本公开实施例提供的视频播放控制方法包括在视频播放时,获取当前播放设备的识别信息;生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识;在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。通过本公开实施例的视频播放控制方法,通过设置该水印标识,能够提醒偷盗者无法进行偷盗视频,且该水印标识并不影响该视频播放时的播放画面;而且,该水印标识为包含播放设备的识别信息的标识,从而能够通过该水印标识得知该播放设备的识别信息,即使视频被偷盗之后,也可以通过该水印标识得知播放设备的识别信息,从而确定是哪一个播放设备以及相应的用户信息,有效提高视频的安全性。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种视频播放控制方法的流程图,该方法应用于终端设备,如个人计算机、手机或平板电脑等,如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S101中,当视频播放时,获取当前播放设备的识别信息。
当需要在设备上播放视频时,该播放视频可以通过设备的视频播放软件播放,比如我们常看到爱奇艺视频、搜狐视频等等,该视频播放软件均可安装于终端设备中。这里,将播放该视频的设备称为当前播放设备(下同),每一个播放
设备都有一个唯一的不可更改的识别信息,在具体实施过程中,该识别信息用于识别该播放设备的身份,从而能够通过该识别信息辨识出当前播放设备的身份信息等等。
在本公开实施例中,可以预先存储不同播放设备的识别信息以及播放设备对应的用户信息或其他关联信息,从而能够通过该水印标识得知该播放设备的识别信息,并通过该播放设备查找到相关的用户信息。
当获取到当前播放设备的识别信息时,在步骤S102中,生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识。
该水印标识即为在视频播放时,显示于视频画面之上的标识,该水印标识主要根据该识别信息生成的,由于该识别信息为唯一确定的标识,则生成的该水印标识即可以为唯一确定的识别标识。通过该水印标识即可识别出该视频播放来源。在本公开实施例中,该水印标识可以为一个整体的水印标识或多个分标识组成,相关描述可参看下述相关实施方式,在此不详细阐述。
当生成该水印标识时,在步骤S103中,在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
在视频播放时,呈现在人们眼脸之内的视频画面包括视频流画面和播放界面,该视频流画面即为视频流,该播放界面为覆盖于视频流之上的界面,该播放界面与视频流两个独立的个体。因此,在本公开实施例中,当生成该水印标识时,可以控制该水印标识在视频的播放界面上显示。
另外,该水印标识也可以存储于视频流中,从而在视频播放时能够显示出来,以便人为观察到或相关设备识别出该水印标识。
应用该方法,在播放视频时,能够通过生成播放该视频的设备识别信息的水印标识,并显示在播放视频的播放界面上,从而能够有效避免视频被盗的可能性。由于生成有水印标识,从而使得视频在被偷盗者盗取的同时将该水印标识一起盗取,便于通过水印标识看出该视频是否为被盗视频;同时,由于该水印标识为播放设备的识别信息,能够通过该水印标识查找得到与播放设备相关的用户信息,从而可追查到相关的偷盗者,能够有效保护视频的版权,提高知识产权的保护。
图2是根据一示例性实施例提供的视频播放控制方法的流程示意图,该图2为基于上述步骤S101之上,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S1011中,获取所述当前播放设备的硬件标识。
该当前播放设备为安装有视频播放软件的设备,每一个播放设备均具有唯一的硬件标识,设备的硬件标识可以是MAC地址(Media Access Control,硬件物理地址)、IMME识别码(International Mobile Equipment Identity,国际移动设备识别标识)、CPU编号(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)以及IP地址(Internet Protocol,网络协议地址)。
