随着科学技术的发展,人们为了解决上述存在的问题,制造出一种电子蜡烛。即利用电源点亮小型灯泡,代替传统烛芯,有效的解决了上述传统蜡烛易吹灭和易发生火灾等缺点。经发现,在本领域现有技术中存在一种旋转型电子蜡烛,其主要利用电机的输出轴带动光源控制板在蜡烛外壳内旋转运动,且光源控制板上设置有LED灯,这样就会使得LED灯光在蜡烛外壳内旋转发射,取得较好的观赏性。然而,在现实使用时,往往会发现由于光源控制板会旋转,导致连接光源控制板的导线易在接口处易折断,导致产品被损害。

在本实施例中,通过减速电机10的输出轴固定第一电连接板20,带动第二电连接板30做旋转运动,从而带动设置在第二电连接板30上方的灯泡1旋转运动,实现第二电连接板30与第一连接板之间发生相对运动,同时又在两者之间设有导电片40,实现滑动电连接。当然,灯泡1也可以固定设置在输出轴上,可以实现与第二电连接板30同步运动,可达到上述的效果。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛具有如下有益效果:通过设计第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30及两者之间的滑动电连接,实现了满足灯泡1工作的电连接同时,还可使得灯泡1旋转,解决了现有技术中的由于光源控制板旋转导致连接光源控制板的导线易在接口处易折断的问题,有效地保障了电源与光源控制板之间的电连接的安全性与稳定性;通过灯泡1的旋转运动,可使电子蜡烛整体呈现动感与立体感,提高了观赏性。
优选地,第一电连接板20顶面上至少设有第一正极导电环21与第一负极导电环22;第二电连接板30底面上至少设有第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环;第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间、第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间分别通过导电片40滑动电连接。
在本实施例中,第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环相互配合使用,通过导电片40实现正极电连通,第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环相互配合使用,通过导电片40实现负极电连通。通过将第一电 连接环与第二电连接环之间的电连接点设计成导电环,保证第二电连接板30在旋转运动时,位于第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间的导电片40始终可以与第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环同时相互接触,位于第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间的导电片40始终可以与第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环同时相互接触,保证电连接的稳定性。
优选地,导电片40包括导电底片41与沿导电底片41一端向上延伸的导电接触片42,导电底片41与导电接触片42一体成形。
在本实施例中,导电片40包括两个部分,第一个部分为导电底片41,沿导电底片41一端向上延伸出第二部分,即导电接触片42。导电底片41与导电接触片42分别与相应的导电环电连接。导电片40采用上述设计,可有效避免第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30上相对应的导电环直接的接触面积,降低两者之间因为发生滑动摩擦导致的损害,同时也降低了因电阻变大对电源的无益损耗。另外,由于导电片40具有一定的弹性,可保证导电片40与导电环之间的紧密接触,保证电连接的稳定性。
优选地,导电接触片42远离导电底片41的一端设有多个沿延伸方向并列排布的导电弹片421,导电弹片421上设有弧形凸起422,导电接触片42的中部设有向上折弯处423。
在本实施例中,在导电弹片421上设置弧形凸起422,凸起的顶点与相应的导电环接触。由于采用这样设计可有效地降低导电接触片42与导电环的接触面积,同时也便于发散因滑动摩擦产生的热量,延长了导电片40的使用寿命。另外,通过在导电接触片42的中部设有向上折弯处423,实现形成对弧形凸起422有一定支撑力,保证其与导电环电连接的稳定性。
由于导电片40可实现第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30之间的正负极电连通,故这里导电片40可有以下几种设置方法,具体为:
1、位于第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第一正极导电环21上,导电接触片42与第二正极导电环滑动连接;位于第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间的导 电片40,导电底片41焊接于第一负极导电环22上,导电接触片42与第二负极导电环滑动连接。
