一种续发机 技术领域
本发明涉及头发护理器械领域,尤其涉及一种续发机。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,美容美发发展极快,很多人在特定场合时,需要对头发进行护理造型,特别针对女性来说,若是不小心头发变短,需要将头发增长,现有的都是通过人工对头发进行续接,或者通过简易的工具进行续接,续接麻烦,耗时极长,工序复杂,亟需一种器械来进行头发的续接。
发明内容
鉴于目前头发护理器械领域存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种续发机,能够实现头发的续接。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种续发机,所述续发机包括结构主架、包裹在结构主架外的外壳、齿条、后盖和手柄,所述结构主架上安装有控制主板、活动体和驱动电机,所述活动体通过齿轮与所述驱动电机相连,所述驱动电机与所述控制主板相连,所述活动体与所述结构主架活动连接,所述活动体上设有加热装置,所述加热装置与所述控制主板相连,所述结构主架一端设有固定架与所述齿条相连,所述齿条与所述活动体内的加热装置隔空相对平行设置,所述活动体上还设有散热装置,所述散热装置与所述加热装置相连,所述手柄内设有调节控制装置,所述调节控制装置与所述控制主板和驱动电机相连,所述后盖上设有显示屏,所述显示屏与所述控制主板相连,所述后盖和手柄均与所述外壳相连。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述固定架上设有齿条锁定钮。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述散热装置包括散热支架、导热装置和制冷片,所述导热装置分别与所述制冷片、散热支架和加热装置相连,所述散热支架与所述活动体相连,所述制冷片与所述控制主板相连。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述加热装置包括加热支架、导热块和加热片,所述加热片分别与所述控制主板和导热块相连,所述导热块固定在所述加热支架上,所述加热支架与所述活动体相连。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述驱动电机为无刷伺服电机。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述加热片为陶瓷发热片。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述续发机包括电动执行器,所述电动执行器分别与所述齿条和所述控制主板相连。

如图1和图2所示,一种续发机,所述续发机包括结构主架1、包裹在结构主架外的外壳2、齿条3、后盖4和手柄5,所述结构主架1上安装有控制主板6、活动体7和驱动电机8,所述活动体7通过齿轮与所述驱动电机8相连,所述驱动电机8与所述控制主板6相连,所述活动体7与所述结构主架1活动连接,所述活动体7上设有加热装置9,所述加热装置9与所述控制主板6相连,所述结构主架1一端设有固定架11与所述齿条3相连,所述齿条3与所述活动体7内的加热装置9隔空相对平行设置,所述活动体7上还设有散热装置10,所述散热装置10与所述加热装置9相连,所述手柄5内设有调节控制装置51,所述调节控制装置51与所述控制主板6和驱动电机8相连,所述后盖4上设有显示屏41,所述显示屏41与所述控制主板6相连,所述后盖4和手柄5均与所述外壳2相连。由控制主板控制驱动电机来驱动活动体,从而带动加热装置靠近卡有头发的齿条,加热装置加热已经加入齿条中的续发剂,从而使得在齿条内的头发能通过续发剂连接起来,实现了头发的续接,极大地方便了美发过程,进一步的,可以通过显示屏看到温度、时间等数据,更方便进行续发程序。
在实际应用中,所述固定架11上设有齿条锁定钮12。
在实际应用中,所述散热装置10包括散热支架101、导热装置102和制冷片103,所述导热装置102分别与所述制冷片103、散热支架101和加热装置9相连,所述散热支架101与所述活动体7相连,所述制冷片103与所述控制主板7相连,所述制冷片可采用半导体致冷器;制冷片的新型应用,节省了耗材,又节能环保。
在实际应用中,所述加热装置9包括加热支架91、导热块92和加热片93,所述加热片93分别与所述控制主板6和导热块92相连,所述导热块92固定在所述加热支架91上,所述加热支架91与所述活动体7相连。
在实际应用中,所述加热片93可采用陶瓷发热片,从而加热快速,节能又环保。
在实际应用中,所述驱动电机8可采用无刷伺服电机,成本低,稳定性好。
在实际应用中,所述续发机包括电动执行器20,所述电动执行器 20分别与所述齿条3和所述控制主板6相连。可在电动执行器中设置传感器,从而由控制主板实时关注续发过程,监测续发时的温度等信息。还可由电动执行器进行续发剂的添加。

  1. 一种续发机,其特征在于,所述续发机包括结构主架、包裹在结构主架外的外壳、齿条、后盖和手柄,所述结构主架上安装有控制主板、活动体和驱动电机,所述活动体通过齿轮与所述驱动电机相连,所述驱动电机与所述控制主板相连,所述活动体与所述结构主架活动连接,所述活动体上设有加热装置,所述加热装置与所述控制主板相连,所述结构主架一端设有固定架与所述齿条相连,所述齿条与所述活动体内的加热装置隔空相对平行设置,所述活动体上还设有散热装置,所述散热装置与所述加热装置相连,所述手柄内设有调节控制装置,所述调节控制装置与所述控制主板和驱动电机相连,所述后盖上设有显示屏,所述显示屏与所述控制主板相连,所述后盖和手柄均与所述外壳相连。