在本公开实施例中,可以获取的该硬件标识可以为上述MAC地址、IMME识别码、CPU编号和IP地址中的一种或者多种的组合,比如MAC地址和IP地址的组合等;而且,该硬件标识并不限于上述识别标识,还可以是如播放设备连接无线网络是的WI-FI热点(Wireless-Fidelity,无线网)的名称。
当获取到该当前设备的硬件标识,在步骤S1012中,将所述硬件标识确定为所述识别信息。
在步骤S102中,生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识。
在步骤S103中,在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
如图3所示,为本公开实施例提供的另外一种视频放到控制方法的流程示意图,该方法基于上述步骤S101基础之上,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
当播放视频时,在步骤S1013中,获取所述当前播放设备的账号信息。
该账号信息可以为当前播放设备中视频播放器的账号信息,或者是与该视频播放器关联的程序的账号信息。例如:该播放设备中的视频播放器为优酷播放器,则该账号信息即为登陆优酷播放器时的登陆账号,或者是设置在该播放设备中的其他关联程序,如与该优酷播放器相关联的土豆视频播放器的登陆账号等等。当然,在本公开实施例中,该账号信息也是唯一确定的。
当获取到该当前设备的账号信息时,在步骤S1014中,将所述账号信息确定为所述识别信息。
在步骤S102中,生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识。
在步骤S103中,在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
应用上述图2和图3所述的对于上述步骤S101的方法,即可获取到该播放设备的唯一的识别信息,该识别信息即可作为该播放设备的身份信息,通过该唯
一的识别信息即可快速确认播放设备的身份,进而可以通过实现存储的该播放设备的用户信息,从而追踪到相应的用户,避免类似现有技术中该视频被盗后无法找到盗取者的情况。
图4是根据一示例性实施例提供的视频播放控制方法的流程示意图,如图4所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S101中,获取当前播放设备的识别信息。
在步骤S1021中,提取所述识别信息的字符串。
该识别信息可以为播放设备的硬件标识,例如:MAC地址或IMME识别码等等;该识别信息也可以为播放设备的账号信息,例如:登陆该播放设备上视频播放器的账号信息等等。可以将该硬件标识转换为字符串的形式,例如该MAC地址可以为1E:2D:2F:FD等形式,从而将该MAC地址转换成相应的字符串;例如该IMME识别码本身就是一串字符,因此,可以直接获取该IMME识别码的字符串。
当提取到识别信息的字符串时,在步骤S1022中,生成包含所述字符串的字符水印,或者,生成与所述字符串相对应的二维码水印或条形码水印。
在本公开实施例中,根据该字符串生成相应的字符水印,比如,该字符串为01234567,则对应生成的即为该01234567的水印。由于应用字符形式的水印比较容易被人破解或去除,因此,还可以根据该字符串生成比较难以破解的二维码水印或者是条形码水印,且该二维码水印或条形码水印与该字符串相对应。
在步骤S103中,在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
应用该方法,通过将提取识别信息的字符串生成相应的字符水印、二维码水印或条形码水印,这样的话,能够通过将该字符水印、二维码水印或条形码水印显示在视频界面上,增加相应的防盗标识,避免视频被恶意盗取。
参见图5,所示为根据本公开实施例的视频防盗控制方法的一种场景示意图,图中包括手机1、设置在手机1上的屏幕2,在该屏幕2中设置有标识框3,该标识框3内设置有二维码水印(本公开实施例以二维码水印为例,且在本公开实施例中省略视频播放的视频画面)。
在本公开实施例中,该二维码水印可以为该手机1的MAC地址或IMME识别码生成的二维码信息;该标识框3的位置并不限于附图中所述的位置,该标识框3的位置可以位于视频播放界面的任一界面,且在具体实施过程中,该标识框可
以为随机的标识框,也可以是固定位置的标识框。
图6是根据一示例性实施例提供的视频播放控制方法的流程示意图,如图6所示,该方法可以包括:
