Description

具体而言,导风板100可枢转地设在空调器2的出风口22处,导风板100上设有至少一个安装口110。多个散风组件200中的至少一个为球体散风件230,球体散风件230可转动地安装在安装口110上且球体散风件230上设有散风出口231。如图37-图39所示,球体散风件230可以在安装口110所限定的空间内转动,散风出口231可以朝向导风板100的外侧(如图39所示的外侧)任意方向导风,由此风可以朝向导风板100外侧的任意方向流动。另外,用户可以利用手动或电动的方式控制散风出口231的朝向,从而用户可以根据需求调整散风出口231的出风方向。

如图1-图42所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,空调器2可以包括:壳体21、导风板100以及至少一组散风组件200。具体而言,壳体21上具有出风口22,当空调器2需要对其所在的环境进行制冷、制热或者换气时,风可以从出风口22流出。导风板100可枢转地设在出风口22处,导风板100上设有至少一个安装口110,散风组件200设在安装口110上以适于将从出风口22吹出的风扩散流动。可以理解的是,风经过散风组件200后改变原来的流动方向可以朝向不同的方向流动。
需要说明的是,导风板100可以根据需求改变状态,例如,当空调器2处于停止运行的状态时,导风板100可以遮挡出风口22;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100打开出风口22时,风可以直接从出风口22吹出;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100关闭出风口22时,风可以经过散风组件200吹出。经由散风组件200吹出的风呈扩散的方式流动,从而可以改变的风的流动方向,使风朝向不同方向流动,缩短送风距离,避免风直接吹送到人体上,进而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。

根据本发明的一个实施例,如图2、图7、图11以及图15所示,散风组件200包括:散风主体201。其中,散风主体201可转动或可滑动地设在安装口110上。由此,便于实现经由散风组件200的风以扩散的方式流动,从而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。需要说明的是,可以利用转动或滑动的方式提高散风组件200对风的扩散效果,从而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。
根据本发明的一个示例,散风组件200还可以包括:枢转轴203。其中,枢转轴203设在连接支架120上,散风主体201可枢转地套设在枢转轴203上。由此即可将散风组件200可枢转地设在安装口110处。由此,可以简化散风组件200的结构,降低生产成本。
例如,如图5所示,枢转轴203的一端设有螺纹,连接支架120上设有供枢转轴203的一端穿过的安装孔121,在装配时,枢转轴203的一端与安装孔121螺纹配合,枢转轴203的一端依次穿过枢转孔202、安装孔121后伸出至安装孔121的外部,且枢转轴203上靠近其端部的部分螺纹位于安装孔121外,然后利用螺纹紧固件207将枢转轴203固定在连接支架120上。在如图2、图6以及图15所示的示例中,螺纹紧固件207呈帽状罩设在枢转轴203的一端;在如图11所示的示例中,螺纹紧固件207呈环状套设在枢转轴203的一端,即枢转轴203的一端穿过螺纹紧固件207,枢转轴203的外周壁与螺纹紧固件207的内环内周壁通过螺纹连接。
如图2、图7、图11以及图15所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,散风组件200还可以包括轴承204,轴承204的内圈205与枢转轴203紧密配合,轴承204的外圈206与散风主体201紧密配合。由此可以降低散风主体201与枢转轴203之间的摩擦,同时也便于将散风主体201可转动地设在安装口110上。
例如,如图2、图7、图11以及图15所示,散风主体201上设有供枢转轴203穿过的枢转孔202,轴承204设在枢转孔202内,且轴承204的内圈205与枢转轴203紧密配合,轴承204的外圈206与枢转孔202的内周壁配合,由此当散风组件200转动时,可以有效地减少散风主体201与枢转轴203之间的摩擦阻力,提高散风主体201的转动的灵活性,从而有效地降低了散风主体201与枢转轴203之间的磨损,进而可以有效地延长散风组件200的使用寿命。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图25所示,多个散风主体201中的至少一个为风轮210。由此便于实现散风组件200对风的扩散效果,进而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。进一步地,风轮210上设有供枢转轴203穿过的枢转孔202,且风轮210可以包括多个叶片211,多个叶片211沿枢转孔202的周向方向间隔分布。由此当风经过散风组件200时,在叶片211的作用下可以使风扩散流动,即可以改变风的流动方向,使风吹向不同的方向,例如在导风板100前侧风沿着图2、图7、图11以及图15中箭头b所示的方向呈锥状向外扩散。
