本发明一种吸顶式负离子新风机,包括壳体,壳体内固定连接全热交换器,壳体相对侧面分别设有一对室内风进口和新风出口,壳体上部设有与全热交换器连接的室内风出口和新风进口,室内风进口和新风出口也分别与全热交换器连通;新风出口处设有第一过滤网,室内风进口处设有第二过滤网;新风出口还设有负离子发生器;壳体外侧还设有控制装置,控制装置分别电连接并控制全热交换器和负离子发生器。该发明具有设计合理、净化效率高、占用空间小、安装方便的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及新风机技术领域,具体是一种吸顶式负离子新风机。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,空气的污染越来越严重,人们对于室内空气质量更加重视。甲醛是室内装修时产生的污染物,会对人体健康造成损害,人吸入过量的甲醛会造成过敏、头晕等症状,严重的还会造成死亡。儿童免疫力低,装修污染对儿童的危害更大,因此,更需要一种室内通风设备。
负离子能够改善空气品质,清除甲醛、清新空气、消除异味,另一方面,负氧离子可以抗氧化、从而提高人体免疫力和自愈力,有利于人体健康。
室内空气质量的改善,一种是采用室内空气净化器,利用室内空气的循环,对室内空气进行过滤等净化处理,室内空气净化器对室内空气的成分无改变。
另一种是通过室内外空气交换的方法,强制将室内空气部分地更换到室外,室外空气经净化排进室内,从而改变室内空气的成分。
如何提供一种既能有效净化室内空气,又能安装方便,节约空间,美观大方的通风设备呢。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计合理、净化效率高、占用空间小、安装方便的吸顶式负离子新风机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种吸顶式负离子新风机, 包括壳体,壳体内固定连接全热交换器,壳体相对侧面分别设有一对室内风进口和新风出口,壳体上部设有与全热交换器连接的室内风出口和新风进口,室内风进口和新风出口也分别与全热交换器连通;新风出口处设有第一过滤网,室内风进口处设有第二过滤网;新风出口还设有负离子发生器;壳体外侧还设有控制装置,控制装置分别电连接并控制所述全热交换器和负离子发生器。
上述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其中,所述第一过滤网为初效过滤网、高效过滤网和活性炭过滤网。
上述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其中,所述第二过滤网为初效过滤网。
上述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其中,所述新风进口处设有防虫网。
上述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其中,所述壳体下部固定连接LED灯板。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:如图1~4所示,本发明一种吸顶式负离子新风机,包括壳体1,壳体1内固定连接全热交换器2,壳体1相对侧面分别设有一对室内风进口3和新风出口4,壳体1上部设有与全热交换器2连接的室内风出口5和新风进口6,室内风进口3和新风出口4也分别与全热交换器2连通;新风出口4处设有第一过滤网9,室内风进口3处设有第二过滤网10;新风出口4还设有负离子发生器11;控制装置12分别电连接并控制所述全热交换器2和负离子发生器11。
第一过滤网9优选初效过滤网、高效过滤网和活性炭过滤网。第二过滤网10优选初效过滤网。
初效过滤网为初级过滤,主要用于过滤 5μm 以上尘埃粒子。高效过滤网主要用于0.5um以下的颗粒灰尘及各种悬浮物。活性炭过滤网具有活性炭高效的吸附性能,可去除挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯和空气中的污染物。
新风进口6处设有防虫网(图中未画出),防止蚊虫进入新风机造成安全事故。
壳体1下部固定连接LED灯板7,LED灯板7外侧设有LED灯8,LED灯与控制装置13电连接。
全热交换器2下方设有深紫外LED灯12,深紫外LED灯12与所述控制装置13电连接。
深紫外LED灯是一种波长比较短的紫外线,波长280纳米左右,杀灭细菌和病毒的效率比较高。
通过在全热交换器2下方的出风口处设置深紫外LED灯,可以对外界送入的空气进行有效杀菌,保证清洁、卫生的新风进入室内。
全热交换器2主要由热交换系统、动力系统、过滤系统、控制系统、降噪系统及箱体组成。全热交换器是一种高效节能装置,是利用室内、外空气的温差和湿差,通过能量回收机芯良好的换能特性,在双向置换通风的同时,产生能量交换,从而大大节约了新风预处理的能耗,达到节能换气的目的。
全热交换器2采用了叉流、静止板式热交换器。即冷热气体的运动方向相互垂直,其气流属于湍流边界层内的对流换热性质。
如图2所示,新风从室外新风进口6进入,通过全热交换器2的过滤、热交换和动力系统经新风通道从新风出口4排出,进入室内。
如图3所示,室内空气经室内风进口3进入室内风通道,经全热交换器2的过滤、热交换和动力系统经室内风出口5排出到室外。
工作时,负离子发生器11会产生大量负离子,经新风出口4吹出,能有效杀灭空气中细菌,去除空气中粉尘、烟雾和异味;负离子还可以吸附甲醛、苯等有害气体,并被臭氧分解氧化,使甲醛变成水,将空气净化。
安装时,将壳体1上部的室内风出口5和新风进口6隐藏在室内顶部的装饰板内,采用吸顶式安装,使新风机、LED照明灯和深紫外LED杀菌灯有机结合在一起,起到了既美观又实用的效果,通风、照明、杀菌为一体,既节能环保,又能美化家居,更好地美化了我们的生活。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,包括壳体,壳体内固定连接全热交换器,壳体相对两侧面分别设有一对室内风进口和新风出口,壳体上部设有与全热交换器连接的室内风出口和新风进口,所述室内风进口和新风出口也分别与全热交换器连通;所述新风出口处设有第一过滤网,所述室内风进口处设有第二过滤网;新风出口还设有负离子发生器;所述壳体外侧还设有控制装置,所述控制装置分别电连接并控制所述全热交换器和负离子发生器。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤网为初效过滤网、高效过滤网和活性炭过滤网。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,所述第二过滤网为初效过滤网。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,所述新风进口处设有防虫网。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,所述壳体下部固定连接LED灯板。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸顶式负离子新风机,其特征在于,所述LED灯板外侧设有LED灯。
