Description
本发明涉及一种切割刀刀片,更具体地说,涉及一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片。
电热切割刀,顾名思义,就是利用电能发热来实现切割的手持刀具。现市场上主要有两种不同原理的电热刀,一种是在刀片里面装上电热丝,通电后发热,这种电热刀的优点是价格便宜,成本低,结构简单;缺点是刀片比较厚,预热慢,只能用来切泡沫类产品;另一种是利用刀片的电阻,通过大电流来实现发热的手持电热刀,主要品牌有肯迪电热刀、世航电热刀等,这种电热刀预热时间很短,只要几秒种刀片就能够达到红的状态,效率高,形状多变,可以根据不同的使用场合选择不同的功率刀片,应用范围广,可以用来切割泡沫、海绵、塑料、化纤布、无纺布、滤布、塑料绳和橡胶等等低熔点制品。
对于后者利用刀片电阻发热来进行切割的电热刀,其使用更加灵活,可以配合不同的刀片切割不同的制品。在切割墙纸、窗帘和帆布等面料制品时,常采用如图1所示的带杆电热刀刀片,该刀片一般由刀片体1和刀杆2等组成,刀杆2用于固定刀片体1并导电,刀片体1用于发热切割制品;为了加强这种刀片的安装稳定性,防止刀片体1在使用中晃动,通常还需要在刀杆2上增设固定夹片3,用于使整个刀片更加牢固。目前市场上的带杆刀片所使用的固定夹片3都是采用铁质材料制作的,如铁板、不锈钢(非奥氏体),固定夹片3与刀杆2之间还设置有绝缘管,防止刀杆2短路。但是这种刀片在电热切割刀上使用时,由于电磁感应的原因,会在该固定夹片3上形成涡流,造成能量损耗。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有电热切割刀的带杆刀片的上述不足,提供一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,采用本发明的技术方案,使用非铁磁性材料制作带杆刀片的固定夹片,减小了现有固定夹片产生涡流而造成的能量损耗,效率可提高30%左右,对于使用蓄电池的便携式电热切割刀具有非常重大的意义。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,包括刀片体、刀杆和固定夹片,所述的刀片体的两端分别固定于两根刀杆上,所述的固定夹片安装于两根刀杆之间,所述的固定夹片由非铁
磁性材料制成。
更进一步地,所述的固定夹片由铜、铝、不导磁奥氏体不锈钢、耐高温塑料和陶瓷中的任意一种材料制成。
更进一步地,所述的固定夹片具有导电性时,在固定夹片与刀杆之间还设有绝缘层。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其固定夹片由非铁磁性材料制成,避免了固定夹片产生涡流而造成不必要的能量损耗,提高了电热切割刀的效率,效率可提高30%左右,对于使用蓄电池的便携式电热切割刀具有非常重大的意义;
(2)本发明的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其固定夹片由铜、铝、不导磁奥氏体不锈钢、耐高温塑料和陶瓷中的任意一种材料制成,取材方便,价格低廉,并且易于加工制造;
(3)本发明的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其固定夹片具有导电性时,在固定夹片与刀杆之间还设有绝缘层,防止两根刀杆之间发生短路。

图1为本发明的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片的结构示意图,其包括刀片体1、刀杆2和固定夹片3,刀片体1的两端分别固定于两根刀杆2上,固定夹片3安装于两根刀杆2之间;该刀片主要用于切割墙纸、窗帘和帆布等面料制品。由于目前的电热切割刀都是使用交流工频及高频电源供电,因此技术人员无需担心电源是否充足,而且固定夹片3的涡流效应产生的热量又难以分辨,导致技术人员忽视了电热切割刀的能耗问题。这种电热切割刀的尾部需要连接一根电源线,使用便捷性较差,而且在一些没有电源的户外场合无法使用,因此开发使用蓄电池供电的便携式电热切割刀显得非常有必要,而减小能耗对于这种充电型的电热切割刀尤为重要。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例
结合图1所示,本实施例的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,包括刀片体1、刀杆2和固定夹片3,刀片体1的两端分别固定于两根刀杆2上,刀片体1用于发热并切割制品,刀杆2
用于固定刀片体1并导电;固定夹片3安装于两根刀杆2之间,用于加固整个刀片。与现有技术不同的是,本实施例中的固定夹片3由非铁磁性材料制成,例如,固定夹片3可由铜、铝、耐高温塑料和陶瓷中的任意一种材料制成,奥氏体不锈钢不导磁,也是一种非铁磁性材料,也可用于制作固定夹片3,这些材料取材方便,价格低廉,并且易于加工制造。并且,为了防止两根刀杆2之间发生短路,当固定夹片3具有导电性时,在固定夹片3与刀杆2之间还设有绝缘层,该绝缘层可以为绝缘材质制成的绝缘管。
为了更好地说明问题,分别采用铜质、铝质和铁质的固定夹片3进行试验,试验数据如下:

由以上试验数据可以看出:在同样的输入电压下,使用铜质和铝质固定夹片3的刀片,加热到400℃时所需的时间要比使用铁质固定夹片3的刀片少6秒,可见铁质固定夹片3产生涡流而造成的能量损耗不容忽视。
而本实施例的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其固定夹片3由非铁磁性材料制成,避免了固定夹片3产生涡流而造成不必要的能量损耗,提高了电热切割刀的效率,效率可提高30%左右,对于使用蓄电池的便携式电热切割刀具有非常重大的意义。

- 一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,包括刀片体(1)、刀杆(2)和固定夹片(3),所述的刀片体(1)的两端分别固定于两根刀杆(2)上,所述的固定夹片(3)安装于两根刀杆(2)之间,其特征在于:所述的固定夹片(3)由非铁磁性材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其特征在于:所述的固定夹片(3)由铜、铝、不导磁奥氏体不锈钢、耐高温塑料和陶瓷中的任意一种材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电热切割刀的带杆刀片,其特征在于:所述的固定夹片(3)具有导电性时,在固定夹片(3)与刀杆(2)之间还设有绝缘层。