需要说明的是,风轮210的叶片211的数量,可以根据具体情况而定,增加叶片211的数量可以有利于提高风轮210的散风效果,缩短送风距离;减少叶片211的数量可以有利于增大出风量,提升导风板组件1的使用性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,叶片211个数可以为3-24片,由此可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。经试验验证,当叶片211个数为8片、12片或15片时,散风组件200的散风效果更好,空调器2的无风感效果更佳。例如,在如图1所示的示例中,风轮210的叶片211数为15片;再如,在如图6所示的示例中,风轮210的叶片211数为12片;又如,在如图10所示的示例中,风轮210的叶片211数为8片。
进一步地,叶片211所在平面与出风口22的出风方向的夹角为10°-80°。由此,可以缩短送风距离,进一步提高散风组件200的散风效果和空调器2的无风感效果。需要说明的是,叶片211与出风口22的出风方向的夹角较大时,可以有利于使风以扩散的方式流动,提高导风板组件1的无风感效果;叶片211与出风口22的出风方向的夹角较小时,有利于增大散风组件200的出风量,从而可以提升空调器2的性能。经试验验证,当叶片211所在平面与出风口22的出风方向的夹角为20°或60°时,散风组件200的散风效果、空调器2的无风感效果更佳。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图3、图4所示,风轮210还可以包括:导风圈212,导风圈212连接至少两片相邻的叶片211的自由端。由此,可以增强风轮210的结构强度,延长散风组件200的使用寿命。在本发明的一个示例中,导风圈212形成为环形导风圈。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图26-图32所示,多个散风主体201中的至少一个为格栅220。格栅220结构的散风组件200具有结构简单、散风效果好、生产成本低等优点,利用格栅220结构可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。
进一步地,如图26-图32所示,格栅220可以包括:间隔件222和多个挡风片221。具体地,间隔件222上设有供枢转轴203穿过的枢转孔202,多个挡风片221分布在间隔件222的两侧,每个挡风片221与出风口22的出风方向之间具有夹角,其中多个挡风片221中的至少一个挡风片221的夹角与其余挡风片221的夹角不等。需要说明的是,挡风片221具有一定的倾斜角度,以将经由格栅220吹出的风引导至不同的方向。另外,由于多个挡风片221中的至少一个挡风片221的夹角与其余挡风片221的夹角不等,当有风经过格栅220时,风对间隔件222两侧的挡风片221的作用力不相等, 从而容易驱动格栅220转动,进而使得经过格栅220的风可以以扩散的方式流动,由此即可实现空调器2的无风感送风效果。
在如图25所示的示例中,挡风片221形成为直线型挡风片221。这里对间隔件222的设置位置不做具体限定,例如,间隔件222可以设在格栅220的中间位置处,位于间隔件222两侧的挡风片221的数量、长度均可以相等。在本发明的一个示例中,挡风片221与出风口22的出风方向的夹角可以为10°-80°。由此便于实现空调器2的无风感的送风效果。另外,在本发明的一些实施例中,多个挡风片221的延伸方向大体一致。由此,可以简化格栅220的加工过程,节约生产成本。
根据本发明的一个示例,如图3、图4所示,格栅220还可以包括:导风圈212,挡风片221的一端与间隔件222连接,另一端与导风圈212的内周壁连接。由此,可以增强风轮210的结构强度,延长散风组件200的使用寿命。在本发明的一个示例中,导风圈212形成为环形导风圈。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图29-图32所示,多个散风主体201中的一部分散风主体201为风轮210,另一部分散风主体201为格栅220。可以理解的是,在同一空调器2的导风板100上,多个的散风主体201中存在至少一个风轮210,同时也存在至少一个格栅220。这里,对格栅220与风轮210的排布方式不做具体限定,例如,在如图29-图30所示的示例中,格栅220与风轮210交替间隔分布,即相邻的两个格栅220之间设有一个风轮210,相邻的两个风轮210之间设有一个格栅220。