本申请要求2015年12月17日递交的申请号为201510955350.8、发明名称为“一种域名查询方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及数据查询领域,特别是涉及一种域名查询方法和装置。
域名注册局属于世界顶级域名的运营与管理机构,基本上每个顶级域名例如“.com”或“.cn”都有独立的域名注册局进行管理。域名注册商属于一种商业实体或组织,它们可以由互联网名称与数字地址分配机构(The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers,ICANN)或者一个国家性顶级域名的域名注册局委派,可以在指定的域名注册数据库中管理互联网域名,并向用户提供此类服务。
域名注册具有对应的有效时间。在一个域名注册的有效时间即将达到,但注册商尚未向注册局申请延长这个域名注册的有效时间时,注册局会对这个域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长,将这个域名注册的有效时间增加一段临时时间,相当于将这个域名注册的有效时间暂时的延长。但增加的这段临时时间并不是对有效时间的真实延长,可能之后会在管理这个域名的注册商的决定下,被该注册局取消延长。延长的临时时间被取消会导致在取消时,这个域名注册的有效时间实际上已经过期。
目前域名的查询系统中,获取的相关查询信息基本上都是由各个注册局所提供,相关查询信息中包括域名注册的有效时间。而对于注册局来说,一个域名注册的有效时间若如上述情况被暂时增加,在注册商决定之前,注册局会将暂时增加后的临时时间认定为这个域名注册的实际有效时间,并会在接收到针对这个域名的查询请求时,将暂时增加后的临时时间作为查询结果返回查询方。
也就是说,当查询的域名属于上述的有效时间即将达到,但注册商尚未向注册局申请延长这个域名注册的有效时间的情况时,从该域名对应的注册局所返回的查询结果中,该域名注册的有效时间实际上是延长了临时时间的有效时间。可是,有可能该域名的注册商实际上并不想延长该域名注册的有效时间,也就是说,实际上该域名注册的有效时间已经过期了。但是,查询结果上所展示的,该域名注册的有效时间是未过期的。可见,通过查询得到的域名注册的有效时间实际上并不准确,不能反映被查询域名的注册有效
时间的实际真实状态。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种域名查询方法和装置,在查询结果中有效区分有效时间的可信性,提高了域名查询的有效性。
本发明实施例公开了如下技术方案:
一种域名查询方法,所述方法包括:
接收针对目标域名的查询请求;
向所述目标域名对应的注册局查询所述目标域名,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间;
根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长后,所述注册局提供的用于决定所述临时时间是否确定延长的时间区间;
判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到;
若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信;
若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间可信。
可选的,所述根据所述第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,包括:

接收单元,用于接收针对目标域名注册的查询请求;
获取单元,用于向所述目标域名注册对应的注册局查询所述目标域名注册,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间;
确定单元,用于根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册进行自动延长后,所述注册局用于接收延长确定消息的时间区间,所述延长确定消息用于确定延长所述临时时间;
判断单元,用于判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到;若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第一处理单元,若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第二处理单元;
所述第一处理单元,用于在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信;

由上述技术方案可以看出,在向目标域名的注册局查询所述目标域名时,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,通过综合考虑从所述注册局获取的第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,在返回针对所述目标域名的查询结果时,根据所述目标域名注册的剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,在所述查询结果中携带不同的标识,以标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间是否可信,根据第一标识和第二标识的标识,可以在所述查询结果中区分出准确的、能够反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,以及区分出可能不能准确反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,明确了域名注册有效时间的可信性,提高了域名查询的有效性。

域名租用/注册具有对应的有效时间,有效时间可以是租用/注册者(可以是用户、企业等)对该域名的租用/注册时间或者说租用/注册期限。当一个域名的租用/租用时间即将到期时,租用/注册者若想继续租用/注册这个域名,可以向负责管理这个域名的注册商提出延长对这个域名的租用/注册时间,租用/注册者若不想继续租用这个域名,也可以向注册商提出不再继续租用/注册这个域名。注册商可以根据租用/注册者的需求决定是否继续向注册局租用/注册这个域名。
对于注册局来说,这个域名归注册商进行管理,若这个域名的租期即将到期,但还没有收到注册商提出对这个域名续租时,为了防止注册商遗漏处理或者忘记处理等不可控原因,注册局可以自动延长这个域名的租用时间,并从注册商处划走针对这次自动延长的域名租用费用。但是,这只是一种临时的延长租期,期间,若注册商向注册局提出不再续租这个域名,或者依然不向注册局提出续租这个域名。注册局会在一段时间后将这个域名的租用时间恢复为未自动延长之前的租用时间,并将从注册商处划走的费用退回。在恢复租用时间后,这个域名的租用时间实际上已经超出,属于已到期,那么这个域名将处于任何人可租用的状态,可以由其他租用者对这个域名继续租用。
