Description

一种用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置和方法

技术领域
本专利申请涉及手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的技术,具体地,涉及一种用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置和方法。
背景技术
在一些应用场景中,人们常常需要将手持设备的音量调低,例如在会议、睡觉或上课等情况下。然而,在会议结束后、起床后或下课后往往忘记把手持设备的音量调高,在这种情况下,如果来电、有短信或其他消息,用户就会因为听不到而耽误接收,给工作和生活带来诸多不便,进一步地,如果漏接了重要的电话或者耽误接收重要短信,更加会造成非常不好的后果。
发明内容
本发明部分实施例的目的是提供一种用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置和方法,用于避免因用户忘记恢复铃声提醒而造成的不能听到手持设备的来电、短信或其他消息的提醒。

图1是本发明一个实施例提供的用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置的框图,如图1所示,该装置包括接收器和处理器。接收器用于接收手持设备的音量等级设置指令和定时时间;处理器在所接收到的音量等级设置指令指示将手持设备的音量等级设置为低于预设音量等级的情况下,将手持设备的音量等级设置为音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级,并根据所接收的定时时间来确定手持设备处于所指示的音量等级的持续时间,并在该持续时间达到定时时间之后,将手持设备的音量等级调整至一高于预设等级的音量等级。
人们在开会、上课、睡觉等状态下,往往会将手持设备的音量调低,而在散会之后、下课之后或睡醒之后又可能忘记将手持设备的音量调高,这就会给工作和生活带来不便。所以接收器在接收到手持设备的音量等级设置指令的时候还会接收定时时间,在手持设备的音量调低之后达到定时时间时,处理器就自动将手持设备的音量等级调高,这样就不用用户自行进行操作也就避免了用户忘记调整的情况。
这里的预设音量等级一般是比较低等级的音量等级,假设手持设备的音量等级为0-15(共16个等级),那么预设音量等级可以为2或3,当然也可以为其他音量等级。在手持设备的音量等级为低于预设音量等级并持续了定 时时间情况下,处理器将手持设备的音量等级调整至高于预设等级的音量等级,这里高于预设等级的音量等级可以为预先设定的一个音量等级,另一种实施方式是将手持设备的音量等级恢复至在根据音量等级设置指令设置手持设备的音量等级之前手持设备所处的音量等级。
举例来说,假设预设音量等级为2,在接收器接收到手持设备的音量等级设置指令之前手持设备的音量等级为7,在接收器接收到音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级为1(即,低于预设音量等级)的情况下,处理器将手持设备的音量等级设置为1,此外,接收器还接收到一定时时间(例如,30分钟、1小时、2小时等),假设为2小时,那么处理器在手持设备的音量等级为1的持续时间达到2小时的情况下将手持设备的音量等级调整为7。这里的定时时间也可以是用户自行设置的一个时间,例如25分钟。
容易理解,用户一般在开会、睡觉或上课期间会将手持设备调为静音状态,这里静音状态就是音量等级为0的状态,所以以上所描述的音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级可以是静音状态,高于预设等级的音量等级相应地可以是非静音状态。
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例提供的用于手持设备用的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置还可以包括计时器,该计时器用于对持续时间进行及时,以使得处理器可以根据计时器的计时时间来确定持续时间是否达到定时时间。
本实施例中所描述的手持设备可以为手机,当然本实施例不限于此,所有可以接收短消息或其他信息或电话的手持设备均在本发明保护范围之内,例如笔记本电脑、平板电脑等。
下面结合图2对本发明另一个实施例进行进一步阐述。图2是本发明一个实施例具体实施方式提供的自动恢复铃声提醒的设置流程图,在图2中,手持设备为手机,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,接收音量等级设置指令。该步骤是用户通过音量键或在手机 的设置功能进行设置,如果用户希望将手机设置为静音,也可以直接通过静音键进行设置。
步骤202,判断音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级是否低于预设音量等级,如果判断结果为否,说明用户仅仅是希望把手机的音量调低,这种情况下执行步骤203,否则执行步骤204。
步骤203,将手机的音量等级设置为所指示的音量等级。
步骤204,接收定时时间。在判断音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级低于预设音量等级的情况下,手机屏幕上会出现要求用户选择定时时间的对话框,例如可以提供以下选项:30分钟、1小时、2小时、用户自定义。本领域技术人员可以理解,这里可以与现有技术结合使用,即在选项中增加“手动调节”选项,在用户选择“手动调节”选项的情况下处理器不会自动调整手机的音量等级,而是需要用户来调整音量等级。

需要说明的是,本实施例提供的用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的方法的具体细节及益处与本发明一个实施例提供的用于手持设备中的自动恢复铃声提醒的装置类似,于此不予赘述。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明部分实施例的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
通过本发明部分实施例提供的技术方案,在手持设备为手机的情况下,如果用户将手机设置为静音,手机会在设定的定时时间之后自动从静音状态恢复至非静音状态,防止在静音状态下漏接电话或短信。本发明部分实施例可以通过修改系统Framework层至底层的铃声音量大小来实现。

    接收器,用于接收所述手持设备的音量等级设置指令和定时时间;以及
    处理器,在所接收到的音量等级设置指令指示将所述手持设备的音量等级设置为低于预设音量等级的情况下,将所述手持设备的音量等级设置为所述音量等级设置指令所指示的音量等级,并根据所接收的定时时间来确定所述手持设备处于所指示的音量等级的持续时间,并在该持续时间达到所述定时时间之后,将所述手持设备的音量等级调整至一高于所述预设等级的音量等级。