当然,格栅220与风轮210的排布方式并不限于此,只要其可满足散风组件200的扩散式分散风、空调器2的无风感效果即可。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图33-图36所示,多个散风主体201中的至少一个包括风轮210和格栅220,风轮210和格栅220中的一个位于出风方向的上游,另一个位于出风方向的下游。也就是说,同一个散风组件200同时包括有风轮210和格栅220结构。例如,在如图36所示的示例中,每个散风主体201中包括两层,其中一层为风轮210结构且位于靠近导风板的内表面113的位置处,另一层为格栅220结构且位于靠近导风板的外表面112的位置处。由此,可以利用风轮210、格栅220对风进行两次散风,由此可以提高风的扩散效果,进而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。需要说明的是,在同一散风组件200内,风轮210和格栅220的位置并不限于此,例如,风轮210结构可以位于靠近导风板的外表面112的位置处,格栅220结构可以位于靠近导风板的内表面113的位置处。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图37-图39所示,多个散风组件200中的至少一个为球体散风件230,球体散风件230可转动地安装在安装口110上且球体散风件230上设有散风出口231。需要说明的是,出风口22处的风可以从散风出口231排出,由于球体散风件230可转动设在安装口110处,散风出口231的朝向可以任意调整,即风可以从不同的散风出口231沿不同的方向排出,由此即可使风以扩散流动的方式从散风组件200排出,进而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图37-图39所示,球体散风件230内部具有散风通道233,散风出口231设在散风通道233的一端,由此可以简化球体散风件230的结构,节约生产成本。进一步地,如图39所示,散风通道233的横截面可以形成为圆形,且散风通道233可以沿直线延伸,由此可以简化球体散风件230的加工过程。更进一步地,如图39所示,散风通道的内周壁形成为光滑表面,由此可以降低球体散风件230的出风噪音,提升空调器2的性能。在如图37-图38所示的示例中,散风组件200为六组且均为球体散风件230。
根据本发明的一个实施例,安装口110上可以设有弹性翻边232,弹性翻边232沿安装口110的周向方向包裹在球体散风件230的部分外周壁上。由此,可以使球体散风组件200牢靠地安装在导风板100上,降低球体散风件230因意外从导风板100上脱落的可能性。例如,如图37-图39所示,球体散风件230大体呈球状,弹性翻边232呈环状且沿安装口110的周向方向包裹在球体散风件230的外周壁上。
进一步地,弹性翻边232可以位于导风板的外表面112上和/或导风板的内表面113上。这里的“导风板的外表面112”可以指导风在封闭出风口22时位于壳体21的外部的一侧的表面,“导风板的内表面113”可以指导风在封闭出风口22时位于壳体21的内部的一侧的表面。例如,如图39所示,部分弹性翻边232位于导风板的外表面112上且朝向导风板100的外侧延伸出,弹性翻边232的朝向球体散风件230的表面与球体散风件230贴合;部分弹性翻边232位于导风板的内表面113上且朝向导风板100的内侧延伸出,弹性翻边232的朝向球体散风件230的表面与球体散风件230贴合。
更进一步地,如图37所示,弹性翻边232可以包括多个弹性子翻边234,多个弹性子翻边234沿安装口110的周向间隔开。在本发明的一个示例中,如图37所示,多个弹性子翻234边沿安装口110的周向方向均匀排布。为提高弹性翻边232与球体散风件230配合的稳定性,在如图38所示的示例中,弹性翻边232形成为环状,且包裹在球体散风件230的部分外周壁上。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图40-图42所示,多个散风组件200中的至少一个为摆叶组件240,摆叶组件240可在封闭安装口110的第一状态和打开安装口110的第二状态之间切换。当摆叶组件240处于第一状态时,摆叶组件240封闭安装口110,风无法通过摆叶组件240而流动;当摆叶组件240处于第二状态时,摆叶组件240打开安装口110,风可以通过摆叶组件240的导风作用以扩散流动的方式从安装口110流出,进而实现空调器2的无风感效果。需要说明的是,摆叶组件240在处于第二状态时,通过调整摆叶组件240的状态,可以改变从安装口110吹出的风的流动方向、流动状态,例如,如图40所示,当摆叶组件240在处于第二状态、且当有风从安装口110吹出时,摆叶组件240可以驱使风以扩散流动的方式流动,由此便于实现空调器2的无风感效果。