对于目前的域名查询系统,由于一般来说,注册商并不会向外部提供数据查询接口,故域名查询系统基本上从注册局获取需要查询的数据,例如域名的租用时间。通过查询,查询方可以了解被查询域名是否可以被租用,或者已经被租用的情况下,什么时候租期到期等。
上面提到,域名是否继续租用一般注册商会最先从租用者处获知,然后才会由注册商通知注册局续租决定(继续租用)或者终止决定(不再延长租期),由于注册商管理
的域名数量非常多,故经常不能及时的将租用者的决定通知注册局。例如,一个域名的原租用者不再续租,当原租用者对这个域名的租用时间到期时,注册局会对这个域名的租用时间进行延期,例如延期一年。注册商有可能在注册局延期后一个月才通知注册局这个域名不再续租的终止决定。在注册局开始延期到注册商通知注册局终止决定的这一个月中,若这个域名被查询,查询结果中显示这个域名的租用时间是注册局延长后的时间,也就是说,仍然还有近十二个月的时间才到期。但是,实际上这个域名的租期已经到期。
也就是说,通过查询得到的域名的有效时间实际上并不准确,会出现实际上域名的有效时间已经过期了,但是在查询结果上所展示的有效时间是未过期的情况。导致了查询结果中域名租用的有效时间不能反映被查询域名的真实租用状态,这种没有可信性查询数据起不到为查询者提供查询依据的作用,降低了用户体验。
发明人发现,注册局在自动延长即将过期域名的租用时间的同时,还会提供一个较短的时间窗,相当于一个宽限的期限(也可以称为域名续费期),用来让域名的租用者决定是否需要继续租用域名,这个宽限的期限相对于自动延长的临时时间要短,这个宽限的期限一般从域名注册的有效时间到期时开始计算,例如宽限期限为一个月,域名注册的有效时间到1月1日到期,从1月1日域名注册的到期时间开始进入这个宽限期限,一个月后,例如2月1日,这个宽限期限结束。续租决定或终止决定可以由与租用者联系的注册商提供给注册局,或者也可以由租用者提供给注册局,若注册局在这个宽限的期限内没有收到针对域名的续租决定,注册局才会确定取消对域名自动延长的临时时间。也就是说,在针对一个域名的宽限期限内,租用者或注册者可以有权利随时决定是否继续租用或继续注册这个域名,这个域名注册的有效时间可以被随时改变。
针对这个宽限期限,发明人通过大量实验发现,在域名查询中,导致域名注册的到期时间(也就是文中的有效时间)不可信、难以具有参考价值的主要原因就是上述这个宽限期限,若查询的域名的时间状态正好处于这个宽限期限中,就无法确定查询结果中,被查询域名的到期时间是否真实有效。但是,一旦被查询域名的时间状态离开了这个宽限期限,那么查询结果中,被查询域名的到期时间基本上就能够准确的反映该被查询域名的实际到期时间了。
根据发明人的发现,本发明实施例提供了一种域名查询方法和装置,在向目标域名的注册局查询所述目标域名时,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,通过综合考虑从所述注册局获取的第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,在返
回针对所述目标域名的查询结果时,根据所述目标域名注册的剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,在所述查询结果中携带不同的标识,以标识所述目标域名的有效时间是否可信,根据第一标识和第二标识的标识,可以在所述查询结果中区分出准确的、能够反映域名真实状态的有效时间,以及区分出可能不能准确反映域名真实状态的有效时间,明确了域名注册有效时间的可信性,提高了域名查询的有效性。
本发明实施例提供的域名查询方法,主要改进了域名搜索引擎的处理逻辑。也就是说,本发明的执行主体可以是域名搜索引擎,可以部署在服务器端、具有联网功能的本地计算机或者移动终端等。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种域名查询方法的方法流程图,所述方法包括:
S101:接收针对目标域名的查询请求。
举例说明,这个查询请求可以由查询方在查询引擎所提供的查询界面上发起。查询方可以是个人、企业等。
S102:向所述目标域名对应的注册局查询所述目标域名,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间。
举例说明,通过分析所述目标域名的后缀,例如可以是“.com”、“.cn”等,从而明确负责管理所述目标域名的注册局。
S103:根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长后,所述注册局提供的用于决定所述临时时间是否确定延长的时间区间。
举例说明,所述第一延缓时间和临时时间可以是预先从所述注册局获取的,也可以是通过步骤S102获得,也就是说,一些情况下,在向所述注册局获取所述目标域名的查询数据的过程中,除了向所述注册局请求获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,还可以向所述注册局请求获取所述第一延缓时间和临时时间。
所述第一延缓时间可以是所述注册局为确定域名延期所提供的上述宽限时间。所述第一延缓时间和临时时间由所述注册局所设置,每个注册局所设置的第一延缓时间和临时时间可能有所不同,所述第一延缓时间的起始时间点可以为一个域名注册的有效时间到期时。例如,管理“.com”的注册局所设置的第一延缓时间是45天,也就是说,在“.com”域名注册有效时间过期后45天之内都可以确定是否继续租用域名。为“.com”域名进行自动延长的临时时间为一年。管理“.uk”的注册局所设置的第一延缓时间是29天,也
就是说,在“.uk”域名注册有效时间过期后29天之内都可以确定是否继续租用域名。为“.uk”域名进行自动延长的临时时间为一年。在针对一个域名的第一延缓时间内,若这个域名的租用者或注册者希望继续租用这个域名,可以向所述注册局发送确定消息,以确定接收所述注册局对这个域名的有效时间所临时延长的临时时间。若这个域名的租用者或注册者不希望继续租用这个域名,可以向所述注册局发送用于确定不继续租用的消息,或者不向所述注册局发送任何消息,从而所述注册局可以在接收到用于确定不继续租用的消息时,或者所述第一延缓时间结束后,取消对这个域名注册的有效时间所延长的临时时间。
通过所述第一延缓时间和临时时间,可以确定出一个不可信时间范围,通过所述不可信时间范围来识别查询到的域名注册的有效时间是否可信。
所述剩余时间可以理解为相对于接收到所述查询请求的查询时间,所述目标域名注册的有效时间的剩余时间。
可选的,本发明实施例提供了一种根据第一延缓时间和临时时间确定不可信时间范围的方式,所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值。
以所述第一延缓时间为45天,所述临时时间为365天(一年)为例,那么所述不可信时间范围的上限值为365天,下限值为365-45=320天。
S104:判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到。若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,执行S105,若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,执行S106。
