Abstract

The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design comprises a main frame which is fitted with at least one wheel to ensure the horizontal movement. The main frame is firmly connected with handles and with a brake controller of the pneumatic damper which ensures the vertical movement of a movable lifting batten to the required height in the upward direction. The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design comprises a movable frame which is connected to the main frame by means of the pneumatic damper fitted with a brake to lock the required height of the movable frame. The movable frame contains a foot-operated controller of the piston of the damper which ensures the vertical movement of the lifting batten whose part is a loading area on which the transported object is placed. The movable batten is connected with the pneumatic damper which is connected with the main frame.

Pneumatic-mechanical lifting device
Technical Field
A mobile pneumatic-mechanical lifting device enabling transport of objects in both horizontal and vertical directions using the energy and weight of its operator.
State of the Art of the Technique
The state-of-the-art of the technique of the respective area of technique provides unsatisfying technical designs of difficult constructions containing firstly constructional designs to ensure the horizontal stages of the movement and secondly constructional designs to ensure the vertical stage of the movement. A combination of performing both these stages at the time is not fully ensured with regard to the state of the art of the technique.
Technical designs of the state-of-the-art of the technique which is able to ensure both horizontal and vertical stage of the movement depends mainly on an electromagnetic drive or its technical design rely on using a hydraulic drive or a combination of both. Such technical designs are maintenance-demanding and their operational state requires technical service and/or they do not meet the requirements on transport in both horizontal and vertical stage, or handling them puts a significant physical load on their operators.
These days, new procedures and possibilities of arrangements of the individual devices ensuring those stages are still being searched, to make those process more effective.
The Nature of the Technical Design
The above-mentioned technical design eliminates the stated flaws; thanks to its arrangements, it is able to decrease its energetic, constructional and weight demands on the horizontal and vertical transport. The stated technical design also provides a possibility to carry out both horizontal and vertical stage at a time using the energy, or weight of its operator.
The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design comprises a main frame which is fitted with at least one wheel to ensure the horizontal movement. The main frame is firmly connected with handles and with a brake controller of the pneumatic damper which ensures the vertical movement of a movable lifting batten to the required height in the upward direction.
The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design comprises a movable frame which is connected to the main frame by means of the pneumatic damper fitted with a brake to lock the required height of the movable frame. The movable frame contains a foot-operated controller of the piston of the damper which ensures the vertical movement of the lifting batten whose part is a loading area on which the transported object is placed. The movable batten is connected with the pneumatic damper which is connected with the main frame.
Thus, higher effectivity of the operator's work is achieved since the above-mentioned technical design brings a decrease in the demand for physical capability of its operator; for the vertical movement of the object in the upward direction, the energy gained from the vertical movement (in the downward direction) accumulated in the pneumatic damper is used and/or the energy depending on the operator's weight transferred on the foot-operated controller of the piston of the damper.

The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design comprises of the main frame which is fitted with at least one wheel 1 which ensures the horizontal movement; it is convenient to equip it with additional safety supports. The main frame is firmly connected with the handles 2. It is recommended to equip the handles 2 with grips to improve ergonomic seizing of the pneumatic-mechanical lifting device. The handles 2 may be further equipped with at least one controller 3 of the brake 7 of the pneumatic damper 5 providing it is desirable that the controller 3 of the brake 7 of the pneumatic damper 5 was located on the pneumatic- mechanical lifting device within the reach of the place of its operator, so, potentially, also on the movable frame.
The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device according to this technical design further comprises a movable frame which is connected to the main frame by means of at least pneumatic damper 5 equipped with a brake 7 to lock the required height of the movable lifting batten 4 whose integral part is a replaceable loading area which should preferably be fitted with a surface suitable for transport of objects. At least one pneumatic damper 5 may be completed with a pressure controller to adjust the pressure to the required value. At the place of at least one of the pneumatic dampers 5, the movable frame is fitted with a foot-operated controller 6 of the piston of the damper 5 allowing for the addition of a machine booster. It is recommended to equip the foot-operated controller 6 of the piston of the damper 5 with an anti-slip element. The movable frame is mounted on the main frame in a sliding way.
Industrial Utility
The technical design encompasses the entire field of logistics, transportation, and handling of a single load of maximum 200 kg.

CLAIMED FOR PROTECTION
1. The pneumatic-mechanical lifting device comprising of the main frame to which at least one wheel (1), handles
(2) equipped with grips, and the controller
(3) of the brake (7) of the pneumatic damper (5) are connected and the movable frame to which the movable lifting battens
(4) , the foot-operated controller (6), at least one pneumatic damper (5) of the brake (7) and the pressure controller to optimize the pressure to the required level are connected, characterised by the movable lifting batten (4) mounted on the main frame in sliding way and is connected with it by means of at least pneumatic damper (5) whereas at least one pneumatic damper (5) is equipped with a foot-operated controller (6) of the pneumatic damper
(5) and with a brake (7) with a controller (3) of the brake (7) of the pneumatic damper (5).
