Description

空调室内机
本申请要求于2015年12月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510945621.1、发明名称为“空调室内机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种空调室内机。
背景技术
现有技术中,常规空调室内机多为壁挂机、柜机、座挂机、风管机等,空调室内机形状单一且出风方式固定,安装位置固定占据室内使用面积,导致空调室内机装饰性极差,难以融入室内装潢设计。而且,现有空调器的进风口或者出风口处一般采用格栅或者过滤网,空调在不工作时,异物和灰尘容易从进风口和出风口处进入到空调室内机内部。
发明内容
本发明实施例中提供一种空调室内机,以解决现有技术中空调室内机装饰性极差,难以融入室内装潢设计,容易进灰尘和异物的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空调室内机,空调室内机包括:室内机壳体,室内机壳体内具有由中心向四面延伸的风道,室内机壳体背离安装面一侧设置有风口;灯具,设置在室内机壳体上;防尘装置,可活动地设置在风口处,防尘装置具有封堵风口的第一位置,防尘装置还具有与风口之间形成可以过风的第二位置。
进一步地,风口为进风口,风道为出风通道,室内机壳体设置有朝向室内机壳体的四周出风的出风口,出风口与出风通道连通。
进一步地,防尘装置通过驱动机构在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。
进一步地,防尘装置具有过风结构,防尘装置位于第二位置时,过风结构与风口之间形成过风通道。
进一步地,过风结构包括防尘装置的周向侧面上的多个开槽,开槽沿防尘装置的移动方向延伸,多个开槽沿防尘装置的周向分布。
进一步地,过风结构还包括防尘装置中形成的过风腔,过风腔与多个开槽连通,过风腔的出口与风口连通。
进一步地,出风口位于室内机壳体的外轮廓之内。
进一步地,风道内还设置有导风机构,导风机构设置在出风口处。
进一步地,风口为出风口,风道为进风通道,室内机壳体设置有由室内机壳体的四周进风的进风口,进风口与进风通道连通。
进一步地,进风口位于室内机壳体的外周面上,进风口位于室内机壳体的外轮廓之内。
进一步地,防尘装置的外径由背离安装面的一端至朝向室内机壳体的一端逐渐减小。
进一步地,灯具设置在室内机壳体背离安装面的一侧,灯具为具有中空区域的环形灯;风口的位置与中空区域对应;防尘装置连接在室内机壳体或者灯具上。
进一步地,防尘装置朝向地面的一端设置有与灯具配合的灯。
进一步地,防尘装置为灯具的一部分。
进一步地,空调室内机还包括:换热器,设置在风道内;接水盘,设置在换热器的对应位置,使得换热器产生的冷凝水可以流入接水盘内。
进一步地,换热器呈筒状并沿室内机壳体周向方向延伸形成,接水盘呈环形。
进一步地,空调室内机还包括风机,风机设置在室内机壳体内的中部。
进一步地,室内机壳体的横截面呈矩形或者圆形。
本空调室内机与灯具结合,使空调室内机具有照明功能,提高了装饰性,而且,风道是由室内机壳体中心向四面延伸的,无论风道是进风通道还是出风通道,都可以由空调室内机向四周进行吹风或者由四面进风,改善了进风和吹风方向,空调室内机与灯具进行结合,这样空调室内机可采用吊顶、悬挂、暗装、壁挂等安装方式安装,不占据房间的使用面积,即可以安装在卧室也可以装在客厅,使空调室内机、灯具与室内装潢设计融合,达到了节省空间以及提 升装饰性的效果。而且,通过在灯具中空区域处设置防尘装置,防尘装置用来防止灰尘和异物进入到空调室内机的内部,无论风口是进风口还是出风口,均可以实现防护功能,在空调在工作时,防尘装置移动到第二位置,空调进行正常运转;在空调停止工作时,防尘装置移动到第一位置,封堵了进风口或者出风口,使灰尘和异物无法通过风口进入到空调室内机的内部。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