S105:在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信。
S106:在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间可信。这里所述的剩余时间可以是接收到所述查询请求的时间到所述目标域名注册的有效时间之间的时间。举例说明,若接收针对域名a的查询请求的时间为2015年12月9日,通过查询得到域名a的有效时间为2016年12月1日,那么对应域名a的剩余时间可以为2015年12月9日到2016年12月1日之间的时间,具体为357天。若接收针对域名b的查询请求的时间为2015年12月9日,通过查询得到域名b的有效时间为2016年10月9日,那么对应域名b的剩余时间可以为2015年12月9日到2016年10月9日之间的时间,具体为304天。
在所述目标域名的时间状态处于所述第一延缓时间的时间区间中时,所述目标域名的租用者或注册者可以随时确定是否继续租用所述目标域名或者不再租用所述目标域名,也就是说,在所述目标域名的处于所述第一延缓时间的时间区间中时,所述目标域名注册的有效时间可以随时被改变(例如自动延长的临时时间被取消的情况)。所以,若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,通过查询得到的所述目标域名注册的有效时间显然是无法确定是否是真实的有效时间,也就是不可信的。若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,可以理解为所述目标域名的时间状态尚未进入所述第一延缓时间的时间区间中,或者已经离开了所述第一延缓时间的时间区间,这种情况下,所述目标域名注册的有效时间没有被所述注册局自动延长,故不存在有效时间被缩短(临时时间被取消的情况)的可能,通过查询得到的所述目标域名注册的有效时间能够确定是真实的有效时间,也就是可信的。
若所述不可信时间区间具体为320天到365天,那么对应域名a的剩余时间落入了所述不可信时间区间,对应域名b的剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间区间。
对于域名a的查询请求,可以确定在返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,通过所述第一标识向查询方标识,查询结果中域名a的有效时间不可信,不具有作为参考的依据。
对于域名b的查询请求,可以确定在返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,通过所述第二标识向查询方标识,查询结果中域名b的有效时间可信,具有作为参考的依据。
可见,在向目标域名的注册局查询所述目标域名时,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,通过综合考虑从所述注册局获取的第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,在返回针对所述目标域名的查询结果时,根据所述目标域名的剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,在所述查询结果中携带不同的标识,以标识所述目标域名的有效时间是否可信,根据第一标识和第二标识的标识,可以在所述查询结果中区分出准确的、能够反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,以及区分出可能不能准确反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,明确了域名注册有效时间的可信性,提高了域名查询的有效性。
发明人还发现,有部分注册局除了会在自动延期时提供一个宽限期限(也就是第一延缓时间),还会在这个宽限期限到期后,还会再提供一个赎回期限,在这个赎回期限内,注册局允许一个已经超出宽限期限的域名的原租用者(可以是用户、企业或者注册商等)赎回这个域名,从而重新得到租用这个域名的权利,在所述赎回期限内,被通过自动延期所增加的临时时间尚不会被取消,所述赎回期限的起始时间点可以为所述宽限
期限的结束时间点。
发明人通过大量实验发现,赎回期限也会成为导致域名的到期时间不可信、难以具有参考价值的原因之一。也就是说,若注册局提供了赎回期限,那么一个域名在赎回期间内,有可能被原租用者赎回,也有可能不被赎回,由此造成了不确定性。若查询的域名的时间状态正好处于这个赎回期限中,就无法确定查询结果中,被查询域名的到期时间是否真实有效。但是,一旦被查询域名的时间状态离开了这个赎回期限,那么查询结果中,被查询域名的到期时间基本上就能够准确的反映该被查询域名的实际到期时间了。
在图1所对应实施例的基础上,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种域名查询方法的方法流程图,所述方法包括:
S201:接收针对目标域名的查询请求。
S202:向所述目标域名对应的注册局查询所述目标域名,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间。
S202a:获取所述注册局的第二延缓时间,所述第二延缓时间为所述注册局在所述第一延缓时间内未收到所述延长确定消息时,所述注册局提供的延缓取消所述临时时间的时间区间。
举例说明,所述第二延缓时间可以是预先从所述注册局获取的,也可以是通过S202获得,也就是说,在向所述注册局获取所述目标域名的查询数据的过程中,除了向所述注册局请求获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,还可以向所述注册局请求获取所述第二延缓时间。
所述第二延缓时间可以为上述的由注册局提供的赎回期限,所述第二延缓时间的起始时间点可以为所述第一延缓时间的结束时间点。所述第二延缓时间由所述注册局所设置,每个注册局所设置的第二延缓时间可能有所不同。例如,管理“.com”的注册局所设置的第二延缓时间是30天,也就是说,在“.com”域名在第一延缓时间到期后30天之内都可以确定是否赎回域名。管理“.hk”的注册局所设置的第二延缓时间是60天,也就是说,在“.hk”域名在第一延缓时间到期后60天之内都可以确定是否赎回域名。需要注意的是,并不是所有注册局都提供所述第二延缓时间(或者说赎回期限)。在所述第二延缓时间内,所述注册局将延缓取消所延长的临时时间。
在所述目标域名的时间状态处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间中时,所述目标域名的租用者或注册者可以随时确定是否赎回所述目标域名或者不再赎回所述目标域名,也就是说,在所述目标域名的处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间中时,所述目标域名注册
的有效时间可以随时被改变(例如自动延长的临时时间被取消的情况)。