2、位于第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第二正极导电环上,导电接触片42与第一正极导电环21滑动连接;位于第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第二负极导电环上,导电接触片42与第一负极导电环22滑动连接。
3、位于第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第一正极导电环21上,导电接触片42与第二正极导电环滑动连接;位于第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第二负极导电环上,导电接触片42与第一负极导电环22滑动连接。
4、位于第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第二正极导电环上,导电接触片42与第一正极导电环21滑动连接;位于第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间的导电片40,导电底片41焊接于第一负极导电环22上,导电接触片42与第二负极导电环滑动连接。
在上述四种情况中,在本发明优选第一种。采用第一种情况中的导电片40安装方法,不仅导电性能最好,而且便于生产与安装。
优选地,第一正极导电环21与第一负极导电环22之间为同心圆环,圆心位于输出轴的轴线上,第一正极导电环21与第一负极导电环22为间隔设置;第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环之间为同心圆环,圆心位于输出轴的轴线上,第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环为间隔设置。
在本实施例中,第一正极导电环21与第一负极导电环22之间为同心圆环,第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环之间也为同心圆环,且两个同心圆的圆心均位于输出轴的轴线上,这样便于导电片40的定位与安装,也便于两个电连接板的生产。
优选地,第一正极导电环21与第二正极导电环之间、第一负极导电环22与第二负极导电环之间皆至少设有两个及以上且均匀分布的 导电片40。
由于第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30对导电片40施加有一定的压力,故一个导电环上仅设置一个导电片40,没有导电片40支撑的一侧会出现下坠情况,严重地影响到了第二电连接板30的旋转运动,也会使导电片40出现折弯或者折断的情况,最终到时产品损坏。故,在本实施例中在每个导电环上分别设置均匀分布的导电片40,可有效地解决上述问题,同时还会增加第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30之间滑动电连接的稳定性。进一步地,每个导电环上设置有两个导电片40,且均匀排布在导电环上。
优选地,第一电连接板20与第二电连接板30上还分别设有第一减速电机负极导电环与第二减速电机负极导电环,第一减速电机负极导电环与第二减速电机负极导电环之间设有两个及以上且均匀分布的导电片40。
优选地,输出轴上还包括一限位转轴11,限位转轴11包括固定套接于输出轴顶部的限位柱体111,及设置在限位柱体111顶面中部的螺纹柱112,烛芯还包括一转轴50,转轴50的一端内部设有与螺纹柱112紧密配合使用的内螺纹,限位柱体111的顶面与转轴50的底面用来固定第二电连接板30,限位柱体111的顶面高于第一电连接板20的顶面。
在本实施例中,限位柱体111优选为圆柱体,限位柱体111顶面中部设置有一个螺纹柱112,即外表面设有外螺纹的圆柱体。安装时,转轴50通过旋转,实现向限位柱体111方向运动。由于限位柱体111的顶面高于第一电连接板20的顶面,螺纹柱112穿过第二电连接板30且第二电连接板30的底面与限位柱体111的顶面接触,同时转轴50的底面随着转轴50的旋转渐渐靠近第二电连接板30,与限位柱体111的顶面配合,实现紧密固定第二电连接板30的作用。其中螺纹柱112优选垂直设置在限位柱体111的顶面。采用上述设计,不仅实现减速电机10的输出轴带动第二电连接板30旋转运动,同时还便于实现第二电连接板30的更换,有效地延长电子蜡烛的使用寿命。
优选地,限位柱体111与螺纹柱112为一体成形。
在本实施例中,限位转轴11中的限位柱体111与螺纹柱112为一体成形,不仅减少安装内容,节约生产时间,同时还可以避免长时间使用导致的限位柱体111与螺纹柱112之间的松动,影响第二电连接板30的旋转稳定性。
优选地,蜡烛外壳包括内层与外层,烛芯位于内层中,蜡烛外壳中设有带传送机构,内层连接于带传送机构的皮带上并与皮带做同步运动。
