现在大部分的智能终端都支持双卡,而且双卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术。例如,用户使用的智能终端为双卡智能终端,而且两个卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术,用户使用卡槽1对应的客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,简称SIM)在高制式网络中进行了注册,而卡遭2对应的SIM卡2在低制式网络进行了注册,低制式网络包括第二代(The Second Generation,简称2G)/第三代(TheThirdGeneration,简称3G)网络。用户通过SIM卡1在智能终端上看视频时网络速度非常快而且视频画面非常流畅。当用户移动到不支持高制式网络的区域时,SIM卡1只能从高制式网络回落到低制式网络中,相应地网速就会变得非常缓慢,视频可能出现卡顿、画面出现马赛克等现象。
当SIM卡1出现网络回落后,智能终端会不断地尝试将SIM卡1重新切换到高制式网络中,以提高用户的上网速度,保证用户能够流畅的播放视频等。而只有当用户从当前不支持高制式网络的区域,智
能终端搜索到SIM卡1的高制式网络的频段信息后,才能够将SIM卡1重新切换到高制式网络中,进而为用户提供较高的网速。
现有通过将SIM卡1重新切换回高制式网络的方式,存在用时较长,造成用户的流量流失,使得用户不能更好地使用互联网服务,导致用户体验较差的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种网络切换方法及终端,用于解决现有在SIM卡1出现网络回落后,为了向用户提供较快网速,尝试将SIM卡1重新切回高制式网络时存在用时较长的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供了一种网络切换方法,包括:
判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;
如果判断结果为是,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;
根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;
其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供了一种终端,包括:
判断模块,用于判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;
搜索模块,用于在所述判断模块判断出所述第一SIM卡出现回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;
切换模块,用于根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;
其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营
商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种终端,包括存储器、一个或多个处理器以及一个或多个程序,其中,所述一个或多个程序在由所述一个或多个处理器执行时执行下述操作:判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;如果判断结果为是,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令响应于执行使得终端执行操作,所述操作包括:判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;如果判断结果为是,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
本申请实施例的网络切换方法及终端,通过判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到第一SIM卡对应的第二网络,在第一SIM卡发生网络回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息,根据搜索到的所述频段信息将第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络中,其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡使用的网络分属于不同的运营商,第一网络为高制式网络,第二网络为低制式网络。本申请实施例中在第一SIM卡出现回落后,将第二SIM卡从其
对应的低制式网络切换到其对应的高制式网络中,较快地将终端置于高制式网络下,进而能够为用户提供较高的网速,用户感受较好。

下面结合附图对本申请实施例提供的网络切换方法及终端进行详细描述。
实施例一
图1为本申请实施例一的网络切换方法的流程示意图。本实施例中,执行网络切换方法的终端为支持双卡的智能终端,而且双卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术。其中,第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络。第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络。进一步地,第一网络为高制式网络,包括4G/5G网络,第二网络为低制式网络,包括2G/3G网络。
如图1所示,该网络切换方法包括:
步骤101、判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络。