S203:根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和所述注册局对域名进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围。
举例说明,当获取到第二延缓时间时,通过所述第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间,可以确定出一个不可信时间范围,通过所述不可信时间范围来识别查询到的域名注册有效时间是否可信。
可选的,本发明实施例提供了一种根据第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间确定不可信时间范围的方式,所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值。
以所述第一延缓时间为45天,第二延缓时间为30天,所述临时时间为365天(一年)为例,那么所述不可信时间范围的上限值为365天,下限值为365-45-30=290天。
需要注意的是,本发明实施例还提供了一种额外的第三标识,用于标识所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间。
可选的,所述不可信时间范围还包括延缓子范围,所述延缓子范围的上限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值,所述延缓子范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值。
也就是说,在所述不可信时间范围内还划分出一个子时间范围:延缓子范围,若所述目标域名的剩余时间在落入所述不可信时间范围内,且还落入所述延缓子范围内,可以确定所述目标域名目前正处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间内(或者说处于赎回期限内)。
以所述第一延缓时间为45天,第二延缓时间为30天,所述临时时间为365天为例,那么所述延缓子范围的上限值为365-45=320天,下限值为365-45-30=290天。
S204:判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到。若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,执行S205,若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,执行S206,若所述剩余时间落入所述延缓子范围,不执行S205,执行S207。
S205:在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识。
S206:在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识。
S207:在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识和第三标识,所述第三标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间。
需要注意的是,这里需要明确触发执行S205和S207条件的区别。所述剩余时间落入所述延缓子范围实际上也落入了所述不可信时间范围。故为了区分,可以理解为在所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,但未落入所述延缓子区间时,执行S205。
若执行S207,查询方在获取查询结果时,通过所述第一标识的标识作用,识别出所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信,并通过所述第三标识的标识作用,识别出所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间(正处于赎回期限内)。
由此在不可信的标识基础上,通过第三标识进一步明确所述目标域名处于不可信时间区间的哪一个阶段,给出了更详细的有效内容,提高了用户体验。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种域名查询装置的装置结构图,所述装置包括:
接收单元301,用于接收针对目标域名的查询请求。
获取单元302,用于向所述目标域名对应的注册局查询所述目标域名,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间。
确定单元303,用于根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长后,所述注册局提供的用于决定所述临时时间是否确定延长的时间区间。
判断单元304,用于判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到;若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第一处理单元305,若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第二处理单元306。
所述第一处理单元305,用于在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信。
所述第二处理单元306,用于在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间可信。
可选的,
所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值。
可选的,
所述获取单元还用于获取所述注册局的第二延缓时间,所述第二延缓时间为所述注册局在所述第一延缓时间内未收到所述延长确定消息时,所述注册局提供的延缓取消所
述临时时间的时间区间;
所述确定单元具体用于根据所述第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围。
可选的,
所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值。
可选的,所述不可信时间范围还包括延缓子范围,所述延缓子范围的上限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值,所述延缓子范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值,若所述剩余时间落入所述延缓子范围,所述判断单元触发所述第一处理单元,
所述第一处理单元在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识以外,还用于在所述查询结果中携带第三标识,所述第三标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间。