在本发明的一个示例中,如图40-图42所示,摆叶组件240可以包括两片间隔开的摆叶241,每片摆叶241可转动地设在安装口110上。由此便于调整从安装口110 吹出的风的流动方向和流动方式,驱使风以扩散流动的方式流动。为提高摆叶组件240的结构紧凑程度,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241的部分重叠。例如,如图41中位于最右侧的一组摆叶组件240所示,该组摆叶组件240处于第一状态,两片摆叶241封闭相应的安装口110,且两片摆叶241的部分重叠。
进一步地,如图40所示,两片摆叶241的其中一个上设有贴合槽242,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241中的另一个的、与其中一个摆叶241重叠的部分配合在贴合槽242内。由此,可以提高摆叶组件240的结构稳定性。更进一步地,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,摆叶组件的外表面243形成为光滑面。由此,可以提高摆叶组件240的外形美观性。这里“摆叶组件的外表面243”可以指当摆叶组件240处于第一状态时,摆叶组件240朝向空调器2的壳体21的外部一侧的表面。例如,如图41所示,两片摆叶241的其中一个上设有贴合槽242,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241中的另一个的、与其中一个摆叶241重叠的部分配合在贴合槽242内,并且摆叶组件的外表面243形成为光滑面。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图40、图42所示,摆叶组件240还包括转动环244,转动环244设在安装口110的内周壁上且沿安装口110的内周壁可转动,摆叶241可转动的设在转动环244上。如图42所示,安装口110的内周壁上设有嵌入槽246,嵌入槽246可以沿安装口110的周向方向延伸,转动环244可转动地安装在嵌入槽246内,摆叶241上设有连接轴245,连接轴245可转动地设在转动环244上,由此摆叶241不但可以实现自身旋转,还可以在随着转动环244转动,进而风可以以扩散流动的方式从安装口110吹出,提高空调器2的无风感效果。
下面参照具体实施例详细描述根据本发明实施例的用于空调器2的导风板组件1。值得理解的是,下述描述仅是示例性说明,而不是对本发明的具体限定。
实施例1
如图1-图5所示,在该实施例中,空调器2包括壳体21、导风板100以及八组散风组件200。壳体21上具有出风口22,当空调器2需要对其所在的环境进行制冷、制热或者换气时,风可以从出风口22流出。导风板100可枢转地设在出风口22处,导风板100上设有八个安装口110且与八个散风组件200一一对应。散风组件200适于使从出风口22吹出的风以扩散流动的方式流动。可以理解的是,风经过散风组件200后改变原来的流动方向且朝向不同的方向流动。
如图5所示,散风组件200可转动安装在安装口110处且包括:散风主体201枢转轴203。散风主体201通过连接支架120与导风板100连接,具体地,每个安装口110处设有一根连接支架120,连接支架120的中部设有供枢转轴203的一端穿过的安装孔121,散风主体201的中部设有枢转孔202,枢转轴203的另一端穿过枢转孔202,散风主体201通过枢转孔202可枢转地与枢转轴203配合。
枢转轴203的一端设有螺纹,在装配时,枢转轴203的一端可以与安装孔121螺纹配合,且枢转轴203的一端依次穿过枢转孔202、安装孔121后伸出至安装孔121 的外部,枢转轴203上靠近其端部的部分螺纹位于安装孔121外,然后利用螺纹紧固件207将枢转轴203固定在连接支架120上。如图2、图5所示,螺纹紧固件207呈帽状罩设在枢转轴203的一端。连接支架120可以为塑料支架且可以与导风板100为一体成型件,由此可以缩短空调器2的生产周期,降低生产成本。
如图2所示,为降低散风主体201与枢转轴203之间的摩擦阻力,提高散风主体201转动的灵活性,延长散风主体201与枢转轴203的使用寿命,散风主体201与枢转轴203之间设有轴承204,轴承204的内圈205与枢转轴203的外周壁紧密贴合,轴承204的外圈206与散风主体201的枢转孔202的内周壁紧密贴合。
散风主体201为风轮210,由此便于实现经由散风组件200的风以扩散的方式流动,从而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。如图1-图5所示,风轮210包括中部风圈213、导风圈212和十五片叶片211,导风圈212外套在中部风圈213的外部且与中部风圈213间隔开,十五片叶片211连接在中部风圈213的外周壁和导风圈212的内周壁之间,中部风圈213的内周壁构造成枢转孔202,十五片叶片211沿中部风圈213的周向方向间隔分布。
