Description
本专利申请要求申请日为2015年12月11日、申请号为2015210315436的中国专利申请的优先权,并将上述专利申请以引用的方式全文引入本文中。
本申请涉及一种杠杆,尤其涉及一种数码卡卡托的推出杠杆。
如图1所示,图1为现有技术中的数码卡卡托的推出杠杆结构示意图。目前,手机的数码卡通过卡托1插入到手机的用于容置数码卡和卡托1的卡托槽中,在卡托槽的底部设置有一个数码卡卡托1的推出杠杆2,在手机的侧部设置有针孔,使用取卡针穿过针孔,能够触动推出杠杆2的一端,通过该推出杠杆2的另一端的反方向的杠杆运动将数码卡的卡托1向外推出。
在实现本申请的过程中,发明人发现现有技术存在如下缺陷:为了满足推出数码卡卡托的需要,推出杠杆的推出一侧的杠杆长度需要很长,但是,由于手机空间的限制,推出杠杆受取卡针触动的一侧无法设置的很长,这就导致在推出的初始过程中,需要使用很大的力才能推动数码卡的卡托,导致用户使用不便。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种数码卡卡托的推出杠杆,以降低起始阶段推动数码卡的卡托时所需要的操作力,便于用户将数码卡的卡托从手机中取出。
为了达到上述目的,本申请的实施例提供了一种数码卡卡托的推出杠杆,其包括:杠杆本体和设置在所述杠杆本体的中部的杠杆转轴,所述杠杆本体被所述杠杆转轴划分为用于推动数码卡卡托的第一杆部和用于在取卡针的推动下运动的第二杆部,所述第一杆部包括远离所
述杠杆转轴的接触段和靠近所述杠杆转轴的传动段,所述接触段与所述传动段的连接部分的上表面形成凸起部。
进一步地,所述接触段的上表面从所述凸起部向远离所述杠杆转轴的方向向下倾斜。
进一步地,所述传动段的上表面从所述杠杆转轴向所述凸起部的方向向上倾斜。
进一步地,所述凸起部呈圆弧过渡,所述接触段的上表面与所述传动段的上表面之间的夹角呈160度至185度。

本申请实施例提供的数码卡卡托的推出杠杆,通过在杠杆的推动数码卡卡托的一侧设置凸起部,在满足推出数码卡卡托行程的条件下,降低了起始阶段推出数码卡卡托的过程中所需要的操作力,从而便于用户将数码卡的卡托从手机中取出。