在本实施例中,蜡烛外壳可以为多层结构,本实施例中优选为两层,即内层与外层,外层可以为蜡质或者塑料材料制成,表面可以设置各种图案,增加电子蜡烛的美感。外层内部包括带动内层运动的带传动机构,如同步带传动等。内层上也可以设置图案,并随着皮带运动而运动,实现动态效果。内部烛光、内层及外层之间的图案相互配合,给使用者提供一种动态绚丽的美感。
优选地,烛芯还包括底座60,固定连接于底座60上的支撑柱70,支撑柱70用于支撑固定减速电机10,烛芯还包括一支撑台80,支撑台80的底面与减速电机10顶面固定连接,支撑台80的顶面与第一电连接板20的底面固定连接,输出轴穿过支撑台80,转轴50远离内螺纹的一端固定连接有一半球罩,半球罩由多个三角形以不同角度折弯拼接而成,使得照在半球罩上的灯光朝不同方向发生折射与反射。
在本实施例中,底座60固定在蜡烛外壳中,底座60上设有支撑柱70,支撑柱70用来固定减速电机10避免由于工作时发生偏转,具体包括位于电机两侧的支撑柱70,通过螺接固定于减速电机10上。减速电机10的顶面上设有一个支撑台80,其厚度及形状可根据生产需要进行设置。支撑台80的顶面与第一电连接板20地面固定连接,确保第一电连接板20始终为静止动态。转轴50远离内螺纹的一端螺接有一半球罩,半球罩由多个三角形以不同角度折弯拼接而成,使得照在半球罩上的灯光朝不同方向发生折射与反射,形成绚丽的动态的感。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛外壳,设置在所述蜡烛外壳内的烛芯,所述烛芯包括减速电机,其特征在于,所述减速电机的上方固定设置有第一电连接板,所述第一电连接板上方设有第二电连接板,所述减速电机的输出轴穿过所述第一电连接板与所述第二电连接板固定连接;所述第一电连接板与第二连接板之间通过导电片滑动电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第一电连接板顶面上至少设有第一正极导电环与第一负极导电环;所述第二电连接板底面上至少设有第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环;所述第一正极导电环与所述第二正极导电环之间、所述第一负极导电环与所述第二负极导电环之间分别通过所述导电片滑动电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述导电片包括导电底片与沿所述导电底片一端向上倾斜延伸的导电接触片,所述导电底片与所述导电接触片一体成形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述导电接触片远离所述导电底片的一端设有多个沿延伸方向并列排布的导电弹片,所述导电弹片上设有弧形凸起,所述导电接触片的中部设有向上折弯处。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第一正极导电环与第一负极导电环之间为同心圆环,圆心位于所述输出轴的轴线上,所述第一正极导电环与第一负极导电环为间隔设置;所述第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环之间为同心圆环,圆心位于所述输出轴的轴线上,所述第二正极导电环与第二负极导电环为间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第一正极导电环与第二正极导电环之间、第一负极导电环与第二负极导电环之间皆至少设有两个及以上且均匀分布的所述导电片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述输出轴还包括一限位转轴,所述限位转轴包括固定套接于所述输出轴顶部的限位柱体,及设置在所述限位柱体顶面中部的螺纹柱,所述烛芯还包括一转轴,所述转轴的一端内部设有与所述螺纹柱紧密配合使用的内螺纹,所述限位柱体的顶面与所述转轴的底面用来固定所述第二电连接板,所述限位柱体的顶面高于所述第一电连接板的顶面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述限位柱体与所述螺纹柱为一体成形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述蜡烛外壳包括内层与外层,所述烛芯位于所述内层中,所述蜡烛外壳中设有带传送机构,所述内层连接于所述带传送机构的皮带上并与所述皮带做同步运动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的烛芯旋转型电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述烛芯还包括底座,固定连接于所述底座上的支撑柱,所述支撑柱用于支撑固定所述减速电机,所述烛芯还包括一支撑台,所述支撑台的底面与所述减速电机顶面固定连接,所述支撑台的顶面与所述第一电连接板的底面固定连接,所述输出轴穿过所述支撑台,所述转轴远离所述内螺纹的一端固定连接有一半球罩,所述半球罩由多个三角形以不同角度折弯拼接而成,使得照在半球罩上的灯光朝不同方向发生折射与反射。