另外,每片叶片211所在平面与出风口22的出风方向的夹角为10°-80°。由此,可以提高散风组件200的散风效果、空调器2的无风感效果。当导风板100封闭出风口22时,叶片211的朝向壳体21外部的端面位于同一球面上。由此可以增强导风板100处的外形美观性。
需要说明的是,导风板100可以根据需求改变状态,例如,当空调器2处于停止运行的状态时,导风板100可以遮挡出风口22;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100打开出风口22时,风可以直接从出风口22吹出;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100关闭出风口22时,风可以经过散风组件200吹出。经由散风组件200吹出的风呈扩散的方式流动,从而可以改变的风的流动方向,使风朝向不同方向流动,由此可以避免风直接吹向人体,从而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
由此,通过在导风板100上设置散风组件200,可以使经由散风组件200吹出的风呈扩散的方式流动,可避免风沿同一方向从出风口22直接吹出,进而可以实现空调器2的无风感效果,提高了空调器的使用舒适性。
实施例2
如图6-图9所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200共有六组,每组散风组件200中的风轮210包括八片叶片211、连接支架120为三根。三根连接支架120的一端相交于一点,并在该点处构造有安装孔121,枢转轴203的一端适于穿过该安装孔121。三根连接支架120的另外一端分别与导风板100连接,且三根连接支架120沿中部风圈213的周向方向均匀分布,即任意相邻的两根连接支架120之间的夹角相等。由此,不但可以增强导风板100的结构强度,还可以避免连接支架120阻挡安装口110处的出风,从而有理由提升导风板组件1的使用性能。
另外,当导风板100封闭出风口22时,叶片211的朝向壳体21外部的端面、以及导风圈212的朝向壳体21外部的端面均位于同一平面上。由此可以增强导风板100处的外形美观性。
实施例3
如图10-图13所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200共有六组,每组散风组件200中的风轮210包括十二片片叶片211、连接支架120为一根。该连接支架120的一端与导风板100连接,另一端具有安装孔121并通过枢转轴203与散风主体201连接。另外,在该实施例中,螺纹紧固件207呈环状套设在枢转轴203的一端上,由此可以简化导风板100的结构、减轻导风板100的质量、节省生产成本。
当导风板100封闭出风口22时,叶片211的朝向壳体21外部的端面、以及导风圈212的朝向壳体21外部的端面均位于同一平面上。由此可以增强导风板100处的外形美观性。
另外,在该实施例中,在相邻的两个散风组件200中,其中一个散风组件200的连接支架120与另外一个散风组件200中的连接支架120通过连接筋122连接,由此可以增强连接支架120的结构强度,同时也可以增加导风板100的结构强度。
实施例4
如图14-图17所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,每组散风组件200中的风轮210包括十五片叶片211。
实施例5
如图18所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200共有二十三组,由此可以改善空调器2的无风感效果。该二十三组散风组件200均匀分布在导风板100上,且该二十三组散风组件200的旋转中心在导风板100上的投影位于同一直线上,由此可以增加导风板100的结构多样性,满足不同型号的空调器2的使用需求,同时还可以改善无风感的效果。
实施例6
如图19所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200共有十八组,该十八组散风组件200无规则地分布在导风板100上,由此可以增加导风板100的结构多样性,满足不同型号的空调器2的使用需求,同时还可以改善无风感的效果。
实施例7
如图26-图28所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风主体201为格栅220。需要说明的是,格栅220结构的散风组件200具有结构简单、散风效果好、生产成本低等优点,利用格栅220结构可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。