当生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识时,在步骤S1031中,将所述水印标识加入到所述视频的视频帧图像中,并显示所述水印标识。
在本公开实施例中,可以将该水印标识加入到该视频的视频帧图像中,即在视频播放器观看视频时,下载该视频流的同时,在视频流的部分位置生成该水印标识,并将该水印标识和视频流合在一起。
当生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识时,在步骤S1032时,将所述水印标识在所述播放界面中叠加显示于所述视频的播放画面上。
在本公开实施例中,视频的播放画面和播放界面为两个独立的显示画面,将该水印标识显示在播放界面,从而将该水印标识叠加在该播放画面上。
在上述图6的基础之上,图7是根据一示例性实施例提供的视频播放控制方法的流程示意图,如图7所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
在步骤S101中,获取当前播放设备的识别信息。
在步骤S102中,生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识。
在步骤S1033中,获取所述视频的播放界面中多个预设显示位置。
本公开实施例中,在视频的播放界面上预先可以设置多个显示位置,该显示位置可以为播放界面的随机位置或者是固定位置,通过获取该多个预设显示位置,从而将水印标识放置于该预设显示位置内。
当获取到视频的播放界面中多个预设显示位置,在步骤S1034中,将所述水印标识分割成多个子标识。
该子标识即为将水印标识分割形成的标识,比如,将该水印标识分割成四份,则包括四个子标识,且分割成的该子标识的数量与该预设显示位置的数量相同,从而使得每一个预设显示位置上均能够设置一个子标识。
当将该水印标识分割成多个子标识时,在步骤S1035中,在多个所述预设显示位置上分别显示一个对应的所述子标识。
本公开实施例中,预设显示位置的数量与子标识的数量相同,从而能够将每一个子标识分别放置在对应的预设显示位置显示。其中,该预设显示位置可以与该子标识分别建立一一对应的关系,从而使得每一个子标识放置于预设显示位置固定;该预设显示位置也可以不与该子标识建立对应关系,从而使得每一个预设显示位置中随机显示一个子标识。
应用该方法,通过将水印标识分割成多个子标识,并将子标识显示在对应的每一个预设显示位置,从而使视频的播放界面上多个预设显示位置显示子标识,有效避免在播放的视频被盗取时,很难将该子标识去除的情况,从而有效提高播放的视频的安全性。
另外,在图1的基础之上,本公开实施例还提供另外一种视频播放控制方法的流程示意图,如图8所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
当视频播放时,在步骤S101中,获取当前播放设备的识别信息。
当获取到当前播放设备的识别信息时,在步骤S102中,生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识。
当生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识时,在步骤S104中,对所述水印标识进行透明度处理。
本公开实施例中,可以通过透明度处理增加该水印标识的透明度,在具体实施过程中,可以将该水印表示的透明度处理为90%以上,以人的肉眼无法识别为准,从而通过该透明度较大的水印标识,使得偷盗该视频的偷盗者无法获取,从而在偷盗该视频后,通过一些特殊设备,例如可以识别透明度较高的扫描器扫描该视频,即可得到该水印标识所代表的播放设备的识别标识。
当对水印标识进行透明度处理后,在步骤S103中,在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
上述步骤S101、S102和S103的相关描述可参看有关图1的描述,在此不再详细阐述。
应用该方法,通过对水印标识进行透明度处理,即使在视频被盗以后,可以通过扫描该具有透明度的水印标识后,得到该水印标识所表示的播放设备的识别信息,进而可以通过预先存储的与该识别信息的播放设备相关联的用户信息等,从而查找到该盗取者,有效保护知识产权成果。
以上图1至图8为根据相关视频播放控制的方法实施例,其中,各个实施例之间均为递进的关系,相关实施例之间相同的描述可相互参看,在此不再详细阐述。