参见图1至图4所示,根据本发明的第一实施例,提供了一种空调室内机,空调室内机包括室内机壳体10、灯具20和防尘装置30,室内机壳体10内具有由中心向四面延伸的风道11,室内机壳体10背离安装面一侧设置有风口,灯具20设置在室内机壳体10上。防尘装置30可活动地设置在风口处,防尘装置30具有封堵风口的第一位置,防尘装置30还具有与风口之间形成可以过风的第二位置。
本空调室内机与灯具结合,使空调室内机具有照明功能,提高了装饰性,而且,风道是由室内机壳体中心向四面延伸的,无论风道是进风通道还是出风通道,都可以由空调室内机向四周进行吹风或者由四面进风,改善了进风和吹风方向,空调室内机与灯具进行结合,这样空调室内机可采用吊顶、悬挂、暗 装、壁挂等安装方式安装,不占据房间的使用面积,即可以安装在卧室也可以装在客厅,使空调室内机、灯具与室内装潢设计融合,达到了节省空间以及提升装饰性的效果。而且,通过在灯具中空区域处设置防尘装置,防尘装置用来防止灰尘和异物进入到空调室内机的内部,无论风口是进风口还是出风口,均可以实现防护功能,在空调在工作时,防尘装置移动到第二位置,空调进行正常运转,进风或者出风由防尘装置与风口之间过风;在空调停止工作时,防尘装置移动到第一位置,封堵了进风口或者出风口,使灰尘和异物无法通过风口进入到空调室内机的内部。
在本实施例中风口为进风口14,风道11为出风通道,室内机壳体10设置有朝向室内机壳体10的四周出风的出风口13,出风口13与出风通道连通。为了配合空调室内机可以正常工作,如图1所示,出风口为环形出风口,环形出风口的设置可以使室内机壳体10朝外的部分安装上灯具,以提高其装饰性,空调室内机在采用吊顶、悬挂、暗装、壁挂等安装方式时,环形出风口可以满足出风要求。一般情况下,室内机壳体10上设置出风口13的侧面与灯具20的安装面呈一定角度,出风口设置在室内机壳体背离安装面的一侧;例如:如果空调室内机是安装在竖直墙壁上时,灯具则是背向墙面设置的,环形出风口则是沿着墙面竖直吹风的。如果空调室内机是悬挂的安装在天花板上,灯具则是朝向地面设置的,环形出风口则是沿着水平方向吹风。
风的流向参见图1和图2,在图1中,防尘装置30位于第一位置,防尘装置封堵了进风口14,使灰尘和异物无法从进风口14进入到空调室内机的内部。在图2中,防尘装置30位于第二位置,风由进风口14进入,经过换热后,风从出风口13朝向室内机壳体10四周方向出风。
进一步优选地,为了提升防尘的效果,在本实施例的空调室内机中,防尘装置的结构进行了优化,结合图2至图4,防尘装置30具有过风结构,防尘装置30位于第二位置时,过风结构与风口之间形成过风通道。在除尘装置30自身设置有用于将风引入到进风口的过风结构,过风结构的形式具有多种,例如:过风结构可以为防尘装置自身设置的过风腔,在防尘装置30位于第二位置时,风从防尘装置30的一端经过过风腔后从防尘装置30的另一端进入到进风口。当然过风结构可以设置为多种形式,只要满足防尘装置位于第二位置时导通并形成过风通道,在防尘装置位于第一位置时关闭过风通道。
在本实施例中,空调室内机与灯具具有特殊的配合结构,具体地,在空调 室内机中,灯具20设置在室内机壳体10背离安装面的一侧,在本实施例中灯具是位于室内机壳体10朝向地面的一侧,灯具20为具有中空区域21的环形灯;风口的位置与中空区域21对应;防尘装置30连接在室内机壳体10或者灯具20上。防尘装置30在这种结构中,在第一位置和第二位置移动时,移动模式是升降的方式,在第一位置向第二位置移动时,防尘装置30下降;相反,在第二位置向第一位置移动时,防尘装置30为上升。
参见图3和图4,过风结构为防尘装置30的周向侧面上的多个开槽31,开槽31沿防尘装置30的移动方向延伸,在空调室内机处于吊装这种方式时,开槽31的方向是沿着上下方向延伸形成的,而且多个开槽31沿防尘装置30的周向分布,也可以是周向均匀分布。结合图2,在防尘装置30在位于第一位置时,开槽31整体均处于灯具20的中空区域内,开槽31无法进行导风;在防尘装置30位于第二位置时,也就是防尘装置30下降并露出开槽31的一部分,这时风可以从开槽31内通过,在本实施例中,防尘装置30是设置在进风口处的,所以风由开槽31进入,从防尘装置的一端进入到另一端,然后进入到空调室内机进行换热。这种开槽31作为过风结构,并且自身形成了可以导通的过风通道。同时开槽31的这种结构还可以阻拦灰尘和异物在空调运转时进入到空调室内机内部,并且收集灰尘和异物,以方便清理。