在用户基于第一SIM卡使用智能终端上网的过程中,智能终端可以实时地对第一SIM卡进行监控,以判断第一SIM卡是否仍处于第一SIM卡对应的第一网络中。如果监控到第一SIM卡发生了从其对应的第一网络回落到其对应的第二网络中,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络不稳定,无法继续对用户提供上网服务。否则,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络比较稳定,可以继续对用户提供上网服务,不需要进行
任何网络切换的操作。
步骤102、若第一SIM卡出现网络回落,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
为了保证用户能够具有较高的网速,当第一SIM卡发生网络回落后,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络不稳定,或者出现当前位置不支持第一网络的情况。
由于第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡分属于不同的运营商,当第一SIM卡发生网络回落时,而第二SIM卡对应的运营商提供的网络可能处于稳定状态,此时智能终端就可以开始对第二SIM卡对应的第一网络进行搜索,以获取第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
步骤103、根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中。
本实施例中,第二SIM卡当前处于其对应的第二网络中,在搜索到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息后,智能终端就可以将第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络中。当第二SIM卡完成切换后,智能终端就又处于高制式网络下,此时智能终端就可以获取到较高的网速,用户可以更好地使用智能终端的互联网服务。
本实施例提供的网络切换方法,通过判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到第一SIM卡对应的第二网络,在第一SIM卡发生网络回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息,根据搜索到的所述频段信息将第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络中,其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡使用的网络分属于不同的运营商,第一网络为高制式的4G/5G网络,第二网络为低制式的2G/3G网络。本实施例中在第一SIM卡出现回落后,将第二SIM卡从其对应的低制式网络切换到其对应的高制式网络中,较快地将终端置于高制式网络下,进而能够为用户提供较高的网速,用户可以更好地使用终端的互联网服务,用户感受较好。
实施例二
如图2所示,其为本申请实施例二的网络切换方法的流程示意图。本实施例中,执行网络切换方法的终端为支持双卡的智能终端,而且双卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术。其中,第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络。第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络。进一步地,第一网络为高制式网络,包括4G/5G网络,第二网络为低制式网络,包括2G/3G网络。
如图2所示,该网络切换方法包括:
步骤201、将第一SIM卡注册到其对应的第一网络中。
步骤202、将第二SIM卡注册到其对应的第二网络中。
本实施例中,智能终端将第一SIM卡注册到其对应的第一网络中,以及将第二SIM卡注册到其对应的第二网络中,也就是说,第一SIM卡处于高制式的4G/5G网络中,而第二SIM卡处于低制式的2G/3G网络中。例如,当第一SIM卡对应的第一运营商为移动时,第一SIM卡在移动的高制式的4G网络中进行注册。而第二SIM卡对应的第二运营商为联通时,第二SIM卡在联通的低制式的2G/3G网络中进行注册。
步骤203、判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到第一SIM卡对应的第二网络。
如果判断结果为是,执行步骤204;否则智能终端继续检测第一SIM卡是否发生回落。
步骤204、尝试能否重新将第一SIM卡从其对应的第二网络回切到其对应的第一网络中。
当第一SIM卡出现网络回落后,智能终端由于无法确定第一SIM卡对应的第一网络出现问题的是否为暂时性的,为了继续使用第一SIM卡对应的第一网络,智能终端可以先尝试重新将第一SIM卡从其对应的第二网络回切到其对应的第一网络中。如果能够将第一SIM卡回切到其对应的第一网络,则说明其对应的第一网络能继续为用户提供较高的网速,这样智能终端返回步骤203,继续检测第一SIM卡是否出现网络回落,如果智能终端无法将第一网络从其
对应的第二网络回切到其对应的第一网络,说明其对应的第一网络不能继续为用户提供较高的网速,这样智能终端执行步骤204。
如果判断结果为否,执行步骤205;否则执行步骤203。
步骤205、搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
由于第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡分属于不同的运营商,当第一SIM卡发生网络回落时,而第二SIM卡对应的运营商提供的网络可能处于稳定状态,此时智能终端就可以开始对第二SIM卡对应的第一网络进行搜索,以获取第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
步骤206、根据搜索到的所述频段信息向第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的第二运营商发送注册消息。