另外,本公开实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时可实现图1至图8所示实施例提供的视频播放控制方法的各实现方式中的部分或全部步骤。
图9是根据一示例性实施例提供的视频播放控制装置的结构示意图,该视频播放控制装置可以安装于播放设备中,例如:个人电脑、平板电脑或手机等。当然,该播放设备中还可以设置有相关的视频播放软件或视频播放程序,该装置可以设置在该视频播放软件或视频播放程序中。如图9所示,该装置可以包括获取单元11、生成单元12和显示单元13。
其中,该获取单元11可以被配置为用于在视频播放时,获取当前播放设备的识别信息;其中,该识别信息为标识该当前播放设备身份的信息;
该生成单元12可以被配置为用于生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识;
该显示单元13可以被配置为在该视频的播放界面上显示该水印标识。
应用该装置,通过生成并在视频播放界面上显示水印标识,给予偷盗者提醒,尽量避免偷盗者偷盗该视频,而且,可以通过该水印标识的标识信息获取偷盗该视频的播放设备及其用户信息,有效提高视频的安全性,保护知识产权。
在图9的基础之上,如图10所示,该获取单元11可以包括第一获取子单元111和第一确定单元112。
其中,该第一获取子单元111被配置为用于获取该当前播放设备的硬件标识;该硬件标识可以包括MAC地址、IMME识别码、CPU编号或IP地址,该硬件标识也可以包括该MAC地址、IMME识别码、CPU编号和IP地址中的两种或两种以上的组合。
该第一确定单元112被配置为当第一获取子单元111获取到当前播放设备的硬件标识时,将该硬件标识确认为当前播放设备的识别信息。
通过应用该装置,由于该MAC地址、IMME识别码、CPU编号或IP地址均为唯一的标识信息,从而可以根据该MAC地址、IMME识别码、CPU编号或IP地址得知该播放设备以及播放设备所属的用户信息。
另外,在图9的基础之上,如图11所示,该获取单元11也可以包括第二获取子单元113和第二确定单元114。
其中,该第二获取子单元113可以被配置为用于获取该当前播放设备的账号信息;该账号信息为当前播放设备中视频播放账号信息,或者,与该视频播放器关联的程序的账号信息。
该第二确定单元114可以被配置为用于将该账号信息确定为该识别信息。
应用该装置,由于该账号信息为唯一的,在本公开实施例中,可以预先存储有该账号信息对应用户的用户信息,从而通过该账号信息即可确定使用该视频播放器或播放设备的用户信息。
在图9的基础之上,如图12所示,该装置的生成单元12可以包括提取单元121和生成子单元122。
其中,该提取单元121可以被配置为提取该识别信息的字符串;
该生成子单元122可以被配置为生成包含该字符串的字符水印,或者,生成与该字符串相对应的二维码水印或条形码水印。
在本公开实施例中,该字符水印、二维码水印或条形码水印均为含有字符串的水印信息,从而通过该水印信息即可得到该字符串,并有该字符串确定播放该视频的播放设备,从而有效查询到播放设备的相关信息。
图13为根据本公开实施例提供的另一种视频播放控制装置的结构示意图,如图13所示,该装置可以包括该获取单元11、生成单元12以及第一显示单元131或第二显示单元132。
其中,该第一显示单元131可以被配置为用于将该水印标识加入到视频的视频帧图像中,并显示该水印标识;
该第二显示单元132可以被配置为用于将该水印标识在该播放界面中叠加显示于该视频的播放画面上。
在本公开实施例中,该水印标识可以加入到视频帧画面或者是播放界面上,其中,该视频帧画面和该播放界面为两个独立的显示界面,从而分别通过不同的显示方式显示该水印标识。
在图13的基础之上,如图14所示,该第二显示单元132包括第三获取子单
元1321、标识分割单元1322和第二显示子单元1323。
其中,该第三获取子单元1321可以被配置为用于获取该视频的播放界面中多个预设显示位置;
该标识分割单元1322可以被配置为用于将该水印标识分割成多个子标识,该子标识的数量与该预设显示位置的数量相同;
该第二显示子单元1323可以被配置为用于在多个预设显示位置上分别显示一个对应的该子标识。
应用该装置,通过将水印标识分割成多个子标识,并将该子标识分别显示在不同的预设位置中,由于在视频的播放界面中具有多个子标识,从而增加消除子标识的难度。
在图8的基础之上,如图15所示的视频播放控制装置的结构示意图,如图15所示,该装置可以包括获取单元11、生成单元12、透明度处理单元14和显示单元13.