如图28所示,格栅220包括:间隔件222和多个挡风片221。具体地,间隔件222上设有供枢转轴203穿过的枢转孔202,多个挡风片221分布在间隔件222的两侧,每个挡风片221与出风口22的出风方向之间具有夹角,其中多个挡风片221中的至少一个挡风片221的夹角与其余挡风片221的夹角不等。由此当有风经过格栅220时,风 对间隔件222两侧的挡风片221的作用力不相等,从而容易驱动格栅220转动,进而使得经过格栅220的风可以以扩散的方式流动,由此即可实现空调器2的无风感送风效果。
如图26所示,挡风片221形成为直线型挡风片221。这里对间隔件222的设置位置不做具体限定,例如,间隔件222可以设在格栅220的中间位置处,位于间隔件222两侧的挡风片221的数量、长度均可以相等。进一步地,挡风片221与出风口22的出风方向的夹角可以为10°-80°。由此便于实现空调器2的无风感的送风效果。另外,多个挡风片221的延伸方向大体一致。由此,可以简化格栅220的加工过程,节约生产成本。
格栅220还可以包括:导风圈212和中部风圈213,导风圈212外套在中部风圈213的外部且与中部风圈213间隔开,挡风片221设在导风圈212和中部风圈213之间,中部风圈213的内周壁构造成枢转孔202。如图26-图28所示,间隔件222的中部凸出构造呈中部风圈213,中部风圈213上设有贯通其的枢转孔202。挡风片221的一端与间隔件222连接,另一端与导风圈212的内周壁连接。由此,可以增强风轮210的结构强度,延长散风组件200的使用寿命。
实施例8
如图29-图32所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,多个散风主体201中的一部分散风主体201为风轮210,另一部分散风主体201为格栅220。可以理解的是,在同一空调器2的导风板100上,多个的散风主体201中存在至少一个风轮210和至少一个格栅220。在如图29-图30所示的示例中,格栅220与风轮210交替间隔分布,即相邻的两个格栅220之间设有一个风轮210,相邻的两个风轮210之间设有一个格栅220。
实施例9
如图33-图36所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,多个散风主体201中的至少一个散风主体201包括风轮210和格栅220。也就是说,多个散风主体201中存在至少一个散风主体201为双层结构,其中一层为风轮210,另一层为格栅220。风轮210和格栅220中的一个位于出风方向的上游,另一个位于出风方向的下游。例如,如图36所示,在同一个散风组件200中,散风主体201同时包括有风轮210和格栅220,风轮210结构位于靠近导风板的内表面113的位置,格栅220结构位于靠近导风板的外表面112的位置。由此,可以利用风轮210、格栅220对风进行两次散风,从而提高风的扩散效果,进而可以提高空调器2的无风感效果。
实施例10
如图37-图39所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200为球体散风件230,球体散风件230可转动地安装在安装口110上且球体散风件230上设有散风出口231。需要说明的是,出风口22处的风从散风出口231排出,由于球体散风件230可转动设在安装口110处,散风出口231的朝向可以任意调整,即风可以从不同的 散风出口231沿不同的方向排出,由此即可使风以扩散流动的方式从散风组件200排出,进而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
如图37-图39所示,球体散风件230大体呈球状。如图39所示,安装口110上可以设有弹性翻边232,弹性翻边232沿安装口110的周向方向包裹在球体散风件230的部分外周壁上。由此,可以使球体散风组件200牢靠地安装在导风板100上,降低球体散风件230因意外从导风板100上脱落的可能性。
弹性翻边232呈环状且沿球体散风件230的周向方向包裹在其外周壁上。导风板100的外侧和内侧均设有弹性翻边232,如图39所示,部分弹性翻边232位于导风板的外表面112上且朝向导风板100的外侧延伸出,弹性翻边232的朝向球体散风件230的表面与球体散风件230贴合;部分弹性翻边232位于导风板的内表面113上且朝向导风板100的内侧延伸出,弹性翻边232的朝向球体散风件230的表面与球体散风件230贴合。
实施例11
如图40-图42所示,与实施例1不同的是,在该实施例中,散风组件200为摆叶组件240。摆叶组件240可在封闭安装口110的第一状态和打开安装口110的第二状态之间切换。当摆叶组件240处于第一状态时,摆叶组件240封闭安装口110,风无法通过摆叶组件240而流动;当摆叶组件240处于第二状态时,摆叶组件240打开安装口110,风可以通过摆叶组件240的导风作用以扩散流动的方式从安装口110流出,进而实现空调器2的无风感效果。需要说明的是,摆叶组件240在处于第二状态时,通过调整摆叶组件240的状态,可以改变从安装口110吹出的风的流动方向、流动状态,例如,如图40所示,当摆叶组件240在处于第二状态、且当有风从安装口110吹出时,摆叶组件240可以驱使风以扩散流动的方式流动,由此便于实现空调器2的无风感效果。
