史数据,本发明不作限制。
S305、远端用户设备根据第一无线承载的链路质量参数值和第二无线承载的链路质量参数值计算得到比例值或绝对值。
具体的,比例值表示第一无线承载和第二无线承载各种承载的数据量的比值,绝对值表示第一无线承载和第二无线承载各种承载的数据量。在触发指定业务时,如果该业务的总数据量是已知的,可以为第一无线承载和第二无线承载分配绝对值。其中,第一无线承载和第二无线承载上承载的数据量的原则为:链路质量和承担的数据量呈正相关性,即链路质量越好,承担的数据量越大。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一无线承载的带宽为100M,第二无线承载的带宽为50M,第一无线承载和第二无线承载承担的数据量的比例值为第一无线承载的带宽除以第二无线承载的带宽,即100:50=2:1。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,第一无线承载的时延为2ms,第二无线承载的时延为1ms,触发的业务的总数据量为3M,则第一无线承载上承担的数据量为1M,第二无线承载上承担的数据量为2M。
S306、远端用户设备根据计算得到的比例值或绝对值将第二目标业务流切分为第三业务流和第四业务流。
具体的,第二目标业务流为触发指定业务产生的多个数据包,远端用户设备对第二目标业务流中的每个数据包进行编号,并添加业务标识,远端用户设备根据S305计算得到的比例值或绝对值将第二目标业务流进行切分为第三业务流和第四业务流。
在本发明可能的一种实施方式中,远端用户设备对第二目标业务流中的每
个数据包的序号进行求余处理,根据余数的不同将数据包分配到对应的第一无线承载或第二无线承载。例如,第一无线承载和第二无线承载上承担的比例值为2:1,远端用户设备对每个数据包的序号除3后进行求余,如果余数为0和1,该数据包通过第一无线承载发送出去,如果余数为2,该数据包通过第二无线承载发送出去,第一无线承载中的多个数据包形成第三业务流,第二无线承载中的多个数据包形成第四业务流。
需要说明的是,业务流切分的方法不限于求余,也可以是其他方法,本发明不作限制。
S307、远端用户设备将第三业务流通过第一无线承载发送给基站,以及通过第二无线承载将第四业务流发送给基站。

具体的,基站预先与远端用户设备建立有PDN连接,PDN连接关联第一无线承载和第二无线承载,即第一无线承载和第二无线承载同属于该PDN连接。基站和远端用户设备之间具有两个传输通道:第一无线承载和第二无线承载,基站和中继用户设备之间的传输通道为第一中继承载,第一中继承载的类型为Uu承载,中继用户设备和远端用户设备之间的传输通道为第二中继承载,第二中继承载的类型为D2D承载,第一中继承载和第二中继承载组成第一无线承载。基站与远端用户设备之间的传输通道为Uu承载,Uu承载即为第二无线承载。
S402、基站通过第一无线承载接收来自远端用户设备的第一业务流,以及通过第二无线承载接收来自远端用户设备的第二业务流。
S403、基站在PDCP层或RLC层将第一业务流和第二业务流聚合成第一目标业务流。
S404、基站获取第一无线承载的链路质量参数值和第二无线承载的链路质量参数值。