其中,该透明度处理单元14可以被配置为用于在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识之前,对所述水印标识进行透明度处理,使得所述水印标识的透明度增加。
在本公开实施例中,该获取单元11、生成单元12和显示单元13可参看上述图9所示的实施方式,通过将该水印标识进行透明度处理,从而增加该水印标识的透明度,使得偷盗者在偷盗该视频时无法确定该视频是否为具有防盗标识,即使在偷盗到该视频后,也可以通过该水印标识得到该播放设备的识别信息,进而获得播放设备所属的用户信息,提高视频的安全性。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
另外,本公开实施例还提供一种终端;该终端包括:上文图9至图15所示实施例中任一实现方式所述的视频播放控制装置。该终端可以为个人计算机、手机或平板电脑等。

Claims (13)
- 一种视频播放控制方法,其特征在于,包括:在视频播放时,获取当前播放设备的识别信息;生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识;在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前播放设备的识别信息包括:获取所述当前播放设备的硬件标识,所述硬件标识包括硬件物理地址、国际移动设备识别标识、中央处理器编号和网络协议地址中的一种或多种组合;将所述硬件标识确定为所述识别信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前播放设备的识别信息,包括:获取所述当前播放设备的账号信息,所述账号信息为所述当前播放设备中视频播放器账号信息,或,与所述视频播放器关联的程序的账号信息;将所述账号信息确定为所述识别信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成包含所述识别信息的水印标识,包括:提取所述识别信息的字符串;生成包含所述字符串的字符水印,或者,生成与所述字符串相对应的二维码水印或条形码水印。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识,包括:将所述水印标识加入到所述视频的视频帧图像中,并显示所述水印标识;或者,将所述水印标识在所述播放界面中叠加显示于所述视频的播放画面上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述水印标识在所述播放界面中叠加显示于所述视频的播放画面上,包括:获取所述视频的播放界面中多个预设显示位置;将所述水印标识分割成多个子标识,所述子标识的数量与所述预设显示位置的数量相同;在多个所述预设显示位置上分别显示一个对应的所述子标识。
- 一种视频播放控制装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,用于在视频播放时,获取当前播放设备的识别信息;生成单元,用于生成包括所述识别信息的水印标识;显示单元,用于在所述视频的播放界面上显示所述水印标识。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元包括:第一获取子单元,用于获取所述当前播放设备的硬件标识,所述硬件标识包括硬件物理地址、国际移动设备识别标识、中央处理器编号和网络协议地址中的一种或多种组合;第一确定单元,用于将所述硬件标识确定为所述识别信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元包括:第二获取子单元,用于获取所述当前播放设备的账号信息,所述账号信息为所述当前播放设备中视频播放器账号信息,或,与所述视频播放器关联的程序的账号信息;第二确定单元,用于将所述账号信息确定为所述识别信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成单元包括:提取单元,用于提取所述识别信息的字符串;生成子单元,用于生成包含所述字符串的字符水印,或者,生成与所述字符串相对应的二维码水印或条形码水印。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元包括:第一显示单元,用于将所述水印标识加入到所述视频的视频帧图像中,并显示所述水印标识;或者,第二显示单元,用于将所述水印标识在所述播放界面中叠加显示于所述视频的播放画面上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二显示单元包括:第三获取子单元,用于获取所述视频的播放界面中多个预设显示位置;标识分割单元,用于将所述水印标识分割成多个子标识,所述子标识的数量与所述预设显示位置的数量相同;第二显示子单元,用于在多个所述预设显示位置上分别显示一个对应的所述子标识。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求7至12任一项所述的视频播放控制装置。