如图40-图42所示,摆叶组件240可以包括转动环244和两片间隔开的摆叶241。其中,转动环244设在安装口110的内周壁上且沿安装口110的内周壁可转动,摆叶241可转动的设在转动环244上。如图42所示,安装口110的内周壁上设有嵌入槽246,嵌入槽246可以沿安装口110的周向方向延伸,转动环244可转动地安装在嵌入槽246内。
每片摆叶241可转动地设在转动环244上。由此便于调整从安装口110吹出的风的流动方向和流动方式,驱使风以扩散流动的方式流动。如图42所示,摆叶241上设有连接轴245,连接轴245可转动地设在转动环244上,由此摆叶241不但可以实现自身旋转,还可以在随着转动环244转动,进而风可以以扩散流动的方式从安装口110吹出,提高空调器2的无风感效果。
为提高摆叶组件240的结构紧凑程度,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241的部分重叠。例如,如图41中位于最右侧的一组摆叶组件240所示,该组摆叶组件240处于第一状态,两片摆叶241封闭相应的安装口110,且两片摆叶241的部分 重叠。
进一步地,如图40所示,两片摆叶241的其中一个上设有贴合槽242,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241中的另一个的、与其中一个摆叶241重叠的部分配合在贴合槽242内。由此,可以提高摆叶组件240的结构稳定性。
当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,摆叶组件的外表面243形成为光滑面。由此,可以提高摆叶组件240的外形美观性。这里“摆叶组件的外表面243”可以指当摆叶组件240处于第一状态时,摆叶组件240朝向空调器2的壳体21的外部一侧的表面。也就是说,如图41所示,当摆叶组件240位于第一状态时,两片摆叶241中的另一个的、与其中一个摆叶241重叠的部分配合在贴合槽242内,摆叶组件240朝向空调器2的壳体21的外部一侧的表面形成为光滑面。
如图1-图42所示,根据本发明实施例提供的一种导风板组件1,包括:导风板100和至少一组散风组件200。需要说明的是,导风板组件1可以用于空调柜机、空调挂机或者移动空调器2等空气处理设备上,具体地,导风板组件1可以可在上述设备的出风口22处。
其中,导风板100可枢转地设在出风口22处以打开或关闭出风口22,导风板100上设有至少一个安装口110,散风组件200形成为球体散风件230且可转动地或可滑动地设在安装口110上以适于将出风口22吹出的风扩散流动。
可以理解的是,导风板组件1可以根据需求改变状态。以空调器2为例,当空调器2处于停止运行的状态时,导风板100可以遮挡出风口22;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100打开出风口22时,风可以直接从出风口22吹出;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100关闭出风口22时,风可以经过散风组件200吹出。经由散风组件200吹出的风呈扩散的方式流动,从而可以改变的风的流动方向,使风朝向不同方向流动,由此可以避免风直接吹到人体,便于实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
如图20、图21所示,当空调器2的导风板100处于遮挡出风口22的状态时,空调器2可以处于停止运行状态或者处于无风感运行状态;如图22、图23所示,当空调器2的导风板100处于打开出风口22的状态,空调器2产生的气流可以从出风口22直接吹出。
另外,导风板的内表面113上可以设有多条沿左右方向(如图14所示的左右方向)延伸的筋条101,由此可以增强导风板100的结构强度。
根据本发明实施例的导风板组件1,通过在导风板100上设置可转动的球体散风件230,由此可使风从不同的散风出口231沿不同的方向排出,从而可使风以扩散流动的方式从散风组件200排出,进而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
如图1-图42所示,根据本发明实施例提供的一种空调器2,空调器2上设有出风口22且空调器2包括:如上述实施例所述的用于空调器2的导风板组件1。
其中,导风板100可枢转地设在出风口22处以打开或关闭出风口22,导风板100 上设有至少一个安装口110,散风组件200可转动地或可滑动地设在安装口110上适于将出风口22吹出的风扩散流动。
