Description

一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置 技术领域
本发明涉及头戴式装置领域,特别是涉及一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置。
背景技术
对于普通的眼镜和头戴式显示装置,在温差比较大的情况下,镜片会有无数小水滴附着,俗称雾水,使佩戴者看不清或者根本看不到外界事物。
针对这一问题,目前人们多采取下述方式进行解决:1、在镜片上喷防雾喷剂;2、使用防雾眼镜布擦拭;3、在眼罩内部增加很多排气孔。但这些方式都存在不足之处:1.防雾剂易流失,防雾时间短,携带不便;2.眼镜布需要经常擦拭镜片,且需要经常更换;3.排气孔不美观,且产品内部容易进灰尘。因此,有必要寻求一种结构简单美观,可操作性强,且防雾效果好的头戴式装置。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,该装置通过在镜片周围设置除雾装置,并在镜片表面镀超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,从而使镜片实现防雾效果。
本发明提供了一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,包括镜片和设置在所述镜片周围的除雾装置,所述镜片的表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,所述除雾装置包括一送风模块、与所述送风模块相连接的供电模块、以及相对设置的吹风口和排风口,所述供电模块为所述送风模块提供电能,所述送风模块送出的风经所述吹风口吹出,吹拭所述镜片,再由所述排风口排出。
本发明提供的一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,由于该装置镜片周围设置有 除雾装置,且镜片表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,因此镜片上凝结的小水珠或油珠在吹风口吹出的风的吹拭下,可夹带着灰尘从排风口排出,从而使镜片实现自清洁和防雾效果;该装置结构简单,紧凑,美观,且可适用于环境温度比较极端的地区。

以下所述是本发明实施例的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明实施例的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,包括镜片和设置在镜片周围的除雾装置,镜片的表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,除雾装置包括一送风模块、与送风模块相连接的供电模块、以及相对设置的吹风口和排风口,供电模块为送风模块提供电能,送风模块送出的风经吹风口吹出,吹拭镜片,再由排风口排出。
值得指出的是,本发明头戴式装置可以是普通眼镜,也可以是头戴式显示装 置。头戴式显示装置可以是类眼睛形状的仅具显示功能的显示装置,也可以是显示功能与耳机功能于一体的显示装置。镜片指的是普通眼镜镜片或头戴式显示装置显示视窗的保护镜片。如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种具有除雾功能的眼镜,包括表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的镜片10,吹风口11,排风口12,送风模块13,供电模块14。如图2所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种具有除雾功能的头戴式显示装置2显示端的部分示意图,包括表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的镜片20,吹风口21,排风口22,送风模块23,供电模块24。
本发明实施例的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,由于该装置镜片周围设置有除雾装置,且镜片表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,因此镜片上凝结的小水珠或油珠在吹风口吹出的风的吹拭下,夹带着灰尘从排风口排出,从而使镜片实现自清洁和防雾效果;该装置结构简单,紧凑,美观,且可适用于环境温度比较极端的地区。
本发明实施方式中,对超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的材质、厚度、具体表面性能参数、制备方法等不作特殊限定,可实现水珠、油珠等污渍的有效清除即可。具体地,本发明实施方式中,水珠或油珠在超疏水超疏油透明硬膜表面的接触角大于150°,滚动角小于10°。超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的材质可以为二氧化硅,碳纳米管,二氧化钛等业界常规使用的双超疏可见光高透材料。超疏水超疏油透明硬膜可采用溶胶凝胶法制备得到。超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的厚度为1-100μm。
其中,接触角的定义是:在固-液-气三相交点处作气液界面的切线,此切线与固液交界线之间的夹角就是接触角,以θ表示。若固体是亲液的,则液体的接触角θ<90°;若固体是疏液的,则液体的接触角θ>90°。滚动角是前进接触角(θA)与后退接触角(θR)之差,滚动角的大小也代表了一个固体表面的滞后 现象(接触角滞后)。
本发明实施方式中,送风模块13、23包括一风扇。供电模块14、24包括一能量转换装置或供电电池。能量转换装置包括热能转换装置或太阳能转换装置。
对于普通眼镜,供电模块14可以是一组供电电池。
对于头戴式显示装置,供电模块24可以是一组供电电池或一能量转换装置。具体地,关于能量转换装置,本发明一实施方式中,能量转换装置包括一热能转换装置,热能转换装置一端连接头戴式显示装置2的电路板25的发热位置(例如电源芯片,显示屏板等),另一端连接送风模块23。热能转换装置可将头戴式显示装置2产热模块的热能转换为供送风模块23运转的电能,该方式不但可以将该显示装置2电路板25产生的热量有效利用于镜片20的自清洁和防雾,且有效改善了电路板25的散热问题。
本发明另一实施方式中,能量转换装置包括一太阳能转换装置,太阳能转换装置与送风模块23相连接,为送风模块23提供电能,从而使镜片20实现自清洁和防雾效果。此方式太阳能接收装置需要置于外部或内部可接收到外部光能的位置。此方式可有效利用太阳能绿色资源,环保性高。
本发明实施方式中,除雾装置还可包括一导热装置,导热装置一端与头戴式显示装置2的电路板25发热位置(例如电源芯片,显示屏板等)相连接,另一端与送风模块23相连接。导热装置可导热到吹风口21,从而吹出暖风,防止镜片20因温差起雾,该实施方式可有效利用显示装置2电路板25产生的热量,且有效改善了电路板25的散热问题。具体的,导热装置可以采用直径为0.5mm石墨烯圆柱导热管。
如图3所示,本发明实施方式中,头戴式装置包括一眼罩30,眼罩30内部设置一温度传感器31。头戴式装置开机后,温度传感器31捕捉当前环境温度 T0,当温度传感器31感知眼罩30内温度T1对比T0高出一定温度(例如5℃)时,由头戴式显示设备2电路板25的控制器控制开启送风模块23,此时吹风口21处吹出轻微的风,由于保护镜片20表面镀超疏水超疏油硬膜,微小水滴在镜片表面接触角很大,接触面积较小,经风吹拭,随风一起排入排风口22,离开设备,从而达到防雾效果。本发明实施例通过采用温度传感器31可实现全程自动感应控制。
本发明吹风口、排风口的设置位置不作特殊限定,只要设于可与外界空气交换、可以排出雾水的位置即可。本发明一优选实施方式中,所述吹风口和排风口分别设置于所述镜片的上、下两端。由吹风口吹出的风由上而下吹拭镜片表面(与佩戴镜片状态下水滴重力方向一致)。本发明实施方式中,所述吹风口吹出的风的风向与所述镜片镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的一侧平行。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,包括镜片和设置在所述镜片周围的除雾装置,所述镜片的表面镀有超疏水超疏油透明硬膜,所述除雾装置包括一送风模块、与所述送风模块相连接的供电模块、以及相对设置在所述镜片周围的吹风口和排风口,所述供电模块为所述送风模块提供电能,所述送风模块送出的风经所述吹风口吹出,吹拭所述镜片,再由所述排风口排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,水珠或油珠在所述超疏水超疏油透明硬膜表面的接触角大于150°,滚动角小于10°。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,所述超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的材质为二氧化硅,碳纳米管或二氧化钛。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,所述超疏水超疏油透明硬膜的厚度为1-100μm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,所述送风模块包括一风扇。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,所述供电模块包括一能量转换装置或供电电池。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有除雾功能的头戴式装置,其特征在于,所述能量转换装置包括热能转换装置或太阳能转换装置,所述热能转换装置与所述头戴式装置的电路板发热位置相连接。
