L'invention se rapporte à des procédés, à un appareil, à des programmes informatiques et à des supports lisibles par ordinateur, permettant de fournir des données à un utilisateur. Pour chaque élément d'information, un score de pertinence est déterminé en se basant sur : un score de nouveauté indiquant une probabilité selon laquelle un utilisateur particulier n'a pas encore rencontré l'élément d'information; un score d'applicabilité indiquant une probabilité selon laquelle l'élément d'information sera approprié à ce que l'utilisateur recherche; et un score d'autorité indiquant une probabilité selon laquelle l'élément information est précis.