在搜索到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息后,智能终端通过第二SIM卡向其对应的第一运营所属的第二运营商发送注册请求,以使第二运营商对该第二SIM卡的合法性进行判断,以确定是否允许该第二SIM卡切换到第二运营商所提供的第一网络中。
步骤207、接收第二运营商返回的允许注册消息并通过终端显示给对应的用户。
在判断出第二SIM卡合法后,智能终端将接收到第二运营商反馈的允许第二SIM卡注册到其对应的第一网络的允许注册消息,智能终端可以将允许注册消息通过显示屏显示给用户,以使用户根据自身的需求判断是否接入到第一网络中。
步骤208、判断是否接收到用户返回的允许第二SIM卡接入其对应的第一网络的确认消息。
智能终端通过是否接收到用户通过显示屏返回的确认消息,来判断用户是否允许第二SIM卡接入到其对应的第一网络中。智能终端接收到该确认消息,说明用户允许第二SIM卡接入到其对应的第一网络中,否则,说明用户不允许第二SIM卡接入到其对应的第二网络中,则第二SIM卡仍处于其对应的第二网络下。
如果判断结果为是,执行步骤209;否则,执行步骤210。
步骤209、将第二SIM卡在其对应的第一网络中注册完成网络切
换。
在接收到用户通过智能终端的显示频发送的确认消息后,智能终端就可以开始将第二SIM卡在其对应的第一网络中进行注册,进而完成第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换的其对应的第一网络中,这样智能终端就可以处于高制式网络下,进而能够为用户提供较高的网速。
步骤210、基于第一SIM卡对应的第二网络为用户提供服务。
本实施例提供的网络切换方法,通过判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到第一SIM卡对应的第二网络,在第一SIM卡发生网络回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息,根据搜索到的所述频段信息将第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络中,其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡使用的网络分属于不同的运营商,第一网络为高制式的4G/5G网络,第二网络为低制式的2G/3G网络。本实施例中在第一SIM卡出现回落后,不仅对第一SIM卡进行重新扫描以尝试回切到高制式网络下,并且在尝试失败后,将第二SIM卡从其对应的低制式网络切换到其对应的高制式网络中,能够较快地将终端置于高制式网络下,进而能够为用户提供较高的网速,用户可以更好地使用终端的互联网服务,用户感受较好。
实施例三
如图3所示,其为为本申请实施例三的终端的结构示意图。本实施例中的终端为支持双卡的终端,而且双卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术。该终端包括:判断模块11、搜索模块12和切换模块13。
其中,判断模块11,用于判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络。
在用户基于第一SIM卡使用智能终端上网的过程中,判断模块11可以实时地对第一SIM卡进行监控,以判断第一SIM卡是否仍处于第一SIM卡对应的第一网络中。如果监控到第一SIM卡发生了从其对应的第一网络回落到其对应的第二网络中,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络不稳定。否则,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络比较稳定,可以
继续对用户提供上网服务,不需要进行任何网络切换的操作。
搜索模块12,用于在所述判断模块判断出所述第一SIM卡出现回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
为了保证用户能够具有较高的网速,当第一SIM卡发生网络回落后,说明第一SIM卡对应的第一网络不稳定,或者出现当前位置不支持第一网络的情况。
由于第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡分属于不同的运营商,当第一SIM卡发生网络回落时,而第二SIM卡对应的运营商提供的网络可能处于稳定状态,此时搜索模块12就可以开始对第二SIM卡对应的第一网络进行搜索,以获取第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息。
切换模块13,用于根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中。
本实施例中,第二SIM卡当前处于其对应的第二网络中,在搜索到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息后,切换模块13就可以将第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到第二SIM卡对应的第一网络中。当第二SIM卡完成切换后,终端就又处于高制式网络下,此时智能终端就可以获取到较高的网速,用户可以更好地使用智能终端的互联网服务。

实施例四
如图4所示,其为为本申请实施例四的终端的结构示意图。本实施例中的终端为支持双卡的终端,而且双卡槽都支持高制式网络接入技术。该终端除了包括上述实施例三中的判断模块11、搜索模块12和切换模块13之外,还包括:网络注册模块14.。
其中,网络注册模块14,用于在判断模11判断第一SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络切换到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络之前,将第一SIM卡注册到其对应的所述第一网络中,以及将第二SIM卡注册到其对应的第二网络中。