进一步优选地,过风结构还包括防尘装置30中形成的过风腔(图中未示出),过风腔与多个开槽31连通,过风腔的出口与风口连通。防尘装置设置了开槽和过风腔,其整体的形状为类似镂空的结构,过风腔的侧壁上设置有多个开槽31,过风腔用于作为风主要过流的通道,这样风是由过风腔的出口、过风腔以及开槽31这三个位置进行流通的,这种过风腔的结构是一种优选的结构。
防尘装置30的外径由背离安装面的一端至朝向室内机壳体10的一端逐渐减小。在图1和图2中,防尘装置30位于上方的外径较小,防尘装置30位于下方的外径较大,防尘装置30的整体呈圆柱体。在防尘装置30朝向地面的一端设置有与灯具20配合的灯。这样可以使空调室内机整体的装饰风格和灯具20完成统一,提高了空调室内机的装饰性。而且防尘装置30可以为灯具20的一部分,那么防尘装置30可以滑动地连接在灯具20上。
防尘装置30通过驱动机构在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。驱动机构采用齿轮齿条或其它形式驱动进行驱动,将防尘装置30作为可升降式的形式,比原有的格栅和过滤网结构更加防尘和美观。
出风口13位于室内机壳体10的外轮廓之内,风道11内还设置有导风机构12,导风机构12设置在出风口13处。出风口采用暗藏式的设计,这样提高了空调室内机的外观完整性和优美感,可以更好的与灯具融为一体。出风口13处设置有以下导风结构中的其中一种:孔板,格栅,导风板。在不同的实施例中,出风口13处分别使用了孔板、格栅和导风板,可以根据具体的装修需要,采用不同的结构。其中,导风板可以与红外人感结合,通过对控制导风板的开闭与角度,实现区域送风,提高舒适性。
空调室内机还包括换热器40和接水盘50,换热器40设置在风道11内,接水盘50设置在换热器的对应位置,使得换热器40产生的冷凝水可以流入接水盘内,而在本实施例中,接水盘50是位于换热器40的下方的。同时换热器也对应风道设置形状,并将接水盘直接设置在换热器下方如果空调室内机是吊顶或者悬挂,接水盘就是位于换热器的底部,通过改变换热部分的工作位置以及接水盘的位置,进而调整了空调室内机的内部结构,使空调室内机的体积可以得到最大程度地减小,有利于空调室内机与灯具进行结合
换热器40呈筒状并沿室内机壳体10周向方向延伸形成,接水盘50呈环形。采用与换热器形状适配的接水盘,可以使冷凝水排到室外,一般还需要在接水盘上安装水泵或者陶振扇,这种方便排出冷凝水的结构为普遍应用。
空调室内机还包括风机60,风机60设置在室内机壳体10内的中部。风机为以下类型中的其中一种:离心风机,轴流风机,贯流风机。上述类型的风机可以实现360度立体环绕式出风,达到淋浴式制冷或制热效果。室内机壳体10的横截面呈矩形或者圆形。
本发明还提供了空调室内机的另一个实施例,图中并未示出,本实施例的空调室内机的结构与上述空调室内机的结构基本相同,区别仅在于室内机壳体的进风口和出风口的设置位置,本实施例中进风口和出风口的位置与上述实施例的相反,空调室内机同样包括室内机壳体10、灯具20以及防尘装置30,该风口为出风口13,该风道11为进风通道,室内机壳体10设置有由室内机壳体10的四周进风的进风口14,进风口14与进风通道连通。进风口14位于室内机壳体10的外周面上,进风口14位于室内机壳体10的外轮廓之内。
也就是说,在本实施例中,进风和出风的方向相反进行,而防尘装置30是对出风口进行了封堵,本实施例的结构不仅可以实现上述实施例的技术效果,而且防尘装置的过风结构可以起到对出风导向的作用,将出风导向四面出 风,实现了立体出风的效果。
当然,以上是本发明的优选实施方式。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明基本原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机包括:
    室内机壳体(10),所述室内机壳体(10)内具有由中心向四面延伸的风道(11),所述室内机壳体(10)背离安装面一侧设置有风口;
    灯具(20),设置在所述室内机壳体(10)上;
