Abstract
La presente propuesta muestra una forma novedosa para la optimización de una flota vehicular, considerando las necesidades de transporte de los clientes para sugerir un plan de transporte.
Description
OPTIMIZACIÓN DE FLOTAS VEHICULARES
CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención tiene su campo de aplicación preponderante en el ámbito del transporte de mercancías y personas, particularmente en aquellas actividades donde es necesario optimizar el uso de una flota vehicular.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
El transporte de productos y personas es una actividad económica importante. En ocasiones las empresas cuentan con una flota vehicular propia, pero si no es el caso entonces es necesario contratar a una compañía externa para el traslado de los objetos.
Para lograr una organización apropiada, las compañías de transporte necesitan considerar diferentes factores, como es el tamaño de la carga, la urgencia de la entrega, el destino, el costo y la distribución de la carga en el vehículo. El procedimiento que se propone a continuación implica la optimización de una flota vehicular, considerando los factores antes mencionados para sugerir un plan de transporte a los usuarios.
Existen diferentes invenciones que se relacionan con el tema de la presente propuesta, pero referidas a otros aspectos.
La invención WO 2001040082 A1 presenta un sistema para la manipulación de mercancías, con el fin de lograr una automatización completa agilizando las operaciones de manipulación de productos en fábricas y centros de distribución. La invención WO 2009082454 A1 , presenta una aplicación de computadora para optimizar el beneficio neto, la asignación de productos, vehículos y programación de rutas para productos a granel.
La invención US 6915268 B2 muestra un sistema logístico que gestiona los envíos de mercancías suministradas a partir de diferentes medios de transporte,
cubriendo la cadena de suministros. Presenta diferentes módulos: evaluación de compras para los respectivos envíos, adjudicación de contratos para los envíos a los transportistas, optimización de propuestas, programación de acuerdo a los contratos adjudicados, gestión de envíos y financiero para la autorización de pagos.
La invención US 7363234 B2, proporciona un método y un sistema para calcular el precio de un servicio de transporte ferroviario para el envío de mercancías, en base a una ruta y al número de vagones.
La invención US 6937992 B1 describe un sistema de maximización de la capacidad del vehículo para la optimización del envío de mercancía mediante la determinación de una o más cargas máximas de uno o más vehículos de transporte por medio de una combinación de hardware y software.
La invención US 20030135304 A1 proporciona un sistema para la gestión de activos de transporte. El sistema calcula una ruta de viaje basado en un modelo estocástico actualizable en tiempo real de una red de transporte. El sistema incluye una base de datos basada en la experiencia para almacenar datos de mapas dinámicos, recolectores de datos pasivos que actualizan periódicamente la base de datos y un procesador para calcular una ruta de viaje.
La invención WO 2002003221 A2 se refiere al transporte de mercancías, en particular se refiere a un sistema para la estimación del costo implicado. Se proporciona un sistema de procesamiento de datos para la estimación de los costos involucrados en el transporte de mercancías, incluyendo un módulo de comunicación con un usuario para obtener la ubicación de origen, la ubicación de destino y el tipo de mercancías.
La invención WO 2006086912 A1 da a conocer un sistema de consulta de ruta de transporte. El sistema incluye una búsqueda de rutas de transporte en una base de datos de información geográfica y una base de datos de información logística.
La invención US 7385529 B2 presenta un sistema dinámico predictivo que asigna envíos de las compañías de transporte. El sistema relaciona órdenes de transporte específicos a combinaciones específicas de conductor y tractor- remolque. Una rutina de búsqueda y especie produce como resultado registros
en función de la proximidad, el tipo de remolque, la combinación controlador- remolque, la región de servicio de transporte y las limitaciones para la recogida y fecha de entrega. Se cuenta con indicadores de precios o de rendimiento que son rangos pre-seleccionados con los datos históricos del envío de los transportistas.
La invención US 5832453 A muestra un sistema informático y un método para determinar un plan de viaje que minimiza los gastos, donde se tienen previstas compras de viajes de turismo para viajeros con diferentes enlaces. Cada eslabón de viaje comprende un origen y un destino turístico. El sistema comprende un dispositivo de entrada de datos para recibir información de viajes, en relación con los transportistas y los enlaces. A partir de la información, el sistema construye una función objetivo que representa un costo de viaje y un conjunto de restricciones que relativas a la función objetivo, las cuales se aplican para determinar una solución que minimiza los gastos de viaje.
La invención US 6622084 B2 proporciona un método para la planificación de una ruta de viaje, el cual incluye una base de datos de referencia de viaje. Cada dato de viaje representa un origen y un destino turístico, la obtención de una o más preferencias de viaje para un usuario, la construcción de uno o más planes de viaje, valores de penalización asociados a un conjunto de datos de viaje y la selección de uno o más planes de viaje candidato con el fin de minimizar la suma de los valores de penalización. La presente invención abarca hardware, software y firmware adecuado para llevar a cabo el método.
DECRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN
Breve descripción de las figuras:
La figura 1 muestra las opciones de transporte.
La figura 2 muestra ios factores a optimizar en una flota vehicular.
La figura 3 muestra el diagrama de flujo del proceso.
En la figura 1 se muestra que un cliente tiene una gama de opciones de transporte para satisfacer sus necesidades. Por lo que tiene que evaluar las características de dichas compañías para tomar una decisión.
En la figura 2 se presenta el esquema de los factores que son necesarios considerar para optimizar el uso de una flota vehicular. Dichos factores son el diseño de las rutas, el costo de mover el objeto y los horarios de entrada y salida de los vehículos.
En la figura 3 se muestra el proceso, se presenta una solicitud de transporte de mercancía con ciertas necesidades, de tal forma que es necesario optimizar las actividades de la flota vehicular.
Claims
1. Un método implementado dentro de un compañía de transportes, el cual permite la optimización de la flota vehicular caracterizado por:
• Registro de los tipos y condiciones de las unidades de una flota vehicular;
• Registro de solicitudes de servicio de usuarios;
• Registro de las necesidades del usuario;
• Registro de opciones de empresas de transporte;
• Diseño de una interfaz para simular el acomodo en un elemento de la flota vehicular;
• Determinación y sugerencia de un plan de transporte;
• Optimización del uso de la flota vehicular;
2. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1, donde una compañía de transporte cuenta con unidades de una flota vehicular para el traslado de personas u objetos;
3. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 2, donde es necesario registrar los tipos y condiciones de la flota vehicular para una adecuada distribución de las entregas que puede realizar cada unidad;
4. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1 , donde se realiza el registro de las solicitudes de transporte;
5. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1, donde se realiza el registro de las necesidades de transporte de los usuarios, las cuales se relacionan con la urgencia de transporte de los objetos o de las personas y del presupuesto disponible;
6. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 5, donde el tiempo de transporte depende de la disponibilidad de espacio y tiempo de salida de los transportes;
7. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1, donde existen diferentes compañías de transporte que ofrecen al cliente sus unidades de flota vehicular;
8. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 7, donde se realiza una subasta inversa para la prestación del servicio, con el fin de que el cliente decida la compañía que contratará;
9. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1 , donde es posible realizar una simulación del acomodo de los objetos en las unidades de la flota vehicular;
10. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 9, donde la simulación de acomodo permite planificar la distribución de entregas;
11. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1, donde la distribución de entregas permite ofrecer al cliente diferentes opciones de entregas;
12. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 11, donde las diferentes opciones de entrega permiten ofrecerle al cliente opciones de costo de transporte.
13. El sistema de concordancia con la reivindicación No. 1, donde el registro de condiciones, tipos, acomodo, tiempos y costos permite la optimización del uso de la flota vehicular.