可见,在向目标域名的注册局查询所述目标域名时,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间,通过综合考虑从所述注册局获取的第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,在返回针对所述目标域名的查询结果时,根据所述目标域名注册的剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,在所述查询结果中携带不同的标识,以标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间是否可信,根据第一标识和第二标识的标识,可以在所述查询结果中区分出准确的、能够反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,以及区分出可能不能准确反映域名注册真实状态的有效时间,明确了域名注册有效时间的可信性,提高了域名查询的有效性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质可以是下述介质中的至少一种:只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM)、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于设备及系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的设备及系统实施例仅仅是
示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种域名查询方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收针对目标域名的查询请求;向所述目标域名对应的注册局查询所述目标域名,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间;根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册的有效时间进行自动延长后,所述注册局提供的用于决定所述临时时间是否确定延长的时间区间;判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到;若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信;若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间可信。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,包括:所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取所述注册局的第二延缓时间,所述第二延缓时间为所述注册局在所述第一延缓时间内未收到所述延长确定消息时,所述注册局提供的用于延缓取消所述临时时间的时间区间;所述根据所述延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,包括:根据所述第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,包括:所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所 述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述不可信时间范围还包括延缓子范围,所述延缓子范围的上限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值,所述延缓子范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值,所述判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,还包括:若所述剩余时间落入所述延缓子范围,在所述查询结果中还可以携带第三标识,所述第三标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间。
- 一种域名注册查询装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:接收单元,用于接收针对目标域名注册的查询请求;获取单元,用于向所述目标域名注册对应的注册局查询所述目标域名注册,从所述注册局获取所述目标域名注册的有效时间;确定单元,用于根据所述注册局的第一延缓时间和所述注册局对域名注册的进行自动延长时所延长的临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围,所述第一延缓时间为对域名注册进行自动延长后,所述注册局用于接收延长确定消息的时间区间,所述延长确定消息用于确定延长所述临时时间;判断单元,用于判断剩余时间是否落入所述不可信时间范围,所述剩余时间通过所述目标域名注册的有效时间和接收到所述查询请求的时间得到;若所述剩余时间落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第一处理单元,若所述剩余时间未落入所述不可信时间范围,触发第二处理单元;所述第一处理单元,用于在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识,所述第一标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间不可信;所述第二处理单元,用于在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第二标识,所述第二标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名注册的有效时间可信。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元还用于获取所述注册局的第二延缓时间,所述第二延缓时间为所述注册局在所述第一延缓时间内未收到所述延长确定消息时,所述注册局提供的延缓取消所 述临时时间的时间区间;所述确定单元具体用于根据所述第一延缓时间、第二延缓时间和临时时间,确定出不可信时间范围。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述不可信时间范围的上限值为所述临时时间,所述不可信时间范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述不可信时间范围还包括延缓子范围,所述延缓子范围的上限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间的差值,所述延缓子范围的下限值为所述临时时间减去所述第一延缓时间和所述第二延缓时间的差值,若所述剩余时间落入所述延缓子范围,所述判断单元触发所述第一处理单元,所述第一处理单元在针对所述查询请求返回的查询结果中携带第一标识以外,还用于在所述查询结果中携带第三标识,所述第三标识用于在所述查询结果中标识所述目标域名处于所述第二延缓时间的时间区间。