可以理解的是,导风板组件1可以根据需求改变状态。当空调器2处于停止运行的状态时,导风板100可以遮挡出风口22;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100打开出风口22时,风可以直接从出风口22吹出;当空调器2需要向其所在环境吹入气流、且导风板100关闭出风口22时,风可以经过散风组件200吹出。经由散风组件200吹出的风呈扩散的方式流动,从而可以改变的风的流动方向,使风朝向不同方向流动,由此可以避免风直接吹到人体,便于实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
如图20、图21所示,当空调器2的导风板100处于遮挡出风口22的状态时,空调器2可以处于停止运行状态或者处于无风感运行状态;如图22、图23所示,当空调器2的导风板100处于打开出风口22的状态,空调器2产生的气流可以从出风口22直接吹出。
另外,导风板的内表面113上可以设有多条沿左右方向(如图14所示的左右方向)延伸的筋条101,由此可以增强导风板100的结构强度。
根据本发明实施例的空调器2,通过在导风板100上设置可转动的球体散风件230,由此可使风从不同的散风出口231沿不同的方向排出,从而可使风以扩散流动的方式从散风组件200排出,进而实现了空调器2的无风感效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,空调器2可以为空调柜机、空调挂机或移动空调器2等空气处理设备。如图20所示,该空调器2为空调挂机;如图24所示,该空调器2为移动空调器2;如图25所示,该空调器2为空调柜机。上述多种空调器2的导风板100上均设置有散风组件200,空调器2产生的风均可以以扩散流动的方式从空调器2的出风口22流出,使空调器2具有无风感效果。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,包括:
    导风板,所述导风板可枢转地设在所述空调器的出风口处,所述导风板上设有至少一个安装口;
    多个散风组件,多个所述散风组件中的至少一个为球体散风件,所述球体散风件可转动地安装在所述安装口处且所述球体散风件上设有散风出口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述球体散风件内部具有散风通道,所述散风出口设在所述散风通道的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述散风通道的横截面形成为圆形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述散风通道沿直线延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述散风通道的内周壁形成为光滑表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,多个所述散风组件均匀分布。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述散风组件为六组且均为所述球体散风件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,多个所述散风组件的中心在所述导风板上的投影位于同一直线或曲线上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述安装口处设有弹性翻边,所述弹性翻边沿所述安装口的周向方向包裹在所述球体散风件的部分外周壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述弹性翻边朝向所述导风板的外表面延伸或/和朝向所述导风板的内表面延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述弹性翻边包括多个弹性子翻边,多个所述弹性子翻边沿所述安装口的周向间隔开。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,多个所述弹性子翻边沿所述安装口的周向方向均匀排布。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的用于空调器的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述弹性翻边形成为环状包裹在所述球体散风件的部分外周壁上。
  14. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器上设有出风口且包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的用于空调器的导风板组件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的空调器件,其特征在于,所述空调器为空调柜机、空调挂机或移动空调器。
