Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种电视机芯板测试装置,该电视机芯板测试装置包括电视机芯板、信号转换器以及显示设备;所述电视机芯板与信号转换器电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备电性连接。该装置能使不同分辨率、不同接口类型的机芯板共用某款普通的小尺寸电视机或监视器作为显示设备。
Description
本申请基于申请号为CN2015211431256、申请日为2015年12月31日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本发明实施例涉及电视机芯板测试技术领域,尤其涉及一种电视机芯板测试装置。
目前的电视机芯板生产出来后要经过严格的测试后才能用于电视机整机组装,而目前工厂生产测试过程中都是用对应机型的液晶屏(LCD panel)搭设显示设备用于测试电视机芯板的功能。对于小尺寸电视还能应付,但对于50英寸以上的大屏电视就显的捉襟见肘,尤其是目前电视分辨率及接口类型不同,无法实现固定用某款液晶屏来测试。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有的相关产品的所有不足,本发明提出一种电视机芯板测试装置,该装置能使不同分辨率、不同接口类型的机芯板共用某款普通的小尺寸电视机或监视器作为显示设备。
本发明实施例解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明实施例所提供的一种电视机芯板测试装置,包括:电视机芯板、信号转换器以及显示设备;所述电视机芯板与信号转换器通过缆线电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备通过接口线电性连接。
作为本发明实施例的进一步改进,所述电视机芯板传输出的测试信号类型包括V BY ONE和LVDS。
作为本发明实施例的进一步改进,所述信号转换器包括第一转换元件、第
二转换元件以及第三转换元件,所述第二转换元件分别与第一转换元件和第三转换元件电性连接。
作为本发明实施例的进一步改进,所述显示设备包括带数字视频接口或高清晰度多媒体接口的电视机或监视器等。
作为本发明实施例的进一步改进,所述电视机芯板与信号转换器通过缆线电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备通过接口线电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下优点:
将机芯板输出的V BY ONE和LVDS信号通过信号转换器转换成普通的小尺寸电视机或监视器都能接收的信号,使机芯板的测试不受液晶屏规格和尺寸的限制,增加了显示设备的共用性。。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
参阅图1所示,所述电视机芯板测试装置包括电视机芯板、信号转换器以及显示设备;所述电视机芯板与信号转换器通过缆线电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备通过接口线电性连接。
所述电视机芯板包括市场上现有的不同分辨率和接口类型的电视机芯板,所述电视机芯板传输测试信号,所述电视机芯板传输出的测试信号类型包括V BY ONE(V BY ONE是专门面向图像传输开发出的数字接口标准)和LVDS(低电压差分信号),分辨率包括但不限于:FHD(全高清),QFHD(超高清)等类型。
所述信号转换器进行信号的模式转换,将V BY ONE或LVDS信号转换成DVI(数字视频接口)或HDMI(高清晰度多媒体接口)信号,通过对应制式的接口线输入到显示设备。
所述显示设备包括带DVI或HDMI接口的小尺寸电视机或监视器等,显示设备接收DVI或HDMI信号并测试电视机芯板的相关功能。
参阅图2所示,所述信号转换器包括第一转换元件、第二转换元件以及第三转换元件,所述第二转换元件分别与第一转换元件和第三转换元件电性连接。所述第一转换元件是V BY ONE to LVDS元件,所述V BY ONE to LVDS元件将V BY ONE信号转换成LVDS信号并输出,该元件有8lane V BY ONE信号输入,每2lane V BY ONE信号转换成1路dual link(双连接)LVDS信号,共4路dual link LVDS信号输出;所述第二转换元件是Video processor(图像信息处理器)元件,是整个信号转换器的主控系统,实现信号控制和模式转换等功能,并将第一转换元件输入的4路dual link LVDS信号转换成RGB信号输出;所述第三转换元件是RGB to TMDS元件,接收第二转换元件输入的RGB信号,并将其转换成DVI或HDMI规范的TMDS(最小化传输差分)信号。
所述电视机芯板测试装置的操作步骤:
步骤S1:电视机芯板通过缆线输出信号到信号转换器;
步骤S2:信号转换器将电视机芯板传输的V BY ONE或LVDS信号转换成DVI或HDMI信号;
步骤S3:显示设备接收DVI或HDMI信号并测试电视机芯板的相关功能。
本发明将机芯板输出的V BY ONE和LVDS信号通过信号转换器转换成普通的小尺寸电视机或监视器都能接收的信号,使机芯板的测试不受液晶屏规格和
尺寸的限制,增加了显示设备的共用性。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种电视机芯板测试装置,其特征在于,包括:电视机芯板、信号转换器以及显示设备;所述电视机芯板与信号转换器电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电视机芯板测试装置,其特征在于:所述电视机芯板传输出的测试信号类型包括V BY ONE和LVDS。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电视机芯板测试装置,其特征在于:所述信号转换器包括第一转换元件、第二转换元件以及第三转换元件,所述第二转换元件分别与第一转换元件和第三转换元件电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电视机芯板测试装置,其特征在于:所述显示设备包括带数字视频接口或高清晰度多媒体接口的电视机或监视器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电视机芯板测试装置,其特征在于:所述电视机芯板与信号转换器通过缆线电性连接,所述信号转换器与显示设备通过接口线电性连接。