    防尘装置(30),可活动地设置在风口处,所述防尘装置(30)具有封堵所述风口的第一位置,所述防尘装置(30)还具有与所述风口之间形成可以过风的第二位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风口为进风口(14),所述风道(11)为出风通道,所述室内机壳体(10)设置有朝向所述室内机壳体(10)的四周出风的出风口(13),所述出风口(13)与所述出风通道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述防尘装置(30)通过驱动机构在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述防尘装置(30)具有过风结构,所述防尘装置(30)位于第二位置时,所述过风结构与所述风口之间形成过风通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述过风结构包括所述防尘装置(30)的周向侧面上的多个开槽(31),所述开槽(31)沿所述防尘装置(30)的移动方向延伸,多个所述开槽(31)沿所述防尘装置(30)的周向分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述过风结构还包括所述防尘装置(30)中形成的过风腔,所述过风腔与所述多个开槽(31)连通,所述过风腔的出口与所述风口连通。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述出风口(13)位于所述室内机壳体(10)的外轮廓之内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风道(11)内还设置有导风机构(12),所述导风机构(12)设置在所述出风口(13)处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风口为出风口 (13),所述风道(11)为进风通道,所述室内机壳体(10)设置有由所述室内机壳体(10)的四周进风的进风口(14),所述进风口(14)与所述进风通道连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口(14)位于所述室内机壳体(10)的外周面上,所述进风口(14)位于所述室内机壳体(10)的外轮廓之内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述防尘装置(30)的外径由背离安装面的一端至朝向所述室内机壳体(10)的一端逐渐减小。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述灯具(20)设置在所述室内机壳体(10)背离安装面的一侧,所述灯具(20)为具有中空区域(21)的环形灯;所述风口的位置与所述中空区域(21)对应;所述防尘装置(30)连接在所述室内机壳体(10)或者所述灯具(20)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述防尘装置(30)朝向地面的一端设置有与所述灯具(20)配合的灯。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述防尘装置(30)为所述灯具(20)的一部分。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括:
    换热器(40),设置在所述风道(11)内;
    接水盘(50),设置在换热器的对应位置,使得所述换热器(40)产生的冷凝水可以流入接水盘内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述换热器(40)呈筒状并沿所述室内机壳体(10)周向方向延伸形成,所述接水盘(50)呈环形。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括风机(60),所述风机(60)设置在所述室内机壳体(10)内的中部。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机壳体(10)的横截面呈矩形或者圆形。
