Abstract

This invention relates to a system for issuing a secured documents such as bank notes, Bank cheques, ID cards, passports, or the like, wherein the said system generates and processing an a secured bank cheque. In one embodiment, an apparatus generates a bank cheque containing a barcode by encrypting the details in the matrix barcode and the scan the document's holder fingerprint and stores the said information along with the fingerprint associated with the cheque in a central database and in a storage magnetic chip containing stored encoded data and fingerprint readable by a reader means to find out any unauthorized fingerprint to the cheque. The cheque data comprised the matrix barcode encrypting data include an identification of a cheque, account and bank details, The system when the beneficiary of the cheque presents the same to the related bank, the server reads the information in the matrix barcode in the e-cheque and the fingerprint stored in the storage chip using device for matching the information in the matrix barcode and the fingerprint stored in the bank's database. Furthermore, the system authorizes or rejects the based on whether the cheque is valid or need another fingerprint for co-owner of the account or not. Moreover, the server processes the transaction associated with the cheque if the cheque is valid.
