本发明公开了一种视频节目的预览方法,该方法包括:在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;智能电视向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,预览片段获取请求中包含视频节目的名称,使得服务器按照视频节目的名称获取视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给智能电视;智能电视接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口,并在创建的小窗口内播放视频节目的预览片段,本发明还公开了一种智能电视,用户操作简单,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面即可实现视频节目的预览,有效改善用户体验。

本发明涉及智能电视领域,尤其涉及视频节目的预览方法及智能电视。
背景技术
传统的电视,用户只能看直播节目。由于智能电视的飞速发展,用户除了可以观看直播节目以外,还可以通过智能电视安装的视频应用程序观看视频节目。其中,视频应用程序可播放各种各样的视频节目,每个视频节目的更新时间各不相同。
然而,用户在使用智能电视观看直播节目时,若用户想要预览其喜欢的视频节目的内容,则需要退出该直播节目的播放界面,并进入包含该视频节目的视频应用程序启动后的界面,以预览其喜欢的视频节目的内容,用户操作繁琐,且用户将错过直播节目的内容,导致用户体验不好。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种视频节目的预览方法及智能电视,旨在解决现有技术中用户预览视频节目时用户操作繁琐,且必须退出当前播放的节目的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种视频节目的预览方法,所述方法包括:
在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则所述智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
所述智能电视向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;
所述智能电视接收到所述视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段;
其中,所述满足预先设置的预览条件是指视频节目的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目的总时长,或者视频节目在预置的第一时间段内的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目在所述预置时间段内的总时长,或者在预置的第二时间段内视频节目的播放次数排在前N,其中,N为正整数,或者,在预置的第三时间段内视频节目的观看频率逐渐增大或保持稳定;
其中,所述在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口包括:
根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小;

为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种智能电视,所述智能电视包括:
名称确定模块,用于在所述智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
请求发送模块,用于向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;
创建模块,用于在所述智能电视接收到所述视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
播放模块,用于在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段。

在本发明实施例中,智能电视在播放节目时,若用户需要预览视频节目,则可通过遥控器或者其他可以控制智能电视的设备向智能电视发送视频节目的预览指令。
智能电视在接收到视频节目的预览指令之后,将确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称。
其中,满足预先设置的预览条件是指视频节目的已播放总时长大于或等于视频节目的总时长,或者,视频节目在预置的第一时间段内的已播放总时长大于或等于该视频节目在该预置时间段内的总时长,或者在预置的第二时间段内视频节目的播放次数排在前N,其中,N为正整数,或者,在预置的第三时间段内视频节目的观看频率逐渐增大或保持稳定。
其中,上述的第一时间段、第二时间段及第三时间段可以由智能电视默认设置,或者由用户设置,例如,上述的第一时间段、第二时间段及第三时间段可以根据需要设置为一天、一周或者一个月,且还可以设置为一个月内每天的特定时间段(比如20:00-22:00),在实际应用中,可根据具体的需要设置,此处不做限定。
其中,N为正整数,且该N的值可以由智能电视默认设置,或者由用户设置,且在实际应用中,可根据具体的需要设置该N的值,例如可设置为3或5等,此处不做限定。
其中,智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称具体可以是:智能电视侦测所有的安装路径中是否有安装视频应用,若有安装视频应用,则查找该视频应用的缓存区缓存的视频节目,确定满足上述预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称。或者,还可以由用户手动添加或标记满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称。
步骤102、智能电视向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,预览片段获取请求中包含视频节目的名称,使得服务器按照视频节目的名称获取视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给智能电视;
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在得到满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称之后,向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,且该请求中包含上述的视频节目的名称。
其中,服务器在接收到包含视频节目的名称的预览片段获取请求之后,将按照视频节目的名称获取相应的预览片段,具体的:服务器将查找视频节目的名称对应的视频源,并确定该视频节目最近一期节目,并采用跳帧采集视频帧的方式从该最近一期节目中提取视频帧,且提取的视频帧构成本发明中的预览片段。
其中,采用跳帧采集视频帧的方式采集的视频帧的个数及采集间隔可以预先设置,例如:预先设置每个视频节目的预览片段包含40个视频帧,且从第一个采集到的视频帧开始,每隔3个视频帧采集一次。
需要说明的是,为了避免采集到的视频帧为视频节目的片头中的视频帧,服务器可以从视频节目最近一期的三分之一时长处开始采集视频帧,或者从视频节目最近一期的二分之一时长处开始采集视频帧,或者从视频节目最近一期的三分之二市场处开始采集视频帧。在本发明实施例中,视频帧的开始采集的时间点可以预先设置,此处并不限定。
步骤103、在智能电视接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
在本发明实施例中,智能电视将接收到服务器发送的视频节目的预览片段,且在接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,将在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口。
步骤104、在创建的小窗口内播放视频节目的预览片段。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口之后,在创建的小窗口内播放视频节目的预览片段。
其中,当前播放节目可以是视频节目也可以是直播节目。
在本发明实施例中,在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称,且向服务器发送预览片段的获取请求,在该请求中包含该视频节目的名称,使得服务器能够按照该视频节目的名称获取该视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给智能电视,智能电视在接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口内播放该视频节目的预览片段,使得可以在播放节目的同时,通过小窗口播放视频节目的预览片段,用户操作简单,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面,有效改善用户体验。
请参阅图2,为本发明图1所示步骤103中在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口的细化步骤的流程示意图,包括:
步骤201、根据视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小;
步骤202、在当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,将根据视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小。具体的:若该视频节目的个数为1个,则确定待创建的小窗口的个数为1个,且待创建的小窗口的窗口大小为预先设置的窗口大小。若该视频节目的个数大于1个,则根据视频节目的个数及智能电视的分辨率确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小。
其中,在视频节目的个数大于1个时,创建的小窗口的个数大于1个,且在创建的小窗口的个数大于1个时,创建的小窗口在当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示,例如:若待创建的小窗口的个数为3个,窗口大小为640*360,则在当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加3个窗口图层,在每个窗口图层创建大小均为640*360的小窗口,且创建的3个小窗口在当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示,且具体可以按照横向排列的方式排列在上述播放节目的下边缘,或者按照竖向排列的方式排列在上述播放节目的右边缘,或者由用户自行设置小窗口在屏幕上的分布位置。
需要说明的是,为了避免创建的小窗口影响用户对当前播放节目的观看,该小窗口一般显示在智能电视的显示界面的外围,例如,在创建一个小窗口的情况下,该小窗口可以显示在智能电视的显示界面的右下角。又例如,在创建三个小窗口的情况下,该三个小窗口可以采用横向排列的方式显示在智能电视的显示界面的下边缘,或者采用竖向排列的方式显示在智能电视的显示界面的右边缘。
需要说明的是,为了能够在接收到视频节目的预览片段之后立即播放该视频节目的预览片段,智能电视在发送预览片段获取请求之后,可以先按照视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小,并在接收到服务器反馈的视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放界面的播放界面上叠加与待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示,并执行图1所示第一实施例中步骤103在创建的小窗口内播放视频节目的预览片段。
需要说明的是,在通过叠加窗口图层的方式创建小窗口时,可以在当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与待创建的小窗口的窗口大小一致的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在创建了至少一个小窗口时,不重叠显示创建的小窗口,或者,可以在当前播放节目的播放节目上叠加全屏大小的窗口图层,在叠加的每个窗口图层中按照待创建的小窗口的窗口大小划分一个小窗口区域,且划分的小窗口区域不重叠显示,且每个窗口图层中除划分的小窗口区域以外的区域均透明显示。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口,使得在播放节目的同时,可以通过小窗口播放视频节目的预览片段,有效实现视频节目的预览,且可以创建至少一个小窗口,实现多个视频节目的预览片段的同时播放,用户操作简单,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面,有效改善用户体验。
具体的,在本发明实施例中,智能电视在根据视频节目的个数及智能电视的分辨率确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小时,为了避免创建的小窗口的个数太多导致窗口太小不利于用户观看,同时由于用户双眼的观看能力有限,为了避免给用户带来不好的观看体验,智能电视将视频节目的个数与预先设置的最大个数进行比较,以确定需要待创建的小窗口的个数。
即图2所示实施例中的根据视频节目的个数及智能电视的分辨率确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小,具体可以为:
若视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则将智能电视的分辨率与视频节目的个数之间的商作为待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将视频节目的个数作为待创建的小窗口的个数;
或者,
若视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则将智能电视的分辨率与预先设置的最大个数之间的商作为待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将该预先设置的最大个数作为待创建的小窗口的个数。
在本发明实施例中,若视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则智能电视将视频节目的个数作为待创建的小窗口的个数。且智能电视将其分辨率与视频节目的个数之间的商作为待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,具体的,将智能电视在水平方向的分辨率除以视频节目的个数得到的商作为待创建的小窗口在水平方向上的分辨率,将智能电视在垂直方向的分辨率除以视频节目的个数得到的商作为待创建的小窗口在垂直方向上的分辨率,根据待创建的小窗口在水平方向上的分辨率及垂直方向上的分辨率确定待创建的小窗口的窗口大小。
在本发明实施例中,若视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则智能电视将预先设置的最大个数作为待创建的小窗口的个数。且智能电视将其分辨率与预先设置的最大个数之间的商作为待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,具体的,将智能电视在水平方向的分辨率除以预先设置的最大个数得到的商作为待创建的小窗口在水平方向上的分辨率,将智能电视在垂直方向的分辨率除以预先设置的最大个数得到的商作为待创建的小窗口在垂直方向上的分辨率,根据待创建的小窗口在水平方向上的分辨率及垂直方向上的分辨率确定待创建的小窗口的窗口大小。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视利用视频节目的个数与预先设置的最大个数的比较结果确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小,能够有效避免因创建的小窗口的太多带来的窗口太小及因小窗口太多超出用户的观看能力导致用户体验不佳的问题。
请参阅图3,为本发明图1所示第一实施例中步骤103在创建的小窗口内播放视频节目的预览片段的细化步骤的流程示意图,包括:
步骤301、按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小视频节目的预览片段的像素;
步骤302、将视频节目的缩小像素后的预览片段按照小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口依次播放预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视将按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小视频节目的预览片段的像素,并将视频节目的缩小像素后的预览片段按照小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,并利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口依次播放预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
其中,若视频节目的个数为1个,则在当前播放节目的播放界面上通过叠加窗口图层的方式创建了一个小窗口,该视频节目则为一个预览队列,并将该视频节目在该创建的小窗口内进行播放。
若视频节目的个数大于1个,则分以下两种情况:
若视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则智能电视在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建了与视频节目相同个数的小窗口,且将视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段划分成一个预览队列,智能电视将播放该预览队列,且在播放该预览队列时,该预览队列中的视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段将在不同的小窗口内播放。例如:若视频节目的个数为3个,分别为A1、A2、A3,预先设置的最大个数为4个,则智能电视将在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建3个小窗口,分别为B1、B2、B3,且将视频节目A1缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B1中播放,将视频节目A2缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B2中播放,将视频节目A3缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B3中播放,使得能够在不影响当前播放节目的情况下,在当前播放节目的播放界面上通过多个小窗口播放多个不同的视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段。