下面结合附图对本申请实施例提供的数码卡卡托的推出杠杆进行详细描述。
本申请实施例的技术原理是通过在杠杆的推动数码卡卡托的一侧设置凸起部,在满足推出数码卡卡托行程的条件下,降低了起始阶段推出数码卡卡托的过程中所需要的操作力,从而便于用户将数码卡的卡托从手机中取出。
如图2和图3所示,图2为本申请实施例提供的数码卡卡托的推
出杠杆的使用状态示意图,图3为本申请实施例提供的数码卡卡托的局部放大图。本申请实施例的数码卡卡托的推出杠杆包括:杠杆本体3和设置在杠杆本体3的中部的杠杆转轴4,杠杆本体3被杠杆转轴4划分为用于推动数码卡卡托1的第一杆部31和用于在取卡针的推动下运动的第二杆部32,第一杆部31包括远离杠杆转轴4的接触段311和靠近杠杆转轴4的传动段312,接触段311与传动段312的连接部分的上表面形成凸起部33。其中,接触段311的上表面可以设置为从凸起部33向远离杠杆转轴4的方向向下倾斜形成倾斜面,即接触段311的上表面为倾斜面。
在上述结构中,图2中所示的结构中,向下为朝向手机卡托槽内部的方向,向上为朝向手机卡托槽外部的方向,即向下推数码卡卡托1能够将其推入手机的卡托槽中,向上推数码卡卡托1能够将其从手机的卡托槽中推出。第一杆部31以及杠杆转轴4位于手机卡托槽的下方,第二杆部32位于手机卡托槽下方的一侧,当没有数码卡卡托插入到手机卡托槽底部时,杠杆的第一杆部31处于翘起状态,杠杆的第二杆部32处于压下状态。在将数码卡卡托插入到手机卡托槽底部的过程中,数码卡卡托1的底端与接触段311的上表面的左端抵接,数码卡卡托1的底端对接触段311的上表面的左端施加向下的力,将接触段311的上表面的左端压下,接触段311的上表面的左端沿着数码卡卡托1的底端向左滑动,随后,数码卡卡托1的底端与接触段311的上表面抵接,将接触段311的上表面向下压,接触段311的上表面沿着对数码卡卡托1的底端向左滑动,直至数码卡卡托1的底端抵接在凸起部33的最高点上,完成将数码卡卡托1插入到手机卡托槽底部的过程。此时,杠杆的第一杆部31处于压下状态,杠杆的第二杆部32随着第一杆部31的运动而处于上翘状态。
在将数码卡卡托从手机卡托槽底部向外推出的过程中,手机的侧部设置有针孔,使用取卡针穿过针孔抵接在杠杆的第二杆部32,向下按压取卡针,传动段312将取卡针的按压力传递到凸起部33的最高点,凸起部33最高点对数码卡卡托1的底端施加斜向上的力,并沿着数码
卡卡托1的底端向右滑动,推动数码卡卡托1向上运动,随后,接触段311的上表面抵接在数码卡卡托1的底端,并对数码卡卡托1的底端施加斜向上的推力,推动数码卡卡托1向上运动,直至接触段311的上表面的左端抵接在数码卡卡托1的底端时,完成将数码卡卡托1从手机卡托槽底部向外推出的过程。此时,杠杆的第一杆部31处于翘起状态,杠杆的第二杆部32随着第一杆部31的运动而处于压下状态。降低了推出数码卡卡托1的初始过程中所需要的操作力。
在上述的推出卡托的过程中,由于数码卡的卡托1是通过弹性的卡合结构卡在手机的卡托槽中,初始阶段需要克服卡合结构的卡合力使卡托1向外移动,因此,相比后续推动过程,初始阶段需要向外的推力较大。针对这种情况,在本实施例中,凸起部33将第一杠杆31的初始接触点向右侧移动,即减小了第一杠杆31的力臂,从而使得在第二杆部32施加相对较小的力就可以使数码卡的卡托1向上移动。而随着第一杠杆31的逐渐向上移动,第一杠杆31与卡托的接触点将会向左移动,最终与第一杠杆31的端部接触,从而完成杠杆的最大推送行程。另外,通过与现有技术的结构比较,本实施例的结构,可以采用与现有技术相同的杠杆行程的前提下,通过优化各个阶段杠杆接触点来减小用户的操作力度,从而使得用户能够容易地将卡托1推出。进一步地,在上述传动段中,传动段312的上表面可以从杠杆转轴4向凸起部33的方向向上倾斜,从而通过传动段321与接触段311的自然过渡来形成凸起部33。这样的结构,能够使得传动段312与数码卡卡托1的底端分离,降低了杠杆的第一杆部31与数码卡卡托1的底端的摩擦力,从而进一步地降低了推出数码卡卡托1的初始过程中所需要的操作力。
较为优选地,凸起部33可以呈圆弧过渡,进一步地,接触段311的上表面与传动段312的上表面之间的夹角可以呈160度至185度。即,采用了较为平缓的圆弧过渡结构,这样,在将数码卡卡托1插入到手机卡托槽底部的过程中,数码卡卡托1的底端与杠杆的第一杆部31的抵接点的轨迹为由接触段311的上表面的右端渐变至凸起部的最
高点,进一步地降低了插入数码卡卡托1的结尾过程中所需要的操作力。同样地,在将数码卡卡托1从手机卡托槽底部向外推出的过程中,数码卡卡托1的底端与杠杆的第一杆部31的抵接点的轨迹为由凸起部33的最高点渐变向接触段311的上表面的右端移动,进一步地降低了推出数码卡卡托1的初始过程中所需要的操作力,提高了操作时的手感舒适度。
本实施例给出了一种较为优选的传动段的结构。上述凸起部33的设置是为了降低初始推动的难度,从这个角度讲,凸起部33设置的越靠右,初始推动过程中越容易,但是,由于在第二杆部32的一侧,取卡针的作用力是一直向下的,在初始阶段,取卡针向下的作用力能够完全垂直作用于第二杆部32上,而随着第二杆部32的端部的向下移动,第二杆部32向下倾斜,取卡针垂直作用于第二杆部32上的力将会变小,此时,第一杆部31上产生的推力也会变小,因此,为了满足后续杠杆推动行程的需要,凸起部33太靠右也会影响推动效率。因此,在实际应用中,凸起部33设置的位置位于第一杠杆31的左侧的五分之一到四分之一的位置较为合适,即接触段311与传动段312的水平方向的长度比可以为1:4到1:3。通过这样的比例配置,并且可以再结合凸起部33的圆弧过渡,能够在不改变现有技术中整个杠杆行程的前提下,优化整个杠杆的推动过程,从而使得用户更加容易地推出卡托。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

- 一种数码卡卡托的推出杠杆,其特征在于,包括:杠杆本体和设置在所述杠杆本体的中部的杠杆转轴,所述杠杆本体被所述杠杆转轴划分为用于推动数码卡卡托的第一杆部和用于在取卡针的推动下运动的第二杆部,所述第一杆部包括远离所述杠杆转轴的接触段和靠近所述杠杆转轴的传动段,所述接触段与所述传动段的连接部分的上表面形成凸起部。