也就是说,第一SIM卡处于高制式的4G/5G网络中,而第二SIM卡处于低制式的2G/3G网络中。例如,当第一SIM卡对应的第一运营商为移动时,第一SIM卡在移动的高制式的4G网络中进行注册。而第二SIM卡对应的第二运营商为联通时,第二SIM卡在联通的低制式的2G/3G网络中进行注册。
进一步地,搜索模块12,还用于在搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息之前,尝试将第一SIM卡从其对应的第二网络重新切换到第一SIM卡对应的第一网络中。
当第一SIM卡出现网络回落后,智能终端由于无法确定第一SIM卡对应的第一网络出现问题的是否为暂时性的,为了继续使用第一SIM卡对应的第一网络,搜索模块12可以先尝试重新将第一SIM卡从其对应的第二网络回切到其对应的第一网络中。如果能够将第一SIM卡回切到其对应的第一网络,则说明其对应的第一网络能继续为用户提供较高的网速,判断模块11继续检测第一SIM卡是否出现网络回落。如果智能终端无法将第一网络从其对应的第二网络回切到其对应的第一网络,说明其对应的第一网络不能继续为用户提供较高的网速,搜索模块12就会对第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段进行扫描。
进一步地,切换模块13,具体用于向第二SIM卡对应的第一网络
的第二运营商发送注册消息,接收第二运营商返回的允许注册消息并通过终端显示给对应的用户,在接收到用户通过终端发送的允许第二SIM卡接入其对应的第一网络的确认消息后,将第二SIM卡在其对应的第一网络中注册完成网络切换。
本实施例提供的终端的各功能模块可用于执行图1~2所示的网络切换方法的流程,具体工作原理不再赘述,见方法实施例的描述。

- 一种网络切换方法,其特征在于,包括:判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;如果判断结果为是,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
- 根据权利要求1所述的网络切换方法,其特征在于,所述搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息之前,还包括:尝试将所述第一SIM卡从其对应的所述第二网络重新切换到所述第一SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的网络切换方法,其特征在于,所述判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络切换到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络之前,包括:将所述第一SIM卡注册到其对应的所述第一网络中;将所述第二SIM卡注册到其对应的所述第二网络中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的网络切换方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从所述第二SIM卡对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中,包括:向所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络的第二运营商发送注册消息;接收所述第二运营商返回的允许注册消息并通过终端显示给对应的用户;在接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的允许所述第二SIM卡接入其对应的所述第一网络的确认消息后,将所述第二SIM卡在其对应的 所述第一网络中注册完成网络切换。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:判断模块,用于判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络回落到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络;搜索模块,用于在所述判断模块判断出所述第一SIM卡出现回落后,搜索第二SIM卡对应的第一网络的频段信息;切换模块,用于根据搜索到的所述频段信息将所述第二SIM卡从其对应的第二网络切换到所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中;其中,所述第一SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第一运营商提供的网络;所述第二SIM卡对应的第一网络和第二网络为第二运营商提供的网络;所述第一网络为高制式网络,所述第二网络为低制式网络。
- 根据权利要求5所述的终端,其特征在于,所述搜索模块,还用于在搜索所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络的所述频段信息之前,尝试将所述第一SIM卡从其对应的所述第二网络重新切换到所述第一SIM卡对应的所述第一网络中。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:网络注册模块,用于在所述判断模块判断第一客户识别模块SIM卡是否从对应的第一网络切换到所述第一SIM卡对应的第二网络之前,将所述第一SIM卡注册到其对应的所述第一网络中,以及将所述第二SIM卡注册到其对应的所述第二网络中。
- 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述切换模块,具体用于向所述第二SIM卡对应的所述第一网络的第二运营商发送注册消息,接收所述第二运营商返回的允许注册消息并通过终端显示给对应的用户,在接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的允许所述第二SIM卡接入其对应的所述第一网络的确认消息后,将所述第二SIM卡在其对应的所述第一网络中注册完成网络切换。