若视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则智能电视在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建了与预先设置的最大个数相同个数的小窗口,且将视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少两个预览队列,智能电视利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口依次播放预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,预览队列中的视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。例如:视频节目的个数为5个,且分别为A1、A2、A3、A4、A5,创建的小窗口的个数为4个,分别为B1、B2、B3、B4,则将前4个视频节目A1、A2、A3、A4作为第一预览队列,将视频节目A5作为第二预览队列,智能电视先利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口播放第一预览队列,且在播放第一预览队列时,将视频节目A1缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B1中播放,将视频节目A2缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B2中播放,将视频节目A3缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B3中播放,将视频节目A4缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B4中播放。且在播放完第一预览队列之后,将播放第二预览队列,即将视频节目A5缩小像素后的预览片段在小窗口B1或B2或B3或B4内播放。且在播放视频节目A5时,可以仅仅显示播放该视频节目A5像素缩小后的预览片段的小窗口,其他没有播放内容的小窗口则不显示。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,在出现预览队列中的视频节目的个数小于小窗口的个数的情况时,将按照预览队列中的视频节目的个数显示小窗口,以避免出现显示的小窗口内无播放内容的情况。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视将按照确定的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小视频节目的预览片段的像素,且将视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口依次播放预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,预览队列中的视频节目缩小后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放,使得能够在不影响当前播放节目的情况下,通过小窗口同时播放视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段,而不需要用户进行繁琐的操作,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面,能够有效改善用户体验。

名称确定模块401,用于在所述智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
请求发送模块402,用于向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;

在本发明实施例中,在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则名称确定模块401确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称,且请求发送模块402向服务器发送预览片段的获取请求,在该请求中包含该视频节目的名称,使得服务器能够按照该视频节目的名称获取该视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给智能电视,智能电视在接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,创建模块403在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口,并由播放模块404在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口内播放该视频节目的预览片段,使得可以在播放节目的同时,通过小窗口播放视频节目的预览片段,用户操作简单,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面,有效改善用户体验。

在具体实现过程中,创建模块中的各个细化功能模块与图2中各个方法步骤中的操作相对应。有关这些操作步骤的具体内容已经在前文做了详细的描述,因此此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在通过叠加窗口图层的方式创建小窗口时,可以在当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与待创建的小窗口的窗口大小一致的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在创建了至少一个小窗口时,不重叠显示创建的小窗口,或者,可以在当前播放节目的播放节目上叠加全屏大小的窗口图层,在叠加的每个窗口图层中按照待创建的小窗口的窗口大小划分一个小窗口区域,且划分的小窗口区域不重叠显示,且每个窗口图层中除划分的小窗口区域以外的区域均透明显示。
请参阅图6,为本发明图4所示第二实施例中的播放模块404的细化功能模块的示意图,包括:
缩小模块601,用于按照所述小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
划分及播放模块602,用于将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,在出现预览队列中的视频节目的个数小于小窗口的个数的情况时,将按照预览队列中的视频节目的个数显示小窗口,以避免出现显示的小窗口内无播放内容的情况。
在具体实现过程中,播放模块中的各个细化功能模块与图3中各个方法步骤中的操作相对应。有关这些操作步骤的具体内容已经在前文做了详细的描述,因此此处不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中,在智能电视接收到视频节目的预览片段之后,缩小模块601按照小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小视频节目的预览片段的像素;且划分及播放模块602将视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用当前播放节目的播放界面上创建的小窗口依次播放预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内同时播放,使得能够在不影响当前播放节目的情况下,通过小窗口同时播放视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段,而不需要用户进行繁琐的操作,且不需要退出当前播放节目的播放界面,能够有效改善用户体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种视频节目的预览方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则所述智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
    所述智能电视向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;
    所述智能电视接收到所述视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
    在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段;
    其中,所述满足预先设置的预览条件是指视频节目的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目的总时长,或者视频节目在预置的第一时间段内的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目在所述预置时间段内的总时长,或者在预置的第二时间段内视频节目的播放次数排在前N,其中,N为正整数,或者,在预置的第三时间段内视频节目的观看频率逐渐增大或保持稳定;
    其中,所述在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口包括:
    根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小;
    在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与所述待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在所述待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小,包括:
    在所述视频节目的个数为1个时,确定所述待创建的小窗口的个数为1个,且所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小为预先设置的窗口大小;
    在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述视频节目的个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述视频节目的个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数;
    在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述预先设置的最大个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述预先设置的最大个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  5. 一种视频节目的预览方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则所述智能电视确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
    所述智能电视向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;
    所述智能电视接收到所述视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
    在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述满足预先设置的预览条件是指视频节目的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目的总时长,或者视频节目在预置的第一时间段内的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目在所述预置时间段内的总时长,或者在预置的第二时间段内视频节目的播放次数排在前N,其中,N为正整数,或者,在预置的第三时间段内视频节目的观看频率逐渐增大或保持稳定。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口包括:
    根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小;
    在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与所述待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在所述待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小,包括:
    在所述视频节目的个数为1个时,确定所述待创建的小窗口的个数为1个,且所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小为预先设置的窗口大小;
    在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述视频节目的个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述视频节目的个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数;
    在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述预先设置的最大个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述预先设置的最大个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段,包括:
    按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  13. 一种智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视包括:
    名称确定模块,用于在所述智能电视播放节目时,若接收到视频节目的预览指令,则确定满足预先设置的预览条件的视频节目的名称;
    请求发送模块,用于向服务器发送预览片段获取请求,所述预览片段获取请求中包含所述视频节目的名称,使得所述服务器按照所述视频节目的名称获取所述视频节目的预览片段,并反馈给所述智能电视;
    创建模块,用于所述智能电视接收到所述视频节目的预览片段之后,在当前播放节目的播放界面上创建小窗口;
    播放模块,用于在创建的小窗口内播放所述视频节目的预览片段。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述满足预先设置的预览条件是指视频节目的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目的总时长,或者视频节目在预置的第一时间段内的已播放总时长大于或等于所述视频节目在所述预置时间段内的总时长,或者在预置的第二时间段内视频节目的播放次数排在前N,其中,N为正整数,或者,在预置的第三时间段内视频节目每天或者每周的观看频率逐渐增大或保持稳定。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述创建模块包括:
    确定模块,用于根据所述视频节目的个数确定待创建的小窗口的个数及窗口大小;
    窗口创建模块,用于在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上叠加与所述待创建的小窗口相同个数的窗口图层,以创建小窗口,且在所述待创建的小窗口的个数大于1时,创建的小窗口在所述当前播放节目的播放界面上不重叠显示。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    第一确定模块,用于在所述视频节目的个数为1个时,则确定所述待创建的小窗口的个数为1个,且所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小为预先设置的窗口大小;
    第二确定模块,用于在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数小于或等于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述视频节目的个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述视频节目的个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数;
    第三确定模块,用于在所述视频节目的个数大于1个时,若所述视频节目的个数大于预先设置的最大个数,则将所述智能电视的分辨率与所述预先设置的最大个数之间的商作为所述待创建的小窗口的窗口大小,将所述预先设置的最大个数作为所述待创建的小窗口的个数。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述播放模块,包括:
    缩小模块,用于按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
    划分及播放模块,用于将所述视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段按照所述创建的小窗口的个数划分成至少一个预览队列,利用所述当前播放节目的播放界面上所述创建的小窗口依次播放所述预览队列,且每个预览队列在播放时,所述预览队列中的不同视频节目缩小像素后的预览片段在不同的小窗口内播放。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述播放模块,包括:
    缩小模块,用于按照创建的小窗口的窗口大小等比例缩小所述视频节目的预览片段的像素;
